• Antje (8/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung war super und ich fand auch die Einrichtung sehr gemütlich und habe mich wohl gefühlt. Die Küche wirkte nicht so einladend mit unangenehmen Geruch. Haben wir nicht genutzt - war aber auch nicht nötig mitten in Stone Town. Es gab ab und zu keinen Strom (typisch und nicht die Schuld der Gastgeber - aber wichtig zu wissen. Es gibt halt auch keinen Stromgenerator wie in großen Hotels!). Auch hatten wir zwischendurch kein Wasser, da die Pumpe defekt war und ausgetauscht werden musste. Darum hat sich aber der sehr sympathische, junge Mann, der uns vor Ort empfangen und betreut hat, ganz schnell gekümmert! Die Kommunikation war perfekt und zuverlässig! Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung, wenn man gerne privat mitten in Stone Town wohnen möchte!
• Mariam (2/5): Was very expensive for and the facilities didn’t deliver in the promise. - I liked the co-host is very friendly and helpful. He tries his best. The facility is very old, you can see it’s not well maintained. Electricity went off several times over my stay. One time was because the pre-paid electricity ran out. Water didn’t run in the last day. You could hear the neighbours upstairs and from the street walking and talking. Sound isolation is really bad.

• Dawood (8/5): Value for money & very good location - Romain (the host) is very attentive & friendly. The rooms are very clean & cozy. The area where water tanks are placed is dirty & smells very bad!! The TV is not working.

• Tatiana (8/5): Voltaríamos a reservar. - A localização é muito boa. Perto de tudo. Tem ar condicionado e/ou ventoinhas em todos os quartos. Foram muito acessíveis e apesar de apesar de termos de fazer o check out até às 12h deixaram que a nossa bagagem ficasse no alojamento até precisarmos. O isolamento não é bom por isso ouve-se tudo o que se passa na rua como se não houvesse janelas, mas estavam a compor as janelas na altura de ir buscar as nossas malas, não sei se iriam retificar isso. Quando fizemos o check in disseram que não tínhamos pago, confirmei a minha saída de saldo, tinha pago, e disseram que por vezes o booking tinha erros com pagamentos, mesmo eu tendo dito e confirmado o pagamento disseram que teria de pagar no dia seguinte. Acabei por entrar em contacto com a booking que confirmou e contactou o alojamento e o proprietário acabou por dizer que estranhamente tinha recebido, que não costumava funcionar assim. No nosso último dia não havia luz nem água em casa mas o proprietário mal soube foi imediatamente à casa e resolveu o problema.

Есть всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, для гигиены самое необходимое есть, зеркало в полный рост, 3 санузла, 3 спальни, утюг, гладильная доска, в гостиной настольные игры. Т.к. не работал роутер, менеджер поделился своим интернетом, чтобы я сделал важное дело в интернете. Трансфер из аэропорта, хороший водитель. Скрип кровати при движении. Не работал Wi-Fi роутер. Не дали выспаться после ночного перелёта из Москвы плюс 2-дневной экскурсии на Сафари. Мы нормально не спали 3 ночи. Хотели поспать до обеда. Менеджер с 10 утра начал писать и звонить, чтобы принести новый роутер. Я сказал, что роутер не нужен уже, мы хотим спать. В 12ч дня менеджер опять начал писать и звонить, ему нужны были какие-то жидкости на кухне.

• gaelle (9/5): Visite de Stone Town - Romain était au petit soin pour nous. Il est venu nous apporter les clefs, à réserver pour nous les transferts en taxi et les excursions. Le logement est très bien placé dans le centre de stone town, dans une petite ruelle de la ville, à 10 min du marché ou de la plage.

• Jean (9/5): Spacious & Traditional Stone Town House with Responsive Host - Spacious and well decorated apartment in a busy and easily accessible area of Stone Town. From the apartment we could easily get to the beach and many fun sites of Stone Town. The neighbourhood was safe and well lit at night. The ACs and water heaters worked well. Our hosts were welcoming and very responsive.

• Madeline (8/5): Very good - Great location, plenty of room for a 4 night stay for a family of 5. Could hear the street noises of Stonetown which we really enjoyed. Property manager there to check us in and out when our drivers arrived.
• Suhithi (7/5): Great location in a very old building - Very centrally located apartment. 3 large bedrooms with great bedding linens and fabulous air conditioning. Each room can set their own AC temperature. The building is very old. Plumbing is peculiar so the showers in 2 of the bathrooms are almost not usable. They've just added a telephone shower head in a toilet next to the commode! Kitchen towels are old and not very clean. We didn't try to cook.
