Guest Reviews
- Kerry (8/5): - Comfortable walk to the club
- Neville (9/5): -

- Amanda (7/5): Clean and convenient. Close to town and waterways. Ideal couples - not families - It was incredibly convenient location wise. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. Poor lighting throughout. The living areas was just impractical. Kitchen dining area was not appropriate however the outside area was only weather permitting. The entry area was a wasted opportunity for a very comfortable and roomy living area as opposed to the tiny upstairs lounge area.
- Bruce (8/5): Very enjoyable could be chilly but we chose to come in the winter - Good location and very quiet Bedside lights to dull for reading
Microwave to high for people of a certain height
Should be at table top height
- Olga (8/5): It was well organised - Well organised, clean, all facilities nearby Broken sofa in living room
- Asher (6/5): It was ok. Not as memorable as many before. - Excellent location, nicely renovated, very thoughtfully appointed and reasonable value accommodation. The air con is not in the master bedroom so it’s a steamy sleep over summer. Limited hot water. We booked through Booking.com however then had to deal with a third party local realtor for payment which was unusual and, in my view, an unnecessary step. I use the booking platform to keep it simple.
The only down side were overly sensitive neighbours. Most likely because the unit is wedged in a residential unit block row, so it suits quieter couples. If you’re a family with young kids, look elsewhere.
- Philip (8/5): facilities outstanding. the rest explained above - There was none Sound proofing from neighbours.
Noisy flooring in unit and lack of noise insulation
- Matthews (8/5): Very good - Plenty of room, comfortable, lovely outside areas. They don't believe in ceiling lights! Lighting overall was not great.
Clothes drying facilities minimal
- Dimitrios (7/5): Good facilities and location - Location
- Lynne (6/5): Disappointed in the place due to inadequate lighting and not enough hot water. - The location was great, the apartment was clean & very quiet. The lighting was inadequate, the kitchen table was too small & cramped and the hot water was not enough for 4 adults to have a shower each day.
There seemed to be a lot of wasted space.
- Ash (9/5): Great place to explore northern New South Wales - For our group, this was a really great property as there are basically two self contained flats within! The outside space was great, there was even a water dragon who demanded some banana! It was close to the centre of Ballina, plus I'm a keen runner and it was easy to get to the seafront for a morning run. Kitchen was fully equipped so we could choose to cook or eat out. I struggle here to be honest, the place was great. I saw this in my first search and looked further afield but came back to this one and very glad I did.
- Sir (8/5): Very good -
- Robyn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Heather (10/5): Enjoyable and relaxing. Close to beaches and town and also my friend who lives there. Loved it 🥰 - Every thing needed was at hand! This was great and much appreciated. So clean and fresh too. Loved the garden and a big thrill was the water dragon, so beautifully made. The lighting was a bit dim in the rooms as I like to read at night when quiet. Buddhas are boring but birds are better. But it didn’t really worry us 😋
- Tony (9/5): Superb - Close to town centre (1 min drive). Very clean and tidy property with literally everything you need for short or long stay. Immaculately presented and comfortable.
Huge bed and extremely comfortable mattress. Plenty of linen. The kitchen was fully equipped and more...
Will definitely stay there again.
- Jennifer (8/5): A comfortable property and we loved the emphasis on nature and the environment. It was well equipped. - The beds were comfortable and the townhouse was well equipped. It was close to restaurants and shopping yet quiet. The table was a little small but we weren’t cooking so it was fine for our needs.
