• Anneliese (10/5): Kleine Oase mitten im Zentrum - Gute Raumaufteilung. Komfortable Betten mit tendenziell härterer Matratze. Besondere Lage im Altstadtkern, sodass alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig gut erreichbar sind. Die Abstellkammer im Badezimmer ist ein wenig fragwürdig und nach hinten offen. Scheint als führe sie irgendwie ins Gebäude rein. Glücklicherweise kann man die Tür aber abschließen.

• Adrian (8/5): Great location for a few days, but longer time I suspect that the noise can become quite the problem - Location was great, hosts were very helpful. It was like you would sleep on the streets. You could hear all the neighbours and the cars on the street, very thing windows.
• Petra (8/5): Great location, clean and cosy apartment. - The location is perfect, the apartment is only a couple of minutes walk of the central of Bologna. The apartment was very clean, although there was a certain (sewer) smell in the bathroom. The windows are quite old so you can hear every noise from the outside.
• Corinne (8/5): Bel emplacement mais bruyant. - L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville à pied. La literie est très confortable et de bonne qualité. L'appartement est très bien décoré. La rue est très passante et le simple vitrage ne coupe pas du tout du bruit. Le lave vaisselle était plein de vaisselle sale, ce qui est dommage.
• Martina (10/5): - Very central location, neat cozy apartment with plenty of daylight. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops. Well equipped kitchen. Smart TV in the living room. Windows were with pretty thin glasses, therefore it was pretty loud sometimes.

• Nizar (10/5): This place is perfect - Perfect. Perfect location. Perfect facilities. Perfect decor. Just perfect. This beautiful apartment was the best part of my visit to Bologna Nothing.
• Vecchiotti (8/5): - Locale piacevole e pulito. L'aria condizionata non raffrescava, forse con una piccola manutenzione si può rimediare soprattutto per periodi molto caldi e afosi. Zona molto comoda per raggiungere il centro città e le zone limitrofe. Adatto a due persone e forse il divano presente è letto, non mi serviva e non lo so per certo.
• Yoush13 (8/5): Good location - The studio is nice, clean, and a decent size. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the city center. There’s also a fantastic bar (The Corner Bar) less than 100 meters up the road. We did experience a hiccup upon arrival. We had arranged with the owner the day before to drop off our suitcase early and return later for the usual check-in. He kindly agreed, but when we arrived at 11:30, we ended up waiting over an hour for the cleaning lady to arrive. Unfortunately, she didn’t have the keys to the apartment, so we had to wait an additional 25 minutes for her to return with them. We stayed over a weekend, so just be aware that it can get noisy after midnight. Overall, despite the initial inconvenience, it was a pleasant stay.
• Sofia (10/5): Central and clean place with loads of space - The owner was incredibly generous—he kindly helped us find parking and even guided us until we secured a spot before check-in. Once we arrived, everything was perfectly in order!

• Sharon (9/5): Delightful apartment in a great location that exceeded expectations - The photos don't do this delightful apartment justice. Bigger than we expected, it had a fully equipped kitchen, loads of wardrobe space, a comfy bed and was in a delightful neighbourhood an easy walk from Piazza Margiorre. The Corner Bar downstairs was a boost too! The shower could do with a rethink. Plenty of hot water with good pressure but the shower curtain just isn't quite up to the task......

• Katarzyna (10/5): Comfortable, clean and stylish - Very friendly staff who welcomed us warmly and accommodated our slight change of plans (we arrived earlier that we planned). Thank you!!! The place is not just stylish and super clean, but also very comfortable with most amenities you may need for a longer stay. Super fast Internet, air conditioning and a large table made it easy to do workation. The area offers all you might need -- check out the Corner Bar, La Svolta, Berberè... The street can be noisy during the day and until late evening, so if you're a light sleeper, just keep that in mind (and maybe bring some earplugs). We were able to sleep with the windows open though despite the noise.
• Borislava (1/5): Do not book this apartment - Only the bed The place has not been cleaned at all. The bed duvet was covered in snots. There were crumbs on the kitchen chairs. We found even socks next to the bed. The windows are very old and it felt like the windows were open- the noise and the cold from outside are unacceptable. There is even a whole in one of the windows in the bedroom which we needed to fill in with a towel (seemed it did not help much). There are traces of leakeges on the walls. The horrible odour from the bathroom is hovering the whole apartment. The noise from the neighbours is quite unbearable as well. The property has not warned us in advance that additional taxes need to be paid in cash; we have received a communication from the owner via booking.com on the last day of our stay which we have seen in the evening prior our leaving when we did not have any cash left. The property did not leave us any toiletries apart from one soap and half used piece of toilet paper for our 5 day stay. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable considering the amount we have paid for our stay.

• Leisa (9/5): Lovely modern apartment in the heart of Bologna. - Great location - 15 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. Lovely compact apartment - ideal for 2 people and an additional child/adult. Great host who was very helpful and had provided bread/coffee/fruit etc on our arrival and everything you need for a few days stay. Excellent bars and restaurants are just 2 mins walk. Parking available approx 5 mins walk away for €10 per day.

The appartment is situated in one of the typical Bologna streets - ca. 15 minut walk to the centre. Bar and bus stop was also close. The owner was kind and helpful. We recommend! Thank you! Met us at the address and gave some useful tips for places to eat :) The apartment was well-equipped, had all that a family might need for a pleasant stay, even some pasta and croissants (along with coffee, milk, juice, croissants). Definitely a TOP place to stay in Bologna, close to the main attractions and the train station ( around 15 to 20 minutes walking ).
