- Giorgio (4/5): - acqua calda non disponibile, polvere ovunque. Per non parlare dei numerosi peli di gatto presenti in quasi tutta la casa. (Se avete allergie sconsigliatissimo) Unica cosa positiva è il ragazzo che ci ha accolto. Disponibile e gentile. Alloggio da riguardare…
- Marc (4/5): Décevant - La situation géographique. Garage transformé en appartement façon industriel mais pas fini. Hotte de la cuisine non raccordée électriquement, peu de couverts, vaisselle salle. Les interrupteurs sont mal placés (quand ils fonctionnent). Pas d'eau dans la douche et tout petit filet d'eau au lavabo. Pas d'eau chaude. Une invasion de moustiques malgré les dispositifs anti-moustiques présents. La cause identifiée : les moustiquaires des fenêtres ne sont pas étanches.

- Rachele (1/5): Terribile; interrotto prima a causa della mancanza di pulizia - Apprezzo lo sforzo nel renderla carina ed accogliente, e capisco il prezzo molto basso. Pulizia totalmente assente: abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo stoviglie sporche, lenzuola e cuscini con capelli. Il tavolino era pieno di cibo e sporcizia. Inoltre la doccia era sporca con muffa, lo scarico del WC non funzionava e quindi abbiamo dovuto usare l’acqua nella pentola, mancavano carta igienica e tovaglioli e tovaglia; inoltre la casa era piena di insetti. Va bene il prezzo basso, ma la pulizia non deve mancare.

- Veronica (9/5): Great stay ! - Very nice apartment, clean, spacious, with parking. The location was great to visit Ostia area, a car is needed.

- Geertje (5/5): Voldoende voor een overnachting dichtbij vliegveld FMO - Locatie voor de vroege reis naar het vliegveld was ideaal. Het was niet schoon. Vieze bekers met tandpasta in de badkamer, en de handdoeken roken niet fijn. Er verblijven normaliter ook katten zo te zien aan de speelruimte in het appartement? Dat was nergens gemeld. En voor mensen met allergieën niet fijn. In de badkamer was alleen de handdouche bruikbaar, de regendouche niet. De douchedeur was stuk dus deze sloot niet.

- Olivera (10/5): Exceptional - My family and I stayed at Toni's apartment for two weeks. The apartment is great, spacious and interestingly designed. The stay was comfortable. Located in a quiet and safe environment, with good communication with Rome by bus only 8 minutes walk away. The communication with Toni was excellent, he was really available and helpful with all our questions and needs. If we come again, we would choose this accommodation again

- Pedro (7/5): Affordable, good space, but needs improvements. - Good space with good kitchen, free street parking and easy access to Rome. In general it wasn’t very clean, one of the nights my wife didn’t sleep well caused by something in the air conditioning. The second night with windows open and without air conditioning it was better. We also experienced some itching and we believe it was caused by fleas, specially around the sofa. The pillows and towels weren’t looking well clean.
