• Stefan (10/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient! - Stayed here for work and it was so much better than booking a hotel. Jesse was easy to communicate with and any problems I had were dealt with swiftly! The place is clean, modern, easy to find with lots of parking available. Bed and room were comfortable enough for my stay with lots of pillows and sheets available. Would definitely book here again if I was in Regina for work.

• Rachel (7/5): The place works well for one night, but wouldn't want to stay much longer than that. - The room worked well for one night, was clean, and efficiently priced. The bed was very soft and sunken in and the pillows were hard and lumpy.

• Alexander (9/5): Great place to get a good rest between travel days. A bit out of the way but would recommend - Peaceful, nice. Checked in late but staff was very accommodating for that Lack of TV in the individual room was the only thing that was even close to an issue or problem. Otherwise it was excellent and served it's purpose.

The entire home was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained—every corner felt warm and welcoming. I was extremely comfortable throughout my stay, and the parking space was also very convenient, which made everything even better. What really stood out was the owner’s kindness and professionalism. I accidentally left some of my belongings behind, and they kept everything safe for me until I was able to get them back. That level of honesty and accommodation is rare and genuinely appreciated. The owner was incredibly nice, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. I would definitely book again! 🙌🏡✨

• Andrew (10/5): Best Experience Ever!!! - The location provided easy access to many amenities surrounding the area. As well as the house and room itself were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Jesse (the owner) was extremely kind and helpful with our stay here. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here!

Private time in your room, great internet serviceall around and Coffe, TV entertainment and chat in the living room. The rooms , kitchen and laundry pristine clean. I traveled a lot, but this is one of the best place I ever rented . The place deserve the name Cozy. With regards Janos I was alone. Next time I bring my girlfriend.

I actually slept better in this bed then I do at home. Rooms were nice, the living room and kitchen were great. I will be staying here again when I come back.

I loved the bed, I got a chance to lay down and stretch my legs and relax. The residence who come to stay are respectful and quiet. I would definitely come to stay again soon. Next stay, I am going to book a week in advance because I love staying here. I feel safe and at home staying here.
