• victoria (7/5): - Location is absolutely fantastic! It was a bit weird not to meet our hosts at all. We got 4 cups of coffee for 3 nights for four people so we had to buy our own and the tea bags were moldy, I had to throw everything away to make sure that the next guests won’t be sick. We were supposed to get a payment link for the city taxe but suddenly cash on the table was requested, felt really weird.

• Anne (9/5): Enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was fantastic, room was exceptionally clean, light and airy and in a nice quiet loca - Location, cleanliness, very comfortable and the terrace was a bonus Very steep stairs which would benefit from a handrail on the wall side. We are in our sixties and fit and healthy but it was problematic with luggage and wouldn’t suit people with mobility issues. Could also do with a light above the outside key pad, as we needed our torch facility on the phone, in order to see the pad.
• Ancy (8/5): - Heel nette kamer en super goede bedden. Ideale ligging om de stad te bezoeken. We ongeveer 1km van parking (t Zand) waar wij hebben geparkeerd. De instructies voor binnenkomen klopten niet. Ook de beschrijving om de kamer te vinden klopten niet. Kamer 4 na 1 trap aan de straatkant? Misschien toch even aanpassen. De badkamer van kamer 4 is bijzonder klein. Zelfs te klein om je haar te kunnen drogen. Vond het wel prijzig voor deze kleine kamer.
• gladys (9/5): Fijn verblijf in centrum Brugge - Locatie in centrum van Brugge, maar in een rustige straat. Weinig, alleen een plankje voor de toiletspullen in de badkamer zou fijn zijn.

The main issue with this location sounds like a poem and almost got me to leave the place is the smell that reminded me of some nuclear chemical cleaner (or I don’t know what it was, but the smell was chemical and reminded me of an all-purpose cleaner). Guys, please clean your beautiful house and rooms with something else, the smell is horrible, I couldn’t sleep properly the first night. Thanks to the universe, the smell left my room after I opened my window several times, but stayed in the public areas of this beautiful old house.

• Abdalrahman (9/5): I do highly recommend this home for anyone who want to come and enjoy Brugge - Everything👍🏻 In bathroom, there is a water outlet can be used to connect the portable bidet spray (check the attached photo). Also, very smooth check in and check out process. Need a mini bar, not for food but maybe for medicines and more hangers as there was not closet.

• Andrew (9/5): Great central city property - The property was clean and spacious with good facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The bd was firm and comfortable with very clean linen. There was a good amount of tourist information provided by the host if you were stuck with where to go. It was in general a great period Belgian property to stay in very close to the centre of the city. The only small negative is that the internal staircase is an adventure for the more clumsy of us and a bit of a challenge if you have enjoyed the famous Belgian beer.

Daarnaast ook goed contact en snelle reactie van de verhuurders bij vragen. Over het algemeen erg positief! Het uitzicht was niet echt aanwezig, maar dat was ook niet erg, omdat we weinig tijd in het apartement doorbrachten. Ook waren de bedden niet optimaal en een beetje hard, maar toch oke geslapen.

• Robyn (1/5): No value for money, more like a private room in a hostel - The location was great. I go to Brugge monthly and always style in this area as it is central and quiet There is no one on site to help with anything ever, despite me asking. The owners did call and said they were over 1 hour away and it was not convenient to come in even though there were issues with my room, so id need to be patient. This accommodation was extremely overpriced for what they offer, and most facilities do not work. My bedsheets had what looked like dried blood spotted all over them. The wifi didn't work the first day and the owner did not go out of the way to fix it, they said they were out for the night over 1 hour away and the router was in a guests bedroom so sorry I'd have to just have no wifi. I was there to work so thus was not okay as I had to make calls from a noisy coffee shop. The TV did not work at all and no one came once to have a look. The owners just kept making excuses. The one window was broken and stuck open, which made the nights very noisy Very inhospitable hosts. They overchatge for wht tou get, if you pay 30Euro more you can stay at the best hotels in Brugge. The value of this room is no more than 50Euro a night.

• Janet (9/5): Lovely homey room close to Market Square - Lovely cosy room in a lovely property. Every little detail made our stay feel special. Great location close to main attractions. Very comfortable and spacious. WiFi didn't work for us but it wasn't an issue
• Elizabeth (9/5): Lovely, cosy stay in centre of Bruges - Lovely cosy rooms in a beautiful old house, lots of steps but that wasn't a problem for us. Great central location near to lots of the sights and some great cafes and bars. Comfortable and nice to have a little space to sit too. The old heating pipes made a lot of noise and vibration in one of the rooms which wasnt a really big problem but did disburb some sleep at times. Door handle between the rooms was not attached

The beautiful apartment is in a great building but there are 3 flights of stairs to apartment 5,and top one is a spiral staircase, stairs are all very narrow, if you have any mobility issues does not really suit. If I booked again I would request ground floor
