• Lauren (10/5): Great place to stay in the center! - Parfaitement placé dans le centre de Palerme, l'appartement est magnifique, grand et était propre qu'en nous sommes arrivés. Nous étions 6 et l'appartement était largement assez grand pour nous accueillir. Riccardo est un hôte très bienveillant et prévenant prêt à donner des conseils et aider dès qu'il le peut.

• Back (8/5): - The place was spacious and clean. The location was good as it was close to buses and the train station but the street was busy and a bit noisy.
• Erica (10/5): - Perfect location for us, between the train station and historic center. Lidl was also down the street for groceries. The host was very helpful and responsive, easy to check in and out. He also provided good recommendations for food.

Cristian estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros a través de WhatsApp. Nos dio indicaciones de que visitar, donde comer, etc... Muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo que fuera necesario. La ubicación del apartamento es excepcional. En pleno centro. Un sitio ideal para disfrutar de Palermo, espacioso y equipado con todo lo necesario. Todo de 10, colchones comodísimos. La bomba de agua hace ruido cuando se abre algún grifo o se usa la cisterna pero se puede anular pulsando un solo botón por lo que no supone ningún problema para dormir por la noche. El apartamento está dentro de la zona de tráfico limitado (ZTL) lo que significa que entrar en esa zona está regulado. El ayuntamiento establece unos horarios en los que se puede acceder sin problema (semáforo indicando ZTL en verde) y otras horas en las que para acceder se debe disponer de un pase ZTL (semáforo indicando ZTL en rojo). Si vais en coche, comentárselo a Cristian y os informará en este sentido así como de donde aparcar. Hay un aparcamiento de pago detrás del edificio. Nosotros aparcamos justo antes de la zona ZTL, junto al Istituto Comprensivo Statale "Rita Borsellino", a 8 minutos andando del apartamento. Junto al edificio hay un supermercado Lidl y en el entorno tienes de todo (pizzerías, bares, locales tipo street food, etc..). Si volviéramos, repetiríamos. No encontré nada negativo.

• Marija (10/5): Odličan apartman na super lokaciji - Prekrasan i vrlo prostran apartman, sve je bilo uredno i jako čisto. Apartman je super opremljen, ima apsolutno sve što je potrebno. Izvrsna lokacija, sve znamenitosti na nekoliko minuta hodas. Domaćini su jako ljubazni i lijepo su nas ugostili. Preporučujem svima!

• sara e denis (9/5): Siamo state soddisfatte! Consigliato! - Posizione ottima a 6 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e vicino a tutti i mercati e al centro storico. Appartamento molto spazioso, pulito e host molto disponibile. Abbiamo avuto il piacere ti conoscere il papà ed è stato gentilissimo!! Di sicuro se ne avremo la possibilità ci torneremo. In una delle camere verso la strada principale, quella solo con la finestra (no terrazzo), era poco insonorizzata e una delle mie amiche ha dovuto mettere i tappi nelle orecchie per non sentire il traffico notturno (è stato molto soggettivo ma la vita notturna a Palermo è molto attiva).
• Pati H-S (10/5): - Apartament okazał się idealnym wyborem na pobyt w Palermo. Jest przestronny, z aż czterema sypialniami i dwiema łazienkami, co zapewnia wygodę nawet większej grupie. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona. Zlokalizowany na 4. piętrze, ale budynek posiada uroczą, zabytkową windę, która dodaje uroku całemu miejscu. Z okien roztacza się piękny widok, a dodatkowym atutem jest bliskość Lidla tuż za rogiem oraz dworca kolejowego w niedalekiej odległości. Gospodarz był niezwykle pomocny, z doskonałym kontaktem na każdym etapie pobytu. Z czystym sumieniem polecam – pobyt w Palermo i w tym  apartamencie był naprawdę udany!

Questo appartamento ti permette di vivere Palermo a piedi, immerso nella sua storia e vitalità, dotata di spazi ampi e ottima pulizia. Proprietario educato, gentile, simpatico e alla mano. Sempre disponibile, offre tantissimi consigli utili su cosa vedere, dove mangiare e come vivere al meglio Palermo. Ti fa sentire subito a casa. Alloggio super consigliato!!!!! El apartamento ubicado en el centro, en un palacio,muy cómodo para ver la zona monumental. Habia condimentos de cocina, basicos y más, al igual que en los baños. Muy espacioso y limpio, camas muy cómodas, dormitorios muy grandes y bonita vista desde los balcones. • Juana Maria (8/5): - Muy buena ubicación, cerca de corso Vittorio Emanuele que junto a Maqueda son las arterias turísticas, tanto de monumentos como de restauración y ambiente. La avenida es segura y en los alrededores hay ambiente, también un Lidl que abre hasta los domingos. El apartamento es muy amplio, con habitaciones grandes de techos altos, las camas grandes y cómodas. Nos estaban esperando a la llegada y nos explicaron el funcionamiento de todo, se abre con tarjeta que también se usa para la luz de la habitación, como en los hoteles. La cocina-salón es mas pequeña pero suficiente para los 6 que fuimos. En general estuvo bien, la impresión que da el portal no es muy buena es un tanto lúgubre y el ascensor antiguo, pero bien. Los baños perdían algo de agua, uno en el lavabo y otro en el WC, dimos aviso pero no le dieron demasiada importancia, tienen un sistema de llenado de agua bastante ruidoso pero con apagarlo por la noche se soluciona. Tiene solo una cafetera individual, convendría poner una mas grande para hacer más rápido el café y ampliar el menage de la cocina un poco más, por lo demás bien.

• Jan Martin (9/5): Beste Wahl für Leute, die in Palermo eintauchen und zwischendurch immer kurz ausruhen wollen. - Vier große Zimmer, Küche, zwei Bäder, drei Balkone, Klimaanlagen, Fahrstuhl, super Lage, netter Kontakt. Es passte alles.

• Dave (10/5): Perfect for our group of 4 individual seasoned travellers. - firstly Christian was an excellent host. He met our party at the location at our arrival time, even though our flight was late. He spent 30mins with us, letting us know all the location requirements and even created a WhatsApp group with us. Sent us suggestions and introductions to local restaurants. How to use the local buses, everything. In fact a key bus stop is right outside the front door. I am someone who has a researched itinerary before a city visit, but Christian added significantly to the list. Christian went over and above to help us get to know where we were and what to get up to. The location of Spyda is excellent. Perfect for arrival from the airport by train, if you want to avoid the taxis. It's 10mins walk from the railway station. Spyda is less than 5mins from Kalsa, what I would call the Palermo equivalent of London's Soho. Great bars and restaurants. In fact too many to name. a short 15mins maximum walk from the main sites, Palazzo Di Normani etc. I really cannot emphasise how great a location it is. I'm a history nerd and visiting all the Palermo sites was incredibly easy, whether walking to the Palermo sites or going by bus to Monreale. it's an easy bus journey to Mondello the local beach and very easy day trip to Cefalu by train. we spent 6 nights, all in Palermo and we weren't bored or running out of ideas for a minute. Palermo has a great deal going for it. And I can only see it getting more popular. A food mecca, we visited restaurants from Michelin star to street grilled fish in a local neighbourhood. And Palermo is history must see. Then at the end of our stay Christian organised a taxi Mercedes to the airport at a reduced cost, with a great driver and in a Mercedes van. saved us probably thirty euros and a headache. the apartment was a complete bargain. grab it before Palermo get's more popular, the costs will rise, i'm sure.! I have no criticisms at all. Everything exceeded our expectations. at a bargain cost.

• Caroline (9/5): I would recommend this accomodation to a group or family wanting to stay in central Palermo. - Great location, comfortable rooms, very helpful owner with good communication. Lots of coffee for our use on arrival. High ceilings lots of space. One of the showers was blocked but on telling the owner he said he would unblock it which I believe he did after we left.

Big avenue ehich is actually quite busy but feels safe to come back home at night. the bedrooms very big and spacious. good wifi! even you are on top of avenue you dint hear much noise as double glass in the windows. it's great to have 2 bathrooms. Many details taken care of. Water bottles available, coffee machine etc. The kitchen/common area is quite small; but ir wasnt a problem for us since we did not plan to eat there.

Water boiler was very loud, we had to manually turn it of for night. Heating was broken on a few rooms, so they were a bit cold.

Very good location for eating, sightseeing and bus/airport shuttle stops. The owner Christian is very friendly and professional, meeting us at the property to ensure we understand everything in the house, recommended important sights to visit, and several restaurants - well, we tried all and loved the dishes. Thank you very much, Christian! If we go back, we will choose this again! All acceptable.

• Angela (8/5): Very good - the apartment is very spacious . two of the bedrooms are huge and 2 smaller. we were very comfortable.location is good. on a busy road but close to station and central there was a lot of old rubbishy stuff left by previous people. the Netflix didnt work. it needed more kitchen utensils eg, sharp knives.

Could use some more places to sit, lacks a hangout/living room. Is in a part of town that has a lot of litter and seems slightly sketchy but is only a few blocks to the nicer areas.

The apartment was huge, nicely furnished, clean and with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location was excellent, very near the train station, restaurants, a Lidl supermarket, shopping stores and in the middle of all tourist attractions. Overall, we did not have any issues or concerns with the apartment. Everything turned out to be fine.

• Ciaran (10/5): Fabulous Apartment in the Centre of Palermo - SPYDA is a fabulous apartment located right in the centre of Palermo. It has four spacious rooms, two bathrooms and is in a very secure building. It is only a short walk from the central train station and the historical centre. Christian was a terrific host. He met us at the property, gave very good recommendations and was always prompt in replying to WhatsApp messages. Nothing. It's one of the best apartments I have stayed in.

• Linda (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment newly renovated. Gorgeous original ceilings and tile floors. Beautiful views of cathedral dome, large bedrooms with balconies. Gracious, generous owner, good-sized brand new kitchen. Location is 5 minutes to large grocery store and 7-8 minutes to beautiful cathedrals. Great air conditioning, and many restaurants close by. Can't beat the value and comfort! Would be happy to stay there again. Nothing.

Not as modern as I thought it was going to be from photos but was still very good facilities. Slight difficulty getting into apartment as host was away and had to arrange other meet up last minute. Parking nearby was difficult to find.

• Kitagawa (10/5): I highly recommend this comfortable and reasonable stay! - The location was great, it’s very closed to a train station and the bus stop to the city center is right in front of this building. Also the grocery store and a mini mart are located on both sides of this building. The view from the room is so beautiful through the morning to the evening. There’s also an air conditioner in a room, the bed is comfortable, and it’s very clean. There’s also a kitchen and two bathrooms. This hotel’s owner is very nice and caring. We only communicated through messages, but he always helped me immediately I asked him something. Also the people at the minimart is nice and sweet, too! Nothing!

• Maud (9/5): Superb - The rooms are big, the appartement is clean and it is well located in the city centre of Palermo The noise from the water pump (which seems usual to Palermo but is loud) and the noise from the street (ok with closed windows)
• Mas (9/5): Nice location - Great location, very central. Rooms with high ceilings and a nice view of the city from the balcony. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay here overall. The water wasn’t running for a short time, the host was very helpful and fast with responding messages and calls, so they came to fix it.

It’s new, the rooms are large and the bathrooms are very beautiful (specially one shower, is huge and great if you want to make a shower to relax). Christian, the owner, is a beautiful person, very polite, if you need help is always available. I travel a lot and I never met a kind person like Christian. The location is great, because you are at the city centre. I recommend this property at 100% if you want to visit Palermo. I liked everything.
