• JULIETA MOREIRA (10/5): Hermoso departamento en Florencia con todas las comodidades. - El departamento es un lujo. Tiene todas las comodidades para bañarse, dormir, cocinar. Cuando salis y al entrar te recibe el aroma de las flores. Eso será inolvidable. Para ir a los museos o la zona "más turísitica" caminábamos 20/30 minutos pero demás está decir que hay transporte para utilizar. La ubicación es bien barrial y tranquila, para conocer también ese lado de Florencia que es muy bello. La atención de la anfitriona impecable.

• Eve (9/5): Agréable séjour. Très propre. - Chambre confortable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Maison en retrait de la route, plus au calme. Dispose de trois chambres au RDC avec cuisine commune (ce qui est un plus). Difficultés avec la machine à café.

• Ahmet (10/5): The host was very communicative and helpful. - The cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect and the host's communication was top-notch.
• CHRISTINA (8/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και σχετικά άνετο. Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ κοντά σε στάση του λεωφορείου (νούμερο 23) που έχει τακτικά δρομολόγια για το κέντρο. Η πρόσβαση στο κτίριο και η καθοδήγηση της ιδιοκτήτριας ήταν άμεση και σαφής . Στο κομοδίνο υπήρχε μέχρι και ταμπλέτα για τα κουνούπια που χρειάζεται καθώς υπήρχαν αρκετά στο δωμάτιο. Δυστυχώς εμείς δεν την προσέξαμε και δεν κοιμηθήκαμε καλά. Θα μπορούσε να έχει ένα μικρό τραπεζάκι στο δωμάτιο ή κρεμαστρακια για τα μπουφάν για μια πιο άνετη διαμονή .

• Anita (6/5): Maybe a bad timing - It was clean. Something a solo traveler would never want is 5 min after arrival and finding all the numbers + key in the door is to have somebody by the door knocking and saying something like this is my room/I own the room and asking is it clean. I understand might have been bad timing but not for the money paid. As previously logged WiFi was unreliable, isn’t really warm, there is no place to put anything in shower, sink is in the room area.

Posizione defilata rispetto al centro ma utile nel mio caso

• Joanna (9/5): perfect location for wise price and really helpful host - the location is really perfect to visit Florence, it's only 20-30 minutes walk from main attractions but still outside the no-car zone. You can easily reach the location by car, park nearby (you can choose either parking on street or choose one of guarded parking lots) and then enjoy sightseeing on foot. Its also very close to international train station connected with different cities. The communication with host was perfect, she answered very quickly, recommended some places, asked if we need any help. I also appreciate the coffee machine and the small yard with coffee table in front of the building-nice time in the morning the kitchen could be better equipped in glasses and plates - for us it was OK -we were 2 people but for bigger group it could be problematic

• Raimund Schmitz (9/5): - Avevo fatto una richiesta scritta prima del nostro soggiorno se c´erano bottglie di acqua nelle 3 camere oppure se lo dovevamo portare noi, e la struttura ci aveva confermato che lo fornivano loro. Invece quando siamo arrivato ci siamo accorti che l'acqua non c'era. Io che viaggio tamto devo dire: Avere un po di acqua da bere in camera, è per me un standard indispensabile, sopratutto quando la struttura si trova in una posizione dove nelle vicinanze non sono negozi o supermercati per prenderlo.

• Anna Chiara (8/5): Una buona soluzione fuori dal centro, tranquilla ed economica - Tutto bene, bella stanza pulitissima e molto silenziosa, facile la comunicazione, quartiere tranquillo a 20' a piedi dalla stazione. Per me il fatto di dover fare il check.in entro le 21, nonostante sia un self chech-in, è stato problematico perché non mi ha permesso di partecipare a una cena di lavoro; purtroppo non ho trovato altri posti in centro avendo prenotato con poco anticipo, quindi certo non è responsabilità di Francarooms! Detto ciò, tutto bene!

• Francesca (10/5): Un piacevole ritorno - Stanza accogliente, silenziosa, pulita e non umida. Sistemazione molto comoda perché è presente una cucina comune completa di tutto. In casa troverai cialde per il caffè, tisane, fette biscottate e biscotti offerti gentilmente dalla proprietaria, la quale passa per salutare e chiedere se è tutto a posto. Siamo tornate più di una volta da Francarooms e ci siamo sempre trovate bene. Consigliato!

• Thomas Wuillemin (9/5): Nicely located and relaxing stay. - The place is quite comfortable. The location, not being in the ultra-center, is very quiet while still being easily accessible by tram. The staff is nice and welcoming. The guide book provided at the entrance for transportation in Florence was really helpful. There were some mosquitos, although to be fair, an anti-mosquito diffuser was provided. So in the end it was not a problem.

Tenía un armario que nos ayudó bastante para guardar toda la ropa y el recinto estaba muy bien ubicado en cuanto al supermercado y a las paradas de bus. La atención de Daria también fue muy buena! La cama no era muy cómoda

• Alina (10/5): Периодически видели муравьев и на кухне ив номере - Отличный номер. Все соответствовало фотографиям. В номере был шампунь и гель для душа. На кухне был кофе, чай, печеньки. Приятная отзывчивая хозяйка. Очень тихое место, шума с улицы мы не слышали. Удобное самостоятельное заселение. 20 минут пешком до ж/д вокзала

• Elizabeth (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good. 15 min walk to duomo. Daria is excellent communication. Met the owner who was great and helpful. Mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. The shower needs a shower caddy. Nowhere to put anything, like shampoo bottle etc. Somebody kept turning off the air conditioner in the main living area so at 36 degrees C the area was not usable.
• Bernhard (10/5): Exceptional - The house and room are in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed, and the room was clean with a nice little patio. The coffee provided was a big plus. Great stay. It was just a little further from the train station and downtown.
• Sally (9/5): Superb - Daria was a wonderful host. She always responded quickly to our enquiries, which made us feel comfortable about our stay. The accommodation looks newly renovated with excellent facilities & was very clean. Close to transport & the city centre.
