But this place is so much more and we would like to stay here again in the future! The room was new, really nice and had everything you need. Bathroom had an amaizing shower and couch bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The place is run by a couple who are so nice and take care of everything. Very easy to go go Venice by train, as there is a train station just a few minutes away!Very clean rooms, nice garden, small tub tot cool off, nice breakfast. On request, they cook dinner served with excellent wine for a small price. Just for you to know: the owner likes to chat. If you are a social person, perfect!

• Marco (10/5): Perfection - I am speechless. Sometimes you just need a good sleep en-route. And sometimes you hit jackpot: a modern, ultra-clean room, a bright and roomy breakfast lounge, the perfect host, wholesome breakfast, a nice long chat with a genuinely nice owner. Next time I’m anywhere near Venice I am definitely staying here again!

The property has a fantastic garden; it’s 30min far from Venice by car (was told there is a convenient train station nearby). The hosts - Stefania and Marco, were absolutely great and I enjoyed interacting with them. Breakfast and dinner were homemade, with fresh vegetables, really tasty. A small refrigerator in the room would be a nice add-on.

They make you feel at home. They prepared us lovely home made food which was excellent. Our kids loved to play in the garden.
