• Werner (8/5): Gemütliches Studio - Achtung! Es gibt zwei Appartements, wir hatten das Standard Studio, direkt an der Straße. Es ist unglaublich mit wie viel Liebe und Mühe diese 25 qm eingerichtet sind, so dass Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche, Bad, Klo und Schlafzimmer Platz haben. Grosses Kompliment! Und die Lage ist hervorragend. Nachteil: direkt an der Straße, im Erdgeschoss, jeder kann dir in dein Zimmer schauen und leise ist es auch nicht Wir fanden es dennoch gemütlich. • Jose (9/5): Qualidade preço - Boa localização. O estúdio tem um espaço decente e está bem estimado. A cama é de difícil acesso, pois só tem acesso de um lado e abertura apertada. Serve perfeitamente para quem apenas vai lá dormir e fazer uma outra refeição. Tem aquecimento piso radiante, boa pressão e temperatura de água. Falta de microondas. Para aquecer leite foi preciso usar uma panela. Também limita a possibilidade de trazer comida já feita do supermercado que seria só aquecer.

We didn't have any problems at all, they were quiet and friendly (when we happened to pass them in the entrance). There were no smells either...Overall, the stay was really good. Very clean, everything available and the host was on tap for all of our questions. Would stay again.
• Monica (8/5): - appartamento accogliente e in ordine con tutto il necessario riscaldamento era accesso e si stava molto bene per essere un monolocale gli spazi sono utilizzati molto bene all inizio non sapevo bene quale fosse il numero del monolocale per la chiave e il personale ha risposto subito ai messaggi dicendomi il codice completo per prendere le chiavi ottima posizione, le metro sono proprio vicino ed è tutto collegato in modo ottimo la porta di ingresso è sulla via ci sono due tende, quella che oscura è ottima è difficile però avere luce naturale e le luci non danno molta luminosità perché hai sempre il pensiero che qualcuno possa guardare dentro e abbiamo tenuto sempre le tende tirare punto basso per questione privacy

Het appartement ligt aan een binnenplaats, geen straatgeluiden en aan de straatkant afgesloten met een deur dus ook heel veilig. Goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Leuke eettentjes in de buurt. Das Personal des Restaurants haben uns freundlicherweise geholfen. Herdplatte war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden, auf Anfrage aber später nachgebracht. Vereinzelt Schimmel.

• Erbo (3/5): Eigentlich richtig gut, aber bei mir hat es einfach nicht geklappt. - Die Lage ist einfach genial. Fußläufig sind die wichtigsten Museen in zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Das Volkstheater ist gleich nebenan. Die Umgebung (Spittelberg) ist berühmt für das hervorragende Angebot an Gaststätten und Bars. Frühstück gibt es eine Straße weiter im Cafe Raimund. Anbindung ans Öffi-Netz ist optimal. Vier Tage musste ich auf Warmwasser warten. Die Heizung funktionierte überhaupt nicht. So was kann mal passieren, dann kommt es aber darauf an, wie schnell und transparent der Vermieter reagiert. Über den Kundendienst von Booking.com konnte es dann gelöst werden.

• Tao (9/5): Perfect location, cute place, would recommend - Perfect location, honestly in terms of location I would have chosen nowhere else, super accessible with multiple means of public transport, the area is quiet and bohemian, in the best location to access museum district The only reason I did not give it 10/10, marking it a perfect place to stay was the lack of heating, it’s warmer than outside but since I went in the middle of winter I was a bit frozen.

Y el dueño contestó a nuestras peticiones Faltaba mucha limpieza, hay mucho polvo, telas de arañas, encontramos trocitos de cristal en el piso, el colchón más vale no mirarlo…Es una pena, el apartamento es lindo y cómodo pero le hace falta cuidado y cariño.

Sábanas de la cama sucias. Las almohadas y el colchón sin forro, estaban amarillas. Éramos 3 y nos pusieron 2 toallas, el sofá cama no estaba preparado, contactamos con el alojamiento que no nos contestó, se tuvo que contactar con atención al cliente y la última noche se nos arregló los inconvenientes. El baño tiene moho en las paredes y en la ducha. Las cortinas todas rotas. El calentador de agua en la habitación, teníamos que apagarlo por las noches, por el ruido. Calefacción era con un calefactor que nos encontramos debajo de la cama después de rebuscar. La cocina no la usamos, pero se veía estropeada al igual que todo el resto de mobiliario, que está todo hecho con planchas de madera laminado. Puse una reclamación y según me comentó iban a hacer un reembolso del 30%, hace ya más de semana y media y aún no lo han hecho, llevo con esta reclamación semana y media, después de contactar con ellos por 3 veces, llevo años reservando por aquí y esto, lo peor que me he encontrado. He estado esperando la resolución del problema para no calificarlo de tan pésima manera, pero no hagáis solución. El propietario muy mal.

Arrived at 15:30 and Key was not in key safe as directed and owner did not respond to phone or text messages. Staff from restaurant next door saw us getting upset and let us in to apartment as they had a master key. It was as previous guests had left it, very dirty and bed unmade the place was a mess! We were too late for our booked light show at Schönbrunn Palace because of all this so lost 50 euros of tickets. Waitress eventually got owner on phone and we were assured the apartment would be cleaned if we returned later. When we got back in bed was made but sheets were creased and crumpled and did not smell clean. Apartment did not look like it had been cleaned properly and the towels were small, rough and thin and did not look clean. We did not stay for our booked dates as it was just too dirty and unclean. Owner did not message or contact us too apologise. Worst accommodation I’ve ever had. Waitress said this happens all the time so be warned. Owner lacks the organisation and care to be offering accommodation through booking.com. I have photo evidence of how bad it is!

Małe mieszkanko z aneksem kuchennym i podstawowymi sprzętami - naczynia, widelce, łyżki, kubki, patelnia, zaparzacz do kawy (nie ekspres jak w ogłoszeniu), kawa (miła niespodzianka), prywatna łazienka. Mieszkanie urządzone z gustem, na wyposażeniu były tez ręczniki i suszarka do włosów. W pobliżu knajpki, stacja koleji, metro, sklep. Przestrzeń z potencjałem. Otrzymaliśmy klucze cztery godziny po rozpoczęciu dobry hotelowej za co nas przeproszono. Kluczy nie było o umówionej godzinie w skrytce, właściciel nie odbierał telefonów, a kiedy się dodzwoniłam okazało się, że mieszkanie nie jest gotowe i poproszono nas o kolejne 1,5 h oczekiwania. W mieszkaniu był grzyb i było brudno (np. pajęczyny przy lustrze w łazience, kłęby kurzu). Po zgłoszeniu informacji o grzybie pod prysznicem został on usunięty. Właściciel lub ktoś kogo wynajął wszedł bez konsultacji z nami do mieszkania, zostałam o tym tylko poinformowana przez sms. W mieszkaniu były pajęczyny, pleśń na ścianie i pod prysznicem (usunięta podczas naszego pobytu). Oferta jest niejasno opisana, do mieszkania wchodziło się bezpośrednio z ulicy na poziom 0, brak światła. Cena za wynajem nie była wysoka jednocześnie nie znaczy to, że można oddać komuś brudną przestrzeń, z pleśnią i wprowadzać w błąd opisem.

• Michael (1/5): Unerträglich, NIE WIEDER. - Die Lage ist zentral, allerdings auch sehr laut. Sie wohnen zwischen einem Sushi-Restaurant und einer Pizzeria. Der Vermieter reagierte nicht auf Anfragen und Anrufe, wie der Schlüssel übergeben werden soll. Es gab einen Schlüsseltresor, allerdings keinen vollständigen Code vom Vermieter. Letztlich kamen wir nur durch die Hilfe eines Nachbarn(der Sushi-Köchin) in die Wohnung, der der Vermieter antwortete - sie selbst ist ebenfalls Mieterin ... Die gesamte Wohnung ist ungepflegt, und wurde bis auf Handtücher und Bettwäsche, ungereinigt übergeben. Die Wohnung verfügt weder über RAUCHMELDER, noch einen NOTAUSGANG. Wenn es vor oder in der Wohnung brennen sollte, haben Sie ein PROBLEM! Die Ausstattung ist bescheiden und zudem ungepflegt bis verdreckt, was meine Fotos beweisen. Die Wohnung lässt sich nicht richtig lüften, da sich kein Durchzug herstellen lässt, zu dem ist es dann sehr LAUT, da der Bürgersteig nur wenige Zentimeter entfernt ist. Das Bett ist klein, und lässt sich nur durch einen kleinen Spalt betreten, da es von drei Seiten von Wänden begrenzt wird, die Matratze ist durchgelegen, die Kissen jahrealt und von aller billigster Ikea-Qualität.

Además, al ser un bajo y no tener persianas, solo unas cortinas, da la impresión que te pueden ver cuando estás en la ducha o en el baño. El apartamento tenía alguna que otra telaraña. Creo que si mejorara este último punto, mejoraría mucho.

Il semble y avoir plusieurs studios/appartements donnant sur une cour intérieure, nous n'avions pas cette situation. On avait l'appartement numéro 4 qui était situé côté rue (Neustiftsgasse) entre deux restaurants. Toutefois, le lieu était très bien isolé phonétiquement, on n'entendait rien de l'extérieur L'équipement est limité au plus juste, il n'y a qu'une plaque de cuisson, le frigo de taille limité. Notre studio (numéro 4) était petit en surface, bien agencé, mais l'accessibilité au lit un peu "sport". Le sol, les WC, douche étaient propres, par contre le petit bloc cuisine et les fauteuils méritent plus de nettoyage/propreté

• Hamid (1/5): Bad - I did not stay at this hotel The photos posted on the website are to deceive you, they do not correspond to the rooms at all. At least for my reservation, there was no garden, the entrance to the room opened onto the street and was noisy. The restaurant posted in the photos, according to the restaurant reception, has nothing to do with the hotel. The owner of the hotel is not available at all and no matter how many times you call or message, he does not respond. Even the toilet did not have toilet paper, the shower was like the one shown in the photos, it seems that all the rooms are the same, but the shower in my room was such that if you took a shower, steam would fill the entire room and The ceiling above the bed was so low that you couldn't move easily. I left this hotel without staying and asked for a refund.

• Dmitrijs (10/5): Wonderful stay in Vienna - We had a wonderful stay at these apartments in Vienna, located just a short walk from the Inner Stadt. We rented a one-bedroom apartment that had everything needed for a comfortable stay — a stove, kettle, dishes, towels, iron, hairdryer, and even a dishwasher. The apartment was very clean and cozy, and we immediately felt at home. The entrance is through a charming inner courtyard shared with a Japanese café, which adds a lovely touch to the atmosphere. There is also a small terrace in the courtyard with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Vienna. The only minor downside was that there was no shower gel provided, but everything else was absolutely perfect.

• Mustafa (8/5): Very good - The location is great. You can just walk most of the city from the apartment. There are many tourist attractions nearby. You can reach city centre on foot in 15-20 minutes. Also, the host was really helpful. We had a minor issue in the apartment, and when we called him he came and fix the problem really quick. The door of the flat does not open open from the outside, but you cannot lock the door either. It is not a big deal, but it would be better to fix it.

• Panoraia (10/5): We didn’t get tired from walking at all, as everything was so close to us. - Located in the city center and right next to a metro station. We visited during Christmas, and Rathausplatz was only a 10-minute walk away, as were most attractions and markets. It’s ideal for two friends or a couple in terms of space. Surprisingly warm, even though we didn’t use the heating. We had no issues with the host, who responded promptly. The accommodation could be even better if shampoo were provided for the shower. Additionally, there was an occasional sewer smell, but I don’t think the host can do much about it—it seems to be a common issue in Vienna.
• Braxton (2/5): Do not recommend - the location was good Didn't like much. The premises are sketchy, you enter into a yard with a stomach turning stench of oil from the Chinese restaurant, you actually feel sick from the smell. The yard is also full of junk and garbage bins with little room to move with the luggage. Inside is not better. There was mold on the walls, opened pasta and sugar packets etc in the cupboards, no soap to shower and only 2 towels for 2 people stayin for 4 days. Floor was yucky and the walls, sheets and cushions has stains. The furniture looks like diy and the water heater was next to the bed which made lots of noise. It was also very very cold and we only had a small electric heater. One of our rooms also could not be locked from the inside and there was a cleaning cupboard inside the entry way of the room, so my friends did not feel safe at all ! Worst stay ever, would never stay there again.
• Cynthia (1/5): We could not stay due to strong food odor garbage stored outside too - Location was good We could not stay there so we left. Garbage in the courtyard to our room. Restaurant smell overwhelming. Restaurant storing item in the courtyard. The photos advertised somewhat deceiving.
• Yasmin (10/5): Exceptional - Cosy & perfect Coffee for guests staying for only 1 night would be nice!
• Ellen (8/5): A good find in Vienna with small cons! - The location was excellent and the apartment was cozy and well-furnished. The bathroom was very nice. The towels could've been bigger and the WiFi faster (also the info in the apartment was incorrect). The communication with the host was lacking (slow response time).
• Destiny (3/5): Bring your own cleaning supplies - The property was cute and nicely furnished It was really dirty. Floor hadn’t been swept or mopped in weeks, thick layers of dust everywhere, mould on the walls and cobwebs everywhere.

• Claudia (8/5): Ghosted by a host - Great location close to the city centre, small but comfortable and refurbished Cleaning could be better and it’d have been better to have some hot a/c instead of only fresh one. I asked a late check out to the host and he replied me 10 mins before the actual check out that we could wait an indefinite time for the cleaning team to come. We were of course ready by that time and wanted to leave the luggages at the restaurant the host told us to but it was closed and the only way to get him answer me (after several call and messages) was calling booking priority service number. Even though we followed the instructions the booking operator told me the host told her, we couldn’t manage to find our luggages at the restaurant as planned. Eventually the waitress of the restaurant helped us open the apartment and we fortunately found them just like we left them
• Dmytro (8/5): Very good - Convenient location. Many attractions are within walking distance. There is a japanese and georgian restaurants nearby. Fresh linen. It would be nice to install a heater, as the ground floor apartment is quite cool in the evenings in October.
• Chloe (8/5): Very good - Great location, nice cosy feel to the property The spider webs and the shower unit didn’t stay up easily.
• Susan (8/5): Fantastic central stay in small but well appointed apartment with all we needed, very comfortable bed - Location in the centre and great going out area just around the corner. Interesting architecture with space well used, very innovative! Front door opened onto main road but wasn’t too busy.
