The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. There is free parking available. The hotel and facilities appear to be quite new. They do not allow tattooed guests in the onsen, and it was difficult to find this information before we booked. It would be good to have a small lamp or light dimmer in the room for night time.

• Yvonne Deborah (10/5): Pleasant! - We enjoyed our 3D2N stay very much. We arrived at 7:30 pm and had informed the hotel in advance. The staff stayed up to welcome us warmly with a smile. The two men on duty were helpful, polite, and able to communicate in English. Our room comfortably fit three people. It was warm and cozy. The heater was turned on and the futons were already set up for us, which was very thoughtful. The bathroom was well equipped with skincare products for both men and women. Water pressure was excellent, and the toilet seat was always warm. Each guest was provided with a yukata and a rattan basket containing toiletries such as a toothbrush and comb. We enjoyed free access to the public onsen, which was mostly empty during our visits. We also tried the izakaya restaurant. It was affordable and delicious. The hotel grounds were beautiful, and we wished we had stayed longer to enjoy the facilities. We would definitely return. No WiFi in the restaurant so we struggled to translate the menu. Had to walk to the lobby to get internet connection, but not a big deal.

• Mo (8/5): - The staff was very kind and professional. The room was very big for just one person, it also included a shower and bathing area aside of the shared hot spring downstairs. The hotel was a bit further away from the center than I thought, it's probably expected that you come there by car. On the bright side it gave me more possibility to be active. Also not sure if the air conditioning worked well, I put it on 15 degrees (the lowest) and it still got really warm at night, but not sure if i understood the system.

• Sheila (9/5): Relaxing Resort-Like Hotel - This is a beautiful resort like hotel. The Japanese meals are amazing. All the staff are very professional and kind. There is a lovely onsen with a bath both inside and outside. We didn't realize that our room would be Japanese style beds on the tatami. From the pictures it looked like all rooms had beds. However, the hotel was able to change our room to accommodate us and give us a room with beds.
