Die überfreundliche Dame am Empfang hat mich schon um 11 Uhr ins Zimmer gelassen. Es macht viel aus für mich persönlich,wenn man sich bemüht die Gäste zufriedenzustellen. Es war nicht selbstverständlich aber Sie war sehr zuvorkommend für ihre Gäste Das war eine Meisterleistung sieht man heut zu Tage noch kaum Vielen Dank dafür

Die liebevolle Führung durch die Familie, die außergewöhnliche Herzlichkeit und die perfekte Kombination aus Komfort, Ruhe und erstklassigem Service machen jeden Aufenthalt unvergesslich. • Karioh (10/5): Zauberhaft! - Ich bin mittlerweile Stammgast in diesem wunderbaren Hotel und jedes Mal begeistert mich der Aufenthalt aufs Neue. Besonders zur Weihnachtszeit ist es hier einfach zauberhaft! Die festliche Dekoration ist immer ein Highlight auch die Tannenbäume, die Lichterketten und die liebevollen Details schaffen eine unglaublich stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich sofort in Weihnachtsstimmung versetzt! Das Hotel selbst bietet nicht nur eine wunderschöne Umgebung, sondern auch einen herausragenden Service. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und herzlich, und es ist immer wieder schön, bekannte Gesichter zu sehen. Die Qualität der Zimmer, die ruhige Lage und die Gastfreundschaft machen dieses Hotel zu meinem absoluten Lieblingsziel. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt und kann es jedem nur empfehlen, hier einmal zu übernachten besonders zur festlichen Jahreszeit!

• Michael (8/5): Gutes gepflegtes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal - Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich, der Kaffee sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Alles was vorhanden war funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Fernseher ausreichend groß und die Minibar gut gefüllt. Im Hotel befindet sich ein Restaurant mit schöner Hotelbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Hotel lagen gratis Süßigkeiten aus. da fällt mir nichts ein.

• Lindsay (9/5): A comfortable and charming hotel with helpful and friendly staff and very good food. - A charming property, clean and well maintained with lots of thoughtful touches The location is a little unusual in a largely industrial area, that didn’t actually impact the stay negatively but did mean there wasn’t anywhere really to go to within walking distance. The train station is very close and convenient.

• Max (10/5): Juwel der Hotelbranche - Dieses Haus bietet eine Servicequalität, wie man Sie nur noch selten findet. Ich fand ein Restaurant vor, das mich mit geschmackvoller Speisenauswahl in bester Qualität begeisterte. Bei meinem Aufenthalt wurde a la carte & ein BBQ angeboten - meine Wahl fiel auf das Grillbüffet Zudem ist das kostenfreie Parken in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage mit E-Auto Ladestationen ein Lob wert. Auch diesen Service erlebt man selten. Die Mitarbeiter sind durchweg sehr aufmerksam. Das kostenfreie W-Lan ist sehr gut.

• Karioh (10/5): Liebevoll - Die Unterkunft war einfach großartig! Schon beim Check-in fühlt man sich sofort wie zu Hause. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Mein Zimmer war sehr bequem und angenehm ruhig, mit einem frisch renovierten Bad. Auch kulinarisch hat das Hotel viel zu bieten: Das Essen im Restaurant war unglaublich lecker – besonders das Grillbuffet war ein echtes Highlight! Der große Biergarten mit Feuerkorb und stimmungsvoller Musik hat für eine wunderbare Atmosphäre gesorgt. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls hervorragend, mit einer großen Auswahl und sogar hausgemachten Marmeladen. Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Ich schaue bereits in meinen Arbeitskalender, um bald wieder eine Reservierung vorzunehmen!

• Cordula (2/5): Ich würde dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen und schon gar nicht für den Preis. - Das Personal war freundlich, und die Zimmer waren für ihr Alter sehr sauber Das Haus ist komplett veraltet und auch der humorige Touch, den die Dekoration hat, rettet es nicht. Im Gegenteil, es macht es schlimmer. Die komplette Einrichtung und die Badezimmer sowie Möbel sind aus den frühen Neunzigern. Das Frühstücksbuffet war kurios mit relativ wenig Aufschnitt, dafür 20 unterschiedlichen Buttersorten. Und der Gestank von der Lobby bis in das erste Stockwerk war fast unerträglich. Aber das Personal ist freundlich.
