- Klopper (10/5): Absolutely lovely - We frequently visit Dullstroom and have stayed in a few places. Dorpshuis is modern and exceeded our expectations. Our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Beaton, the host, was friendly, professional and extremely welcoming. A definite recommend for anyone!

From the moment I - Dorphuis is a beautiful, peaceful escape in the heart of Dullstroom. The property is tastefully designed with a cozy, rustic charm and all the modern comforts you need. It’s perfectly located — quiet and serene, yet close to town. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended! Limited cellphone signal or Wi-Fi – Like many places in Dullstroom, connectivity may be weak, which could be a downside if you need to work or stay connected.

- Muzi (9/5): It was just great. I am definitely coming back. - It’s modern. It has a very small footprint on the environment with the solar panels and the gas geyser. It’s very quiet. It had plenty of facilities to warm our rather cold evening. Our bed was a bit uncomfortable in one of the bedrooms. The code for the key at the gate was wrong until the lady within the premises came to tell us to use 0000 and not the one that had been shared with us

The roof by the chimney was leaking during a heavy storm , the bed on the left room was caving in and made it uncomfortable to sleep and the shower was not properly cleaned and there was fluff and dust on the floor .

It’s super clean, the decor is modern and chic, the pictures don’t do justice. They have an excellent host who is so passionate about his job, Beaton and his wife were amazing. A fireplace and throws for the nippy evenings. Beaton is always at your service to set up the fireplace. They have electric blankets which was a plus. We even got cute welcome drinks.Book now!!! 20/10 experience! Nothing

Will definitely recommend Dorpshuis for a quiet getaway. - Very Comfortable with everything we needed for our stay, central to all amenities and restaurants. As it was wet, perhaps a hand rail going up the stairs as tiles were quite slippery.

- Nokubonga (9/5): Their beds are not that comfortable however I really loved the place. Everything we needed was easy to find. Putting woo - It is super clean. I loved the decoration, very modern & classy. The art. Dishwasher, sensor bin, it is spacious. I loved the fact that it has back up. They communicated late regarding arrival & departure times. Booking.com said check in & out is 12 however they communicated almost at 11 am that check in is at 2 & checkout at 10. They need to work on their communication.

- Stephanus (10/5): Really comfortable and relaxing. Will visit again. - Well laid out and comfortable. We stayed over for one night on the way home from holiday but wish we had more time here. Great communication from the host and manager. Wood burning stove was on the go when we arrived.
