• Yulia (8/5): - Легкая коммуникация с хозяином, все наши запросы перед поездкой были выполнены, идеальное расположение для нашей поездки, квартира укомплектована всем необходимым, просторная и современная. Я жила там с подругой в разных спальнях: у кровати был слишком мягкий матрас, а диван был наоборот скорее слишком жесткий (и еще короткий). Качество уборки можно было улучшить. В остальном все прекрасно.
• T Nadzimuddin (3/5): Avoid at all cost!! - The apartment was on a low floor. It had a nice view of the playground. Host did not tell the truth. It stated on Booking.com that we had to pay the deposit in cash (which we did), and the full payment by either Visa or Mastercard. When we ment the Host, he stated that we had to pay EVERYTHING in Cash up front. I had to go to the ATM for 2 days in a row to get the cash for him as my ATM cards did not allow me to take out so much cash. It also stated that the Apartment Building had a Gym and a Swimming Pool, both were a lie. There was No Gym and No Swimming Pool in the Apartment Building. It also stated in Booking.com that the Apartment had two Bathrooms. But the second bathroom had no shower or bath, just a toilet.

• Hanifa (3/5): - Our stay at this place was somewhat unpleasant. We booked the apartment on Booking.com for 220,500 KZT for a week, but when we met the owner, he asked us to pay 300,000 KZT in cash, saying it was a deposit and that he would return the remaining amount when we checked out. However, when we asked for a payment receipt, he didn’t provide one. We handed over the apartment key, and unfortunately, the apartment was not clean. There was hair everywhere — on the bed, the couch, the floors. The bathrooms were not clean either, and the kitchen utensils were stained. I chose to ignore that and went ahead and bought cleaning supplies to clean the apartment myself. Later, we discovered that the exhaust fan in the main bathroom wasn’t working, which caused suffocation during showers due to lack of ventilation. When we informed him, he said he would fix it when he had time, but he never did until we left. He also didn’t return the amount he took as a deposit. The bed mattress was old, and when you sat or lay down on it, you would sink into it. Unfortunately, there was no honesty and no cleanliness.

• Abrar (10/5): All is top notch about this apartment! - We booked this apartment through Booking.com for our trip to attend the Almaty Marathon and it was an excellent choice! The location is perfect with beautiful parks, restaurants and bars just a short walk away. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for our stay. What truly made our experience special was the host, Mr. Andrew Li. He was incredibly kind and understanding when I had trouble transferring the payment due to a banking issue over the weekend. Despite the delay, he graciously allowed us to stay without any hassle. Thank you Andrew for your patience and generosity, it made our trip that much better. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again in the future!
