• shashank (7/5): - The stay was ok the rooms were good and clean. Though we did not get the rooms that we had opted for due to some confusion. The rooms are good and clean but the other facilities that are described may not be there like refrigerator, ironing board etc.
• Chandra (1/5): - Location is at the centre We arrived at the property on the 28th at around 8:30 PM. I would like to bring to your notice that our experience has been quite disappointing, especially as we had higher expectations from your hotel/resort. Firstly, although we selected the “breakfast included” option while booking, no breakfast has been served. We were also informed that there is no kitchen or supporting pantry available, which was unexpected. Secondly, despite repeated reminders over the past two days, no milk powder has been provided, making it difficult for us to prepare coffee or tea in the room. Room service has been extremely poor. There appears to be no responsible staff available to attend to guests or understand and address our needs effectively. Communication has also been a challenge. Additionally, the coffee maker plug in our room was not working, and the issue has not been resolved despite raising a complaint. Housekeeping has also been lacking, as room cleaning and replenishment of daily essentials have not been carried out. We booked this stay under the impression of standard hotel/resort hospitality, but unfortunately, the services provided have not met those expectations.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. We arrived late at night with a small child, expecting a smooth check-in since our reservation was confirmed through Booking.com. Instead, we were met with extremely rude and arrogant behavior from the hotel staff. The staff member outright refused to provide us accommodation, giving an absurd reason that we hadn’t paid some “extra money” in advance — something that was never mentioned anywhere in the booking terms or policies. Because of this, they denied us a room in the middle of the night, leaving us stranded with a young child. There was no empathy, no professionalism, and absolutely no accountability. The entire situation was stressful and honestly frightening, especially given the late hour and our family situation. This kind of unethical and irresponsible behavior is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Thankfully, we managed to find another accommodation through Booking.com at the last minute, where we were treated properly and allowed to pay at the property without any issues. This experience was a nightmare, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs if you value basic decency, transparency, and safety.

Do not spoil your reputation by recommending such rooms to the customers.. I am a first time user on booking.com which is a terrible experience.. you don't provide the ZERO mark option to express my experience.

• Puthiya Valappil (8/5): Nice location and staff was good and very supportive. For food, we were using Swiggy and Zomato. - Location is very near to the Botanical Garden. The road from the main road to this hotel is narrow and not tarred. Otherwise all good.
