• Elena (9/5): Apartamento céntrico y confortable - Lo mejor de este apartamento es su ubicación. Está en pleno centro, los sitios de más interés quedan entre 5 y 10 min andando por lo que puedes ver la ciudad sin tener que coger transporte. Cerca hay un parking gratuito para estacionar el coche el tiempo necesario, cafeterías y tiendas de alimentación. El anfitrión fue súper atento, respondió todas mis dudas en a penas unos minutos y me ayudó en todo lo necesario. Fue una estancia acogedora y tranquila porque está equipado con lo necesario y muy limpio. Ideal para pasar unos días dos personas. El apartamento tiene muy poca luz natural, dificultando también un poco la ventilación y se escucha todo lo que hacen los vecinos. En el rellano había una fuerte olor a desagüe.

• Sonja (5/5): In Ordnung - Hier fließt vor allem das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ein. Wenn man plant, wenig Zeit im Appartment zu verbringen und zentral wohnen möchte, ist es in Ordnung. Wichtigster Punkt: die Haustür war defekt und ließ sich teilweise weder mit dem korrekten Code noch mit dem Schlüssel öffnen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter bestand nur per WhatsApp, was im Ernstfall auch nichts hilft. Anscheinend war das Problem auch bekannt, er hatte uns von selbst aber nicht darüber informiert. Erst als wir nachgefragt hatten, erklärt, was zu tun ist. Das letzte was man möchte: in einer fremden Stadt nicht zu seinen Wertsachen zu können! Repariert wurde in den drei Tagen auch nichts. Die Unterkunft hat drei Fenster, welche alle am Boden eines Schachtes liegen. Auf den Fotos sind die Vorhänge praktischerweise zugezogen, sodass man das nicht sieht. Man hat erst minimales Sonnenlicht ab mittags. Nichts für Klaustrophobiker! Außerdem wird die Wohnung durch häufigen Gebrauch wohl abgewohnt, das Sofa war komplett durchgesessen, bei der Dusche fehlte der Duschgriff. Die Matratze war steinhart. Für den Preis insgesamt trotzdem in Ordnung, außer die Sache mit der Tür und die fehlende Kommunikation dazu

• azucena (9/5): - El apartamento era realmente completo, dentro de su sencillez. Pero lo mejor, la ubicación. Todo limpio, espacio suficiente para lo necesario y cómoda la cama. Si volviera a Málaga, repetiría sin duda. Por decir dos cositas mínimas que nunca me frenarían volver a alojarme ahí, el frigorífico de la cocina hace el suficiente ruido como para que por la noche, al no haber puerta con la habitación, moleste un poco al dormir. Y luego, no hay prácticamente luz natural porque las ventanas Dan a un patio interior. Pero siendo un apartamento turístico no supone ningún problema. Lo dicho, me alojaría de nuevo sin duda.

• Kateřina (3/5): - Ubytování je na fajn místě a má bezkontaktní check-in, což nám vyhovovalo. Také bylo čisté, kuchyň měla základní nádobí. V popisu je napsáno “okno do vnitrobloku” ale spíš se jedná o okno do “šachty”, kde ústí klimatizace.
• Lara (8/5): Très bon emplacement, propre, bien équipé ! - Très bon emplacement, à 2min à pied du centre. Très bien équipé (avec clim) et propre. Supermarché à 5min à pied de l’appartement. Places de parking disponibles en remontant dans les rues en haut de l’appartement gratuites, il faut juste tourner un peu pour trouver une place. Appartement pas très lumineux mais sachant que nous étiez venus pour visiter, nous n’étions pas beaucoup dans l’appartement donc pas très gênant.
