The caravan was really well equipped with everything you need and the beds were very comfortable, we slept really well whilst we were there. The campsite had a lot more than we expected with really good evening entertainment for kids, our daughter loved it. The host was also very helpful and prompt and responding to our messages. Everything was perfect, no complaints

Everything was so clean , spacious and the beds were comfy. The smart tv and dishwasher was also a nice touch compared to a standard caravan

We forgot a side bar for our toddlers bed but one was provided as well as a cot if needed. Cannot recommend highly enough, will definitely be coming again

• Karen (7/5): Perfect start to a girls holiday in Spain. - We had a 1 night stay as we were flying from Bournemouth airport early the next day. We arrived at 21.00 and Poppy was very patient & explained how to get to the caravan & how it worked. En-suite shower lovely & powerful. Very spacious bedroom.

Nothing is ever too much trouble with Poppy if you need her to help you she - I have stayed at Poppy & Wayne’s properties on a few occasions and have never been disappointed. Bluebell 11 is one of my favourites. I would highly recommend staying in any of their properties. Always so clean and well looked after they take pride not only in their holidays homes but pride in ensuing their guests are well looked after and happy. I’ve already booked for another visit There’s wasn’t anything to dislike as there never has been

• Annette Miles (8/5): Like a home from home stay - I really liked the living area, having sofas instead of the bunket type seating is a huge plus. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. I wanted a home from home type stay and that's what we got. It wasn't that I didn't like it, but the mattress on the double bed needs updating. I think if I were staying for say a week, it would definitely cause me back issues. And some things needs a little updating. But it didn't stop me from booking again in the summer. I may have missed it, but a map of where the caravan is, finding it in the dark was awful as we just kept going round and round. There are some lights missing in the double room, which did make it a bit dark in the morning when getting dressed.

Poppy was super helpful and it is in such a good location as you can go to the beach or new forest very easily! Free Wi-Fi too! We loved our holiday here, thank you. Caravan was lovely but just a small suggestion of a lamp or something in the living room as the main lights are quite bright :)

Clubhouse great for a beer and some bingo. We will definitely return. The only thing is perhaps getting a lamp in the main living area for the evenings. But no big deal.

• Roberts (10/5): Excellent short stay perfect for visiting the Tank Museum. - We had an excellent stay at the Bluebell. Being a lodger rather than a caraven, it was more roomy and homely. Everyhing was clean and the facilities provided exceeded our expectations, e.g. cleaning materials, kitchen towel etc. and even a bottle of milk to get us started. Highly recommended. Great lodge and perfect location. All good.

A nice touch with the welcome pack. The caravan site is clean, and the staff are friendly. I would definitely recommend and use it again if possible.. Can't fault caravan or host..
• Rachel (9/5): Lovely, spacious and homely caravan - Really nice caravan, comfortable and cosy, although it was a little tricky to see the numbers on the key code box as it was dark and raining! We had everything we needed in the accommodation, nice size lounge, kitchen and bedroom. Normally you have to shuffle around the double bed to get in, but this one was pleasantly spacious. Would be nice in the summer with the veranda. The host was very communicative and friendly. We went for food in the clubhouse which was pretty dire! It was a shame as I called ahead to check for dietary requirements and the person who managed my call was great, very thorough and put my mind at rest there would be some suitable food. However the quality of the food was pretty awful and wasnt cheap! This was a shame as the rest of the stay was lovely. The only other thing which would add to the experience would be some lamps as the overhead lights were quite bright in the evening but without them was too dark - just a suggestion to make it more cosy and functional.
