• Sudarshan (8/5): - Very central, well equipped, clean and cozy apartment. Very nice host and discount in the restaurant downstairs. For me it was not a problem but otherwise it is located in a narrow street and then a narrow flight of stairs. Can be noisy during peak(lunch/dinner) hours but calm in the night.
• Guest (10/5): 10/10 - We loved our stay at Cortilia Holiday House. The location is wonderful, in the heart of Cefalu and close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. The host, Danilo, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He genuinely cared if we were comfortable and having a good trip. He often went out of his way to provide recommendations or set up transportation. We absolutely intend to come back to Cefalu and would love to stay here again.

• ROMOLO GIOVANNI (7/5): - The apartment balcony was facing the back of a very busy and noisy restaurant kitchen. Obviously that view was omitted from photos shown on their web page. Having said that, the location was amazing and the daily rate was extremely reasonable. Finding address was a challenge
• Ana (10/5): Un séjour parfait dans un appartement idéalement situé, propre et bien équipé - L’appartement est idéalement situé, à seulement quelques dizaines de mètres de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. L’accueil a été chaleureux et très agréable. Le logement est bien équipé, parfaitement propre et confortable. Une excellente adresse que je recommande vivement.

• anicka (10/5): Gewoon top! - Alles! Een betere locatie kan je echt niet vinden! Je stapt buiten in de oude gezellige stad en op nog geen 10 stappen sta je aan het strand, geweldig! De host Danilo is enorm vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam, geen enkele vraag is hem teveel en staat steeds voor je klaar. Beneden aan het appartement heb je restaurant A Marina, super lekker en alles is mega vers! hier geniet je nog eens van 10% korting wanneer je hier verblijft, goed meegenomen! Wij komen zeker terug! Met de beste wil van de wereld kan ik niets bedenken…

Danilo was very nice, we added one person last minute and he was very flexible about it ! Nothing to say ! Just be aware if you have problems with stairs because you need to go up a few stairs.

Our host, Danillo has been amazingly helpful and gone out of his way to make sure we had the best stay. The apartment is well appointed and spacious. Located perfectly in the heart of the old town, the apartment is only a few steps away from the beach and many restaurants. But there is no other restaurant as good as A Marina, which is also owned by Danilo’s family. Authentic Sicilian food with soul and guests get a discount for dining there. Molto bene 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

• Michele (10/5): Amazing Stay in the Heart of Cefalù! - We had a fantastic time at Cortilia Holiday House. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short stroll to the beach and right in the heart of the charming old town. It made exploring Cefalù incredibly easy, with shops, restaurants, and historic sites all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. But what truly stood out was the host’s responsiveness — they were extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions, offering great recommendations and making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cefalù with convenience and comfort! If we had to mention one minor point, the stairs up to the apartment are quite narrow and might be challenging for elderly guests — but it wasn’t an issue for us as we're young and active.

• Dean (10/5): The best B&B I’ve stayed in in Italy. I just loved it. - Just perfect. Lovely rooms. Modern, comfortable and quiet. Situated down a little lane away from noice and the Main Street. Set in the Old Town, I couldn’t imagine a better location. Danilo was the host and he was a great communicator and so friendly and welcoming. Very narrow staircase.

• Bart (10/5): Great stay - The room was really nice and had everything you would need. Also the decorations were super beautiful and made the experience even nicer. The owners also have a restaurant that serves great food and gives you 10% discount if you stay here. The wifi is good, and the owners were very nice to me. They also have different wines in the room that you can take for an acceptable price. Also, the location is amazing in the nicest street of cefalu right next to everything you come for. For the price of the room, this was a lot more than i expected for sure!

• Steven (9/5): Superb - Nice and roomy, great little balcony overlooking the alley. Very close to the water. Very close to center. Parking is not easy or close. Also your car cannot enter the area or you get a ticket.

• Ráhel (8/5): Cute little studio in the old town. - It is a really stylish, well made little studio, with all the facilities you need. I liked the small little details. The bed was comfortable! It is quite noisy, because the windows look at the back of the restaurant, and they close around 10pm, then clean up. The AC of the restaurant is also quite noisy. So bring some earplugs and all will be good if you are noisy sensitive! Parking is hatd but wherever you stay it will be in Cefalu, so it doesn’t matter. They tell you where you can try!

• Vilija (10/5): Exceptional - Compact and very nice apartament. The apartament is facing inner yard of the restaurant which completely closes until 23:00, so at night it is calm and quiet. Great location in the oldtown. Friendly and helpful host.

• Tamara (10/5): Our second stay. - We made an impromptu trip to Cefalù so decided to stay at Cortilia since we enjoyed it the first time. This time we stayed in the larger apartment and it was perfect. The apartment is beautiful, nicely decorated and spacious. The bedroom is large with a big comfy bed and plenty of closet space. It was very clean and well equipped. Everything worked perfectly. Communication, check in/out were all very smooth. The hosts are lovely. They are so friendly and we really felt welcomed back! No problems. Everything was great.
• Tomasz (10/5): Super! - fantastic location. (looks like) a brand new apartment after renovations. fantastic hosts. very communicative, quick to respond to any questions, hospitable and welcoming. If i ever visit cefalu again, this is where i will stay. some might complain about the view onto a back alleyway, but if you come to cefalu to look out of the room window, you are wasting your vacation. highly recommended. It was not a problem for me personally, but persons with mobility difficulties should consider this apartment with care. it is on the first floor accessible by a steep and narrow staircase. therefore older or disabled persons need to keep this in mind when making a reservation for this property.
• Tamara (10/5): Very nice! - Everything was great. This apartment is brand new. Everything was perfect and worked well. The bed was comfortably firm, shower was great with plenty of hot water, storage for clothes and luggage. There is a moka pot for coffee. It was very comfortable for two people. The check in was smooth with great communication from the host. The location is fantastic, in the historic center just a few steps from the beach. It’s located in a courtyard behind a restaurant and it was quiet despite being in a busy area. We would stay again! Just a tip: There is only one flight of steps to reach the apartment but they are quite steep. This may be a problem if you have a mobility issue or very large luggage. Otherwise, this is typical in the historic districts of Italy and not a fault of the property.
