• Domagalska (10/5): Bardzo nam się podobał wyjazd i polecamy gorąco kolejnym lokatorom. - Dużym plusem są trzy osobne sypialnie oraz dwie łazienki. Apartament zawiera również pralkę, żelazko, suszarkę co jest dodatkowym atutem.

Trzy pełnoprawne sypialnie z podwójnym łóżkiem, dwie łazienki, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i salon z dużym stołem ( na czas pobytu ustawiliśmy go centralnie w pokoju). Brawo 👏 Pytałem współlokatorów do czego mieli uwagi. Zgodziliśmy się z jednym małym felerem - brak wieszaków w łazienkach. Więc powinno być 10 z minusem 😉

• Luminita-Nelia (10/5): MINUNAT! Iar proprietarul de nota 20! Foarte amabil si prompt! Recomand cu caldura! - Totul a fost perfect, apartament spatios, curat, cu toate facilitatile, aproape de obiectivele turistice.
• Lorraine (4/5): Lack of customer service downgraded what would have been a relatively pleasant enough stay otherwise. - Modern decor and appliances such as dishwasher and induction hob. Clean although the floors were very dusty. Location is walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. The property is however on the ground floor on a busy road and so you can’t open windows and curtains freely, making it dark and lacking natural light. Beds were comfortable and each bedroom had air conditioning/ heating, which was needed as there were a couple of really cold nights. The lounge has no air conditioning or heating so it’s very cold and impossible to sit in comfortably when temperatures fall. We asked the property manager Javier for a portable heater for the lounge and despite agreeing to bring one the following day, this did not materialise. Javier also didn’t let us know he was not bringing the heater anymore until we chased him in the evening. Expecting a heater to be sourced within 24 hours is reasonable and we felt as though there was no care for guest comfort and safety. We had to spend evenings in bedrooms for warmth which does not bode well for socialising that is part of such trips.. The sofa in lounge is also uncomfortable to sit on. There are also no hooks in bathrooms so no where to hang towels. Dishwasher tablets and kitchen roll were not provided which are basic necessities to provide as guests may arrive on late flights leaving no time to purchase. Javier also did not communicate with us about the check out procedure and this stay ended up feeling like there is no care for customers and focus is on money only.
• MARCIN (10/5): Polecam jako doskonałą bazę wypadową;-) - Apartament ma dogodne położenie ponieważ wszystkie atrakcje Alicante są blisko. Apartament jest na parterze i dwa pokoje wychodzą na główną, ruchliwą ulicę, więc spanie przy otwartym oknie jest praktycznie niemożliwe.

• Monika (10/5): - Całkiem niezła lokalizacja. Do plaży i do centrum 15 minut spacerem. Niedaleko dworzec PKP i stacja metra. Blisko duży market. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz do komfortowego odpoczynku. Mieszkanie jest na 6 a nawet 8 osób. Pralka, piekarnik, zmywarka, mikrofalówka, nawet żelazko i deska. Klimatyzacja! Właściciel w kontakcie przez Whatsapp. Miło i sprawnie. Polecam serdecznie.

• italianFD (10/5): Perfetto per soggiorno fra amici ad Alicante - Appartamento ideale per soggiornare ad Alicante in gruppo di amici, eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L'alloggio è al piano terra, è ben tenuto e pulito, composto da 3 camere di ottime dimensioni con comodi letti matrimoniali e mobili per depositare i vestiti, 2 bagni con doccia (1 molto grande), cucina attrezzata, soggiorno e spazio esterno (rivolto interno edificio), aria condizionata e wifi perfettamente funzionante. E' collocato in una zona tranquilla e piacevole appena fuori dal centro città, barri vell e lungo mare, raggiungibili in 10-15min a piedi o con mezzi pubblici, nei dintorni bar e ristoranti. Facile il self check-in, molto apprezzate la disponibilità e flessibilità del proprietario nel rispondere alle richieste e per gli orari di check-in. Consigliatissimo!

• Aine (10/5): Relaxing, safe and very enjoyable. - The location was perfect. 3 minutes walk to market. Two bathrooms to three double bedrooms was a great find. Plenty of food establishments in area. 10 mins leisurely walk to beach. Everything was great. The smallest criticism would be that there are no mirrors in the bedrooms. Only mirrors were over sinks in bathrooms. But that’s only a small thing.
• Tomasz (9/5): very good apartment with good location Alicante - very good apartment with fully equipped kitchen cleanliness at the highest level the apartment is on the ground floor, but sound-absorbing windows allow you to sleep very well on comfortable beds very good internet speed and smart TV location a few minutes from bars, restaurants, Mercado Alicante and the bus to the airport safe, clean area of the city very good and quick contact with the apartment owner via WhatsApp it is a place for quiet relaxation and rest after a day of sightseeing a small mistake was the lack of hangers in two bathrooms and the sofa in the living room was not very comfortable

• Bethany (10/5): Amazing apartment! Highly recommend! - Excellent stay! Fully equipped with everything and more that you need, immaculately clean and spacious. Jesus was brilliant from the moment we booked, meeting us directly at the property to show us around, nothing was too much trouble to ask. The location is very central with everything in walking distance but also quiet enough to not be disturbing at night. Thank you for a lovely stay, we highly recommend!
