- Kristina (10/5): - Great stay overall! The location is excellent, with plenty of shops, cafés, and food options just a short walk away. It’s also really convenient for transport, being close to both the coach and train stations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and flexible — I really appreciated being allowed a late check-in, and the option to stay a few extra hours after check-out for a small additional fee made a big difference. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped, exactly as expected, and the host was friendly and communicative throughout. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and easy stay.

- Горан (1/5): Отврат - Нямя какво да ни хареса Всичко. Мирише на застояло, цигари, пожълтяло навсякъде. Един креват със петна по възглавници и чаршаф - подобие на чаршаф. Потърсихме други и в гардеробчето оставено нещо навито на топка. Напуснахме веднага вечерта, след като се настанихме. За същите пари си взехме хотел. Писахме си по вайбър със собственик или управител или не е ясно кой беше.. Твърдеше че това е най доброто което имат. Бардак абсолютен.. Средствата не са възтановени.

- Jiří (4/5): Not the best memory from Plovdiv - A different place than expected (further from the train station) unclear communication from the owner (go here and ask for next instructions), smell of cigarettes, WiFi needed restarting every morning. Possibly got a rash from clothes washed in the laundry machine.

- Jenny (9/5): Decent place. Quiet, easy check-in, responsive host - Responsive host, easy check-in, and the host was nice enough to upgrade me to a bigger place. The washing machine is an added bonus! The mattress is not the most comfortable thing (you can feel the springs). The owner is aware, so maybe this will be updated in the future. No stove or burner to cook on, but there is a microwave. Another bowl would be nice.

- Ameer Raschied (10/5): A short but perfect stay with a great location, spotless apartment, and an exceptional host - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment, even though it was only for one night. The location was excellent just one bus ride away from the city center, with shops and restaurants very close by. I tried a nearby place called Pri Pacho and the food was fantastic. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and to my surprise, the owner kindly upgraded me from a studio to a larger apartment with a balcony, which made the experience even better. Everything was spotless, and I truly appreciated how professional and polite the owner was throughout my stay. I really wish I could have stayed longer, but I’ll definitely return and hope to enjoy the same great experience next time.

- Kristiyan (10/5): Удобно местоположение и любезен домакин, който помага дори при резервации в последния момент! - Местоположението (на 10 мин. пеша от централна жп гара на Пловдив), както и любезният домакин помогнаха да си изкараме чудесно, въпреки резервацията си в последния момент. Всичко беше наред, може би добавянето на екстри като салфетки, инстантно кафе (или чай) биха направили мястото още по-уютно.

Ensuite, il m'a fait visité l'appartement et a pris le temps tout m'expliquer, à recommander sur ce niveau-là !

It is well ventilated with a small balcony with provision of drying clothes. Overall a very good place to stay in tight budget.

Quite a good localization, not far from the city centre, easy to park the car around. responsive owner, good contact with him. There is a cooker but no pots, frying pan etc. No kettle as well. It's a little bit weird for me to provide guests with a cooker but without the possibility to cook. Also, you have to contact the owner by yourself first in order to get the instructions of how to get to the apartment (it is self-check in). No exact address on Booking.com so you also have to ask first. Previously, in such situations of self-check in I've always been notified by Booking.com message that included all the details and it's the first time that it didn't happen.

Booked apartment was busy, we were living an another one, that was right in the center of city and much bigger then the expected one. Apartment had all the necessary stuff like washing machine, water heater and a small but separate kitchen with big dining room.
