Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

- Aleksandar (10/5): Once in a lifetime - Everything!!!!!! The property is one of the most beautiful and well kept homes I've ever visited. The online support was responsive and great, the facilities were abundant, the vibes were amazing! Everything from the excellent side deck with the BBQ to the very comfy beds, it was perfect. We had such a great time that if any of us return to Phillip island we will be staying at Castlebay if we could :) Thank you so much Nothing!

We loved sitting out on the back deck admiring the lovely views and watching the wallabies and rabbits. The beds were super comfy, and the showers were fantastic. The inside living area was so cosy with comfy leather couches. The location was also great. The gate was a little tricky to open the first time

The view from the balcony was mesmerising. and the property was so clean and looked so fresh. Outdoor heating system is perfect for BBQs even in winter. The staff was really friendly and flexible we even got a late check out and an early check in.

It could have included a bit more personalisation - eg a folder welcoming visitors with information about local attractions, walks, cafes, information about the property etc.

- John (9/5): Apart from the minor lack of instructions issue, everything else was perfect and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. - spacious, clean, very well fitted out with everything you could possibly need. The only problem is a lack of instructions for some of the modern technology in the property, in particular the TVs. How can you access basic free to air TV? Also the “mechanical” blinds - we looked everywhere for a switch or button to push before discovering that a slow, steady pull on the chords was required to activate them.
