• kim (10/5): - Loved the spacious areas the amount of rooms and bathrooms were so accessible and accommodating. Beautiful daycore and design so lively and nice. Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay and 3 days. So close to shops, restaurants and cafes also the beach front and main street . A place perfect for big families and or several couples to share on a trip. The dust around the windowsills. Under the double layered dining table. The bugs and roaches that were around the kitchen are and living area. We had 5 over the days, maybe check out if the pest control is due. No batteries in the air-conditioning remotes not just 1 but 2 areas didn't bother checking out the 3rd one. So went to shops for them.
• Simone (7/5): More than adequate - Location to beach, location to exercise park, location to supermarket smell of toilet and drains in shower bad sewerage like, number of plates and bowls inadequate, stains on sofas, inability drink water (taste like dirt)

• Tanveer (8/5): A nice stay with just a few things not going right - It was a nice house for the family. The location was good as it was next to the beaches. There were some toys for the kids. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen could have been much cleaner. We wished we found some kitchen towel, tissues, anti bacterial wipes or spray. There were some small cockroaches. The split system remote in the family area did not have batteries. The host did not reply to our communication from booking.com. We got instructions to collect keys after we sent a direct text to their mobile.
• Samantha (7/5): - Location was awesome. Size of the home and bed configuration excellent. It wasn't super clean. The cleaners were there when we arrived, but the floors were still very dirty, to a point where my feet were black from walking the house. The showers needed a good scrub too, with built up orange grime in the grout.
• Peter (8/5): Nice comfortable house but could be better with some attention to detail. - House was very comfortable and well set up. Plenty of space. Having access to the garage was a bonus (often not available) as we had two vehicles. We were disappointed to arrive and find a half-eaten fruit tart in the oven (age and origin unknown but probably left by a previous guest). We disposed of this but the baking tray which it was on did require a thorough clean and the oven itself needed a lengthy "airing". Unfortunately I didn't take a photo. Curtains and drapes at the property could do with an update - significant gaps at the edges and they don't seem designed to match the windows. And the lawn (back and front) badly needed mowing. Bedside lamps in the main bedroom did not seem to have the appropriate USB cables or chargers.

• Guest (4/5): It's a fine enough property but not even worth the money considering of the pests and bedbugs - The neighbourhood and house itself were in a lovely area, good quality aircon. Cockroaches in the garage and crawling through the house, uncomfortable beds in every room except the master, one of my friends has brought back bedbugs from staying in the master room. The keypad didn't work properly for the front door and we had issues with the keys.

• Smith (4/5): House was a great size, just the curtains were falling apart. And the kids were scared of the crit - Size of the house was great. Beds were squeaky, felt like they were broken. Showers were dirty around the bottom. Floor boards were very average. Quite a few little cockroach's were running around.

• Steve (7/5): Was overall good, would stay again for sure - Size comfort and location, walking distance to the Centre of Redcliffe along humpybong creek/park. Always amuses me that accommodation can sleep up to 10/12 people but only enough seating for 6. Is always a complaint i have sadly and this house was no different, so if you can sleep 12 then provide seating for 12 Every room had bedside lamps but only 1 worked or had a cord for it. No batteries for remotes, had to use 1 remote for all aircons No Netflix or pay channels, TV only Room was so big the acoustics for the audio for the TV was poor, needs a sound bar to project the volume better

• Gypsy (1/5): Bad - The house was nice I would not book again. The place is nice but the cleaning/ maintenance is appalling. We checked in at 2pm (agreed check in time) and the cleaner turned up 20 minutes after we had arrived, nothing had been cleaned from the previous guests. Once the cleaner arrived the bare minimum was done, only cleaning one room when I had asked to have two rooms available. There was urine on the toilet seats, dirty beds, no tv, no aircon, only one roll of toilet paper, the grass hadn’t been mowed in atleast month, ect and cockroaches everywhere!!!! The owners had good communication until I brought up the issues occurring now I’ve had no answers. Also left my sons brand new ballpit and I’ve offered to pay for shipping ect and no answers, they have a big box of kids toys so I believe they keep anything left behind. Really disappointed was not worth the money at all!

• Bridson (7/5): Good value, plenty of space to relax - Location was an easy walk to town and shops. Able to unload luggage and supplies with no stairs. Nice alternative to a high rise stay. Bright white LED lighting, no dimmers. Coffee machine would have been nice. Cookware needs upgrading. Attention to outdoor space, front and back lawns neglected. Trash, recycle receptacles full. Glad there was bug spray under sink.

• AMANDA (7/5): Nice house, needs pest control and clean. - I liked the house and the location. Cockroaches crawling up walls and over benches, cutting boards and appliances etc in kitchen, filth behind fridge, and filth behind small wall unit. I didn't like the fact that I verified I was in fact contacting the owner ( verified by text to the number provided and their reply, "yes I am the owner") about this issue so he could reply and deal with it. I did say to the owner that I would not post in comments and I sent photos, but as the owner did not have the courtesy to reply, I will post in comments in the hope that the problem is addressed for the next person who stays there.

• Kaye (5/5): Passable - Great location. Nice house Baby Cockroaches came out when we opened the dishwasher. After that they were everwhere. 2 of the beds were hard as a rock. Microwave wasn't clean so we couldn't use it or the dishwasher

Additional condiments in the kitchen, made cooking so much easier. Great location, quiet at night but close enough to walk to shops/restaurants/beach. We would definitely stay again There was nothing to fault here, although consider adding a BBQ for patio cooking.

• Selina (7/5): Good - We stayed at this four-bedroom house in Redcliffe and had a great experience overall. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent-close to shops, the beach, and everything we wanted to see. A couple of small issues: the TV connection could use some improvement, yard maintenance and pest control might need updating. There needs to be better communication between the owner and Booking.com. The PIN code provided for the key security box was incorrect, and I had to contact the owner directly to get the correct one. It wasn't a major issue, but could be improved for a smoother check-in experience. But aside from that, it was a lovely holiday home and we'd happily stay again.

• Humphreys (4/5): Don’t recommend unfortunately, is a lovely house but not well maintained or cared for - Location The lawn wasn’t mowed, the grass was so high that we thought it was probably home to snakes, and there was no way we could step into it. There was hair in the sink, and pubic hair in the shower 🤢 there was no dish cloth to wash the dishes with. The beds/mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable. The wheelie bins were full of trash and smelled so bad. When we were checking in, we didn’t get given the check in code, had to call and message several times and waited over an hour for a reply to allow us access. Aside from the great location, we would not ever book there again. ☹️

• Jennifer (6/5): Pleasant - Plenty of room. Beds were so hard it was like sleeping on concrete. Lots of damage when we walked in and took photos. Repairs not done no were to put towels in ensuite as towel rack was pulled out of wall.
• Julia (1/5): Suburban nightmare. Four women and a baby, we all feared for our safety in this property. - I received a message at check-in time that said the lock was an electronic one. The lock however did not work. We spent half an hour trying to get it to work. We sent a message to the property for assistance. We never received a reply. Not a great start. There was absolutely no reply to any of my messages. We had a nightmare of a stay for multiple reasons which I will elaborate on. Never a reply from the host, so unprofessional of the host and booking.com to conduct themselves like this. Once inside, we found that the cleaners either had not been or they simply don't care about this property. Surfaces were dusty, filthy, stained with coffee or food. The couch was covered in stains and the arm of the couch was covered chopped up cannabis. The bathroom walls had smears of brown near the toilet, toilet paper was a few sheets left on a roll and the showers were disgusting. Pink scum and mold on all the surfaces like they had never been cleaned. What's worse is there were no cleaning products to be found in the whole house, we had to buy some and my mum cleaned for half an hour before we felt comfortable to put the baby down. I wore slides in the shower, it was that dirty. Also, there were lamps with a phone charger function in each room (nice idea), but there were no cords so none of them actually worked (maybe a previous guest had stolen them?). The beds were hard and uncomfortable and instead of a duvet or doona, they had a polyester sheet and a cheap throw blanket over the top. Not comfortable. The house is next door to what might be a block of flats or halfway house? Loud music started around 10.30 and finished at 4.30am. Also loud shouting and swearing. The following night was much worse though... yes, we had the blaring music that started at around 11 and went until 4. Then we had a man trying to break into a car outside. We could all hear this from our rooms and were scared that he was trying to break into the house we were in or one of our two rental cars. He started shouting obscenities and smashing the car. This went on for 2 hours and he eventually smashed the glass of the car. We were too scared to ask him to be quiet directly and hesitant to call 000 and get involved. It was an an awful stay.ff
• John (9/5): Good accommodation for our group, worked well - Location was excellent for our needs, could walk to shops. Aircon and washer dryer very handy and used. One of the fridges could have been cleaner but not a big thing.
• Jill (8/5): Comfortable spacious house - Spacious & comfortable in a handy location. Generally well equipped. Would be handy to have more than 4 of each crockery item esp for a house that can accommodate 9 guests. We were only 2 but constantly washing up. Microwave containers too.

• Natasha (7/5): Good - Lovely home, close to the beach and shops, great location Both freezers smelt like fish and the place wasn't that clean, under the beds was dusty as and dust all under the glass top of the table with hair on it, mould and dirty studd on window frames. The glasses weren't clean nor qhere the coffee mugs very disappointing. The beds were good apart from the first room it was rock hard felt like u were on a plank of wood not ideal had to share a bed

The outside setting and patio had bird poo all over it.The TV was smashed and couldn’t be used and there was blood smeared on the back of the front door handle.
