• Valerie (10/5): Emplacement parfait pour rayonner dans Venise ! - Emplacement parfait, dans un quartier trés sympa et à proximité de rues commerçantes ... c'est un un trés bon point de départ pour visiter Venise... L'appartement est trés bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable... Leonardo le propriétaire est formidable... disponible et trés attentionné, il a tout fait pour que nous rendre le séjour facile et agréable... Et nous avons passé un trés bon séjour à Venise... Nous le remercions chaleureusement...
• Dimitrios (10/5): Nice and well experienced stay for three days in a clean and spacious apartement. Thank you. - The room was nice, very clean and spacious in the center of the city. Very close to it there are markets; to bye cheap products to cook in the room. No shower gel and shampoo was provided and we had to bye some as well as sugar, salt, olive oil and vinegar. I think these products could and should be provided by the host. Nevertheless they are very cheap to buy from the nearby market.

• Lauren (10/5): Would definitely recommend CasaNova - perfect stay! - Our host Leonardo was responsive and very helpful, he provided detailed instructions on how to obtain the keys and easy to follow directions to the apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location, close to shops and restaurants but not super busy The only fault we had with the apartment was that there weren't any glasses or cups provided in the kitchen, it would have been helpful to have these

All the communication went very smoothly. - Restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. - Big bathroom in the apartment. - Kitchen equipped with facilities. - Unusual smell in the apartment but I guess that's normal in Venice.

The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout the entire trip. It honestly felt like they were just one step ahead, anticipating anything we might need. One of the things we appreciated most was the detailed PDF guide they provided. It was filled with recommendations on what to do, where to eat, and how to get around—it made everything so simple and stress-free. Instead of wasting time searching things up or wandering around unsure, we had local-level insight right at our fingertips. Every spot they recommended was a hit! The place itself was beautiful—super clean, stylish, and well-kept with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was easy to find, easy to access, and made for a perfect home base while exploring the area. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and supported. If you’re considering staying here—do it. You won’t regret it. Between the incredible hospitality, the helpful guidance, and the lovely space, Casanova set the bar way higher than we ever expected. We’re already talking about coming back! NOTHING!!!

• Wendy (10/5): Perfect - I love that the property is right next to a vaporetto stop and closed to many shops and restaurants when I come back from a full day, I can still shop and relax at a restaurant. The owner was very nice and even allow us for early check in and met with us. Everything was perfect.

• Anonymous (1/5): The bed is very cheap. Yhe walls are so thin you can hear your nieghbours breathing. - Good resturant I thought i was booking a five star Casa Nova hotel not this two star apartment down a dark alleyway. Very misleading using a similar name to a five star hotel.
• Gregg (10/5): Exceptional - It was a short distance from a busy, heavily trafficked road. So it is easy to get around but still pretty quiet, and dark curtains make it easy to sleep in. I didn't use the kitchen at all because I wasn't there for long, but there was a fair amount of cookware, so you could cook, if you wanted to.
• Helen (10/5): Casa Nova was a great base for my stay. Located very close to supermarket and vaporetto stop. Apartment very clean and c - Very close to main thoroughfare and vaporetto stop. Very clean and comfortable. Everything was great!

• Brittany (10/5): Would return here again and again! - -Great location- CasaNova is about 10 minutes from the train station, off the beaten path but still very central. We felt very safe. It was easy to get to by water and by walking. Close to shops, Coop (supermarket) and many, many bars and restaurants. -Very comfortable bed. -Wardrobe with 7-8 hangers and large dresser. -Great AC. -AMAZING shower! We were so happy with this accommodation. I highly recommend to any solo or couple travelers. -No hand soap but there was a hand soap container so I suppose you can buy your own
• Uriel (9/5): Comfortable - The bed was super comfortable, looks newly renovated. Easy to self check in. Clean. Great location but still quiet area. There was a bit of a smell so we opened up the windows to freshen up the place.

Hosts were outstandingly helpful and friendly. Shops and supermarkets close by. Lack of daylight -- in alleyway on ground floor.

• Luciano (2/5): Bad experienced - Nothing I had a really bad experience. I left the money tax in the apartment as I was told and they said I didnt left it without paying the tax. They never appear and I never saw them, as they ask me tô please choose the self checkin. Really bad experience and communication. I dont recomend them.
• Wrin (9/5): The owners were very attentive. - The apartment was clean and simple, the shower was excellent and the bed very comfortable - better than my own! I can see that it has been carefully created for ease of cleaning and as the location is so good, you are likely to be out most of the time. It is a dark apartment unless you tie up the curtains, but then there is no privacy.

• Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - Modern interior in a classic Venetian building. The apartment is spotlessly clean, with a well equipped kitchen and excellent bathroom. It's a perfect size for two people. The location is excellent just off the Strada Nova (the main thoroughfare) with plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within a short distance. We did self check in which was straightforward. We were sent clear photo directions to find the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.
• Palio (9/5): Superb - Location provided all needed services (coffee shops, restuarants, food markets, even the train station) close by and within an easy walk, but the street for the apartment itself, extremely quiet.

• Aurore (10/5): Awsome - The location was awsome. Close enough to everything to walk, far enough to not be bother by the noise and the people. I would definitely recommend. The place was very welcoming, felt like home. There was a great climatisation, which was very appreciated. There was everything needed in the appartement and it all work fine. The host were friendly and helpful. The hist also provided valuable informations on the life in Venise before our arrival and helped us with our bus tickets. The price was very competitive especially for Venise. Really worth going there. Only little things: Someone spilt something on the couch and it was missed during the cleaning (but everything else was spotless when we enter the appartement) and we struggled a bit to find the place when we arrived, despite the maps that were sent by our host well in advance. We would advise people who don't know Venise to get there by daylight. But those are little things and our stay was truly awsome.
• Harrison (8/5): Great spot for a short stay in Venice - the location is great, close to the strada nuova and the San Marcuola ferry stop. The apartment was clean with nice linens and the shower was amazing! it was also very quiet in the evenings and the air conditioning worked well. There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment during our stay - our host sorted it out. The apartment was also a little dark but this is because it is on the ground floor.
