• Elena (1/5): Struttura inesistente perché chiusa - La struttura non ha mai risposto, era chiusa nonostante avessero accettato la prenotazione,ione e i soldi del pagamento anticipato. Devo assolutamente ottenere il rimborso altrimenti andrò a denunciare la situazione.

Ho prenotato con prepagamento, il loro telefono non era raggiungibile, quando sono arrivata alla struttura, questa sembrava abbandonata, non c’era nessuno, cancelli chiusi, soldi persi!!! Booking ovviamente non fa niente per rimediare… DISASTRO! LADRI!!!
• antonio (1/5): negativa - Non prenotate in questa struttura perche' giorno 6 luglio unitamente a altre persone, di cui alcuni stranieri, che avevano prenotato, nessuno si e' presentato per aprire la struttura e al telefono risultavano irraggiungibili. Abbiamo atteso alcune ore ma non si e' visto nessuno. Conclusione siamo stati costretti a trovare altre sistemazioni

• Moris (6/5): Cold room in january - Large room, quite beautiful refurbished building inside a garden. 10% of discount if dining at the restaurant. I've been there on a monday night in january when the restaurant at the ground floor was closed, the room was very cold even with the heating system turned on.

• Aldo (2/5): Disappointing cold shower and bad wifi - The room was clean. The place is nice with a garden around abut the road is noisy. The main issues were 2. I slept in room 6 and it was on the second floor. The wifi could not catch the signal and had to move the phone and the laptop only somewhere in the room to connect with very slow bandwidth. The shower had only cold water. The sink and bidet had warm water. When I informed the staff they told me its not the first time they get told this and they told me to insist and wait. I told them I waited long time and I did again but cold water was the only option. It is disappointing that the problem was known but they just repeat the same thing which is pointless. Will never go again.

• Kateryna (5/5): Good restaurant but not hotel - Free parking. Clean. Not far away from the autostrada, easy to find. Restaurant in the hotel. Menu was not suitable for us as we don’t eat meat but lots of local people came to restaurant so I think it is rather good. The main thing which leveled all good impressions is that we found ourselves totally locked in the hotel at 6 am. I am used to go jogging early in the morning but I couldn’t go out. The glass door between hotel and reception was locked , the keys that were given to me at reception didn’t fit the lock. The door was opened only at 7 am for breakfast. Rather strange thing even taking into consideration safety reasons (possibility of fire etc). So be aware of this fact especially if you need to leave early. Hairdryer in the room didn’t work. Heating is switched off for night. So in the morning you have only cold water in shower. No omelet for breakfast.
