Guest Reviews
- Richmond (9/5): - The weather
- Emmeline H (9/5): - Very cosy homie feel. A wonderful welcome pack. Just a walk away from the beach ! Calm surroundings. Owners available if needed. Could use some utensils upgrade in the kitchen, but that's a tiny detail. There is already everything essential and more!!
- suzana (9/5): Super cosy stay - Very clean and cosy, had everything we needed for a few days away from the city. Super nice welcome gify5 Just was missing some soap in the bathroom, but nothing that wasn't sorted with some shower gel
- Carly (7/5): - It was nicely presented and in a lovely location. It was cold due to the central heating going off and wouldn’t come back on the last evening we stayed.
- Steven (10/5): Birthday weekend stay. - Perfect stay, The caravan was spotless and comfortable. A great location with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again. It was my wife's birthday and there was a banner and balloons on the door. Nothing.

- Charlotte (10/5): Lovely location next to beautiful, empty beach - Lovely helpful host All was good - we had a nice stay
- Jenni (9/5): Lovely caravan in a beautiful area of the world. A very peaceful quiet site close to the beach - The owners arranged for a locksmith to replace the lock and sort the hinges which had dropped on the caravan door same day whilst they were on holiday themselves. Really easy to contact and resolved the issue on the same day. Everything else was brilliant
- Angela (10/5): Lovely peaceful - Good location Nothing
- Margaret (10/5): - Very comfortable and clean, very helpful, quiet, lovely walks along beach short drive to port william Nothing

- Steven (9/5): Superb - Great location, very generous welcome pack provided. The caravan was very clean and comfortable. The fridge didn't seem to work very well. Nothing that spoilt our stay.
- Ecaterina (9/5): Lovely caravan - Lovely caravan, very comfortable, very spacious, plenty of goods on arrival ( bread, butter, milk, eggs, sausages, bacon, beer, wine, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, biscuits, cookies, sweets), kitchen very well equiped, quiet area, ideal for relaxing, beds sooo comfortable, we slept like babies every night, clean and soft towels, all essentials in the bathroom provided. Thank you for a lovely holiday stay in a lovely caravan No freezer, the fridge was not cooling well, a lot of ice on the back wall inside the fridge, we threw away a lot of food because of the fridge not working properly. Just a few matches left to ignite the gas on the stove, we couldn't find more in the property, luckily we had a lighter to do that. No fan for very hot days as we had a few during our stay and we bought our own as it was unbearable in the caravan even if we opened all the windows and the door. Dishes, cups and some pots in the kitchen needed a good scrub before using- thanks for providing anything we needed in order to do that. Both toilet seets needed a good cleaning before using. Once all done, everything was lovely.
- Richmond (9/5): Superb - Relaxing trip ,
- Nathan (10/5): Exceptional - The caravan was immaculately clean, when we arrived we were over the moon to find a welcome hamper as well. Communication with Michelle was brilliant in the leadup and during our stay. It met all our needs while were there for kayak fishing, walking and foiling (ran out of time for golf). Cake at The View in Port William and lunch at The Steam Packet in Isle of Whithorn is highly recommended. Hope to return soon.

It is a shame that we could not find an EV charger nearer than Newton Stewart.

The surrounding areas are beautiful and peaceful to explore. The welcome basket from the host just made our first night magical.
I highly recommend a walk on the beach to St ninian's cave and also visiting the gem rock museum which is about 30mins drive, dinner at the view cafe in the town of Port William is just a beautiful ending of the evening if you fancy to eat out. We will deffinetly be back.
- Shelley (10/5): Cosy, homely and comfortable - This was a lovely, clean and warm caravan with great home from home ammenities including a Nespresso coffee machine, smart TVs and an air fryer along with all the usual things you'd expect to find.
The double bedroom and two single beds were very comfy and cosy.
It is spacious with a lovely warm shower and two toilets.

- Kate (10/5): A real gem! A delightful caravan in a beautiful, tranquil location and brilliant hosts. - We were delighted with our stay. The caravan was perfectly clean, comfortable and spacious, with very attentive hosts who went above and beyond to provide everything we needed. Our young children were very excited to arrive and were thrilled with their twin bedroom; they also enjoyed the board games (and treats) provided. A superb, relaxing location with a lovely little stroll to the beautiful beach. We look forward to returning, thank you so much! We only wish we could have stayed for longer!
- Adrien (10/5): Exceptional - The caravane is neatly arranged, felt like a second home. Great place with lovely surroundings.
Very clean and cozy. Highly recommended. The caravane was a bit hard to find on the site, but it might be just me who missed something (and was struggling with this phone signal to give a call).
- Brian (10/5): A perfect escape! - The accommodation was perfect for me and my two daughters. The living area was spacious and comfortable, the double bed was very comfortable and although the twin room was small it was ideal for my 8 and 10 year olds. The small TV in the twin room was a very welcome addition for the kids as well. The full place was clean and the kitchen facilities were excellent, the Nespresso machine was a very welcome sight. The neighbours that we had the pleasure of meeting were very friendly and the proximity of the beach was perfect. Michelle was at the end of the phone when we needed assistance and was very helpful. The welcome basket was a wonderful touch, we were pleasantly surprised and very much enjoyed our stay. We didn't take our dog who, by the provision of a dog bed, blanket, towel and other accessories, would have been very welcome! And we couldn't stay any longer. Neither of these were through any fault of our hosts, just our own limitations.
