Guest Reviews
- Heather (6/5): Nice place to stay but not suitable for guests - We enjoyed the accommodations There wear no stairs hand rails and we have three over 90-96
The shower did work properly and no lock work on bathroom door working so we had lot of problems with the stairs
- Paul (10/5): Clean and modern, in a private and scenic location, close to town. -
- Chris (8/5): Great place to stay and relax - Nice, comfortable place Multiple bathroom door locks were not working.
- Paul (9/5): -
- Danielle (7/5): Good but areas for improvement - Location , view , soacious , functional and mostly clean 1. Can’t lock front door even when following instructions.
2. No rails on stairs. Safety issue.
3. Garage curb is too high scraping bottom of car to get in.
5. No shampoo.
6. Outside bins where full on arrival by other residents.
- Ah (8/5): Nice property with rooms for improvement - Location, number of bathrooms, appliances Flies, no proper heater at rooms on level 1, capacity of hot shower water inadequate for 8, vacuum cleaner very dated and tedious to use without extended pipe
- Dean (8/5): Great location and good lake views - - Great location in Margaret River town and we enjoyed the views of the lake
- Liked the 3 storey layout and how each bedroom upstairs had its own balcony - Found the front door was a bit difficult to lock.
Small suggestion: at least one set of paper towels would’ve been good to supply. Complementary cooking oil was appreciated though
- Spiders were all over the outside of the property on one of the bedroom balcony. Bit dangerous to go outside there especially if there were kids.
- Melanie (7/5): Beautiful location. - Excellent location, house was beautiful and recieved a lovely welcome pack. Very clean and tidy. The views were exceptional and the location, close to the high street was perfect. Furniture was uncomfortable, definitely not value for money in that respect, no outside Furniture on the balcony and spider webs were excessive on the balcony too. Would have loved to have sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful view. A few tweaks and this place would be perfect.
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- Phil (8/5): We had a great time - Walking distance to town centre Please warn about the noise of the frogs - the affected sleep was the only downpoint of the stay
- Sanjay (10/5): Loved it. Ideal location for Margaret river town. Very quiet too. - Size and location were ideal Bit cold when we arrived. Lack of blinds on front door. More toiletries too would be good.
- Pamela (7/5): A little inconvenient - Loved the location, the view, the heating in each room, great size and the decoration of the house was beautiful. I didn't like that one of the bathrooms were locked which was extremely inconvenient based on having a few of us girls needing to get ready for an event. I attempted to call through a few times during business hours and there was no answer. Had to get through to the after hours line and had to wait to be contacted. It was around 4:30pm when I got a text message and they couldn't come out till the following morning. I understand it was the cleaner but for the amount we paid, you'd think it would be a bigger priority, getting a bottle of wine to make up for it wasn't really much of an effort nor enough accountability for the hassle of it all.
- Samuel (2/5): Very poor - Fairly decent location, Good design and interior layout, bright unit with nice view of a pond. Horrible host, poor security and safety due to a large window that could not be locked. All the windows and doors in the property could be locked except a particular one in the bedroom on the first floor. There was a lock and key-slot on the window itself, but the window could not be locked. The window could be slided open from both the inside and the outside, and was big enough for a full-grown male adult to climb through. When I emailed the host about this security issue, the exact response I received was “Hello Samuel, This window is not lockable. Sorry, we do not have keys for this. Warm regards, Amy“. The property is pretty good overall, but very poor security and worst of all, absolutely unacceptable response from the host. If you do not care about safety or security, then I guess this property would be fine for you. I would not stay here again personally. To me, security is the most important aspect of a property, hence giving this property a rating of 2/10, which is what it deserves.
- Bertram (9/5): Superb -
- Ooi (10/5): Fantastic Stay - It was a great place to stay. We had 7 people, and the villa was good and spacious for us! The kitchen was also neat and tidy with every tool we needed for cooking! Rooms were clean with nice linen, soap provided in the shower (very nice smelling), and it was super cheap for us (split 7 ways) !! Totally worth the price. It was near the city centre as well, good convenience to nice cafes and Woolies.
- Jessica (10/5): Our stay in Margaret River was amazing. The property was beautiful and comfortable. - Reflection was a beautiful property and you could tell a lot of time and effort went into setting it up to be comfortable. It was also in a very convenient location.
