• Fabbri (9/5): Di certo, la prossima volta che andremo a Venezia cercheremo di prenotare qui. - Anche se non ho conosciuto di persona Michela, ma solo tramite telefono e WhatsApp, è stata sempre educata e disponibile. L'accesso all'alloggio è stato semplice, seguendo le indicazioni. La casa non solo era pulita, ma profumava. Anche l'arredamento era curato e di gran qualità. A me è piaciuto davvero tutto, ho dormito sul divano-letto per 3 notti ed era sorprendentemente comodo.

Tan conveniente que permitía salir en la mañana y volver a descansar sobre medio día (imprescindible con niños) para volver a salir por la tarde Nada. Quizás solo el hecho de estar en un segundo piso habría que tomarlo en cuenta en personas con movilidad reducida
• Christophe (9/5): - Très bon emplacement. Moins de 15 minutes à pied de Saint Marc ou du Rialto et environs immédiats très agréables avec toutes les commodités. L'appartement est conforme à l annonce. Il est grand, pour une personne seule ou pour un couple. Bien équipé. Et c était très propre. Arrivée autonome, la communication se fait par WhatsApp, mais tout s est bien passé. J' ai pu déposer ma valise une heure avant le check in prévu. Un peu bruyant : bruits de la rue, du bar tout proche, et pas très bien insonorisé. Prévoyez les bouchons d oreille pour dormir si vous avez le sommeil léger. Mais c'est souvent le cas à Venise, il faut le savoir, tout simplement.
• Sascha (9/5): Venedig ist definitiv ein Besuch wert. - Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch ihre ausgezeichnete Lage. Vom Flughafen aus erreicht man die Haltestelle Ospedale bequem mit den Shuttle-Booten von Alilaguna. Von dort sind es ca. 15 min zu der Wohnung (vielleicht auch weniger). Alilaguna sind nicht die Öffentlichen Verkehrsschiffe, kosten also extra. Ein Online-Ticket von Alilaguna muss nicht an einem Automaten entwertet werden – Sie können es einfach digital auf Ihrem Handy vorzeigen. Kaufen Sie sich kein Mehrtagesticket der Alilaguna, da diese Boote nur ausgewählte Haltestellen in Venedig anfahren und nicht zum regulären öffentlichen Verkehrsnetz gehören. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr gut gelaufen. Am Tag der Anreise erhält man alle notwendigen Informationen zur Wohnung. Da die Wohnung mitten in der Stadt liegt hört man morgens die Touristen in den Straßen. Lärmempfindliche Menschen brauchen sicherlich in Venedig Ohrstöpsel. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht es, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Schiffen zu erreichen. Bei längerem Aufenthalt lohnt es sich ein Mehrtagesticket zu kaufen, dieses muss immer vor Fahrtantritt an den Haltestellenautomaten entwertet werden . Während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts in Venedig empfanden wir zwei Tage als ausreichend für die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft finden sich zahlreiche Restaurants. Wir empfehlen besonders das Ristorante Hotaria al Cavallo pizza e cicchetti, in dem wir zweimal Pizza gegessen haben. Es liegt direkt an der Basilica dei Santi Giovanni e Paolo. Im Oktober herrschte hier eine entspannte Atmosphäre, und der Platz ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und gemütlich, sodass wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders das Badezimmer mit Duschkabine hinterließ einen positiven Eindruck. Die Küche ist mit allem wichtigen für einen Venedig Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Das Bett war eher hart, was meinen Mann sehr gefreut hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder Da wir relativ früh einen Flug zurück nach Basel gebucht hatten und nicht sicher waren, wie voll die Shuttel Busse oder die Schiffe von Alilaguna sein würden, entschieden wir uns spontan, die letzte Nacht auf dem Festland zu verbringen. Wir fanden ein "Hotelzimmer" etwa fünf Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Es ist wichtig zu wissen, dass Taxifahrer auf dem Festland für Fahrten zum Flughafen mindestens 20 Euro verlangen. Als Touristen empfanden wir es als ziemlich unübersichtlich, wie man morgens um 4:00 Uhr von der Insel zum Flughafen gelangt. Auch in vielen Rezensionen wird kaum etwas zur Rückfahrt berichtet. Grundsätzlich gibt es die Möglichkeit, eines der Schiffe von Alilaguna zu nutzen. Allerdings kann es passieren, dass diese voll sind – in diesem Fall fährt frühestens nach einer halben Stunde ein weiteres Schiff. Alternativ kann man mit einem der Busse oder Taxis vom Piazzale Roma aus zum Flughafen gelangen. Der Piazzale Roma ist der zentrale Verkehrsknotenpunkt, von dem Züge, Busse und Taxi-Autos zur Insel sowie zurück aufs Festland verkehren.

В квартире есть все, что понадобится в первые дни, включая шампуни, гели, соль, сахар, кофе, чай и даже зонты на случай непогоды.Прекрасные заботливые хозяева, делающие ваш отдых лучше . Мы впечатлены. 10 балов!

• Emilio (9/5): Buena estancia en Venecia - La amplitud del departamento. El aire acondicionado. Solo un minisplit para todo el departamento; el aire frío no llegaba a la recamara. Tuvimos que dormir todos en la Sala.
• Maria (10/5): Wonderfull stay - El departamento es tal cual las fotos. Es grande y está bien ubicado en la zona llamada Castello. Nos gustó mucho esta zona ya que podíamos acceder caminando a todos lados en 12 a 15 minutos. Hay una pizzería muy buena abajo y un restaurant que no utilizamos. El barrio es mucho más tranquilo que otras zonas y a la noche no hay ruido . Muy cerca hay una piazza con otros restaurantes h el súper Coop está a 3 cuadras. Además está a tres cuadras de la estación de vaporeto llamada Ospedale. El departamento está decorado en un estilo antiguo pero es muy completo. Estaba súper limpio cuando llegamos y la caca es bien cómoda. Tiene un aire acondicionado en el living que funcionaba y alcanzó para refrescar todo apartamento. Tiene condimentos de cocina básico para cuando uno llega chino aceite y vinagre y otros detalles como shampoo, crema enjuague h jabón de lavar la ropa. Me pareció genial contar con estos básicos y no tener que salir a comprar por 2,5 días. El proceso de check in fue muy fácil siguiendo las instrucciones y el host se mostró muy servicial. Agradezco que nos dejó hacer el check in alrededor de 1.30 pm ya que sino íbamos a tener que esperar con todas las valijas. La experiencia fue maravillosa y de seguro volveremos No tiene ascensor

• Adele (10/5): Nicely decorated Venetian-style apartment at a less noisy but still central part of Castello - The apartment is really spacious, all amenities are present, location is great and quite central for Castello, however calm. The stairway is quite steep and there's no elevator, so it might appear challenging if you have physical issues. But for us it was totally okay.

The little porch was very pleasant No laundry soap. We had to go to the grocery and figure out what type of soap to buy. We left enough for the next 5 guests. There was also minimal dish detergent. It would have been nice to have an updated tv that would have allowed streaming. I don’t think that the ac worked but perhaps I didn’t know how to turn it on. The panel suggested that it was on but no air blew despite the fan on the highest setting. We did not contact the owner about this.

• Ingrid (8/5): Very nice but noisy. - Murano chandeliers we’re amazing! There was literally one in every room. Bed was comfortable and warm, with extra linens and pillows available. Very spacious and spotlessly clean. It was fully stocked with all the kitchen items you would need, electric stovetop, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster. Loved the towel heating rack. The furniture wasn’t well arranged, it was didn’t seem to fit well in the amazing space. Bidet had only cold water - brrr. The apartment was on a narrow but much traversed street; we were there over the weekend and there was a lot of street noise until at least 3am on Saturday night. We’re all about people having a good time, but the host should take this into account when insisting upon a 10am check-out. We didn’t get much sleep at all, not even ear plugs helped. We asked if it was possible to check out an hour or two later, but were simply told check-out is at 10am.

• Kim (9/5): Lovely apartment in a pleasant area. - Location excellent- close to San Marco and Rialto but in a less touristy area with good restaurants and a lot of character. Excellent access for vaporetto and Alilaguna services
• Zeynep (10/5): Highly recommended if you want to be in Venice itself close to the main landmarks. - Breakfast was not included but eveything was available in the kitchen. Very clean, comfortabl and quiet. Close to St Marco square and to the vaporetto. Everything was perfect.
• Matthew (9/5): Fab apartment in the perfect location. So good, we've stayed here twice. - Fab apartment in a perfect location on the edge of Castello and Cannareggio. One of the less touristy parts of Venice. The apartment is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and a good shower. Nothing to really dislike about this apartment This apartment would not be suitable for anyone with disability issues as there are few staircases to climb. The rest of the tenants in the building are mainly families, so this is not somewhere for parties or noisy people.
