• Livia (10/5): Un soggiorno da favola - La signora Gianna è una splendida padrona di casa ed il suo staff è stato davvero disponibile ed impeccabile. La struttura è meravigliosa, soprattutto il giardino con vista sul lago di Bracciano e la zona piscina.
• Simone (1/5): Sporco e degrado inimmaginabili - La piscina 1) la cucina è in comune non privata! nella descrizione della camera dice 'angolo cottura privato' è una descrizione NON VERA! Poi non ha l'acqua calda (non si può pulire a fondo con acqua fredda) e soprattutto la tovaglia (vedi foto) è sporca che appiccica lo scottex! Non viene cambiata da mesi ed è piena di macchie (farci colazione viene da vomitare) 2) IL BAGNO è la cosa più sconvolgente: come si vede dalla foto non è stato pulito, proprio non è stato dato lo straccio, in terra c'erano i capelli di quelli prima, e sopra il WC la SOPRESA: un ragno enorme, con tutti i ragni piccoli appena nati (vedi foto)... era lì da giorni. Inoltre il bagno è piccolo e brutto, non è quello che si vede sul sito (fanno vedere solo quello dell'altra camera anche nella camera matrimoniale sulla piscina si astengono da mostrare questo - tutto programmato dall'agenzia! descrizione NON VERA!!!). L'aspiratore infine era rotto 3) La camera in generale inoltre non è stata pulita e come si vede dalle foto abbiamo trovato uno scontrino in terra di quelli prima di noi (non è stato passata neppure la scopa) e sul comodino (vedi foto) c'era tanta polvere (mai vista una cosa del genere) Abbiamo fatto presente a uno dei 2 signori che vive con la proprietaria nella struttura e che si occupa delle pulizie e ci ha detto che i ragni arrivano ogni giorno (falso la ragnatela aveva delle settimane) e in terra avrebbe pulito.. dopo la prima notte niente, non ha pulito. Quindi ci prendono anche in giro. 4) Infine di notte quando si rientra non c'è una luce esterna si deve far luce con i telefoni Lo SPORCO e il DEGRADO che abbiamo trovato non può essere descritto se non lo si vive; la signora non può fisicamente controllare l'operato degli impiegati per questo c'è questa situazione. Ovviamente sconsiglio assolutamente e spero per il bene della proprietaria che alla fine è stata molto gentile, che la situazione possa cambiare
