• Emily (8/5): - Llegamos un en la casa estaban las llaves, pero luego teníamos que ir al centro del valle para poder registrar nuestros pasaportes. La persona que nos atendió allí fue increíblemente amable, nos recomendó muchas cosas y nos ayudó a comprar los tickets para las góndolas. Tener la casa entera estuvo muy lindo, teníamos lavadora y secadora dentro de la casa lo cual era bastente útil. El precio me parece mucho para lo que es la casa, entiendo que es temporada alta pero de igual manera para 3 noches es un precio bastante elevado para una casa pequeña.

• Excellent (10/5): Exceptional - Stayed for 2 nights with my 2 kids. Good Facility with two toilets and two TV's, Responsive and understandable Host, comfortable, clean, modern mix with traditional Japanese design. 13 minutes walk to Nozawa Ski Centre. Will definitely come back again. None
• Khoon (8/5): Very pleasant stay - Everything is good. Looks clean and new. The bedroom is too dusty. There is no microwave, however there are full kitchen amenities available.

• Leslie (8/5): Very good - The property definitely looks better than the pictures Very worth it if you are a group of around 4, can be a little cramped if more than 4 Host at Address Nozawa was super friendly (sorry I realize I didn't get your name), brought us to the property and gave us a map together with plenty of recommendations. Spoke good English as well! Nozawa Onsen town is a great place to explore on foot, really enjoyed my stay there even in mid Spring. Glad that we caught some Sakura trees despite being April The Dryer provided was not cleaned, when we dismantled the filter it was choked full of lint. Think there were 2 or 3 different filters, perhaps all blocked. We struggled to dry our clothes after washing despite cleaning the filters that were accessible Trash bins were not empty either, guess the housekeeping was minimal. Either way minor inconveniences
• Jakub (9/5): Great place to stay, helpful and flexible staff - It actually looks better in reality than in the pictures on booking :) Futons were very comfy. Everything was fine, some doors are a bit low, so one needs to be careful while passing through :) but that is how these house are made, so I guess it is a part of the experience ;)
