• David (9/5): I almost don’t want to say good things to selfishly make sure they don’t get fully booked up on me in the future! Haha i - Comfortable, safe and easy-going environment. Both inside and outside. No attached bathroom but it’s part of the value and was never once an issue for me over multiple stays now.

• Wynn (1/5): - The room was very hot. There was a lot of people in the house. It wasn’t a hotel. The air conditioner was on 85 and it’s in Florida. It was hot so hot and somebody came in our room and stole our luggage when we woke up in the morning, our bedroom door was wide open we try to get in contact with the owner, but we couldn’t. We deserve compensation. This was a horrible experience. Get my money back and some discounts for a free room or something for two nights we’re stuck in Miami due to the weather

• Brienna (1/5): - Walked in to other people staying and living In this house. Fridge was gross full of food. Sink had left over breakfast in the sink and trash was full and smelly. This is not a house to yourself. Do NOT stay here if you have children. And owner didn’t care to explain it’s shared or help give back any of what we paid considering we had to leave and find somewhere else to say.

• KAREN (7/5): It was nice. - The room we were assigned was at the end of the hall furthest from the shared bathroom with 4 other rooms. It wasn’t unpleasant but it what we were expecting. The hosts were amazing though. The vent rattles which was a bit noisy while trying to relax or sleep.

Directions for room access on the coded door knob should have included information to press the check mark after entering the 4-digit code…as the key pad is very small and markings are not very visible and unfamiliar for a first-time user. Bed mattress is a bit too soft in my opinion. Couldn’t immediately find the bath towels as they were not in the bathroom, but in the room closet. There is no daily room housekeeping and we did not know that you are responsible for removing the trash. Unfortunately, we left very early in the morning and only saw this statement about removing trash via a departing email message way after leaving. However, the trash was neatly stacked and contained.

• corado (1/5): Ripped off by landlords. - The website advertised a room with a double bed, but when we arrived (early, as they kindly allowed), we were given access codes to a room with just one bed. When I asked about the double bed and private bathroom, they told me we could “use the couch.” Frustrating, but I let it go since the kids have slept on couches before. Later, when the landlords came home—something I didn’t realize meant it was actually a shared stay—they told me that because I had kids, I’d need to pay another $50 to move into the room I had originally booked with two beds and its own bathroom. At that point, with only a couple hours before the game and my family traveling with me, I had no choice but to pay. This felt like a scam. Don’t rent from people who mislead you and try to squeeze extra money out of guests. It was unprofessional, dishonest, and rude. Tip: Even if you book a double room, make sure to list every guest up front—or they’ll likely try to overcharge you too. Good old bait and switch. Nothing

• Quang-Manh (7/5): Overall, it's good to stay. - Feel like home Because the owner mopped the floor right before checking in, the smell of floor cleaner was very strong. And it's not really clean. Bed is hot.
