• Malwina (9/5): - Pobyt minął bez problemu . Mieszkanie w cichej okolicy jednak mimo odległości od centrum połączenie komunikacyjne rewelacyjne . Blisko dobrze zaopatrzony market . Mieszkanie wyposażone bardzo dobrze . Podczas pobytu zauważyliśmy ze woda z prysznica bardzo słabo schodziła i czajnik pokryty byl duża ilością kamienia byly to jedyne wady tego obiektu .
• Parvathi Nair (10/5): - Loved the apartment. It was really easy to find and the host is very responsive. The beds are comfy albeit a little squeeky and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

• Francesco (8/5): - Siamo stati in questa struttura per un breve periodo(2 notti) Ci siamo trovati molto a nostro agio La pulizia della stanza era perfetta Posizione ottima per chi vuole stare in tranquillità Unica pecca….un po’ distante dalla metro più vicina,circa 15 minuti a piedi
• Edina (7/5): - Italienischer Standard. Die Lage ist ruhig aber doch sehr Zentral. Die Kontaktperson war mega Freundlich, bei Fragen auch sofort erreichbar. Wir waren im Winter dort, uns fehlten Hausschuhe.

• Klaus (8/5): Wohnen in Rom unter Römern - Lage war außerhalb der touristischen Zentren von Rom. Es gab gute Gelegenheiten einzukaufen und zum Beispiel Lebensmittel zu kaufen. Auf dem Weg von der Metro zur Wohnung gab es einen sehr empfehlenswerten Markt für tiefgekühlte Lebensmittel. Ü

• ANGELA (7/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte e il contesto ci è sembrato tranquillo. Letto matrimoniale e divano letto molto comodi e nuovi. Biancheria pulita. Ben raggiungibile dal bus, nonostante non sia vicino al centro. Il contesto in cui si trova l'appartamento non è molto curato. Forse la cucina andrebbe rivista (anche se non l'abbiamo usata). Mancavano i cuscini per il divano letto ( ma abbiamo dormito bene lo stesso)
• Richard (10/5): - Piso muy amplio, limpio, buena iluminación, transporte metro y autobús cercanos, todo genial, sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este sitio cuando esté de turismo por Roma.... Lo recomiendo.

• Vicente (3/5): - Ubicación No funcionaba bien el agua caliente, prácticamente nos duchamos con agua fría. El sofá cama, horrible, muy incómodo, se hundía . Cafetera rota, enchufes que no funcionaban, no habían ni vasos, estropajos para limpiar usado

• Javier (8/5): Alojamiento tranquilo para visitar Roma - La urbanización es muy tranquila y el apartamento es espacioso. Tiene dos aparatos de aire acondicionado, aunque el del salón no enfriaba mucho. Tiene cafetera y te proporcionan algunas cápsulas, lo cual se agradece. Buena conectividad Wifi y TV. Muy bien las persianas eléctricas. La ducha era incómoda, la alcachofa está defectuosa y es difícil regular el caudal y la temperatura del agua. La ubicación es un tanto alejada del centro, aunque se llega bien en Metro. La cama es muy cómoda, pero el sofá cama no mucho.

• Lyubima (8/5): Very good - Perfect accommodation, it has everything you need for a stay in Rome. It is out of the city center, so very nice and quite at night. Great connection to public transport (bus stops in front of the door and metro at 15 min. walking). Happy with the communication and the facilities provided.
• Maciej (8/5): I highly recommend it. - Apartment in a good location. Just 10 minutes walk to the metro Line B, where after 4 stops (10min) you are at the Coliseum. The apartment had everything you need for a family vacation. We spent 11 days there and we are happy. Communication was hassle-free, fast and nice. There are many tasty restaurants near the apartment.

• Nicoleta (1/5): Bad - Nothing on the first day we found dirt on the floor , in the entire apartament - we had to buy slippers - you don't have a mop or a vacuum cleaner (I stayed for a week and it was needed)-especially since I already found the apartment dirty -toilet paper, coffee(only 5-for 7 nights and 2 adults) , garbage bags(only 1- for 7 nights)put for how many nights the reservation is -sponge for dishes or tablets for the washing machine (there was only 1) You were prompt and responded quickly to the problem reported on the first day-No shampoo and gel in the shower, and when I took the dispenser from the sink, the lid came off and broke -only 1 bed quilt-very cold in the apartament with 2 beds When I wrote this problems(we had 2 more nights)- and they send us a new rug for the kitchen(where it was a dirty one-so they knew the dirty problems) Maybe you can solve these to have satisfied tourists!

• Dmitry (9/5): A nice place to stay in Rome - The pictures on booking,com corresponds to the reality (one bedroom with double bed for 1-2 people and a living room with the sofa where 1-2 people can sleep; the kitchen is within the living room). There is a keyless entrance system, so you need to have Internet and download the App Vikey Guest or use the code to enter. Good location: not far from the bus stations. Underground station St. Basilica is 15-20 minutes walk. Supermarket store and cafes are nearby. Wi-fi is good. The hostess is helpful. Thank you for the welcome fruit basket! There were some minor issue with water heating, but we cleared it quickly with the owner. If you are foreigner, you need to find out about the swtich on-off electric system in Italy to understand how it works or better to leave the instructions how it operates. It would be nice to have a microwave and a small pot for cooking on the oven.
