• Oscar (10/5): - El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, nuevo y amplio. Sergio fue super amable ayudando a que la estancia fuera óptima. Si volviera a Roma lo cogería sin dudar.
• Marion (10/5): Mooi appartement op 40 busminuten van Rome (met bushalte voor de deur) - Perfect schoon appartement. Hele aardige hosts, die ons ter plaatse opwachten en naar de afgesloten parkeerplaats leidden. In Rome kan je een hele week gebruik maken van het OV voor 29 euro (de kaarten regelde Sergio ook voor ons). Mijn man is 2.01m. Het bed op de tweede slaapkamer is daar wat te klein voor.

• Anna (10/5): Servizi top al pari di un albergo con la comodità di un appartamento - La cordialità e disponibilità dell'host, la pulizia degli ambienti, gli asciugamani nei sacchetti confezionati come in albergo, le cialde di caffè e il vino in frigo.. Una accoglienza da veri professionisti come in albergo al prezzo e con i comfort di un'appartamento! Il massimo! Nulla, tutto veramente meraviglioso. Forse un appendino in bagno per appendere l'asciugamano risulterebbe comodo

• Joanna (9/5): - Duży i przestronny apartament, wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Wygodne łóżka, czysto i przyjemnie 🙂. Wspaniali i pomocni gospodarze. Lokalizacja trochę oddalona, ale przystanek autobusowy znajduje się przy samym budynku więc dojazd do centrum bezproblemowy. Polecam!!!

Un parking privé et sécurisé dans la copropriété. Des restaurants et super marché à 5 minutes à pied. Une adresse à retenir avec des propriétaires charmants .🥰

Grazie per averci fatto trovare anche dei giochi per i nostri bimbi che ne sono stati felici. Per non parlare poi della bottiglia di prosecco e le numerose cialde di caffè e tè. Comodo il posto auto all interno del condominio. Fermata del bus davanti alla porta. A presto, un abbraccio!

Nell'appartamento non manca nulla, è stato come stare a casa. Nelle vicinanze bar, supermercati , centro commerciale ristoranti edicola ed altro. Ottimo nel complesso il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Nulla di particolarmente importante.

È andato tutto bene. C’erano dei lavori nel palazzo e ci avevano avvertito. Oltretutto non abbiamo sofferto neanche per i rumori causati dai lavori.
• IstvanI (10/5): Great apartment for a family - Great, 2 bedrooms apartment in a residential flat, located on the 2nd floor. The apartment has everything you need, including a washing machine. The communication with the owners was great, they are super-responsive. Within a few minutes walk there is a supermarket, a take-away pizzeria and a restaurant. Bus connection to the city center is ok, it takes you 45-60 minutes by bus to reach the tourist attractions. -

TOP Cancelamento da linha de metro nesse fim de semana, no entanto há várias linhas/alternativas de autocarro mesmo à porta de casa e para quem alugar carro está a um pulinho das grandes atrações turísticas de Roma.

• Kevin (8/5): Super nice hosts and apartment but dangerous neighbourhood with criminal squatters 2km away. - The apartment is perfect for family of 5. Host is very nice and helpful. He came to our help when our car was smashed and bags stolen. He also helped bring us to make police reports. Really grateful for his help. There is a criminal group living in a squatters 2km away where the police is aware but NOT doing anything about it. Our car was smashed and bags were stolen. My family was stressed, and the girls cried for losing their loved possessions on our 2nd day of visit. I had to make police report and return to the car rental and pay for the damage. We found the criminals using our Apple tracking device, but the police refused to do anything about it. With the inefficient Italian police force,this area is too dangerous for foreign looking tourists being targeted when parked on the street.

They both are fantastic and very communicative. The property was super clean and tidy as new. Maybe the property needs a clock. We love the flat and our stay was very comfortable. • Dirk (10/5): Rome is a fantastic place to visit and this property is great! - It was a fantastic apartment which was very spacious and accommodated our family of five adults with ease. It was very clean and warm and the shower had great hot water and the wifi was speedy. Even before we came I had many questions for the host and hostess who always responded very quickly via WhatsApp. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and we she showed us all the mod cons. They even provided pasta and pasta sauce which we really enjoyed. We stayed for three nights and they even provided 3 day bus/metro tickets for us which we paid them for instead of having to buy them somewhere else. The value for money was exceptional as it was very cheap compared to other places and hotels. I would wholeheartedly 100% recommend this place! The downsides are the scaffolding on the building as some kind of renovation works are taking place. It takes at least an hour to get into Rome by bus but the bus stop is directly outside the building. However, for us, these were minor quibbles and did not affect our enjoyment in any way.

We arrived little late so the owner left us pasta for cooking. Dont bring anything with you if you wanna stay here. Everything you need you will find it here including fresh and clean towels. • Krzysztof (10/5): The best place to stay for visiting Rome - The host met us near the entrance, guided to a parking spot and gave a tour around the apartment. He was very nice, explained everything, gave us a map of Rome center with all the interesting places to see. He even left us spaghetti and sauce to prepare supper! The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable, perfect for a family with children. It was prepared better than in a luxury hotel. We had everything we could dream of, including toys for children. The bus stop is next to the building, it was a very convenient way to get to the center and visit all the interesting places. Everything was perfect.

• M (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious apartment, super clean, 4 beds (which is very difficult to find!), very pleasant and simple decoration (what I always look when travelling, specially with kids). By the way, there are lots of toys for the kids, it was a wonderful a surprise! The building has its own private parking and the spots are all very spacious which makes it very easy to park. The location is very convenient: only a 20min drive to Rome and there's everything around the house, from supermarkets, to gas stations, pastry shops, cafes, florists, hairdressers, pizza al taglio places, pharmacy, hospital. I personally don't enjoy staying in city centres, even if the goal is to visit all the city's main attractions, I rather stay a bit outside so that I can find some quietness and where one can mingle with the locals after touring and exploring all day. The hosts are delightful, very responsive and always available. Highly recommended! We loved everything and wish the fantastic hosts the best of luck!!!
