• Desislava (10/5): Everything was perfect - We were very satisfied with our stay. The host personally welcomed us and showed us where the apartment is, explaining everything we needed to know. He contacted us in advance to confirm the reservation and to clarify the details, which we really appreciated. The apartment was excellent – renovated, very clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again

• József Csató (4/5): Csalódás - Közel volt a metró és a bolt. Vagyis az elhelyezkedése. Nem volt franciaágy, mikró, a szárító el volt törve, minden rozsdás volt, csepegett az ember fejére fürdés közben a plafonból a hideg víz, a csapot alig lehetett megnyitni, a wc ülőke nem volt rendesen rögzítve stb. Csalódás volt, a képek nem ezt mutatták, a lakást teljesen fel kellene újítani. Nem ajánlom senkinek.
• Céline (4/5): - Die Wohnung ist unglaublich billig. Die Lage in einem Wohnquartier ist gut und mit der Metro ist man schnell im Zentrum. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Schlüssel nicht wie angekündigt hinterlegt und der Vermieter war nicht erreichbar. Sehr ärgerlicher Zeitverlust!

• Cristina (1/5): Horrible - Nada La casa estaba sucia, habia un agujero en el suelo lleno de basura, varios tablones de madera levantados, encima del armario habia más basura, las sabanas de las camas estaban manchadas, las paredes de la habitación y el calefactor estaban salpicadas de un líquido marron, habia humedades y moho abundante por todas partes. Vimos varias telarañas colgando por el techo. Nos dió tanto asco que tuvimos que irnos a otro sitio.

• Alicia (1/5): Very disappointing - Cheap Unfortunately we stayed for around half an hour before deciding we had to leave. The flat was grubby, the electrics were rusty, a door was hanging off. There was a floorboard missing in the centre of a room, with a hole in the floor, and I heard scrabbling in the walls so I was worried about what would come in through the hole in the night. The beds were very hard, and there was no lounge area, only a scruffy kitchen. Communication was great until we had a problem. I have never in my life left anywhere I have booked without staying the night, this was the first time as I felt unsafe.

Vecini zgomotosi,in baie picura din tavan apa din boiler,bateriile functioneaza defectuos,capacul de la wc trebuie schimbat,la fel si rezervorul wc,masa din bucatarie e mica pentru 3 persoane,ar trebui facute niste investitii.Asa cum e acuma a fost pret bun.

• Roberto (4/5): Non positivo purtroppo - C'era tutto il necessario per passare un soggiorno perfetto, dal frigorifero alla cucina e le stanze ma la scarsa attenzione e la poca pulizia hanno fatto che non vedevamo l'ora di andare via Blatte, cucina unta ovunque tocchi, zanzariere rotte e richiesta ulteriore di pagamento a parte per l'aria condizionata. Il contatore saltava se accendevi la lavatrice e nella seconda stanza buco nel pavimento, mai usata... abbiamo dovuto dormire in 4 su due letti singoli nell'altra stanza.
• Tanja (6/5): Einfache, relativ zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Beide Schlafzimmer gut - Sehr nettes Kontakt. Lage gut. Bad und Küche renovierungsbedüftig.. Klimaanlage gut. Föhn fehlte oder war nicht zu finden. Bad und Küche doch sehr alt und Renovierung wäre nötig.

• Myckal (7/5): Great location - This was a nicely located and economical stay and came with all the basics. It felt very safe and was secure with multiple locked doors. The key box was difficult for me to locate but once I located it everything worked well and the instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and the host communicated well. There is a little market/shop outside where you can buy water. I really liked the location. The hot water tank seemed to have issues at times and the beds were hard. Otherwise nice stay
• Nadia (7/5): Good - Price, separate rooms and kitchen, close to the city center, 24h shop open in the same building. Bathroom was quite a challenge ;) also not very clean. Anyway, really fair deal considering the price.
• Charikleia-romina (6/5): Pleasant - The noise of the neighbours from the up floor was tragic.for sure they dont care about the appartment downstairs.i should suggest the owner to discuss with them
• Tanja (6/5): Value for money - There is no heating (radiators are closed). It is possible to use the AC for a small fee. Oven is out of order, it is broken and some furniture should be tightened and fixed. It's important to note what works and what doesn't, so that people don't have expectations.

• Stefanie (8/5): Very good - Great little flat. Everything you need when travelling on a budget. Close to Metro and good selection of restaurants within walking distance.
• Abby (4/5): You get what you pay for (very dirty!) - The host was very easy to communicate with. The property was very dirty and is in need of a decent clean. There was a giant cockroach in the bathroom and a few dead ones in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom shower drain was clogged with so much hair that the water wasn't draining. The toilet was very dirty and had urine all over the bowl. The bath mat was wet when we arrived. The shower curtain needs to be replaced as it is riddled with mould. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the sheets were stained in areas. The apartment was extremely hot and it was impossible to sleep! It costs 3 euros extra per day to use the AC. We didn't pay for this as we were hardly at the apartment, but I wish we did as it was boiling hot in the evenings, and even with the windows open there is next to no ventilation!! The area was a bit dodgy, and there were homeless people outside the apartment block. We were kept awake until the early hours of the morning both nights due to people on the street being very loud!! The keybox was super hard to find. The boiler switch was also very difficult to locate. Overall, the apartment is quite old and is in need of some updating.
• Periklis (5/5): Passable - The fact that, although in the facilities the owner advertizes flat screen TV, there is no functioning TV in the appartment. There is a small flat screen TV, but where it is situated, there is no power outlet and there is no TV antenna cable anywhere in the appartment. When I pointed that out to the owner, he replied that I can use it as an additional monitor for my devices. This is not what I bought and payed for.

• Christian (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodations were excellent. The restaurant recommendations were also wonderful. Frankly, more restaurant recommendations would be beneficial. In the future, please make the instructions on how to find the boiler (for the shower) much more clear. Didn't want to call and bother the owner when we arrived late in the night, so we had cold showers in the evening.
