Allgemein war die Wartezeit eher lange bis bestellt werden konnte. Das Essen kam leider nicht gleichzeitig an oder ging teilweise vergessen.

Fitnessraum in die Jahre gekommen und funktioniert teilweise nicht. Skiraum Technik immer wieder defekt. Verwechslungen bei den Sitzplätzen im Restaurant. Familiensauna läuft oft nur teilweise und auf aufforderung. Zimmer nicht wircklich sauber, Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen.

- Laura (7/5): Beautiful location, relaxing stay - Excellent location with beautiful surroundings. Room was a good size, with balcony and very clean. Staff were friendly. Restaurant attached to the property served good food on a set menu, which was reasonably priced (55 Euros for a 4 course menu). The bed wasn’t very comfortable, particularly the pillows which needed to be replaced really (it did occur to me afterwards I should have asked for more pillows). The spa facilities were good but crowded at times/ noisy, including the area which was supposed to be quiet.

- Tamta (7/5): - Es gab einen spielzimmer für die Kinder. das Areal ist groß Auf den Bildern sieht alles natürlich besser aus als in echt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier absolut nicht. Das Frühstück ist auch etwas hoch angesetzt dafür dass der Kaffee immer sehr lange gebraucht hat bis das Personal ist an den Tisch gebracht hat und dann waren es so kleine Portion das ist schon sehr mühsam war seinen Kaffee überhaupt zu genießen. Das Frühstück an sich oder die Auswahl war vieleseitig und die Qualität ganz ok.

Vor allem den Dreck könnte man simpel - Die Lage und das grundlegende Konzept sind toll, jedoch ist das Mobilar der Zimmer und die Zusammenarbeit der Service Mitarbeiter eine komplette Katastrophe. Es war extrem schmutzig im Zimmer, im Bad, im gesamten Hotel. Vor der Eingangstür lag während des gesamten Aufenthaltes Hundekot. Es findet nur nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung eine Reaktion der Rezeption statt, diese erfolgt in Zeitlupe.

Der Hund hatte eine Futterstation auf dem Zimmer und ein Bettchen. Er hat sich wohl gefühlt. Im Haupthaus sind die Teppiche schon arg in die Jahre gekommen, und auch das Zimmer (ich hatte aber das preisgünstigste) hätte eine kleine Renovierung nötig. Es war aber noch ok! Insgesamt überwiegen die positiven Erfahrungen

- Melanie (7/5): - Urige Unterkunft mit eigenem Charme. Große Zimmer. Irgendwie hatten wir immer Probleme mit dem Aufzug und sind morgens diese stecken geblieben. Das Zimmer konnte nicht abgedunkelt werden da es keine richtigen und passenden Vorhänge gab. Einige Haare im Badezimmer.

Kaputter Toilettendeckel, nicht geputzte Dusche (Kalkrückstände), Wasser im Badwaschbecken lief nur sehr langsam ab, Wände im Bad hatten Streifen und waren schlecht verputzt (Fönhalterung), Fön war beschädigt. Fehlende Adresse für die Schlüsselabholung hatte zur Folge, dass sehr viel Zeit für die Suche nach der Rezeption verloren ging. Der Walliser Hof hat nämlich 3 Häuser und für alle gibt es nur eine Rezeption. Auf Nachfrage sollten bei Inanspruchnahme für's Abendessen weit über 50,-€ pro Person gezahlt werden und für's Frühstück 28,-€/Person. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt keineswegs ...!

- Ulrike (5/5): Die Lage (Bäcker und Spar in der Nähe) und die Busanbindung vor der Haustür sind gut! Aber man könnte vieles Gäste freun - Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Rezeption, top! Mit Gästekarte war der Bus kostenlos. Die Pools und der Whirlpool waren schön!! Keine Handseife am Waschbecken, Duschtüre klemmte, Duschhandbrause tropfte! Vielleicht wäre ein Kühlschrank oder Wasserkocher noch eine gute Ergänzung auf den Zimmern, Platz wäre ja vorhanden! Tür zum Bad war eine Glastüre, man kann rein sehen beim Toilettenbesuch…🤨 Aufzug war einmal nicht in Betrieb, Personal ist ohne grüßen an uns als Gast vorbei gelaufen. Frühstück hätte es für 25 Euro gegeben, könnte etwas günstiger sein bei einer Übernachtung für 100 Euro pro Person!! Leider ist bei den Bergbahnen der Waliserhof nicht mit dabei, sehr schade! Kräuterdampfbad war leider außer Betrieb.

The smell at the hotel was pretty poor. Appeared to be a very strong cleaning detergent as there were heaps of dogs at the hotel. Didn't like that dogs were allowed in the dining area.

For us it was extremely helpful, since our dog doesn't like to stay alone in the room while we are having breakfast/dinner. They put in our room a refrigerator and a freezer (on our request) which was extremely convenient for us. All the staff was really nice and friendly! The room was a bit old with not too much light.
- Doenja (10/5): Perfect - We arrived too late for the normal check-in. I contacted the hotel via Booking the moment I saw we were running late, they answered quickly and arranged everything for us. It was just a short stopover for us. We left immediately after breakfast, which was a nice buffet and extra options to order from the kitchen. The view from our room was magical ❄️✨️ Nothing, it was all very nice.

- Carsten (7/5): Cool place for us and the kids, but the price, dated rooms & misinformation left a bad taste - OK. - Nice style of hotel - comfortabel bar area with games for kids. Relaxed, young atmosphere. The restaurant and food was very high quality. Friendly young staff. For me the hotel is an upmarket stylish Youth Hostel with simple older rooms in the older part of the hotel. The room was not that clean and it was dated. For this the price is simply too high. I was given wrong prices for food twice and ended up paying almost double of what was expected. The staff could never find my booking from booking.com when I called? It seems the staff in the hotel was young and inexperienced and ultimately not well trained (although very friendly!). But for this money you can get a real 4 star hotel with top service elsewhere - if the room prices for the old rooms had been a little less expensive I would have said OK!
- Evangelia (8/5): Very good - Breakfast amazing Big hotel with two Spa areas and nice Bar and table Tennis Area very beautiful Close to ski lift Horses and other facilities around at extra money Dog friendly, they provide dog bed and Bowls etc A bit old Take care that you schedule your room cleaning with reception if you plan to leave the dog alone. Could be a bit cheaper I think.

- Bernhard (9/5): Superb - Cozy and large rooms. Nice pool and Spa area. Beautiful place, good breakfast and tasty dinner. Had a nice stay. The dinner were very small portions. Later we found out, that one could have asked for more, because they want to avoid food waste. I fully support this, however I would have wished that the waiter tells you about that when ordering the dinner.
- Kristian (9/5): Modern hotel, amazing rooms and facilities and very friendly staff including the reception personnel and the cleaners. - Great escape location, very modern, big rooms and very clean, great facilities with spa and pool The only piece that wasn’t great was the käsezplätzli lunch. A little bit too watery and too much flower. The schnitzel was great though 😀
- Philipp (8/5): Very good - Strange place where reception closes at 8pm. If you lost your key card to your room after 8pm you are homeless. If you there is an alarm in sauna no one will come to help. Strange for a quite large hotel with 3 buildings and large sauna facilities. Terrible marketing: photos on website do not show reality. In reality the hotel and rooms are better

- Emma (8/5): Good time - We had a really good stay. The staff was exceptionally nice for letting us store our suitcases while we were hiking for multiple days. The shower construction was a little tricky because it flooded the bathroom after every shower.
- Olcay (7/5): Not an extraordinary but a good hotel - Small but fine spa with a beautiful garden. Clean rooms, good team No spa slippers in a spa hotel ? We had a dropping shower whole night , they were kind enough to change the room next day but they were aware of the problem. On weekends when they receive groups of guests, organisation was troubled, our table were given to other guests and dinner take ages , it took 2 hours for a 4 course.
