The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything we needed. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The host was very attentive, responsive, and thoughtful from the beginning to the end of our visit. It truly felt like a welcoming and reliable place to stay in the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! nothing negative to mention

• Joy (10/5): Perfect quiet neighbourhood - Closed to Ebisu station and into a quiet neighbourhood in Tokyo, A perfect soft landing in Japan. Comfortable even though small but nothing unexpected. The staff was amazing even prior to our arrival and helped me into other matters for bookings of museums. A real bedside lamp would have been good

• Marina (8/5): Muy limpio y espacioso para ser Japón - muy espacioso (para los estándares de Japon) y muy muy muy limpio. Perfecto para dos noches. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo: muchas toallas, gel, champú, suavizante, agua fresca (y caliente si quieres hacerte un té), nevera e incluso detalles inesperados como unos clips monismos del Monte Fuji, golosinas y origami :). La zona es muy tranquila y tiene muchos sitios agradables cerca para salir a cenar. Absolutamente recomendable por su calidad - precio. la construcción prefabricada hace que su aislamiento no sea el mejor y que el suelo y las paredes suenen mucho. Además exigía tener todo el tiempo el aire caliente puesto. Es un poco complicado llegar pero es verdad que te mandan un vídeo para que no te pierdas y funciona
• Amanda (8/5): Nice stay in small apartment in cozy area - It has everything you need for a few days in a small apartment. The area is calm, but you can find everything you need in the area. The staff is also very kind and helpful. The sheets are polyester, which they often has been in Japan. If you have sensitive skin, this can be a bit uncomfortable. I am sure the staff would have helped me, if I had said something to them though (I didn’t).

• Wiebke (7/5): Für ein paar Tage völlig ausreichend - Es gab eine Mikrowelle, heißes und kaltes Wasser aus einem Spender sowohl einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Es war ein geräumiges, helles Zimmer. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört sowohl was auf der Straße passiert, als auch was über oder neben einem ist. Eine frühere Check-In Frage wurde mit einer pampigen Antwort abgelehnt.

• Irene (4/5): Wouldn't stay here again, I've stayed at better places in Ebisu for less money. - I liked the bed, but that's about it. The room's walls were paper thin, the door was on the first floor and felt very exposed, the bathroom was old, and there was no live TV at all. Also a far and confusing walk from the station. At night, there were scratching noises upstairs from the neighbors that were unsettling. I could hear someone sneeze in the next room over.
• Brandon (10/5): Amazing and connected. - This has to be one of the best connected places in Tokyo that isn’t in the usual busy areas close to the Yamanote. Located near Ebisu Ni-Chome, it’s a 15 walk from Ebisu Station and close to Hiroo as well. If you’re into the fancier side of Tokyo, it’s connected to most of the “best places to live in Tokyo”. The Wherely team is responsive, offering recommendations for attractions and such thru messages. In addition, a coin laundry is close by, with several konbini and Ebisu Station mere minutes away. You can enjoy a night in Ebisu Yokocho and not have to catch a taxi home! The food options available with less than a 20 min walk is staggering. Only one thing! Still a ten out of ten. The shower curtain could benefit from being magnetized! I felt horrible soaking the rug provided because the curtain would attack me during showering!
• Gemma (10/5): Central location on quiet street - Located very centrally about 15 mins walk from Ebisu station. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We heard the coin laundry nearby. Quiet neighbourhood, very short walk to 7-11 nearby. Near the Yebisu illuminations.

• Helen (7/5): Okay-ish for 1-2 nights max - The area is very nice - lots of cute bars and fancy restaurants. The property is 15-20 min walk to the key streets in that area which is quite a walk. The bathroom is really old and needs renovation. The lightning in the property could be better.

Personnel attentionné et échanges fluides. Toilettes un peu vétustes, chasse d’eau bruyante qui ne s’arrête pas toujours toute seule.

• Adeel (9/5): Well-equipped & high value hotel in a calm location, at a slight remove from busy touristic areas. - Location was great for me, a nice and calm locality with almost no tourists. About half an hour walk to areas like Aoyama and Shibuya. And just a 20 minute drive to Haneda airport. Well equipped with everything I'd need as a solo traveller.

The air conditioning worked really well. We had to rearrange a few things to make room for 2 suitcases, but that is normal for small Japanese rooms.

• Noa (9/5): Cozy home in Ebisu - This accommodation was so cozy! We were actually quite surprise of how nice the unit was. Clean and well organized. It's located about 15 minutes walk from Ebisu station, which is a nice location. The neighborhood is cute and it is easy to reach Shibuya. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and came to help us when we needed some help with the light remotes that we found confusing. The price is really good as well. The check-in is quite late even though the room is ready before, so I am unsure of why only luggage storage is allowed while early check-in is not.

• Linda (10/5): Wonderful. - The room was quite spacious in Japanese standards. Although bathroom area was quite tight. The whole room design was very creative and thoughtful. The light controller with multi functions was extremely cool and useful. Nice big trashbins with lids convenient for our 4 day stay. Laundry coin money and charging adapter was extremely thoughtful, as well as the generous amount of towels. Very rare and convenient to have a hot and cold water dispenser in the room, along with microwave and fridge. Spacious beds. Even a tiny welcome gift! You did have to walk around 15 min from the station, and it wasn’t a central station, so traveling takes a slightly longer time. Good to get a walk in though. One concern we had was the key code shown in the video provided was the same for us, so we were thinking whoever stayed there in the past has a way to access the room… not that safe…

• Sim (10/5): I arrived early and staff allowed me to check-in early. That was a nice gesture. Location of the accommodation is good - - Situated in a good Location - near Shibuya Toilet flush is too noisy/loud.
• Anita (7/5): Great central accommodation - As pictured and described. We were able to drop our big cases off early before check in and the process was a breeze. Loved the guestbook and cute free gifts. Everything worked well and I particularly loved the separate bins to help with recycling. The property is managed by a group so sometimes auto responses are too generic and not personal, it felt as though I was speaking to a robot 90% of the time which is my only negative thought about Cosmo. Very easy walk to Ebisu, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

• Lee (10/5): Exceptional - A studio room style stay in the Ebisu Neighbourhood. It is a great experience. The room is clean and spacious for 1 person and just nice for 2 persons. Come with microwave, fridge, and a Conway water dispenser, suitable for few days stay. Will highly recommend friends and family.

The location is great if you want to be near popular areas like Shibuya and Daikanyama but get a good night's sleep in a quite neighbourhood. It was close to Ebisu Station and Hiroo station with an easy walk to both and food options and konbini nearby. The lighting options in the room and the water dispenser were very convenient. The shower pressure was great. The hosts were very communicative. I would stay here again. The room and bathroom were quite small (but this is typical in Tokyo) and it didn't really have a proper window. Also the towels were like microfiber / fluffy style which don't dry you super well in my opinion.
• Maria (8/5): Great value for money, clean comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. - Typical compact Japanese studio, comfortable bed, very clean and in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is just a 10 minute walk to Hiroo station. (Hibiya-line) We received daily updates with tips from Cosmo management via Booking.com regarding travel in Tokyo, restaurants shops etc. There was even an envelope with 100 yen coins to be used for the Coin Laundry down the road. A perfect and affordable place to stay for travelers. Hard to find. We walked around for 20 minutes dragging our suitcases down the narrow streets. In fact we actually must have walked past the building twice! Japanese addresses are a little hard to figure out for us westerners. So it would be really helpful if the name COSMO is clearly visible.

• Wagner (8/5): Perfect for our needs - Comfy bed and nice pillow! Clean, simple, and central to two stations! Bath tub was hard to get into due to its height as someone with a bad back.

And the location is very convenient, there are convenient stores, cafes and many restaurants nearby from the alley. The soundproofing of the room needs to be improved. Air conditioner makes a lot of noise and it is quite noisy when sleep at night. Toilet flushing noise is very noisy, the equipment can be improved.
• Trvly (9/5): Cosy piece of home in a fantastic location - I had a wonderfully comfortable stay in the apartment. Super easy to locate. Instructions to get into the room were clear. The room came with a mini fridge, microwave and water dispenser (hot and cold), along with a Smart TV that you could use to watch Netflix! You could also personalise the lighting to match your mood. Bed was super comfy and I loved the location. The hosts were super helpful, accommodating, and responded quickly whenever I had questions. Thank you! #origami Got a bit cold, even with the heating on. Not a problem when I'm under the covers but I did hope for more warmth. While the room was a nice size, the toilet felt small but this is normal in Tokyo.
