• Madalena (5/5): - Sem comentários Porta da varanda quebrada, garagem trancada sem acesso liberado, e também a anfitriã não atendia a gente, não mostrou o funcionamento para abrir porta de fora para dentro, ficando o carro com meus pertences dentro e só consegui sair com ajuda de outro morador e também queria receber em 20 euros em dinheiro sendo que contava já incluso, foi um sufoco para nós.

• Gregory (3/5): - i needed a place to rest in order to drive on but it was not possible to stay In 10 mins of my stay 5 calls on the door ring. noone came, so either bell misconnection or I heard neighbours' bell as if insite the appartment. It was a repairement in the next appartment. I could hear their every move in the corridor. Special joy was to go extra up and down because the contact person did not know fully the parking gate opening procedure. Also, the appartment on the picture seems much larger than in reallity

Il check in non é pratico,specialmente per chi non ha dimestichezza con il digitale, sconsigliato a persone anziane. Nemmeno l’apertura è comoda noi non sapevamo più come entrare perché non funzionava. Se fosse successo di notte sarebbe stato un disastro.
• Lucia (8/5): - Muy lindo el lugar, comodo, limpio. Lo bueno eran las vistas, la calefacción muy buena. La cama era muy comoda. La ubicación también, una zona muy linda caminando al centro media hora pero muy tranquila. El equipamiento provisto para cocinar era completo, solo faltaba un escurreplatos para no llenar todo de agua cuando lavabamos. Por el precio que pagamos esperábamos al menos un shampoo y un acondicionador, que no trajimos porque en la descripción de Booking decía que los ofrecían. No había ni un agua en la heladera como bienvenida. Que en general todos te dejan algo para beber. La ducha se llenaba de agua cuando la usábamos y cuando la quisimos destapar había pelos rubios, que obviamente no eran nuestros. Sería bueno adicionar un escurreplatos

• Giuseppe (6/5): Struttura nuova e ben posizionata, ma esperienza non perfetta - L’appartamento è in una posizione molto comoda, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, e risulta facile da raggiungere. La struttura è moderna, pulita e ben tenuta. Molto comoda anche la serratura elettronica gestita tramite app, che rende semplice sia il check-in che l’accesso all’appartamento. Il bagno è bello e nuovo, e la presenza della cucina (anche se non l’abbiamo utilizzata) è sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Purtroppo, appena entrati abbiamo sentito odore di fumo, nonostante l’alloggio fosse indicato come non fumatori. Inoltre, le tapparelle erano bloccate e non era possibile chiuderle, il che ha reso la stanza piuttosto luminosa durante la notte. Abbiamo anche avvertito rumori provenienti dagli appartamenti vicini, che hanno disturbato il riposo. Infine, mancavano prodotti base come bagnoschiuma e shampoo, nemmeno in formato monodose. Nel complesso un buon appartamento per posizione e qualità degli spazi, ma con diversi aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati.

• Hofmann (10/5): Es war alles in bester Ordnung, so wie man es erwartet. - Es war alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt als Gast und kann es gerne weiterempfehlen. Besonders schön ist die Umgebung und die ruhige Lage. Kann ich nicht dazu sagen.

• Emelie (8/5): Very good - Good location. Wonderful balcony with great view. Difficult to understand how to enter through the gates, the name had disappeared from the door, and it took time to understand how to get in (we engered through the garage in the beginning).

• Konstantin (8/5): Good location in Bolzano - We needed a room in this very particular location, next to our relative who lives in Bolzano, and this one was just right for us from the location standpoint. If the location is less crucial for you, you may consider other places, because this one is in a very residential area, about 20min easy walk to downtown Bolzano. If you want to be in downtown, this may not work so well, but for us, the location was perfect The apartment is listed as a "one bedroom". Strictly speaking, this is a "studio", where everything is in one room: bedroom, kitchen, just the bathroom is separate. Using the "one bedroom" term to describe it may lead to wrong expectations, particularly with US travelers. The check-ip process involves opening a link on your phone, which then allows you to open the doors, and collect the keys. With many doors, including the garage gate (which the phone app does not open, it requires the physical key), this felt a bit too much effort for the result. A simple lockbox with a code would accomplish all this with far less hassle.

Highly recommend it! - - The apartment was really clean, well maintained and had everything we needed (kitchen, comfortable bed, terrace with good views, bathroom with clean towels). - The apartment was 15min walking from Bolzano city center. For us the location was great because it was quiet in the morning (you could hear the birds singing), it was next to the mountains (great views in the morning that you don't get in an apartment in the city center) and it allowed us to experience a bit how the locals lived. There were several bus stations nearby (1min, 5min and 10min walk) and a supermarket (10min walk). - We arrived before the check-in time and the hosts allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment while they cleaned it. - After the first initial check-in problems, the open the door website worked perfectly and was really easy to use. - The check-in process was long. It took almost 1h to see the "open door" option on the check-in website and the host was not quick to respond, so we had to wait in the rain. - There was no good cutting knife in the kitchen.

I had an awesome stay I liked everything but I did not know how to on the heater😂😂😂and I didn't want to disturb Guendy.

It was also nice that there were a few capsules for the coffee machine. I was surprised by the 10 euro/day parking cost. I thought I read carefully, but I guess it is my error. Be sure to have cash to pay that at the end.
• Karolin (10/5): Great place for a City trip in Bolzano - The room was super new and clean. Very comfortable! There was even a coffee machine and some capsules for the first morning coffee! By foot, it is approximately 15-20 min to the very Center.
• Albert (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and cozy apartment in a good location (~10 or ~15 min from old town). Host was very responsive and taking care if we needed something else for the flat. Another great point is the beautiful views from the balcony to the Dolomites and other mountains. For say something, there was no kitchen knife so was a bit hard to prepare or cook something in the apartment. (But we didn't ask for it as we sort it out, if you ask most likely host can provide one)
