• GASPARE (9/5): essenziale ma con tutto, personale corretto - posto molto carino situato nel verde, ottimo anche per soggiorni brevi per affari in città come Hannover o Celle, check in velocissimo, per un mio errore ho pagato la struttura due volte, rimborsato immediatamente il secondo pagamento corretti e puntuali penso che ritornerò wifi e tv
• Johannes (6/5): Nette Unterkunft, Preis-Leistung passen außerhalb der Saison gar nicht zusammen. - Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut, alles wirkte ordentlich und gepflegt. Das Personal war über das Handy erreichbar. Zudem wurde bereits vor der Ankunft Kontakt aufgenommen, was die Anreise etwas einfacher gemacht hat. Leider gab es neben den positiven Aspekten auch einige deutliche Kritikpunkte. Bei den aufgerufenen Preisen hatte ich mich auf ein klassisches Hotelerlebnis gefreut, also mit persönlichem Service, Atmosphäre und gewissen Annehmlichkeiten. Da mein Aufenthalt jedoch außerhalb der Saison stattfand, war kein Personal vor Ort, es gab keine weiteren Gäste und auch kein Frühstücksangebot. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass diese Einschränkungen vorab online nicht ersichtlich waren. Dadurch entsprach das Gesamtpaket leider nicht den Erwartungen, die der Preis geweckt hat. Rückblickend hätte ich für deutlich weniger Geld, beispielsweise in einem einfachen Handwerkerzimmer, einen sehr ähnlichen Aufenthalt gehabt, ohne wirklich auf etwas verzichten zu müssen. Insgesamt daher sehr schade, da Preis und Leistung hier aus meiner Sicht nicht im Verhältnis standen.
