Hotel Breakfast very limited fresh bread was not nice and old limited Thai dishes. Because of big families very bizzy many foodplates quick empty and not soon enough refilled so disapointing breakfast service and presentation. Not 4* for the price
• Mattia Enrico (8/5): Struttura con rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale, da valutare bene le distanze essendo fuori BKK - L'hotel è davvero stupendo, dalla struttura fino alla camera dotata di ogni confort. Situato a circa 13km dal centro di Bangkok, offre al 31°piano una bellissima piscina a sfioro con vista su Bangkok (noi ci siamo stati di sera e vale davvero la pena andarci), più palestra. La colazione a buffet al 7°piano con vetrata e vista sempre su Bangkok offre varietà di scelta, soprattutto sul salato. Camera spaziosa e super confortevole, i punti di forza sono sicuramente il letto matrimoniale large super comodo e la doccia con soffione ampia (separata dal wc che si trova nella stanza accanto, mentre il lavandino è di fronte ma nella camera principale. Anche dalla camera la vista è stupenda. Qualità/prezzo eccellente, staff gentile e disponibile, come lo è tutto il popolo thai d'altronde. Offerta acqua in camera. La posizione è sicuramente il punto più sfavorevole della struttura, per arrivare in centro a bangkok, soprattutto la mattina, ci voleva almeno un'ora di bolt (a fronte di 13km) per tutto il traffico che c'era, pertanto valutate se effettivamente può valerne la pena in base agli spostamenti ed i punti da visitare. Colazione andrebbe migliorata soprattutto sul dolce che offre poca varietà di scelta. Richiesta cauzione di 1000 Bath al check-in che viene restituita al check-out previa verifica delle condizioni della camera. Lo staff non parla un inglese eccezionale pertanto si fa fatica a capirlo; volevamo lasciare una cauzione con carta di credito ma non è stato possibile seppur ci avessero "spiegato" e ripetuto due volte la motivazione, pertanto preparate i bath in contanti per non avere problemi (per prelevare ci sono due atm lì vicino). Vari odori di fumo e cibo provenienti dalla stanza wc, che dovevamo tenere per forza chiusa. Tv non funzionante per quanto riguarda i canali tradizionali, forse viene utilizzata principalmente come smart tv. Insonorizzazione camere non ottimale.

Skanūs pusryčiai bei labai malonus personalas. Vienintelis minusas- viešbučio vieta yra atokiau nuo centro, tad nelabai yra veiklos aplink.

• Annemarie (7/5): Ein guter Ort, um in Bangkok anzukommen. - Sehr sauber und modern. Im 22. Stock bekommt man vom Straßenlärm absolut nichts mit. Das Zimmer ist ruhig und die Vorhänge verdunkeln gut. Man kann gut ausschlafen und sich akklimatisieren. Der 7-11 direkt vorm Hotel ist sehr praktisch. In der Nähe vom Hotel gibt es nicht viel erwähnenswertes. Man braucht eigentlich für alles ein Taxi. In der Rush Hour dauert es locker 40min bis ins Zentrum. Die Musik beim Pool hat mich etwas gestört.

• Sarah (6/5): - Het zwembad op de bovenste verdieping was leuk, met een mooi uitzicht. Wij hadden hogere verwachtingen van het hotel. We dachten dat er een royaal ontbijt zou zijn maar dit viel toch wat tegen. Er was wel wat keuze maar er was niets wat het ontbijt wat specialer maakte. Voor de rest stoorden we ons een beetje aan sommige gasten. De luxe uitstraling van het hotel verviel een beetje door de mentaliteit van sommige gasten, waarbij ik zou denken dat er meer op gelet zou worden door het hotelpersoneel. De meisjes aan de receptie zag ik ook giechelen achter hun smartphone. Leek me niet professioneel. Het zwembadwater was ijskoud. Leuk als verfrissing maar zo koud hoeft nu ook weer niet.

She asked me and made me feel like I was wrong to put my laundry bag on the floor. The services were unacceptable and unprofessional at all. Also, I found rubbish next to my bed. My room wasn't clean since the first day I check in.

• Khoo (2/5): - Price point was good, nice lobby Horrendous Wi-fi. Feedbacked to the staff and was dismissed saying its because "a lot of people are using", but mind you, it was 1am already. Elevator is really loud, has this DING DONG sound everytime and my room was just beside the elevator. In my 4 nights, they did not even replenish toilet paper, nor did they change the bedsheets.

• Magdalena (8/5): - Bardzo duzy hotel, pokoje na wysokich pietrach. Fajny basen i profesjonalna silownia. Śniadanie ogolnie ok, ale zimne jajka, niedobre desery i okropna kawa.

• Jacob (9/5): Very good hotel, with great gym and a pool. - The pool and the gym are great. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The location is average, not much to do there.

• HUAN SHENG (5/5): - The room and location was good, just not satisfy with the air-con water leaking. I stayed from 23-28 Sep and had the problem with water leaking air-con every morning. Already informed staff on 24 night but never come immediately and came on 25 night just to teach us how to adjust the air-con. I went down and informed again on 26 morning, but in the end no respond at all. I just facing water leaking every midnight till morning!

• Ralf und Nureeds (9/5): Für kurzen Aufenthalt in BKK sehr gut geeignet - Wie schon zuvor,sehr gut. Im Restaurant kann nicht auf Rechnung per Zimmernummer nur mit Kreditkarte gezahlt werden. Auch wenn man mal im Hotel frühstücken möchte muss sofort mit Karte gezahlt werden. Endrechnung beim Auschecken wäre nicht so nervig. Der schöne Rooftop pool ist durch den bis in die 31.Etage sehr lauten Straßenlärm für einen längeren entspannenden Aufenthalt,nicht geeignet. Die Schallisolierung der Zimmer ist okay, jedoch ist das Zuwerfen der Zimmertüren durch Gäste nicht dem Hotel anzulasten.Esgibt auch leise schließende Zimmertüren.
