Guest Reviews
- korens545 (10/5): Good. - Went to the bar in the evening with my mum for a quiet drink, as we were staying here for the night, and Louie was very lovely and accomodating. 😀
- nicolewC9113TZ (2/5): Postcode is the same as the another Premier Inn hotel but no one tells you this - The post code of this hotel is the same as the other Premier Inn on Stanley Street in Manchester. We navigated to the wrong hotel. Staff at your Stanley Street hotel seem unsurprised it happens often. After a 20 minute walk to the right Paintworks Hotel, we were too late, and sadly missed the show we had drive 4 hours to see. You need to differentiate your hotels?

- Sarahlioness (10/5): Great location - The room I stayed in had plenty of space and good layout. Bathroom was nice size . Bed was so comfortable. I was very happy with my room. Staff was so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
- Journey801529 (10/5): I truly appreciate the professionalism, understanding, and excellent hospitality shown by both Ahmed and Tom. - Dear Hotel Manager
I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience and appreciation for two of your team members, Ahmed and Tom.
Before my arrival, I had contacted the hotel to ensure that a child bed would be set up in my room. Upon check-in, I was assisted by a lady at reception who informed me that my booking was for two adults only. I explained that I had previously spoken to your team regarding a child bed, but unfortunately, no family room was available at that time, so we were given a room with two single beds. This arrangement was quite difficult for us.
Later, I returned to the reception and spoke with a very kind gentleman named Ahmed. He listened carefully to my situation and assured me he would find a solution. About 15 minutes later, Ahmed came to our room and, with the assistance of Tom, moved us to a comfortable family room.
I truly appreciate the professionalism, understanding, and excellent hospitality shown by both Ahmed and Tom. They turned a challenging situation into a pleasant experience, and I am very grateful for their support.
Please pass on my sincere thanks to them both for their outstanding service.
Kind regards,
Muhammad Naeem
- KeltonR5 (10/5): Best service - Ask for Harry, Aaron or Sam; bar service was amazing. I Will stay here every time I am in Manchester. There was no down side to this stay! 😁
- Venture50378541104 (10/5): Excellent hotel - Served by Harry, excellent attention, would definitely recommend every time. Previous night served by Aaron, once again amazing service. Sam was on both nights of our stay and she went above and beyond.
- 1994cch (10/5): Will be booking again! - Fantastic Stay – Great Location, Lovely Room & Wonderful Staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful stay at the Premier Inn Manchester Arena (Printworks). The staff were absolutely lovely – friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was a big, open corner room with a great view of the city and an opening window for some fresh air (secured with a safety push latch).
The location couldn’t be better – just a few minutes’ walk from the Arndale Shopping Centre, the ice rink, and all the festive fun at the Christmas markets and nearby activities.
We also really appreciated the safe, onsite underground parking – a big plus when staying in the city centre.
All in all, a great stay and excellent value for money. We’ll definitely be booking again when we next visit Manchester!
- Q7701HYheatherb (10/5): Helpful staff and great location! - Friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable sleep. Fantastic location, walking distance to loads of restaurants at Corn Exchange, plus great shops.
- L510POcarlaj (10/5): Louie and the rest of the front desk staff - This is the 3rd week of my stay, 4 more weeks to go. I chose to stay here for my full 7 week duration after my 1st night due to comfort, location, quiet area and..... the fabulous staff who I've met while checking in and out. This morning, Louie, helped me with a complication due to my error. He had actually just finished his night shift, saw me at the reception desk and with no hesitation, came right over to the desk and asked 'how could he help', I said for him to go home as he had clocked off, he refused. He was so lovely, humorous, chatty and his personality was fantastic. All the staff I've met have such fantastic customer service. I look forward to my next 4 weeks here
- billysilly (10/5): Great location - Great location, close to all amenities, room was very spacious and clean, we was on the 8th floor so it was very quiet great value for the money, staff were very polite and very helpful
- Happiness664211 (6/5): Ok but there are others that offer better value and sevice - Great location, comfy room.
Breakfast wears very erratic, supposed to be from 6.30am but was mainly from 7 onwards and on one morning wasn’t available at all!!,
- MrsI15 (10/5): Not the stay but the staff! - So I usually love a premier inn as you always know what you are going get…..this visit to Manchester Area Premier Inn is an exception to the rule for me. It’s tired looking in general, my room smelt musty, the bed was uncomfortable BUT the staff, oh my goodness they were just the only reason I stayed for the two nights I had booked rather than leaving before night one had even started!
Louie in particular has a level of customer service you rarely see, personable, funny and could not do enough to help. I had a particularly difficult arrival to Manchester (nothing to do with the team or the hotel) and he was kind, empathetic and helpful which made a tough day for me a little easier to navigate. A credit to your Premier Inn team, I hope he feels as valued as a team member as he made me feel as a guest from the minute I stepped foot inside the door. Well done Louie!
- I2531KUpauld (10/5): Clean tidy and well maintained hotel. Staff excellent and so obliging. - We have just arrived home from a 2 night stay at the Premier Inn / Printworks in Manchester. Hotel clean and tidy, staff couldn't be more helpful. Room spacious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast and evening meal were good value and enough choices to be had. Service very good. All in all a great little break.
- lynnbT683IK (10/5): Great location and customer service - The hotel was in a great location for the AO arena, less than a ten minute walk. Hotel staff gave great customer service, rooms were large and very clean, bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again.
- Saz08W (10/5): Perfect location for arena - Brilliant location just a short walk to the arena and close to the Arndale and Deansgate. Our room was huge and spotless. Staff were very friendly, had a fun evening after the concert at the hotel bar which is open 24 hours!
- catg513 (10/5): Great :) - Friendly staff and very clean spacious room. No bad odours (like weed or damp etc) or strong chemical smells which I've noticed in a lot of other premier inns. Only issue was one of the lifts sounds like it's about to collapse lol.
- Richardvaio (10/5): Can't fault it. - Louie is a top bloke and a credit to the premier Inn. 24h bar is simply awesome as is post 10pm pizzas!! All staff helped us out loads to be fair. 100% staying here again.
- anthonypF4735CO (10/5): Print works Premier inn - The hotel is positioned great, nice and clean inside and friendly staff a regular visiter to this site. Staff nice and friendly
- Inspire63336475828 (10/5): They've got it right. - It was good!! Louie is a great worker, he helped me feel welcome here. The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable
- J5602TDjamies (10/5): Overall a good premier inn - Massive rooms. Nice bar area. Louie was great and a credit to the team - he was working the bar, reception and food on his own!
Man deserves a pay rise all with a smile on his face!
Only let down is the stairwell in the carpark... Smells like weed and piss.
- aidy mae (10/5): - Room is spacious and close to the shops and pub
- SUI LIN (8/5): - So close to what I wanted to do
- Matteo (6/5): - We need to ask for room cleaning everyday.
- Marius (10/5): - Good
- axel (10/5): - Excellent
