• Manodeldios (10/5): Great location. Clean. Modern. Well equipped rooms. Comfy bed! - Work visit to Leeds. The hotel is ideally located with discounted (£12 for 24h) car parking and few mins walk away. I had a family room which was huge for one person. The room is clean and well equipped (kettle/coffee/tea/milk) Bayliss and Harding hand soap and shower gel. Hotel very clean. Bed super comfortable. Easy self check in.

With Premier Inn you always know what you’re getting – clean rooms, comfy beds and excellent value – and this hotel is exactly that. The location is perfect if you’re planning to explore the city. It’s an easy walk to the shops, bars and restaurants, and ideal if you’re heading to a gig at Leeds Arena. Breakfast is another highlight. The all-you-can-eat cooked and continental buffet always sets us up for the day, with plenty of choice and everything refreshed regularly. Reliable, affordable and in a great spot – ideal for a city break or overnight stay in Leeds.

A group of 8 ladies on an overnight stay what more can I say, exemplary service throughout our stay and will definately be returning in the not too distant future

• janinedA7546NU (2/5): DIRT COMING UP OUT OF THE SHOWER TRAY - PERMIER IN DO NOT CARE - DO not stay at this hotel. I paid for a room upgrade and when I woke in the morning I had a shower and the shower tray was full of other peoples dirt it was totally blocked. The sink was blocked and they were fully aware of this as they closed the plug the smell when opened was disgusting. I complained because they have a form but this was their reply (even though you can't report something instantly when you are in the shower ! We do advise guests to report any issues to reception as soon as the incidents occur as our reception team would've been able to resolve these issues. Please note that there is a buzzer located at reception which can alert our team of your presence. The reception's number is also listed on the back of the key card, on our website and the confirmation email for your booking. As you didn't report any issues with the room, you did not give our team the opportunity to try and rectify this problem and so we can only apologise for the experience you had while staying with us. It seems this is a standard get out clause for them. I will charge back and never use Premier Inn again as the last few times now the hotels have been more like Hostels !
• Gallon123 (6/5): Disappointing - It was ok nothing special as improvements were ongoing to the bar area, we couldn't have a drink or eat at the Hotel. We had booked this month's in advance for a show. Complimentary breakfast of coffee and croissants wasn't great. The shower was ok and bed comfortable the hot water to wash your hands was slow and like warm, the heating in the room was just about bearable.

Was one slight problem no mat for shower and no grab rails so couldn't use shower as I am disabled, by time found out about shower mat I was going home.
• RichR531 (4/5): Pretty dire - The best thing about our 2 night stay was the room was clean and very comfortable (which is why I have given a 2 star review. When we arrived there was not one at reception and we waited along with another guest for at least 5 minutes. One she appeared the receptionist was polite and friendly. She was one of the exceptions as other than the breakfast restaurant staff we found the rest of the staff completely uninterested and couldn't even be bothered to greet you with a good morning. Don't be fooled by the free wifi which is so slow it is absolutely useless. It took be 2 minutes to download 3 emails and the bet speed I obtained was 0.7mbps which is not fit for purpose. As hotel guests we went to the hotel restaurant for an evening meal but as we hadn't booked we could not get a table even though the restaurant was nowhere near full. When the staff member went to ask the manager if he could give us a table the manager just shrugged, gave a dismissive wave of his arm and couldn't even be bothered to speak to us. We had an excellent meal at an Italian restaurant up the road and when we returned to the hotel the restaurant still had empty tables. When we went to checkout there was no one at reception again. An alarm went off but no one appeared and after nearly 10 minutes we went outside to wait for out taxi just to get away from the noise of the alarm. In the past I have generally found the Premier Inn chain good value for money but not on this occasion.

• 929ariaf (10/5): Great Hotel - I stayed at the Premier Inn in Leeds recently, and honestly, it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and helpful — they really made me feel welcome. My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which meant I got a great night’s sleep on that famously comfy bed. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with shops, restaurants, and transport links all nearby. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and tasty, with plenty of choice. Everything felt easy and stress-free, just what you want when you’re away from home. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Leeds for work or a weekend break.
• rovermac (10/5): Enjoyable stay - For a short stay in Leamington Spa, the Premier Inn is ideal. It is close to shops, cafes and restaurants and also to the pump room and park and gardens. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we also enjoyed the reasonably priced breakfast.
• AlexaEB (8/5): Brilliant allergy catering - Stayed here overnight while in Leeds to watch a football game. Great location - easy walk to the city centre shops and a straightforward 40 min walk to Elland Road. Comfortable, clean etc. But what really stood out was how brilliantly the hotel managed our son’s multiple food allergies at breakfast. A huge thank you to Tracey, who oversaw checking all ingredients and arranged for a mammoth stack of bacon sandwiches and pastries prepared with his peanut and sesame allergies in mind. She was fantastic. The kitchen staff were brilliant too, bringing out clean cutlery and hand delivering his breakfast to the table! Amazing, and makes what’s often a stressful situation a joy. Thanks so much!

One of the staff was training to be a manager in another store (sophie?) She was very helpful and friendly. Lots of luck to her in her new venture. The location of this hotel was excellent. Close to train station, bus stops, canal walks and restaurants. Food here was ok. Plenty.of choice Breakfast was incredible as were the breakfast staff. Coffee was delicious. The room was clean and very quiet. Would definitely use this hotel again
• Olive (2/5): - We stayed for 3 nights and my room was nevered cleaned, bed not made either, towels not changed. Customer service very poor. Will not recommend ti anyone.
• paulcT3757HG (4/5): Sadly, I think it'll be the last visit - We tend to stay in this hotel when we revisit Leeds as it is our home town, on this occasion, as on the last, there were too many failings. Let's start with the good, upon arrival we were greeted by a young man called Morgan who is very personable, keen and enthusiastic. The bathroom shower screen was extremely dirty. The shower valve was faulty, so you ended up standing in inches of water, as water was coming from the bath tap as well as the shower. Having an overhead shower without a handset does not work, especially if, like my wife, every day is not hair washing day! We ordered a pizza to share as we were not very hungry, and then, whilst waiting were informed there were no pizzas. We noticed at bedtime that there was only one teabag, not enough for tea before bed and first thing in the morning. I didn't feel inclined to have to get dressed and find more. At breakfast Morgan was working in the kitchen and again extremely pleasant. Did me two lovely poached eggs with a nice "nothing is too much trouble" smile. There was no butter available at breakfast only vegetable spread. I'm pretty certain, the scrambled egg is powdered. On my last visit I found the previous occupant's socks and underwear behind the bathroom door! All the issues raised here have been pointed out and most can be forgiven, but I'm afraid the room cleanliness and maintenance issues cannot, so sadly, on our next visit to Leeds, I think we"ll be looking elsewhere.
• myrababes (6/5): Average at best - Second visit here and it has really went down hill however they are in the middle of a refurb of bar/ restaurant which was badly needed . Hopefully this will help . Anyway we were at an event at st the first direct arena so through work they had booked 14 rooms . Arriving at 4pm 3 of the rooms not quite ready , the virtual check in was broken ( along with one of the lifts ) so a queue out the door to start with My room had an actual musty smell in it ( accessible room) which was not nice . The bed was comfy and everything there that you needed , well except fridge which they don’t provide Now the breakfast!!! We knew the restaurant would be closed however we were told there would still be provisions . So tea: coffee , fruit and stale croissants 🥐. Not good at all . We crossed the road t Wetherspoons to get our breakfast so overall not the best stay . Other than the location to the arena
• GetawaysTogether (8/5): A little disappointed 😞 - The location of the hotel was great. The room was not so good this time. It was not easy to access as although it was on the 2nd floor it was only accessible by a flight of stairs from the first floor! My husband has bad knees so it wasn't great 😕 There were no staff available at the desk to speak to and noone responded to the bell! The room was very small and we had nowhere to put our bags really! We also only had one set of towels in the bathroom. It seemed to be a single person's room for the 2 of us! Glad it was only 1 night really!
• Miss_Didee (10/5): Great second trip - Second time staying here upon a visit to Leamington Spa and just as good as our first visit! Lovely and welcoming staff when we got here check in was quick and easy. Room was good, fantastic sized bathroom and shower good. Bed very comfy too although a bit high off the floor and wish the air con was better as I was really hot in the night. All of that said that’s just my opinion. This is a great hotel in a fantastic location to explore all that Leamington Spa has to offer and will return here again when we come back again in the future.

• K5468UHlindsayl (10/5): Premier perfect (almost) - Great hotel Friendly and helpful staff Location is perfect. Serve coffee after 9pm which is a dream and rare as most hotels don't. Everything is very simple at premier inns which makes life easier. The only thing they dont do is offer food between 12pm and 5pm so we were unable to eat there before the concert at 6pm and had to go into Leeds town and get some food. Think they are missing a trick here too. But overall great hotel. Been a few times and its always nice and easy.

They both deserve a recognition .

The bathroom was pretty grim, with a warped water damaged floor, broken lights, stained skirting boards, missing shower curtain hooks, watery liquid soap. Overall wifi coverage was poor too. Poor vegetarian breakfast options meant that I only used the breakfast facilities once during the stay.

• Voyage65947837098 (6/5): Air conditioning issues - Have stayed here multiple times when staying in Leeds & usually great with all the things you expect from a Premier Inn, clean rooms, comfy beds & good bathroom. As usual all was good except when we came back from seeing a comedy show we realised the air conditioning was not working properly & the room was very hot so it spoilt our sleep. Shame as everything else was spot on.
• Beanie2nine (10/5): Smart, New Evolution family room - Perhaps my favourite Premier Inn so far. I guess it was the ‘New Evolution’ upgrade but it was certainly smart and the family room was a good size and laid out well. Happy that the bath/shower now has a proper glass splash cover so no more wet floor.
• melloveheartshoes (10/5): Pleasure to stay here - Stayed here after Leeds festival, really nice hotel, really clean and not far from city centre Leeds. The NCP car park isn’t that far away but it’s not on site, so if you’re not wanting to walk then maybes don’t park at NCP. I don’t know Leeds that well so just went with what they said on the website. Premier Inn plus room was amazing! And exactly what I needed after being on my feet all day. I would highly recommend this hotel, it was great.
• Parsnipyumyum (8/5): A good town-centre hotel - The Premier Inn is in an excellent town-centre location but the nearest parking is a walk round the back and is now very expensive for 24 hour parking. The room was large, clean, well laid out and quite well equipped for a short stay. The bed was big and good, the shower very good but the room thermostat was a little temperamental. We had breakfast and that was convenient and good.
• V4186ILstephenc (10/5): Simply The Best - Staff excellent. Rooms great. Location amazing for bars, restaurants, shops. If you have a blue badge you can park outside. Limited spaces. Julia in restaurant and Ellis in reception so good.
• MaryD_10 (4/5): Dreadful noise from a machine - Stayed in room 137. Dreadful humming noise all day and night from some sort of industrial machine right outside the room. Television could hardly be heard as preset to 15. When we asked for the code so that we could bring up the sound - mainly to drown out the dreadful noise - we were basically told no one, not even the manager, knew what the code was. The first lady we spoke to told us they had never had anyone else complain about the noise - I suggested she read Trip Adviser reviews as it was mentioned on there. Really the most uncomfortable stay we have ever had at a Premier Inn and what was worse than the constant droning sound was the fact that staff didn’t seem to care.

• lucasledge (6/5): Bathroom smell, suggests not properly cleaned - The room was good, the bed was comfortable and it was decent value for money. However, the bathroom had a strong odor of urine, which became apparent once the perfume smell which had been used to mask it, wore off. This made me feel as if the bathroom was unclean and not cleaned properly, there was also a lightbulb out. If it wasn't for this I would definitely stay again, but because of this issue, I'm not sure.
• Siprego (10/5): Perfect stay fab breakfast - Absolutely pristine clean, staff really friendly. Had a fantastic stay for Warwickshire pride and of course Bowls England. First night at 3am fire alarm went off so had to run outside wasn’t a problem quite funny it was false alarm.
• 208sunitab (10/5): A pleasant stay - We had an early check in and were greeted by a pleasant man. It was quite quiet and the room we stayed in was comfortable and clean. I did realise there was a distinct smell but it seemed to have disappeared within a few minutes. I think it was due to the cleaning. The bathroom was clean but the bathroom was high up. I slightly struggled getting in and out of the bath for a shower. Overall a pleasant stay as the hotel is situated in an ideal place near the train station and town centre.

Unfortunately the hotel was under staffed for dinner Saturday evening & quality of food was poor. Staff on were friendly & polite but clearly up against it. Will stay again as you cant knock the value for money staying at a premier inn but improvements in the areas mentioned wouldn't go amiss.

The hotel is perfectly located to explore the many lovely restaurants and shops. Ellis and his Team work very hard to provide 1st class service. The room was very quiet and comfortable. We slept very well. Breakfast was excellent. Cannot fault this hotel and would recommend to anyone.
• KirstyW1242 (10/5): “Exceptional Service and Perfect for Families” - I recently stayed at the Premier Inn in Leamington Spa, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Prior to arrival, I contacted the hotel as we arrived earlier than expected, and the staff member I spoke with was absolutely delightful. She confirmed our room was ready and welcomed us warmly upon arrival, making my children feel at ease immediately. During our first night, our toddler became unwell, and the housekeeping team responded swiftly and graciously, providing fresh bedding without hesitation. The following day, while exploring the beautiful Jephson Gardens, my son had a minor accident and required first aid. My other child ran back to the hotel for assistance, and the staff kindly provided wipes and plasters to help us manage the situation. Their genuine care and willingness to help really stood out. At breakfast, we mentioned that our eldest son is autistic, and the lady serving was wonderfully accommodating, immediately offering to seat us in a quieter area to make him more comfortable. The breakfast itself was excellent – the food was hot, well-cooked, and everything was fresh and easy to access, which made the experience smooth and stress-free for our family. Throughout our stay, the hotel maintained an excellent standard of cleanliness and was perfectly located for exploring the town. Despite having two adults and three children in one room, it felt spacious and comfortable. I can confidently say the level of service we received at this Premier Inn was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond at every opportunity, and I would not hesitate to return.
