- avrilz2015 (8/5): Great location good value. Great Breakfast. - I have stayed at many premier inns as ive found it good value. This did just that.
I found the bathroom a little dated but clean and efficient .
The bed was just as comfy as always and the room clean and good size.
We were informed that the air con was not working and were given a fan but what we didnt realise was that this meant the heating wasnt working either . We were a little cold at night and so was the breakfast room.
Great location for access to Euston,Kings Cross and St Pancras . All within 10 min walk.
- V6739KVpeterg (6/5): Convenient location and OK if expensive - Huge and very convenient for Euston or King’s Cross. Standard for a Premier Inn. Rooms clean, comfortable and serviceable but hardly luxurious. Expect to queue to check in or out. Breakfast ok if you’re happy to wait for a table. As now increasingly common in central London it’s extremely expensive for what you get.
- L4432OGchrisf (10/5): Thank you Cerica! - Premier inn resturant was amazing. Especially the service from Cerica. She is highly professional and extremely kind. This was world class service. Cerica is an example to all service staff on how to look after customers. She gave great attention to detail with our special requirements. Great place, great service and great food. I have suddenly become a fan of the Premier inn
- andymichie2021 (10/5): Always a good night's sleep. - I used to travel a lot for work and stay away from home. A lot of my work colleagues preferred to stay in the large hotels, but my preference was to stay in Premier Inns. Food was always good and I always got a good night's sleep.
- O8960CXrichardm (8/5): great stay shame about the sea bass :(...... - Did what it said on the tin, staff are amazing, very friendly, do not have the sea bass!!!!! I will extend this to 100 characters or more, ffs
- jamsarnie (8/5): Great hotel, shame about the clientele… - I’ve got really mixed feelings about this hotel so here goes….! Stayed here for a couple of nights on business - hotel is about a five minute walk from Prince Regent DLR station so really handy.
Check-in was really straightforward using a self-service booth, got to my room all lovely and clean. Had dinner and settled down for the night and all of a sudden the noise coming from the rooms either side was unbearable with people shouting aggressively and slamming up against the wall to the point my headboard moved! Eventually I went downstairs to complain and as a female lone traveller I felt really quite intimidated by the other guests’ behaviour. I asked to be moved and the lady duty manager immediately sorted out a move for me to a higher floor room where it was nice and quiet - which was brilliant so thank you Premier Inn. Thankfully the rest of my stay was without a hitch - and I had the most awesome view of aircraft taking off from London City Airport in my new room.
I ate my meals and breakfast in the restaurant which has re-opened following refurbishment. Really great food and service, I’d definitely recommend it if you’re staying here as there isn’t an awful lot around otherwise, other than a pub just across the road - and the meal deal is excellent value for money.
- 198_britt (10/5): Great stay - Stayed here recently when travelling with work - everything was great. Thierry and his team looked after us very well.
New restaurant looks lovely too!
- joannei617 (10/5): Friendly staff - The hotel was clean and the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Each and every member of staff that we saw greeted us with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. What a lovely welcoming stay we had!
- FungasUK (8/5): Great location, good experience - Premier Inn Euston is really good hotel. Everything you expect from a Premier Inn: quick and smooth check-in, easy to access rooms, well sized room with good facilities, quiet space, and with a handy restaurant at the bottom of the lift. Only negative points are: as I had a business booking my breakfast wasn’t automatically allocated and I was expected to request it on checking in, but didn’t know; the portion size at dinner was tiny for a £16.50 bowl of chicken ravioli; and for some reason the shower ran lukewarm (at best) on Saturday morning, but that may have been my bad timing, and over-demand. Nothing to complain about, and after having stayed in The Wesley, The Tavistock, Radisson Blu, and the Travelodge in the Euston area, I’ve now found my new favourite. I will be back.
- TomHutts91 (6/5): Needs an upgrade - Avoid rooms on the bottom floor!!
Having stayed at this Premier Inn many times, it was sad to see the deterioration of the hotel.
The staff were really welcoming and worked hard, so I cannot fault them at all!
The hotel needs a serious upgrade. It’s quite dark and cold, with damp stains on the roof.
The corridor was also quite unwelcoming.
With a renovation, this hotel could be back at its best, with ease.
- darrenwW8313XH (10/5): Premier Inn Euston London - Great - Great hotel, friendly staff. Lovely clean tidy well presented room. Great bed and facilities. Breakfast was lovely, freshly made and very enjoyable.
- Jaaanes (10/5): Good - Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, with a Costa Coffee next door. Loved my stay and the service was excellent!
- fizaa821 (10/5): Lovely place to stay and excellent service. - Lovely place to stay, absolutely enjoyed time with my partner and the staff are very friendly: thank you for your service.
- 31neslyv (10/5): A great stay - Good and Nice stay , Lovely staff, great welcome.
Had a great time in Premier Inn Euston.
All the best and well done to the entire team.
- Z4442JRomara (10/5): Great customer service. - Amazing service by the stay staff, rooms clean and spacious. Food was good considering the value. Importantly the location is great just a few minutes from Euston station.
- 984muskana (10/5): 10/10 customer service! - The hotels service was amazing and we were served with such good customer service. Would definitly be returning back. We had no issues and were given such neat tidy rooms.
- rizaa435 (10/5): Clean and good customer service - Room and service was very good clean n best customer service loved my stay there service that was provided to me was excellent thankyou will stay again next time
- D887UGalia (10/5): Amazing - Was a amazing experience, staff was excellent and food was very good. Breakfast was nice and smooth and 2 £12 cocktails can’t go wrong with that.
- joejR5935HF (4/5): Great location but needs and make ok - Useful location, Nice staff but the place was dated. my impression may have been impacted by my late booking and resulting high price.
- thomasrT1479PT (4/5): Poor Quality Premier Inn - I booked two rooms for myself and a friend and both rooms had problems with the bathrooms. In one room the shower was either scalding hot or off. In the other room the shower wouldn't drain and eventually overflowed. Showering was effectively impossible in either room. Also in one room the toilet wouldn't flush. The aircon wasn't working (apparently throughout the entire hotel). All symptomatic of very poor maintenance and upkeep. Extremely disappointing.
- DerekO27 (6/5): No more than an average tourist hotel - Premier Inn has always stood out as the better of the economy brands, but from my experience here, the jury is out.
Located across the road from Euston station and a 10 minute walk to Kings Cross/St Pancras, its location near to 3 tube stations is ideal for a sightseeing tourist with easy connections to all parts of London and even Europe. The rooms are larger than competitors. The check-in staff member (Ali) was very friendly and accommodating. (He did our checkout too and was really helpful - thank you Ali). Indeed all staff with whom I spoke were friendly and helpful.
But let’s talk about some basics which can be irritating at best or infuriating at worst.
The shower was lukewarm on the second day. Cleaning or ‘room service’ has to be booked as hotels cut back on staff and encourage guests to be ‘green’ - the new excuse for reduced service. The hairdryer is attached via an old telephone style cord and if you are taller than 3 feet 9, it does not reach your head. Equally the ironing board obtained from customer services came to my knees! The light in the bathroom was no more than what a candle would provide. I think it was a broken light which had clearly not been checked.
We did not eat here. Most Premier Inns offer complimentary breakfast, but here it’s £12.99. Top tip walk 10 mins to North Gower Street (turn left out of the hotel cross Euston Rd and aim for Euston Square Tube station. North Gower Street is there.) On the left is ‘Speedy’s Cafe’ or walk to next turning on right is Piccolo Cafe. Both offer exceptional breakfasts for substantially reduced costs. Other places exist in the shops and cafes if you come out of the hotel and turn left into the residential area.
All in all a comfortable bed, but flimsy bedding in basic accommodation, with minimal standards and nothing at all like that which Sir Lenny Henry advertises!!
- Andrzej (6/5): - Morgenmad næsten ingen udvalg ingen ost eller frisk brød
- martincS9782SG (10/5): An excellent breakfast with friendly and helpful restaurant staff - I stopped by this hotel for breakfast. The food was well up to the usual Premier Inn standard. The helpful and friendly staff were outstanding, especially Miguel, the restaurant manager. Highly recommended.
- B2212JHkayj (10/5): A good stay - Stayed here for a couple of days with my partner. The hotel was very clean and I was impressed with our room, I don’t think the cups and spoons had been washed properly but that’s the only grumble I have with the room. Very quiet hotel, no noise from other floors or airplanes. The reception was undergoing a refurb but that didn’t cause any disruption to our stay. Check in was quick but I didn’t get the warm and welcoming vibe from the chap that checked us in, I will say he wasn’t rude just not ‘friendly’. No eye contract and not much in the way of customer service. First time at this hotel and I had to ask for directions to our room. Other than that a good stay.
- CGTamtra (10/5): Premier Inn with some wonderful staff - This is a Premier inn so you know the formula, know what you are getting. The room was clean and comfortable. There is good secondary glazing so we didn't notice any road noise. The location was excellent if you're leaving/arriving at Euston or King's X. Gave it 5 stars simply because the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Their customer service couldn't be better.
- Whitesuites (10/5): Excellent - Very friendly welcome . Room spotless. Good nights sleep. We will be back. Great for Euston station . 5 mins walk. Very welcoming staff
- NDulake (10/5): Premier Inn Euston - Brilliant 🤩 I was really impressed with the hotel’s facilities and cleanliness. Will definitely stay again in the future
- Jan (6/5): - Vi var der under renovering
- Jesper (2/5): - Renovering og larm
Ingen rengøring
- 593carolg (10/5): Good, delivered as expected. - Easy to find, near Prince Regent Station.
Room clean, warm and as expected for Premier Inn.
Warm welcome and friendly staff.
No breakfast due to refurbishment but we knew that beforehand. Coffee, teas and pastries were offered for on the go.
- EmmElleDee8 (2/5): Building site… - Extremely Disappointing Stay.
I rarely leave bad reviews, but this hotel was such a letdown that I feel people deserve a warning. When we arrived, we discovered the entire lobby was a building site — dusty, noisy, and completely uninviting. After a nearly three hour journey there were no bathroom facilities in the lobby until you had checked in and got to your own room, which when you’re in a slow queue is quite uncomfortable!
There was no food or bar service available at all.
Exclaiming that you’re not charging for breakfast and the price will be deducted from your stay isn’t a gesture of kindness. If it is not available so of course we’re not going to pay for it!
There was a ‘complimentary’ offer of a piece of fruit and a cold pastry in a paper bag each morning if you were willing to queue up and pick which piece of fruit you would like - it felt like being back at school in the canteen lunch line! Bearing in mind, this is all being served from the check in desk in the centre of a building site - food hygiene standards anyone?
The rooms were tired, dirty, and drab, clearly in need of a deep clean and refurbishment.
I remember when Premier Inn used to be one of my favoured beds to sleep in, now you’re provided two mattresses pushed together to form a ‘double’ bed, which leaves you with a lovely ‘un’inviting gap down the middle.
To make matters worse, there was no bottled water provided, none to purchase at the check in desk/servery, and no vending machine anywhere on the property. We were told that “the water in your room is fine to drink…unless you don’t like tap water?!”
A pretty poor response I’d say, as if they’d actually ran the taps in their rooms they would realise all you can smell is a foul sewer odour from the plughole that is enough to put anyone off of drinking from there!
All in all, if you cannot offer your guests a comfortable stay or a heads up that things are as dismal as they are during a refurbishment then you should temporarily close.
If you are staying here anytime soon - come prepared!!
- 953anjanam (10/5): Great service! - Great service all round - rooms are quite spacious, unlimited breakfast is only £10.99, it’s also nice and quiet. Special shout out to Fabrizia and Gazi who were so friendly and helpful throughout the stay!
- silviarJ5933QD (2/5): The hotel is a building site and they never bothered to give us a decent heads up or offer a free cancelation - The restaurant was closed. The hallway / reception area was blocked off as the ground floor has been going through a refurb for a whole month now, although the hotel never bothered to tell us, even though we booked in July. It was noisy, smelly and it looked like a building site. To make it worse, we paid extra for buffet breakfast, which they obviously couldn't offer, so we got cold croissants instead, no milk or any other drink for us or the children. After we complained (a lot!) the hotel offered £50 "as a gesture" which doesn't even pay for 4 people / 2 full English breakfasts at a nearby pub. The hotel really should have closed for this refurb to take place or at least it should have informed its customers well in advance, so we had time to cancel our booking and find a suitable alternative.
- F6577TEandrewr (10/5): Great trip with the family - We really enjoyed are visit to the hotel and its great access to the city with the train station over the road. The atmosphere in the hotel is warm and staff are lovely. The rooms are ok but could do with usb sockets in them. Clean and tidy hotel. Good value for money but could do with ev chargers for traveling people. Good night sleep and no noise levels. Would stay again.
- 933laylab (10/5): Amazing hotel - Amazing hotel, the staff are amazing. Good parking, not overly expensive and easy to access London from Stratford.
The food was amazing
- G9943NJhelens (8/5): Great stay easy access to London - Smooth check in, very friendly staff.
Easy journey in to london.
Tesco close by for snacks.
Good nights sleep- hotel very quiet.
Nice breakfast food topped up as and when needed again lovely attentive staff
Room nice and clean and air con/ heating worked well.
Only negative is the bathroom smells damp ...
- henrylD4596HG (10/5): Amazing. - My experience was absolutely top tier! I enjoyed it and the staff member Gazi was so helpful in helping with anything. Absolutely astounding.
- 170sharifs (10/5): Make my stay special - This is second time I visited in this hotel. It's an excellent experience of staying in this hotel. The room is very comfortable. Make this hotel special because of the staff in this hotel. Specifically Mr Rasel Thi iconic guy I ever meet. I sow this guy how intelligently handling the clients. I asked some help several times and he help me very intelligently.
Thank you Mr Rasel and other staff. Thanks
- arzooh881 (10/5): It was very nice - I really like that every thing was amazing very good stuff the surprises for kids my kids loved they enjoyed watching tv shows and movies they loved the place
- middinm (10/5): Welcome review - I have a great experience during my stay at this hotel, and a big reason was the receptionist, Mr Gazi. From the moment I arrived, Gazi greeted me with a warm smile and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. He was always approachable, polite, and quick to answer any questions I had about the hotel or the local area. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly made me feel welcome. Gazi went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, and his excellent customer service stood out. Guests are lucky to be greeted by someone like him. Highly recommended hotel!
- zoetT9052VG (8/5): Good - Location was brilliant. Car park was full due to an event and was full which we were not told about so had to wait for a space. Breakfast was supposed to be left in our room as the restaurant was shut but nothing was left for us or mentioned. Room was clean and tidy. Staff was nice. Our room was not ready eventhough we paid for early check in
- 483drdavidb (8/5): Staff are excellent . The restaurant and bar are currently shut but wasn’t a huge issue . The air con is a bit dodgy - Staff are excellent . Bar and restaurant closed but not a huge issue . Air con is dodgy. All in all good and also free parking which is amazing
- emmapN8772KG (6/5): poor communication - We booked for a large group attending a conference at ExCeL London and chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location — which truly is excellent. However, we were disappointed to find out upon arrival that the restaurant was closed and hot breakfast was not being served, despite this being an expected part of our stay.
This lack of prior communication was frustrating, especially given the size of our group and the nature of our visit. A simple notice ahead of time would have allowed us to make alternative arrangements. While the staff were courteous, the experience fell short due to poor communication and unmet expectations.
- Devonian74 (8/5): Typical Premier Inn. As it says on the tin - Does exactly as it says on the tin. Typical premier inn. You know what you’re getting for your money. Breakfast good and evening meal good. Only downside for us is that shower is over bath and quite steep to get into. They do not have rooms with shower only. Not so good for older guests who may have reduced mobility. Abdul on reception was a great help and nothing was too much trouble. He is an asset to the premier inn team. Need an iron there is one at reception. Location is on an industrial estate but great location for visiting Tottenham/edmonton. Plenty of parking. Easy to get Uber to pick up from here. No frills good room.
- Lynn (2/5): - The carpet throughout was awful and dirty. Our room key did not work to keep the lights on and the shower knob was broken and we could not shower. The manager was very impatient with us when we were the paying customer that didn't have a shower and the power kept going on and off. Other guest were complaining about the slow and rude service as well. The location to the stadium and train was great but stay somewhere else!
- trevort264 (8/5): Prem inn edmonton - Location is a 25min walk to the spurs stadium. The down side is the hotel put there price up to £210 for the night. The hotel is of a good standard. The food and bar area is good quality. The rooms are of a good standard. Ive stayed here many times but never had to pay anywhere near this inflated price. The car park is run by just park so not sure what happens if they have sold the car park out and you turn up for your hotel stay.
- L9995HYannier (10/5): Amazing stay - Clean room reception staff was amazing, due to works being done in the lobby they gave everyone free continental breakfast.
Would stay here again 100%
- marydA5940GH (10/5): Great service during my stay. - I really enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff were so friendly. Thanks for a great experience!
- gemmamorgan9 (10/5): Weekend stay - We had a recently renovated room, it was modern, clean and spacious. It has plenty of sockets (USB but not USB-C) and mirrors with good lighting. The bathroom was modern and clean too. The beds are always comfy but still worth pointing it out. The room was pitch black and so quiet too. The air con worked when needed and so did the TV. It advertises chargeable parking but the parking was free for Premier Inn guests which was a nice surprise. I do usually love the breakfast here but the restaurant was closed for refurbishment so didn't use that on this occasion. It's also a 5 minute walk from a Tube Station so easy access to get anywhere you need to - this is always my go to option when coming to London.
- Oliver (10/5): - Lage gut, freundlicher Servive
- miguelhQ6885US (10/5): Lovely experience - Staff were so kind. Friendly. Helpful. Was great . Lovely . For the staff . And hotel was nice. Staff made it . Lovely made to feel welcome
- swingham (4/5): Good location but poor rooms - The location was good but the bathroom sink plug was stuck and we couldn't get rid of the water, the shower screen was a waste of time and the floor was flooded. No what I expected from premium inn
- 535martynass (10/5): Wqs nice experience - I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel, and a big reason was the receptionist, Abdul. From the moment I arrived, Abdul greeted me with a warm smile and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. He was always approachable, polite, and quick to answer any questions I had about the hotel or the local area. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly made me feel welcome. Abdul went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, and his excellent customer service stood out. Guests are lucky to be greeted by someone like him. Highly recommended hotel!
- dilanasm (10/5): Sound job, sound spot - Brilliant experience very friendly staff, Abdul sound fella got our group sorted quick big up to him.
Food was grand as well
- U1742MLcarlf (2/5): Be aware for sky high parking price !!!! - First things first rude manners of the manager second things be aware high paying parking 🅿️ I do not understand location of hotel age of london big space of parking they got and charging customers for parking robberies never again here
- unfugmail-trip (2/5): No breakfast even though it was booked months ago - I booked a room including breakfast months ago. Upon arrival I was told that there will be no breakfast, because the restaurant is undergoing renovation. I was told that the breakfast has already been deducted from the bill. There was no saying sorry or anything. Actually the restaurant was open for dinner at that time. The guy checking in after me was told that a complimentary breakfast is included. Nice!
Maybe the restaurant is working with reduced capacity, but if that is the case I would have expected to be informed ahead to give me a chance to go somewhere else. For sure a renovation doesn't happen without planning it ahead. Also it would have been nice to offer at least some kind of alternative.
The guy at the reception gave the impression that he couldn't care less about it. Great service!
- davetG4226SA (10/5): Nice clean hotel, excellent staff - Nice clean hotel, excellent staff were friendly. The wifi was average at best but not the end of the world. Surprisingly quiet given the location.
- richardtA8056YS (4/5): Noisy, dirty - a shame. - An older style Premier Inn with a facelift on the outside, but the rooms felt drab, uncared for and dirty. The bathtub was smeared, the carpet left you with (other people's) hairs on the soles of your feet, and the whole room felt like a relic of the early 2000s. The noise of the hotel is in part due to its location - next to the DLR and London City Airport - so you would think some care and attention would be involved in double glazing, rather than the largely inefficient secondary glazing installed.
The staff were OK, if slightly churlish, especially reception, where my log in was unceremoniously thrust towards me with "sign here" and no pen.
The food, however, was remarkably good - evening meal was delicious and breakfast was very good indeed - restaurant outshining the hotel, and by some margin.
- Forevervisiting (10/5): Great stay and I saw Gandalf! - Stayed mid-August for For the Love of Fantasy and had such a great time (as always!). The dining area could do with a refresh, but honestly the service was spot-on — super friendly and attentive, even though the place was buzzing with both my event and another convention. Always a pleasure staying here, can’t wait to come back!
- P2717DHmz (10/5): Outstanding - Amazing staff ,amazing place to stay .great location, close to amenities , outstanding facilities ,great customer service
- popog458 (6/5): Ok - Stayed with family. Room was tired and needed some attention. Breakfast staff looked annoyed and rushed food was ok kids eat free. Overground train is close but trains don't stop often. Area is nothing around so probably need to drive to stay here there is a car park here.
- Helga Annie (6/5): Nåja, til det meste, men fantastisk seng - Frokost: Vel, ja, det er såpass at du blir mett, men ikke noe å skryte av.
Rom: Stort, men utrolig slitt. Lite kleshengere.
- salmonomokanye (10/5): Excellent Hotel with secure car park and Wi-Fi - Excellent place to stay.
Car park was affordable for 24 hours.
We dropped the car and went on sightseeing on public transport.
- Johnson (2/5): Canceled Flight, Refused Hotel Payment Refund - I overpaid for the the rooms by a day and realized my mistake immediately and asked for a refund of the one day. The hotel refused. Then Air Canada canceled my flight because of the staff strike. I could not travel. I asked fora refund. The hotel declined since I did not pay extra fee for a refund. No empathy. I lost almost $700 t o the hotel without staying there. I will never book the hotel again. Additionally, I paid for protection. My claim was declined because notice of the strike had been served when I booked the hotel. The insurance company did not consider that as at the day I made my hotel booking, the day of my intended travel was not covered by the intended strike and the intended strike was also not firmed by the staff. Hotels.com did not advocate for me enough too.
- landone789 (10/5): Short trip sightseeing in London - Gazi was extremely helpful, kind and courteous. More than likely to return. Overall great hospitality. Rooms were perfect for what we needed.
- Floss_9 (10/5): Two night stay - We stayed two nights as we were visiting relatives a few miles away. Usual good Premier Inn standard - the room was clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant on both evenings, the food was good. The young men ( two different ones on each evening) were extremely hard working - they were manning reception as well as looking after the bar and serving food. They were efficient, professional and helpful.
- bradleycG9957FV (10/5): Perfect for Tottenham stadium - So ideal if you need to get to Tottenham stadium, staff are lovely and helpful and food is delicious. Short walk to the stadium and nearby to a Tescos and train station to get into central London easily.
