Guest Reviews
- avrilz2015 (8/5): Great location good value. Great Breakfast. - I have stayed at many premier inns as ive found it good value. This did just that.
I found the bathroom a little dated but clean and efficient .
The bed was just as comfy as always and the room clean and good size.
We were informed that the air con was not working and were given a fan but what we didnt realise was that this meant the heating wasnt working either . We were a little cold at night and so was the breakfast room.
Great location for access to Euston,Kings Cross and St Pancras . All within 10 min walk.
- Mad-Maz999 (6/5): Needs a refurbishment - Average at best. Ideal location from the Tube. Room was dated and scruffy. Bathroom was damaged and also the furniture. Windows were mouldy so couldn't see the "view" Staff pleasant and helpful. Dingy restaurant but ok if you needed food. Help yourself to coffee and milk for the room. Beds and towels clean. Toiletries felt watered down and not very good. Expensive price for what you got. Only stayed one night but never again. Should have asked for another room but they looked all the same. Lots of nice cafés (if you can get in as full of mummies on their laptops, there are 2 schools next to the hotel so a bit of noisy) and the very good pub the hammersmith belle which was excellent and a supermarket all within walking distance.
- Coastal52038620107 (10/5): Maria was great - Maria was the epitome of great customer service - thoughtful, responsive and personable. She went above and beyond to accommodate me on my visit and made me feel at home. Lovely vibe here
- V6739KVpeterg (6/5): Convenient location and OK if expensive - Huge and very convenient for Euston or King’s Cross. Standard for a Premier Inn. Rooms clean, comfortable and serviceable but hardly luxurious. Expect to queue to check in or out. Breakfast ok if you’re happy to wait for a table. As now increasingly common in central London it’s extremely expensive for what you get.
- SomersetBudgies (10/5): Birthday weekend - Absolutely fantastic time. Stayed with my daughter for her birthday as we were going to the O2 to watch Hans Zimmer. Staff were friendly especially Kiran. He couldn’t do enough for us, even organised a birthday surprise for my daughter’s birthday. So good we are going to go back in April next year. Kiran you are a star .
- michaelfY3994HY (4/5): Cheap hotel that feels like a hostel - This is a fairly cheap option but feels more like a hostel than a hotel.
The mattresses are comfy but the pillows are very thin.
There are no dedicated reception staff, you check in via QR code and have to use a buzzer system if you need to contact any staff member.
You can store bags after check out and the system for this was very efficient.
The bathroom in the room had a dirty floor. We couldn't ask for it to be cleaned due to arriving late with young children. Toilet paper even in your room is dispensed in individual sheets like a public toilet. The toilet in the lobby was dirty and had no soap. The kids contracted their first diarrhoea bug on this trip and I wouldn't be surprised if it was from this hotel!
There are no facilities for fridges in the family rooms, which was very inconvenient with young children with allergies. Staff stated they can store some eg milk for you but this is obviously not convenient for early morning / middle of the night / juggling young children.
Staff were not very friendly.
- N8tasha (2/5): Terrible - So booked a family room, arrived ,from outside thought it was very dated but didnt worry as inside i have found all premier inns appear the same. Checks in great no problems the guy was nice. Goes to our room 308 first thing can smell like stale cigarettes an very old musty smell. Everything seemed old. It was cold so we put the heating on which didnt appear to work so asked at reception they gave the smallest little radiator to use which did nothing to help. Room just didnt feel clean. The bathroom, now this was another level weird marks all over the bath and shower curtain had seen better days didnt want to touch it. The shower was luke warm no hot water and also didnt have any shampoo normally have a shampoo and shower gel. It just wasnt for
Us we didnt feel nice being there so we packed up and complained downstairs who wouldnt refund us and told us we had to ring head office on the monday. It was friday night. So we had to go into more funds to book another hotel which was more suitable for us and our child. We have stayed in many premier inns but this one needs rippin out and revamping big style has put me off staying at premier inn now. Also had to wait 10 days for refund to go into my account but its funny how its taken within seconds.
- NL606 (8/5): Good value and location, nice staff - Good location, nice staff, near shops and restaurants. Needs a little renovation, but good value.
There is no way to contact the reception by phone; when you try, you end up at a central virtual reception, which is utterly useless.
- 281ionelb (8/5): Very nice experience! - Everything was nice except that the furniture was old! Lady Maria was very nice, kind and helpfull! She gave us some advices for the objects to visit.
- yvonnejW7750KL (10/5): Exceptional Service Great Location Lovely comfortable Room - Great location near centre of Greenwich and near train station. Lovely comfortable spotlessly clean room. Very comfortable bed. Customer service was exceptional - I had a problem and they went above and beyond to help me.
- ChipoftheOldBlok (10/5): A safe and convenient location - I am no stranger to the Premier Inn Ravenscourt Park, Kings Street, Hammersmith, London. I have stayed there over many years when I visit the Consultant responsible for my Varicose Vein treatment since 2017. The staff at the Premier Inn are always considerate, polite and helpful. Recently I have managed to stay in an Accessible Room thanks to the kind staff, as getting in and out of a conventional bath is no longer easy at my age.
The room is ideal as it includes many safety features.
- 960jeanetteh (10/5): Brilliant location - The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless.great location , not far from the shops Will be returning next year.
- kevincL2492UH (10/5): Excellent - Adiha at the bar was very helpful absolutely lovely person, conversation we had was brilliant, can’t wait to come back here
- Seabdh5 (10/5): Premier inn premier view - Excellent location
Good value with a free breakfast from offer
Special mention to Valerie who checked us in changed our room to a top floor to give us a view of london.
- joannei617 (10/5): Friendly staff - The hotel was clean and the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Each and every member of staff that we saw greeted us with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. What a lovely welcoming stay we had!
- nathanbM3775RX (10/5): Midweek break - Great location for links to central London staff were friendly and helpful… Maria is the definition of working for the team .. in my view she is an excellent employee for premier inn and they should give her a pay rise for how helpful she is to the customers… customers want this level of service….
My tip would be book the accommodation earlier for a better price… 👍
- FungasUK (8/5): Great location, good experience - Premier Inn Euston is really good hotel. Everything you expect from a Premier Inn: quick and smooth check-in, easy to access rooms, well sized room with good facilities, quiet space, and with a handy restaurant at the bottom of the lift. Only negative points are: as I had a business booking my breakfast wasn’t automatically allocated and I was expected to request it on checking in, but didn’t know; the portion size at dinner was tiny for a £16.50 bowl of chicken ravioli; and for some reason the shower ran lukewarm (at best) on Saturday morning, but that may have been my bad timing, and over-demand. Nothing to complain about, and after having stayed in The Wesley, The Tavistock, Radisson Blu, and the Travelodge in the Euston area, I’ve now found my new favourite. I will be back.
- cunnijo (10/5): Recent stay at Premier Inn (Ravenscourt Park, Hammersmith) - Staff very helpful. Room was neat and tidy and was cleaned each time I requested it. Very conveniently located close with good transport links for Heathrow and city. Excellent breakfast choices with all you can eat available.
Would like to see some Premier Plus rooms at this location, as they are the 2 other Premier Inn's in the area. Otherwise highly recommend.
- TomHutts91 (6/5): Needs an upgrade - Avoid rooms on the bottom floor!!
Having stayed at this Premier Inn many times, it was sad to see the deterioration of the hotel.
The staff were really welcoming and worked hard, so I cannot fault them at all!
The hotel needs a serious upgrade. It’s quite dark and cold, with damp stains on the roof.
The corridor was also quite unwelcoming.
With a renovation, this hotel could be back at its best, with ease.
- darrenwW8313XH (10/5): Premier Inn Euston London - Great - Great hotel, friendly staff. Lovely clean tidy well presented room. Great bed and facilities. Breakfast was lovely, freshly made and very enjoyable.
- Jaaanes (10/5): Good - Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, with a Costa Coffee next door. Loved my stay and the service was excellent!
- fizaa821 (10/5): Lovely place to stay and excellent service. - Lovely place to stay, absolutely enjoyed time with my partner and the staff are very friendly: thank you for your service.
- 31neslyv (10/5): A great stay - Good and Nice stay , Lovely staff, great welcome.
Had a great time in Premier Inn Euston.
All the best and well done to the entire team.
- Z4442JRomara (10/5): Great customer service. - Amazing service by the stay staff, rooms clean and spacious. Food was good considering the value. Importantly the location is great just a few minutes from Euston station.
- 984muskana (10/5): 10/10 customer service! - The hotels service was amazing and we were served with such good customer service. Would definitly be returning back. We had no issues and were given such neat tidy rooms.
- rizaa435 (10/5): Clean and good customer service - Room and service was very good clean n best customer service loved my stay there service that was provided to me was excellent thankyou will stay again next time
- D887UGalia (10/5): Amazing - Was a amazing experience, staff was excellent and food was very good. Breakfast was nice and smooth and 2 £12 cocktails can’t go wrong with that.
- joejR5935HF (4/5): Great location but needs and make ok - Useful location, Nice staff but the place was dated. my impression may have been impacted by my late booking and resulting high price.
- Chloec822678 (10/5): Fantastic Stay - I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The team were incredibly friendly, offering a warm welcome and helpful local information. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring London, with easy access to great days out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!
- CAR71 (8/5): Good premier inn. - Good location, not far from Greenwich centre. Car Park underneath hotel shared with hotel next door, book it in advance. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Clean room which had everything you needed . Comfortable bed & good that this premier inn had the option to have twin beds rather than a double bed & a sofa bed because the sofa bed isn't comfortable(so we avoid premier inns then). Would stay there again if in area.
- emmarX4860IJ (10/5): Fabulous - can't fault it. - Fabulous - can't fault it. Easy check in/out (no faffing about at the desk like at some places....), very clean, good value, wifi worked immediately, comfortable bed, VERY quiet, TV did not need a PhD in physics to turn on. No hairdryer hunt (through 10 different drawers/wardrobe...) needed, as it was in plain sight in front of a mirror. They get the basics right - good bed, quiet, clean, fast to get straight into room on arrival - very impressed. Will definitely do Premier Inn again.
- thomasrT1479PT (4/5): Poor Quality Premier Inn - I booked two rooms for myself and a friend and both rooms had problems with the bathrooms. In one room the shower was either scalding hot or off. In the other room the shower wouldn't drain and eventually overflowed. Showering was effectively impossible in either room. Also in one room the toilet wouldn't flush. The aircon wasn't working (apparently throughout the entire hotel). All symptomatic of very poor maintenance and upkeep. Extremely disappointing.
- susannew578 (8/5): Great value and nice hotel - Stayed here with a friend and two teenagers, we booked a 4rooms bedroom. Big and well cleaned rooms and with air conditioning.
We did not try the breakfast, but had our morning coffee served down in the lobby. The hotel is located near Hammersmith center.
We are very happy with our stay at this premier inn hotel.
Thank you Maria for excellent service and for the warm welcome everyday!
- J6077NPjohnd (6/5): Parking fine - Our actual stay was fine. Good location and clean comfortable room however having paid for parking I have received a fine from the parking company. I have tried to call the hotel all day for help but nobody answers the phone. This has spoiled the stay and got me doubting the validity of the parking
- Journey00229445532 (10/5): Very kind staff and lovely service - I had requested for early check in, and Maria was super kind and sweet to help me out on this. Didn’t have to wait at all.
Lovely staff and service!
- 222matsf (10/5): Should be the no.1 choice on visiting London - Excellent service. Nikolaj gave us early check in for free. Nice and clean. Good deal on combined dinner and breakfast offer. Why choose central London for a stay.
- DerekO27 (6/5): No more than an average tourist hotel - Premier Inn has always stood out as the better of the economy brands, but from my experience here, the jury is out.
Located across the road from Euston station and a 10 minute walk to Kings Cross/St Pancras, its location near to 3 tube stations is ideal for a sightseeing tourist with easy connections to all parts of London and even Europe. The rooms are larger than competitors. The check-in staff member (Ali) was very friendly and accommodating. (He did our checkout too and was really helpful - thank you Ali). Indeed all staff with whom I spoke were friendly and helpful.
But let’s talk about some basics which can be irritating at best or infuriating at worst.
The shower was lukewarm on the second day. Cleaning or ‘room service’ has to be booked as hotels cut back on staff and encourage guests to be ‘green’ - the new excuse for reduced service. The hairdryer is attached via an old telephone style cord and if you are taller than 3 feet 9, it does not reach your head. Equally the ironing board obtained from customer services came to my knees! The light in the bathroom was no more than what a candle would provide. I think it was a broken light which had clearly not been checked.
We did not eat here. Most Premier Inns offer complimentary breakfast, but here it’s £12.99. Top tip walk 10 mins to North Gower Street (turn left out of the hotel cross Euston Rd and aim for Euston Square Tube station. North Gower Street is there.) On the left is ‘Speedy’s Cafe’ or walk to next turning on right is Piccolo Cafe. Both offer exceptional breakfasts for substantially reduced costs. Other places exist in the shops and cafes if you come out of the hotel and turn left into the residential area.
All in all a comfortable bed, but flimsy bedding in basic accommodation, with minimal standards and nothing at all like that which Sir Lenny Henry advertises!!
- martincS9782SG (10/5): An excellent breakfast with friendly and helpful restaurant staff - I stopped by this hotel for breakfast. The food was well up to the usual Premier Inn standard. The helpful and friendly staff were outstanding, especially Miguel, the restaurant manager. Highly recommended.
- CGTamtra (10/5): Premier Inn with some wonderful staff - This is a Premier inn so you know the formula, know what you are getting. The room was clean and comfortable. There is good secondary glazing so we didn't notice any road noise. The location was excellent if you're leaving/arriving at Euston or King's X. Gave it 5 stars simply because the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Their customer service couldn't be better.
- dewgali (10/5): Great experience - María was really helpful and nice during our stay. We had a great time, she made us feel very welcomed.
The room was clean and the area good.
- Whitesuites (10/5): Excellent - Very friendly welcome . Room spotless. Good nights sleep. We will be back. Great for Euston station . 5 mins walk. Very welcoming staff
- christopher (10/5): - Room was fantastic! Check in a breeze. Nice walk to the sites in Greenwich and transportation.
- Hieumongous (10/5): Amazing!! Highly recommend!! - I visited a few times for breakfast and Sam, Maria and Phi (who works behind the kitchen) were always so friendly and welcoming. I would get the english buffet breakfast to go and they would really pack in the container. I would always walk away with a big smile and full tummy. Hope to be back again soon to visit!!
- NDulake (10/5): Premier Inn Euston - Brilliant 🤩 I was really impressed with the hotel’s facilities and cleanliness. Will definitely stay again in the future
- 421violaa (8/5): okay - they were kind, everything was okay!! nothing was broken and they were fine, maybe I will come again. ajajajjajajajajaah
- michellemV8966KN (10/5): Perfect for people going to the 02 - A brilliant hotel, great location, near the train station, 10 mins from the 02 arenaby car. Warm and friendly staff. Quiet area with a few restaurants close by.
- carolinelL3799VO (10/5): Lovely Hotel & Superb Staff - The rooms at this hotel are lovely - clean, spacious, good temperature, and all the facilities you could want (tea, coffee, kettle, glasses, TV etc.) The breakfast is also fantastic with far more vegan options than any other hotel chain and the quality of ingredients top notch.
Special mention must also go to the reception staff who are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to assist. Our train was several hours after we checked out and the staff were kind enough to house our luggage for us whilst we enjoyed a lovely last lunch in Greenwich.
This may be listed as a budget hotel, but the service, rooms, food, and atmosphere are anything but. This is our third time staying at this hotel and they never disappoint - highly recommended!
- camilladC4915UF (10/5): Comfortable Stay and Helpful Staff - I stayed for one night and had a really positive experience. Check-in was quick and easy. Valerie on reception was lovely, friendly and genuinely welcoming. She made everything feel relaxed from the moment I arrived.
The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a good night’s sleep. Bed was really comfy, shower was hot with good pressure, and the hotel was quiet in the evening which I appreciated. Breakfast in the morning was also decent with plenty of choice.
Overall, simple, clean, comfortable and great service. Would happily stay again. Thanks Valerie for making the check-in so smooth!
- Dreamer696657 (10/5): one of the best premiere inns - Excellent family room. very smart premiere inn - surprisingly good. Would come again. Good location and spacious room with beds for everyone in the family room - there are 4 of us.
- kevelliot (10/5): Probably one of the best stays. Adina was so amazingly helpful. - Probably one of the best stays over all the years. The help and assistance from Adina and her staff was first class and changed a very negative week into a very positive wow week.
Many thanks Adina.
- DayTrip23731129559 (4/5): Extremely dirty and disgusting. - The Staff were friendly and very nice. The walls were extremely thin and on the first night I heard people. Our Bathroom stunk of mouldy curry and I sprayed many times but did not clear. The location was good and it had a Tesco very close and also the Ravens Court Tube line near by too. Our view was good. It was very out dated and on the second night at about 8 out key card to our room stopped working
- zoebS8476TS (10/5): A warm and friendly visit - Had a lovely experience staying at Premier Inn Greenwich for 3 nights. I received a friendly and helpful welcome, being able to check in early and leave my luggage.
The room was very comfortable, clean, quiet and warm with a great power shower.
A view of Deptford Creek and historic flour mill offered some amazing bird watching opportunities, saw a white eagret and even a king fisher amongst the usual water birds!
The breakfast selection was fab with a cooked breakfast and vegan options too.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
I'll definitely stay there again as it was conveniently located for bus, rail and walking to Greenwich town centre and other areas of London :)
- robertmR6408BX (10/5): Great for gigs at the o2 - Me and a friend booked a room here to attend a gig at the o2, it's close enough for a 30 minute walk or short taxi ride.
There are also two close DLR stations for easy access to public transport.
It was good value for money including breakfast, which was greatly received after a heavy night, the room was clean, big enough for two, and the bathroom was a good size too.
When we arrived we found check in easy with Nico's help, he was super friendly and very helpful.
I would certainly stay again.
- P3731XXneilc (10/5): Very helpful staff - Staying here at Greenwich Premier Inn for four nights. We arrived early and were greeted by a very friendly chap called Nico. He allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. Rooms very clean and spacious. Very happy 😊
- 46lyns (2/5): Lovely room, nice breakfast but terrible customer service when raising a complaint. Won't stay again. - Lovely room. During the night, the fire alarm went off intermittently for half an hour at 2 o'clock am. We were not given an information about leaving the hotel or staying in the rooms. We were told that as we didn't sleep we wpuld receive a full refund by the manager. We were also charged for staying at a Premier Inn in another area if London, money left our bank. We ere told to email the Complaints email address, we did and they said they had no record of the 2nd payment, even though I attached the invoice we had been emailed. Now we are told we will not get a refund for the room we supposedly slept in. Terrible customer service. Will not stay here again.
- TD-Manchester (6/5): Poor service. Limited bar service. - Very busy. Poor service. Just close bar no warning. Won’t allow residents a drink later in (eg 11pm) in bar. Unpleasant noisy noise experience overall.
- moirab2016 (2/5): Smelly - I stayed in a room which smelt so bad, i opened the window while I left hoping it would be gone but it was still there when I got back. I tried to find someone at the lobby to complain by nobody was there.
- Fabio (8/5): - Il menù della colazione è soddisfacente
Personale gentile
Hotel posizionato vicino alla stazione del treno
soggiorno che ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative
- DavidW7344 (8/5): Nice place - Nice hotel, staff friendly and rooms were great, breakfast was good alot of choice.
Would stay again, shower was excellent, not much noise at night
- Sandip (8/5): - Nice
- RobH835 (8/5): Premier Plus - We stayed at Greenwich for 3 days due to going to see a concert and sight seeing, the room itself was spacious as was the bathroom, the only thing that let the stay down was the mattress, it felt hard and lumpy. There was a card on the desk saying that new mattresses are being fitted around the country but ours wasn't one of them, this caused both my wife and i to return home with bad backs.
Also i think the premier plus rooms should have a kingsize mattress, a double bed nowadays feels a bit cramped, my wife and i are normal sized but felt we were fighting for space, there is enough room in the bedroom to facilitate a kingsize bed, you do get a nespresso coffee machine in the room and a fridge iron, hairdrier and ironing board so the room is well stocked for you.
The staff were lovely and helpful, the food was good when we ate in the restaurant, so apart from the bed the hotel is great.
- V804ASkevinm (10/5): Lovely - 5 min walk from train station, 20 minutes from the cutty sark. Very clean room, very comfortable bed, good breakfast and nice staff
- Y8995SZjaket (10/5): Reliable as ever - Came to London for a weekend in order to visit a Watch Party for an esports event. Was reliable as ever and had two really nice nights sleep.
I had two breakfasts and also a dinner at their restaurant on the Saturday night. All times staff were attentive and the food was great when my travel related appetite loss I always get didn't affect me - haha.
Check in was easy using the self service till. I can't confirm whether you can check out using self service or not as a gentleman staff member who was also assisting with breakfast did that for me. He asked me whether I enjoyed my stay and I left to explore London before heading home
*Note - this review is almost a year after my visit, I'm very forgetful
- Gregory (8/5): - It was very difficult from the United States to directly get in touch with them. Expedia was the easier way to book them. Convenient to bus stops as well as the DLR train station into London. Room was on small size but accommodated three of us. Hotel restaurant was very nice with breakfast buffet as well as a menu for dinner. Rooms could use upgrade but for the price, I have no complaints. Surrounding area was ok but never felt unsafe. There were easy walkable stores for snacks as well as some small local restaurants. Trains and busses and tube can get you anywhere in London. Satisfactory place for doing London on the cheaper side. Would have no problem rebooking in the future.
- Jane (8/5): - The rooms were nice,
but the pillows were the worse I have ever slept on. They were like cardboard. Time for new pillows. The beds were good though
- Bahram (6/5): Poor internet and service - The room did not have a mini fridge, which made it difficult to keep drinking water cool. Housekeeping was not provided daily—you had to request it a day in advance, and then wait most of the next day without knowing when the staff would arrive. The internet speed was extremely poor, and even after the reception gave me a code for a “better” connection, it was still very slow. Overall, this hotel is not recommended for guests looking for comfort, quality, and basic amenities.
- ANN (10/5): - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Premier Inn in Greenwich. It’s just a short walk to the train station, a lovely restaurant (Turkish?) and a coffee shop really close by.
