Guest Reviews
- stevgro (10/5): Small but sweet - Excellent location. Rooms small but well equipped and comfortable. Also very quiet.
Massive choice of restaurants on Brick Lane.
- BWRIGHT66 (10/5): Clean and functional - Very handy for high street and train, food in Bar & Block was good and staff were friendly, we come to stay here every year and will be back
- elvanhelsing (8/5): Stay at Premier Inn St Pancras - Special thanks to Bascal who helped us when we needed during our stay! Hotel was clean and tidy as usual, and the overall experience was pleasant.
- I2531JDjohnd (6/5): Great location - The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring London and you get the usual good quality, clean and comfortable rooms you expect at a Premier Inn but on this occasion I was disappointed with the customer service.
- I7317CAsilviag (10/5): Always fantastic - I have been several times in this hotel that every time it turns out to be a guarantee. The rooms are spacious and equipped with every comfort, fantastic beds, walk-in shower and what about breakfast: super.
The location is perfect just less than 5 minutes from King’sCross station and Euston.
- R6568KNannem (10/5): Great Staff, and Location. - We cannot praise this Hotel more highly.
We stayed four times in the last few weeks. The Staff are amazing, helpful, and very attentive to every guest.
The location is perfect for us as Family live nearby. Didn’t eat here but the restaurant looked great. Thank you so much at check in, each person we met was so courteous and professional . We will return.
- H3110KZlaurenh (10/5): Excellent 10/10 - Excellent hotel in central London.
Clean and comfortable
Excellent staff
We had an issue with our room allocation, this was quickly sorted and offered complimentary breakfast , which was extremely kind.
Would 100% recommend this hotel and will return
- G1456DXmaxr (10/5): Excellent - Pascal looked after me and Karl after a gig great service too man 5 star food was great quick service very respectful highly recommend promotion
- X6355KUemmam (8/5): Ideal stay for the Eurostar - We stayed here for an overnight stay, self check in was quick and easy, room was comfortable and clean.
Self service breakfast was plentiful and lots to choose from.
A bit on the expensive side for one night stay for a premier inn at £174, and this was pre booked well in advanced months before, but the hotel was ideally located for us to catch the Eurostar early the next morning.
- Y8640PPmarial (10/5): Great location, great price, great service - The personal attention was impeccable and resolutive. We booked a King size bed and it really was a King size bed!! The room was small but had everything we needed.
The underground stop is 8 min away and the neighborhood has many “until late” restaurants. Great location, great price.
We kinda miss a security box and a mini fridge but that is our only drawback.
- MrAliDee (10/5): Excellent value in great location and extremely friendly and helpful staff. - Located on Brick Lane in heart of vibrant area and 5 minutes walk from Spitalfields Market. Easy access to subway and ca. 30 minute walk to Tower Bridge. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Free tea and coffee available all the time and breakfast was excellent value at £6 for continental buffet and even more so as there was complementary hot options the weekend we were there. Room was small but had good storage, very comfortable bed and was very clean. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely good back.
- MartaJourneys (10/5): Favourite Hotel in London - I always stay at exactly this Premier Inn because of many reasons. It started off because it's the most convenient area to arrive from Gatwick Airport (Thameslink train, direct), to buy things you may need quickly and at almost any time of the day and late evening (St Pancras Station is great for that) and to catch almost all of the tube lines (again, St Pancras Station and if not that one, then Euston station which is also within walking distance).
The hotel's check in / bar / restaurant / social area has been recently renovated and looks great, leaves more space than before and is very handy, too. Also you can get more tea and coffee etc. as well as - if needed - an ironing board and electric iron right there.
Staff were super welcoming and helpful and I was lucky I could do an early check in (by now you can opt for that right during the booking, but I had made my booking a long time ago, so I didn't have that. Still, it wasn't a problem).
The room was as always spacious and the bed so comfortable. Best sleep.
Needless to say I will book this hotel again on my next stay in London. :)
- adrianwU6516AC (10/5): Very good - Yes it's a bit pricey even for London but I always find this accomodation welcoming and with a nice feel. It is convenient within walking distance of 3 tube stations and in the heart of Brick Lane which I love.
Loads of places to eat and hotel breakfast is not too expensive and nice atmosphere.
Rooms comfy, nicely aired and fabulous duvets.
- D3537SUleop (10/5): Super friedly staff - Super friendly staff at the reception desk! Very helpful and eager to offer solutions even in complicated situations.
- victoriapX3635MH (10/5): Weekend stay in London - Great hotel and fabulous service from the team. The added bonus was having a cooked breakfast which we weren't expecting. Brick Lane is a vibrant and interesting area of London and we will definitely return.
- Quest786680 (4/5): The worst room I’ve stayed in - Not the cleanest of hubs with lots not working in the room and bathroom.
Staff were very friendly and helpful though and the breakfast was nice.
- alanhU8364FS (10/5): Weekend stay - Awesome staff great location and clean modern facilities an incredibly great weekend stay at the Brick Lane Hub will 100% use this location again
- charlesgF7517RT (6/5): Convenient, clean, unexciting & not cheap - The location is great for Eurostar.
There is no atmosphere to speak of. The hotel is bland. The staff are helpful and correct. The rooms are basic but clean and sometimes without a towel.
- S6467ELrachelb (10/5): A great overnight stay pre Eurostar - Great location for the Eurostar Great service excellent staff and comfortable room. Had a drink at the bar - very reasonable prices and quick service.
- 296stephw (8/5): Good hotel near to stations - Good hotel, convenient for all main train stations, reasonable price, good utilities, pleasant enough. Great to leave bag in lockers.
- catherinecK1595OU (10/5): Great experience again - Recommend very good value and great customer service, restaurant great value and fantastic options, staff v customer friendly
- Bagpuss1957 (10/5): One of the best hotels - This is one of the best Premier inn I have stayed in. We were due to travel on Eurostar today but due to canslation we needed a room for the night. We were checked in by the duty manager who I think was called Hammed but not sure. He was very professional and efficient and we got a room sorted. We had evening meal in the restaurant and were served by Nestor G he too was a credit to the hotel service was excellent and the food matched the service. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel and their staff. Thank you
- I8320MTflorencel (8/5): Premier Inn St Pancras - Good experience - Hotel close to the international train station and metro
Easy access
Spacious family room, but lacks a small refrigerator
Coffee and tea making facilities available
Iron and iron available
Helpful staff
Wi-Fi not great
Comfortable bed
Spacious bathroom
Hair dryer available
- 623gal (10/5): Pascal very helpful. - Staying for business. Pascal was very very helpful. Arranged a room for an extra night and others were also very helpful. Location ideal for London King’s Cross station. Stayed 2 nights for work. Quiet room and plenty of rooms for belongings.
- harrypT9658JZ (4/5): Needs some serious attention, won't be returning. - This was our second stay here after surgeries at GOSH and it will be out last. The room was dirty with hair everywhere, not too be expected at any hotel room and had to ask for additional bedding which was provided quickly but still not what you would expect. The room was also very noisy, expect road noise given it's location and that is fine but above and on the corridor until gone 1am isn't acceptable and while it is due to guests clearly better sound proofing is required.
We booked the meal deal to include evening for convenience, regretted this, the restaurant was very hot, several tables complained but no action taken, service was very slow - 20 minutes wait for the table to be cleared between courses. The bill didn't arrive so went to walk out and miraculously two staff were there at the exit to collect payment.... Breakfast service was better but not saying much.
- sararD947NZ (10/5): Affordable and functional - The hotel is easily reachable and is located just a few minutes' walk from the metro. The quality-price ratio is excellent, the rooms are small but very functional. The cleanliness of the premises is very good and the staff is always courteous and available. The breakfast at 6£ is highly recommended.
- noreenk427 (10/5): Warm and welcoming - King’s Cross Premier Inn,
I came on my own just to enjoy a few drinks, not to stay overnight, and had such a lovely experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I immediately felt comfortable. Pascal was absolutely wonderful — very attentive, friendly, and made sure I was well looked after the whole time. His service really made my visit special. I’ll definitely be coming back!
- AnPanLeeds (10/5): Another great stay at Premier Inn - Another good stay at premier inn. Room was clean, reasonably spacious with comfy beds. This is not a luxury hotel but is a great base for visiting London. The staff was especially friendly and helpful particularly Pascal who tracked down hot chocolate powder for me on a Saturday night.
Their free WiFi is not great and even web surfing was slow. But we were not in the room much except to sleep so not a big issue and you could pay to upgrade WiFi if you needed.
This hotel is brilliantly located if you're travelling to Euston or Kings Cross by train. Plus, if you like to walk you can walk to covent garden, the river, regents park, theatre land, Marylebone etc. if not there are lots of transport options.
- Traveler53211616326 (10/5): A nice quiet hotel a very nice staff - My husband and I stayed one night as we were going to a party. The hotel is convenient for St Pancras station. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We returned for a late night drink before bed and spent some time with Pascal who served us. He was very friendly and polite and we had a nice chat with him. Altogether our stay was just what we wanted and we will definitely stay again.
- N9299XQsimonw (10/5): Good hotel for solo travels - Very good value hub hotel in Spittlefields, well placed for Est London but easy access to Central via Elizabeth Line tube from Liverpool Street Station. Very clean hotel, comfy beds, rooms are small but costs are also. Friendly and helpful staff.
- Y918GDfrankn (8/5): Premier Inn Sutton - Stay 1 night, easy auto scan check in, key drop check out, did a meal deal when we arrived evening meal and breakfast. Good night's sleep 😴 easy access to public transport
- 775jennyy (10/5): Premier inn hub Spitalfields lovely staff, room, location, clean, welcoming - Fantastic location, amazing staff, spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast, would definitely stay here again, the staff couldn’t do enough to help
- U8004ANmelanies (10/5): More bang for your buck - We had a great stay at the hub premier inn in London. The room was small but very inviting. We absolutely loved ‘the pod’ feel of the room. Everything we needed was there and it was such a cosy room and we relaxed so much in it.
The staff were extremely welcoming and efficient. It was our birthday trip to London and the staff/hub team gave us a lovely gift of chocolates and wine as a birthday treat.
The continental breakfast was more than enough and over all it was such a pleasant stay.
If we ever go to London again we would book in here again to relive this lovely hotel. Would more than recommend to anyone.
- lesleybV1443YV (10/5): A pleasant stay in a busy location - This is one of the quietest Premier Inns we have stayed in, despite quite a lot of building works around. The restaurant for breakfast was very well presented and pleasant staff.
With regard to staff, we must mention Karl on reception when we arrived. Our stay was because of a visit to the Royal Marsden hospital and we asked Karl for details of buses to catch, he very kindly printed details and brought them up to our room which helped us greatly.
All in all, a very pleasant stay which we may have to repeat in the future.
- youtoobe (10/5): Always a friendly welcome - Always a friendly welcome
We have stayed a few times at this Premier Inn and have always had a warm welcome and excellent friendly service. It's in a really convenient location. We wanted to travel by train and it is less than 8 minutes walk from Sutton station, We were visiting family and friends, but there was also a very good choice of restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast was excellent as usual
- Traveler37809364210 (10/5): Great Experience - Stayed on Thursday, had lovey stay, great service, room very clean and great service in reception and restaurant , will come back soon thanks
- E1335SRandyc (2/5): Disappointed - Requested a room clen and it wasn't done so left me with dirty towels and full bin.
Also, no hot water when I wanted to shower at 6.30 in the evening.
Manager was apologetic but that didn't solve the problem
- amylovesnature (10/5): Clean, comfortable and relaxing - Excellent hotel! Perfect location, quiet, clean and comfortable bedroom. Beg storage, relaxed atmosphere and really helpful staff. Highly recommended
- KatieDeloyde (6/5): Disappointing - We have stayed here before, and it is in an absolutely great location. The rooms are really tiny, but clean.
But this time we had huge issues with our keys! In our group we had a total of six rooms booked, and every single person had to go back down to reception at least twice a day to get their key fixed. It was absolutely ridiculous. The hotel obviously had an issue with their electronic key systems, but the staff Were not knowledgeable enough to do anything about it.
Every time we went to reception, there were huge queues with people whose keys didn’t work.
They really need to get this sorted out as it was ridiculous.
- Dream12153588898 (8/5): Bed and breakfast were spot on, room needed some general upkeep maintenance. - Bed and breakfast were flawless.
Room nice and tidy.
A constant noise emanated from the bathroom, disturbing sleep and tv slow.
- ChinUp3107 (8/5): Much more than a basic experience - Despite Brick Lane being an exceptionally busy place the hotel provided a quiet and relaxing environment. I was very impressed with the layout of the rooms which maximised the reduction in room size compared to a usual premier inn
My television did not work so I was moved to another room without any fuss. Whilst the television in the new room worked a minor irritation was that the HDMI slot was not recognised by the television so I was not able to use my fire stick.
Breakfast was ok though the coffee machine being out of order and therefore having to order a coffee reduced my intake!
Copious amount of pastries was just what I needed.
I will certainly think about a return stay when in the capital again.
- Michelle (8/5): - Great convenient location. Nice, clean hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. The manager was not hugely helpful and his staff were running themselves ragged! Restaurant was understaffed and the food was average. Terrible cocktails.
- Ashley (10/5): - Great customer service when we struggled using the kiosk to check in. Surprisingly nice and clean for location and price point.
- Jowebbyjones (10/5): Does what it says on the tin. - This place is a simple, no fuss, no frills affordable stay in a popular area of London. Don't expect any glitz, it's basic but meets the needs of someone looking for a clean, well located space in the heart of spitlefields. Great value, really helpful staff, clean simple room that just delivers what is says on the tin.
- SJSL1978 (10/5): Exactly what you need for a budget-friendly hotel - Everything I needed to make my business trip comfortable. The location was ideal, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely be booking in again.
- Traveller9986 (4/5): Needs a deep clean and maintenance - I stayed for one night and was quite unhappy with my stay. The room size was fine for a capsule hotel but the quality for the price (almost 300 eur!) was really lacking. My room was not clean with many stains on the carpet, dirty walls and glass in the bathroom, a hair on the bed, and the duvet was quite stained inside the poorly fitted sheet. There were also many marks on the walls and what looked like poor repainting over damp at the aircon. There were bugs in the shower and room as well. The towels provided smelled very musty and damp though appeared clean.
I was disappointed to find only a shampoo + shower gel combo provided in the shower and the hair dryer was a very old trigger activated one that didn't work well.
I also didn't feel the room was particularly secure with no dead bolt and wouldn't stay here again as a solo traveller.
I didn't try the food service in the hotel so no comment there.
- 287aliyahk (10/5): Great stay! - I had excellent stay here recently. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The service was great, a ginger lady at reception was so helpful, looking up ways for me and my partner to get to the local hospital and even calling some local cab companies to get a cab that fit a wheelchair. I would definitely stay here again, the food was very good.
- N2369PMcatherinem (6/5): Handy location; some things could be improved. - We have stayed in this hotel many times, and love the location close to Spitalfields and Liverpool Street. On this occasion, we noticed that some areas of the hotel need a bit of light refurbishment - nothing too major, but things like carpet stains, paintwork chipped, leaking shower etc. Just some routine upkeep things which could be improved.
The breakfast offering could also be improved, as it was disappointing on this occasion.
We will however continue to stay here in the future due to the location.
- LindaB990 (8/5): Fine just to sleep but quite cramped if you spent much time in the room - Very comfortable if small room, no tea/coffee in room but available in bar.
Small selection of dishes at breakfast and supper
- PAMK (6/5): Lacking in maintenance and in need of a deep clean - I do like this place used it for years but several issues are now effecting it.
1. Chair in room was badly stained and the carpets were in need of a deep clean as they were filthy.
2. The sign outside has been broken outside now for must be 12 months with it flickering. This makes it hard to find the place when you’re walking up Brick Lane. How hard can it be to change the bulb? Very poor
3. The coffee machine is also out of order like it was last time meaning that you have to rely on the crap Nescafé out of a sachet.
Nice touch that they offer a toast machine which makes breakfast simple but what happened to the Bacon/Sausage that you used to do🤔
On a positive Staff are always friendly but they need to sort out the above points
- Cynthia (8/5): - Didn’t eat it
- WillCSLDN (10/5): Pleasantly surprised - I haven't stayed with Premier Inn in years but needed a place to crash for a few nights due to a gap in other stays planned during a trip, so decided to aim for something lower cost.
I wasn't really expecting much to be honest but found the experience to be surprisingly good, room was clean and relatively modern, staff were lovely and very accommodating, food in the attached restaurant was of a good quality.
The clientele left a little to be desired sometimes, but that's not the proprietor's fault and somewhat expected at this end of the market.
All in all, for the price, I think it was great.
- Ian (6/5): - When we checked in, or should i say tried to check in, their was NO record of our booking. Reception was not helpful, so excepting the worst, then suddenly three rooms were available. We had this also at Premier Inn Manchester, but this was quickly resolved by their management staff.
- luciarR1273BG (10/5): Sutton Premier Inn - The location and price were excellent! Staff was very friendly-check in and check out was efficient and easy. room was clean and very comfortable and would absolutely recommend. (FYI they only have body wash in shower so may want to bring your own shampoo/conditioner)
- F6646MMtraceys (10/5): Perfect customer service for reception - We have stayed at this hotel twice in the last few weeks & twice the reception staff wasn’t made aware that we needed 2 travel cots for my granddaughters, we had travelled all the way from Grimsby (4hrs) & my 20month old granddaughter we tired & irritable & on both separate occasions the reception staff have resolved the matter extremely quickly (within 10min), the service we received was exceptional & the 2 separate staff members are a credit to this hotel, we are looking forward to returning in December
- Scenic15046341871 (2/5): Nightmare - Terrible night staff guy with tattoos
Had to change rooms three times as we're not cleaned and shower had mould in it coffee stains on table and hairs in bed my wife had to change the sheets and wee stains on duvet disgusting carpets had stains nightmare time
- Traveler768742 (6/5): Value for money - as long as you can lug a suitcase if arriving by car. - Have stayed before and yes, everything worked. The sofa bed was actually comfortable and ready made up as requested. enjoyed having a bath too!
But the car park is a trek with no dropping off point , as its on a busy main road).
Breakfast food is great ( i love fried eggs) although a garish , large Block Steak restaurant is not the most relaxing enviroment first thing in the morning. Thankfully the heatwave was over. Would the air con have coped in a 4th floor room with no opening windows?
- Andrew (10/5): - A fantastic affordable stay, with a very reasonably priced breakfast, in a great location. Must comment on the friendliness of the staff, who were so helpful and cheerful.
- Brenda (2/5): - When we got there the self check in was not working and then it took a staff member way too long to check us in. Staff were not very knowledgeable and very slow. They also seemed to be very understaffed 😑
- Norberto (10/5): - Todo bien. A unos pasos de st pancrass y de todo lo relevante en holborn y Bloomsbury.
- David (8/5): - Great location and a very good hotel. Will stay again
- Cheuk Lam (6/5): - The hotel provides nothing other than bed and toilet, you even can't find slippers. Even I brought a bread and asked for microwave service, they will decline you.
- Christopher (8/5): From the USA - From the USA a family of 4 with 2 kids and this hotel was a great first stop on our trip. Alex from Romania was such a pleasure to see each day. He made check in an out simple and fast. The room was spacious and clean. The area was very close to the tube. I highly recommend.
- Yik Ka (8/5): - Great location. Breakfast was nice as well.
- I7338CZsa (10/5): Amazing hotel highly recommended 👏🏻 - Amazing hotel . Highly recommended 👍 very nice staff, friendly , professional, very informative . Well done guys 👏🏻👏🏻
- DCarroll1968 (10/5): Great service, Serif and Steve. - We had a great experience. Our room was clean, warm , and the matress was very comfy. The shower was powerful and hot. We did not have breakfast or dinner so cannot comment about them. We were looked after in reception by Serif and Steve. Two nicer, friendlier men you could not get. They epitomised good service and attitude. Their friendly and helpful demeanour was fantastic. Thank you Steve and Thank you Serif. Our daughter who has moved to Sutton, was celebrating her birthday so we stayed over for 1 night. When your accommodation blends in with your visit it is wonderful because so often it can become to centre of a not so nice visit. We will be back. Being in the hospitality business in Killarney Ireland, we appreciate great service and attitude when we get it. See ye again in a couple of months. Derek and Valerie.
- Amit (10/5): - it was a very pleasant surprise. very clean and safe. good size room with amenities. walkable to the train stations kings cross and pancras so great connectivity. worked out really well. and great value. would definitely recommend.
- bethanr837 (2/5): Poor stay - Family room had one hand towel for the three of us and one tea bag with the drinks making facilities. There are no times advertised for breakfast or closing time for dinner. We had been at the hospital all day with our daughter and we got back at 9.50pm to be told that the restaurant was closed and they wouldn’t even let us have some water for our room. There was no one on reception when we left in the morning to take our daughter for her operation, and as we had to be there at a specific time we couldn’t hang around to ask for our room to be cleaned. We put the card on the door when we left but came back and the room hadn’t been cleaned. Again no one on reception when we got back from our trek to Sainsbury’s to get some cold food for dinner at 10.30pm so couldn’t even get fresh towels. All in all a very poor experience.
- Rizwan Haroon (4/5): - Service was not up to mark as I asked multiple time for room cleaning and looks like there was no cordination between reception and cleaning staff. There is no phone option in room to call for reception. Otherwise it was okay.
- irlanda (10/5): - Nos gustó mucho el desayuno Buffett, además la habitación muy grande.
- Chi Ling (10/5): - 整體來講都好,早餐很豐富,房間很乾淨整潔。
- elisabethjU8000MW (10/5): Great customer service from Jorge & Gabrielle - Fantastic experience at the Premier Inn Sutton - my child left a library book in the room after our stay and Jorge and Gabrielle made sure it was found and even organised for it to be posted back to us! Thank you so much - great customer service! We’ll be back next year.
- Sandra (10/5): - We had a two night stay with the aim of a location convenient to trains. This is a vibrant area. Breakfast was competent.
- NATHALIE (8/5): Bravo a Haney ( DM) - Un grand Merci au Deputy Manager Haney qui a ete d un professionnalisme impressionnant . Bravo !!
- Boseok (6/5): - I'm not sure if this is to block out outside noise, but the double-glazed windows in the room didn't open. The lack of ventilation made it incredibly stuffy. I entered my reservation information at the check-in kiosk, but the machine wasn't working properly, so I needed assistance from the check-in staff. Since there was only one staff member, I had to wait quite a while. I requested luggage storage, and the staff member tagged my luggage and gave me a receipt for my luggage. However, when I went to retrieve my luggage’s, the staff member couldn't find it, so I had to retrieve it myself. Furthermore, the zipper on the luggage and bag I found was open, indicating someone had opened it. The hotel needs to pay more attention to the security of luggage storage. The check-in area was too small for the number of guests, and the breakfast room was too small for the number of guests. This made breakfast too noisy and crowded, making it difficult to concentrate on the meal. I think it will vary from person to person whether the advantage of being close to the Eurostar train station and the metro station will outweigh the inconveniences mentioned above.
- Pat (10/5): - I like v everything about this hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is great both breakfast and dinner.
- Sean (8/5): - Easy to train station but far from everything else.
- Jacqueline (8/5): - The check in process wasn't the most pleasant, as the staff moved on to the next customer in line before she finished assisting me. She left me very confused and had to ask if I was done standing in front of the counter.
Other than that the room was very pleasant, clean. Location is good as it is very close to train and tube station.
- Patricia (10/5): - This hotel is located at the center of the city, opposite is the International, National, and local train stations. Buses, taxis are also very accessible right in front of the hotel, you don't have to walk a long distance. Different stores where you can find anything, and restaurants are all around. Breakfast is cheap and rich, dinner is excellent.
- Brad (10/5): The best - Stayed here again on the final leg of our European
Vacation. Always clean, breakfast is fine and something for everyone.
It has a machine to check in with but if you use a third party app ( Expedia, hotels.com, etc,) it doesn’t work but staff are available if needed.
Will forever be my go to hotel
For visits to the UK from here on.
- Tanya (8/5): - Centrally located across from King's Cross/St Pancras station. It was a maze to the back where family rooms were located and we stayed near a very noisy family that kept my youngest child awake when we had to get up and travel early the next morning.
- Ley (8/5): - This location is excellent , close to trains and very nice & safe area. Starbucks and other restaurants at walking distance .The service was great and very strict on early check in, you can check in earlier for an additional cost, they do offer lockers to store your luggage at no expense , which was great. The rooms are comfortable but overpriced for what you get,I feel is more so that I went on high season-July.
I do recommend for staff to be more head up on first floor area since when you walk in there is some visible trash and that creates a bad impression . Lobby area and rest of hotel is clean. Always nice to visit London and their customer service is always a highlight.
- Brad (10/5): Great stay - will return - First time with my wife and son in London so unsure where to stay — chose this place mainly because it offered a free breakfast and proximity to underground — checked in early as we flew all night and room was available at 10 am ( 15 pound fee but well worth it). Bathroom was clean, beds were super comfortable and honestly cannot say anything bad. We return to London in a few weeks before we head back to Canada and I will stay here again — already have it booked.
Area is safe despite the crowds of people around. Lots of places to eat and ease of the tube allows easy access to all the things you want to see.
There isn’t a refrigerator in the room but we made due just fine. Ice machine at the bar if you want it. Staff were warm and welcoming.
Kings cross is 5 minutes away if you are a fan of Harry
Great place and can’t wait to return
- Parthasarathy (10/5): - Like all amazing experiences it's always a few people who take it to the next level. Want to give a shout-out to Hiral at the front desk who went out of her way to help us with our luggage and some last min room access requests. The room was bigger than most budget London hotels. Location was a plus
- Maarten (10/5): - Very convenient and quiet and clean
