Guest Reviews
- johnmU654ZR (6/5): Premiere plus not worth the additional cost - Usual comfortable room and bed, but definitely not worth the extra for a premiere plus room. No bath, poor wifi and one tea bag. The small fridge was a bonus though.
- lesleylZ8234AR (4/5): Tired and not sea front - Very tired Premier Inn, my allocated room wasn’t available at check in . The check in was very slow creating a queue. My subsequent room smelt and was made up for a family with two additional beds limiting my space and only being able to access the main bed from one side . Good choice a breakfast but the food was warm at best and the coffee machine was also naff.
- Passport680893 (8/5): Value for Money , A very pleasant stay - Just come back from one night stay, I have to stay I couldn't fault it , Yes it could do with a bit of tlc but overall it was value for money. The staff ere very helpful and friendly , the room was clean and tidy . We had dinner and breakfast did the Meal deal again value for money staff were very nice and food was good. Was in a good location a nice flat 30 min walk along seafront to the town centre. Would stay again.
- 768jills (8/5): Stay over for a family funeral. - Had a nice stay at Premier Inn Woking West for a family funeral.
Dissapointing that the restaurant was closed although we did have a nice breakfast and the bar closed at 9pm due to some issues they are having!
A big mention for the lovely girls Natalie and Tara on reception and Rosina who served the breakfast, they were all really friendly and looked after us well, thankyou x
- 990juless (10/5): Very pleasant stay. - I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of November. My room was on the 1st floor and i wasn't disturbed by any noise in the night as i have been when staying in a Travel Lodge! Room was immaculate, looked like a new bathroom suite. Everything was clean and fresh. My only gripes would be to turn the shower on you have to bend right down to the taps in the bath and as you do the shower just soaks you so you can't have a shower without washing your hair which was a nuisance to me as my hair is long and it takes forever to dry, just a design fault I think.
One other gripe was they don't have GB News on Freeview so i had to expose myself to the biased BBC news for a couple of days!
On a positive note all the staff on the front desk were so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I loved the pink room effect. The hotel is just across the road from the beach - its a nice walk then along the seafront to Weymouth.
- G6280KEstevem (4/5): 7 days of Hell - Arrived Thursday 20th November for 7 nights. Booked in asked what time we would like dinner said 6.30 pm. No mention of the restaurant no gas for heating building or cooking. Building temperature was 10 degrees, very cold. Waited an hour for the main course we limited choice as no gas.
This continues for 6 nights as we could not get a hold of the manager, staff have no answers what we thought would be a day or two fix. Is still not fixed. Closed restaurant on Wednesday 26 November. Our 7th Night so we had a good meal at the local pub. With heat. Problem was that we could not get any information from team on find the manager. This establishment should be demolished. Not a place to visit in its current form food is very poor. Short staffed with little training including the management. Tara on the front desk is the only one that seems to be customer focused. Thank you Tara you are a Star
- CeeJayFlyer (4/5): This might be the last time we stay in a Premier Inn. - The location is great with easy access to the sea front and it's possible to walk into the main town along the sea front path. Parking is easy with the main car park behind the hotel.
The rooms and corridors are looking very tired and worn out.
In our room one of the bedside lights had been replaced, but with a different style of fitting, so it didn't match the others in the room. It just looked like a poor attitude to maintenance.
The worst part was the bathroom. The bath was clean but very stained. It looked as if the gloss surface seal has worn away and the exposed subsurface was very badly water-stained. It made us feel we really didn't want to get into it.
The hand-basin was very slow to drain away and when I looked down the plug-hole it was blocked - and looked quite disgusting! Clearly detritus has built up over time. In fairness, when it was pointed out to the receptionist, she promised to take a look, and she managed to clear it a little. However, it needs to be disassembled to clean it properly.
Generally the state of the room and Premier Inn's falling standards were very disappointing. There were no beakers or glasses in the bathroom and we were told they no longer supply them, although the receptionist did manage to find two glasses for us. . We had two bath towels but only one hand towel. My brother and his wife stayed at the same time and he reported the same in their room too. Disappointing and unnecessary penny-pinching because we both had to go to reception to obtain the missing towels.
Having suffered Brewer's Fayre breakfasts a few times in the past we decided not to eat breakfast there and went instead to the café in the car park behind the hotel. Much better value for money, a wider choice and very well cooked.
In the end, I felt sorry for the staff who were doing their best, but seemed to be constantly apologising and trying to fire fight problems that were clearly not their fault. Having had substandard experiences the last few times we've stayed at Premier Inns, this is the last time.
- Cragfaster (2/5): Disappointing stay - Our room was directly above the boiler room, we were disturbed with noise all night. The room was incredibly hot, we couldn’t open the window as it was situated directly above the flue. The hotel was showing as full and so we were unable to request a room change Unfortunately we were there for three nights which was hard work with the racket from the boiler room below. No decaffeinated tea or coffee options at breakfast. The internet was down for two of the three days. Very disappointing stay.
- LondonJollyholly (10/5): Very Good - Had a lovely overnight stay here at Horsell. The staff were very welcoming (especially Tanya) and the room/bathroom were very good, in a peaceful location.
We look forward to returning soon.
- danieltS5532NX (2/5): What a dump - Premier Inn Booking ref AEJ2971676 Hi I have returned from a night at your Weymouth Seafront hotel and would like to share my experience.
I have stayed in many of your hotels in locations across the uk over the years and have been very pleased with all aspects of the stay ,however the Weymouth Seafront room I stayed in was very dirty smelly and mouldy ,after using the bath I used the hand rail to get out and immediately had a black hand full of mould ,the shower gel dispenser had long hairs encrusted in some black mould-slimey scum ? I felt cleaner before I had a bath ! The toilet was also black in the pan not sure what this was ? When drying my feet I found my toes were entangled in long hairs , these were from a previous guest as I have short hair and were evident all over the stained carpet . It was just a short stay to use a bath and bed for the night however even my sleep was disturbed as the room was very hot and smelly ,fortunately the window could be opened but was very windy and noisy from the car park being outside. I tried to close the window and use the air conditioning however this was broken ! I didn’t complain to reception as I’m not a great fan of confrontation so I am leaving a message hear in hope that these issues are addressed for future customers. Please find images attached . Mr Thomas
- 240erenh (10/5): Superb! - Absolutely loved it! Staff great! Breakfast box thing was great! Albeit limited but very tasty. Hotel room was spotless!!
Special shout out to Eren I believe his name was. Fantastic guy- never stopped over my 2 night stay whilst we was there.
- jimmyvH8634WD (10/5): Amazing sleep - Everything was perfect and the team at the reception was amazing. Good food and great sleep . Big parking space and close to town centre
- voicen495 (10/5): Beautiful stay - All good , everything was prefect. Car park was big , room was clean, front office was amazing, dinne and breakfast okay , I’ll coming back again
- richardbY2293XG (2/5): Avoid at all costs! - Worst premier inn I have ever stayed in !
Room and corridors filthy and carpet stained . Loo seat broken in bathroom and dirty and smelly. Bathroom fan broken nail clippings on bathroom floor and urine on loo seat
Corridors full of leaves which had blown in
No lift to first floor and heating only working occasionally
Coffee machine kept braking down in Resterant
The only redeeming point were the staff who were brilliant and did their best to sort out problems
Avoid at all costs !
- stephenmA1522YW (2/5): Gone down hill - Good afternoon. I have regularly stayed in Premier inns for about twenty years and using the Weymouth seafront since about 2014. I have suddenly realised on my break away this week that the nights are costing more but the hotel especially in Weymouth just seem to get worse.
Arrived at three to be told our room wasn't ready, but could have a ground floor room which we took.
Again every movement from above could be heard, the room again way to hot air con only went down to 19 degrees, tv remote had no menu and bath was dirty, damage to table and when I came to remove the duvet cover as I always do when I leave found the duvet to be filthy. Yes could of complained but then would have to waste time changing rooms. Do the rooms not get checked regularly to see if any issues. I have always put positive feedback on social media about the Premier inn and never negative especially because of the staff. I am certainly considering using other hotels now when we have short breaks away.
- Z9615YMnatalieh (10/5): Good stay - Stayed for a couple of days with the family ideally located between chessington and legoland. We have stayed here previously. Had a couple of meals in the pub and all staff attentive and friendly. Katie was especially good on the evening of 28/10.
Thank you
- carrieSouthWales (8/5): Gone downhill! - We have stayed here once or twice a year for the last six years . It has become more run down in the last 18 months . It’s clear to see the staff are expected to turn their hands to multiple roles and it appears they are somewhat overstretched. Carpets in hallways appeared grubby , we were firstly given room 219 which had a damp and musty smell. We stuck with it for the first night but after being out for the day and walking back into the unpleasantness I mentioned it to reception and was immediately offered a different room which was so much better. Toilets , plug holes and fixtures were not particularly clean and could have done with a little more attention to detail. Hopefully with the building of the new restaurant there will be some investment in the bedrooms.
- NicandDan2014 (10/5): Amazing staff made us feel very welcome - We always stay at Premier Inn when we travel. We look forward to the beds and especially the breakfast. The staff at Woking West were especially great. The reception staff were very friendly and a special thanks to the amazing staff in the breakfast restaurant who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and very well looked after. Thank you.
- darren823 (8/5): Pleasantly surprised - Reviews almost put me off but glad I booked, comfy bed , friendly staff and excellent base to get to London via nearby train station and only 25 min drive to Thorpe park. No issues whatsoever, rooms clean, shower hot and powerful and quiet surroundings. Will stay again if need too.
- Mr20132013 (8/5): Pleasant stay - All very good, easy check in and friendly team on reception.
Room was good, much better than a recent room we had in Wales!
Good all round service, cannot complain.
Breakfast was ample at the Brewers for breakfast.
Would come again for sure.
- A363JLdeannam (2/5): Worst Premier Inn ever - Filthy carpets and banisters very strong smell of cannabis -(made us feel sick) in the hallway Informed reception of the noise, & bad language, smoke coming from a room at the back of the hotel on our arrival. Reception did not deal with the issue only put a letter in everybody's room on the Saturday evening (2nd night) regarding strong smell of cannabis and removing the guests from the hotel. Put the air con on and the room smelled of faeces after. Pillows were very hard, changed them but still couldn't sleep. Could of stayed in a bed and breakfast in the town for the same price but thought we would stay in a premier inn as we know what we are getting as we normally enjoy staying in Premier inn and have a good relaxing stay but unfortunately this one totally let the chain down, would never stay there again and would recommend to avoid.
- garyrO9027QM (10/5): Excellent service - Excellent breakfast staff. Very polite. Service was excellent. Food was out quick and nice and hot. Overall pleasurable experience
- The_Travel_Family123 (4/5): Gruby hotel - I understand renovations on this hotel are starting, and it is in dyer need of this. The front desk person although friendly looked like he had just rolled out of bed in his work shirt. Tip, buy an iron.
The room was typical premier inn, but grubby and dirty. It was not a pleasant stay what so ever. I will never stay here again. The corridors stank, the room walls were filthy, god knows what was living in the carpets. The tv remote was disgusting.
Not recommended. See pictures.
- O1707EXlr (10/5): Very good service - I am writing this on behalf of my Father-in-law who stayed with his carer.
He was treated with much kindness throughout and was allowed his breakfast downstairs as he could not manage the steps.
A special mention to Tara who helped with a parking fine which I incurred.
- LynnClarke (2/5): Unclean - First impressions were good. Reception staff friendly and efficient. That’s where it all ends. Our rooms were across the courtyard on entrance to the building the stairway and hallways were dirty and unkept. Our room was not great but after having traveled for a long day we decided to make the most of it. I cleaned the bathroom shelf with tissue paper as it was covered in somebody else’s toothpaste, wiped around the toilet. Whilst relaxing on the bed a few minutes later the door opened and in walked housekeeping. She was surprised that we were in the room as it was not made up ready for people. I explained that I had cleaned the bathroom and wasn’t very impressed. She informed the reception staff. They called around 15 minutes later to say that the room had been cleaned and it should be good. I explained to the reception staff that the room was not clean and we were not really happy, so they offered to move us. We moved two doors down the corridor which was all done pretty efficiently. Although the room we moved to was still unclean as in mouldy shower and we’d been downsized from a king size bed to a double bed. We decided we were only staying one night so we would endure the stay. On returning to the room after dinner out in working town. We found that we could not get the TV to work. I rang reception which was quite difficult to get through too and it just rang out. No one answered the phone at all. This was at 7 o’clock in the evening. By which time we figured out that the TV was not plugged in at the mains which is behind the TV so not easily visible and sorted the problem ourselves. I would not recommend stopping here, a whole place needs a complete renovation and a thorough clean.
- melanielR224CK (8/5): Bar staff and reception staff make your hotel ! - Overall a good experience at the premier inn pub , food was good , could do with a littlest to outside area but what stood out to me was the service both in the hotel reception and bar .
Katie was especially welcoming and attentive, nothing was too much trouble and she is an asset to you for sure !
- ginajV4430BL (8/5): Lovely bar staff - Quaint little premier inn pub, the food was lovely but a bit on the expensive side for what it was. The experience was really made special by the bar staff, Katie in particular was so attentive and made you feel very welcome.
- jazyjim (10/5): Overnight stop over - Visit to see our daughter, good location, easy parking and only short walk into town along the seafront. Took advantage of the early check in premier plus room.
- Markymark780 (10/5): Fab stay! - Had a lovely one night stay here and just wanted to give a mention to Becki the Duty manager who checked us in. She was so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. Everytime we walked through reception she greeted us like she’d known us for years. All the staff we encountered were friendly but Becki definitely went above and beyond.
Room was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfy! Will definitely stay here again.
- emmarW9087WV (2/5): Would not come back! Rude staff and horrible rooms - Overall would not recommend. Rooms very average mouldy showers, very dirty skirting boards and no AC. Receptionist was lovely upon check in could not fault her. However the bar/ restaurant staff were very rude. We stayed friday and saturday night and came around at 9.50 pm to say we close at 10pm, we had only just re ordered more drinks so still chatting and drinking. However by 10.05pm staff shouting across the bar we close at 10pm close means closed ! Then proceeded to essentially kick us out and another few tables one forced to drink his drink very quickly . Very rude staff and would not come back! Some serious training needs to be in place for basic customer service skills!
- 493olwenm (4/5): Disappointed - Stayed here lots over the few years to see family. Last stay not good , room shabby , some staff at reception poor. Attached pub a waste of time if you wanted to meet family or friends in. Has got alot more expensive not worth it!
- sunloverhampshire (6/5): Warm welcome ..... then shocked at cleanliness - Great location. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room needs refurbishment and mattress not as good as other hotels. Bathroom bright and clean.
Hairdryer needs attention couldn't report it as reception was busy on checkout.
Corridor carpet stained and had an unpleasant odour.
Brewers fayre breakfast very good. Dinner hit and miss we ate 3 evenings food only warm.
Staff didn't wear name badges so unable to mention them by name. Overall 7 off 10.
- H6725NZmuhammadm (2/5): Spider hotel - Spider webs and spiders are everywhere. Room cleaning, toilet and bedsheets was dirty. Spider webs and spiders are each and every corner and even on the floor.
- Annescarfe (2/5): Filthy bath ,so much dust nobody cares - Where do start ,no xtra pillows no hairdryer they said they didn’t have any !! But they found one ,then came time to sleep I started coughing really badly didn’t know why till I looked at the carpet the dust was awful all up the wooden panels next to me I couldn’t sleep for coughing I have asthma and it had triggered it of so I had to go Weymouth A&E they gave me antibiotics. The bath bath was filthy I had to clean it but it was to slippery to get in So I asked for a bath mat and my room to be hoovered so when I got back tonight I have a bath mat but has not been cleaned this is my Heath I don’t find it funny.Anne Scarfe
- Maps822132 (4/5): Ok not clean - Not cleaned well , place is very run down
Toilet kept running
Toenails on the floor
Hair in bath plug
Air con was good bed comfy
- charlotted520 (6/5): Premier plus room - Situated at the end of Weymouth but walk straight across to the seafront and is a lovely walk into town. We stayed in the premier plus room - much larger than normal and contains a fridge and coffee machine but bed is still a double despite the size of the room. The television didn’t work (volume was either really loud or really quiet and kept randomly changing) told reception and advised there was nothing they could do. Shower was lovely (not an over bath one) but pressure of water wasn’t brilliant. Plenty of free parking - car park looks a bit run down but there was cameras placed around. Staff were really nice except for one girl who was on reception quite a lot when we were there who made no effort to be friendly and very much gave the impression she didn’t want to be there. All other staff were really friendly. There’s no lift and it’s quite a walk to the premier plus rooms if you have mobility issues. Yes I would pay the extra to book a premier plus room but the room would be much better with at least a king size bed and was annoying the tv didn’t work.
- mandysQ3273LY (10/5): REALLY FRIENDLY STAFF - My Mom and I stayed at this hotel Bank Holiday Weekend, All the staff were so helpful during our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Extremely kind and polite. Reception and Cleaning Team were always helpful and friendly. Thank you. Mandy
- 168terrancew (2/5): Don’t arrive early - Don’t arrive early and try to register your car to avoid £90 fine for parking, went to reception at 14:30 just to register the car, gentleman on desk was rude abusive and had no customer skills. Kept saying you cannot come in before 3pm not listening that we wanted to register the car and then go for a walk .
- jilljV3547UH (10/5): Very helpful staff - We were transfered from the other Weymouth premier inn as their restaurant was being demolished so that was good of them as we needed an on site restaurant. Tegan sorted it all out for us and was very helpful. When we arrived our room wasn't ready but we went out for a walk and we were given a complimentary breakfast when we checked in. We also had a premier plus room . The restaurant catered for coeliac so that was very helpful. Staff couldn't do enough for us very pleased with the whole stay. Jill And David
- Companion66350335710 (10/5): Great value for money great nights sleep - Great nights sleep, clean room, friendly staff and plenty of car park spaces. I would stay again as was good value for money.
- B1007OWsueh (10/5): Thank you - Thank you to Laura in reception so helpful and kind. Be there weekly sins June 2/3 nights rack week. Restaurant staff including Andy thank you found me alternative menu after so many meals jacket spuds are so nice and well presented
- SusanGullie (8/5): Good location, plenty of parking. - A good Premier Inn with rooms being as you expect for the brand. There is plenty of parking and the location is just a short walk from the seafront. You can easily walk into the town. Dining is at the Brewers Fayre reviewed separately.
- ocassionaltraveller4 (6/5): Pleasant hotel, but shame about the water pressure! - A lovely older Premier Inn, situated very near the seafront, (only about 2 min walk to the seafront, across the road) and right nextdoor to the Weymouth Sealife Centre. It is a little bit out of the centre of the town, but the steady 15 min walk along the seafront into the centre wasn't a chore.
As Premier Inn's go it ticked most of the boxes as to what you get, which is what I like about them as you know exactly what you are going to get. The staff were friendly and welcoming and very accomodating. It was the perfect place to use as a base and a place to sleep for our holiday.
The only negative thing I would say about our stay in this particular Premier Inn was the water pressure in the room wasn't brilliant, which made the shower a little bit poor and also resulted in the toilet taking ages to fill up after being flushed. It took so long that the first time we experienced it we thought the toilet wasn't working properly. We reported it and were told it was a known issue and were assured the toilet would refill eventually.
- 29LittleFlower56 (2/5): Not a great nights sleep! - Very tired rooms - needs refurbishment and cleaning in the bathroom.
Door did not fit the doorframe and so the room lit up when corridor lights came on!
- carldanielward (2/5): Avoid vile place - Worst hotel I’ve stayed in !! We arrived to wait for 10 mins for someone to arrive at reception to check us in. The room was to right at other end of hotel . We had to shoulder barge the door open as it was sticking to frame - which made it very difficult to lock on the night - the toilet as you can see from pictures wasn’t not cleaned- - paid 200 for 1 nite - we asked for room to be re cleaned. We returned to hardly any change - they had used a toilet brush - but the water in toilet was still dry .. the windows were filthy! View of a car park - then there is the mud filled corridors ! The AC machine was noisey - and smelt so I checked it out - and again the pictures show the filters on the AC unit - we were breathing in !!! Reception was more interested in talking no her phone than asking how our stay was. Just took the cards and said thank you and that’s it !!! Vile place !! Avoid !!
- sarahjU4977UU (10/5): Short break - Arrived Wednesday for 4 nights we had an issue with our shower reported it to the manager and he dealt with the situation straight away .. and next day was fixed..nothing is too much trouble and staff here friendly as always..thanks for a great stay as always..
- Navigator54689378401 (10/5): Always a nice stay. Thoughtful and personal service. - Although we live just 10mins away, my husband and I often stay here and every single time, we’re looked after so well.
Just by checking our booking , the staff already know what type of room we like!
On our recent stay, which was for our anniversary , we were so touched to find a bottle of bubbly, a box of chocolates and a lovely card waiting for us in the room. A very kind and thoughtful gesture.
A big thank you goes to Hannah who has been looking after us since our first visit. What you do for us does not go unnoticed 💕
Thank you and see you again, soon.
- Relax698779 (2/5): Rubbish inn, never again - Terrible place someone one handed us the key then disappeared ,towel rail fell off the wall the bath board had come away due to water getting in and the TV reception bad . Finally after our stay got home to find a £57 parking fine as I had not been asked for my reg. number and nobody has the authority to cancel it at premier
Thanks premier in never again
- Mackem09 (4/5): Really poor room for a premier inn, nothing good to say. - The room I stayed in was ground floor 26. The smell when you walked into the room was akin to an old house that hadn’t been aired for a year, floaty and old. I let this go because the company paid for it and I was tired. Woke up the next morning and went for a shower, the curtain rail fell on me when I went to pull it inside the bath. On further inspection it was held in place by white tape. The smell came from the carpets as I did more checks. Peeling paint on the low window sill, rust above the mirror in the bathroom and overall rum down room. Worst premier inn room I have stayed in. Informed the manager the next morning of my concerns and nothing rectified when I came back from my work. 2 nights I would not recommend.
- 542louisah (10/5): Quick visit - Initial booking made with Becci & Tegan who were extremely helpful & professional. Checked in/out with Alan who was very helpful, friendly & polite. The room was spotless & comfortable. Couldn't recommend them more. Fantastic!!
- I128ACstevem (2/5): Very poor sleep quality and no restaurant - No opening window in room, very stuffy with noisy a/c fan which was not controllable
No restaurant and not advised about building work when booking, only close to arrival date
Unable to contact hotel by phone prior to arrival.
- 566spamc (10/5): Restaurant now closed, so won't be staying here again - My visit in Dec 2024 was enjoyable, at a good price and there were no issues with the room, apart from a slightly noisy aircon system In the morning I had a very enjoyable buffet style cooked breakfast in the adjacent restaurant.
I had planned quite a few stays there this year (to visit my ill mother), but very sadly Premiere have made the awful decision to scrap most of their restaurants to make way for yet more rooms.
This will make it too inconvenient for me personally to stay there now, so unfortunately I will need to find somewhere else that does include somewhere to eat from now on. Such a crying shame as everything else about it was great.
- 24albies (4/5): Nice Receptionist, Bad Fan, Bad Restaurant - Lovely receptionist, cannot fault her at all. But dirty rooms and facilities, and rude restaurant staff. Unable to eat dinner at all, since we were turned away an hour and a half before end of service.
- U4285VHdarrend (2/5): No good! - Was told 24 hours before checking in that the bar and kitchen were closed. Of which i only see sitting on the beach waiting to check inn. We have a 6 year old autistic boy so this made it all very difficult for us. This was the only little break we could afford this yeah for him. Also my wife has celiac so can't eat wheat etc and when she asked for fruit she was told no. We ended up going for breakfast at the morrisons a little drive away. Premier inn ruined our break because of all this.
- Excursion23792682369 (6/5): Breakfast portacabin - As noted the room was fine, clean and well presented. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. The site only does 'breakfast on the go' from a portabin. The food options are very limited and in my opinion, expensive. There is also nowhere to sit indoors. This made a wet, cold morning less than acceptable as a breakfast option.
- 93asifn (4/5): Hotels going down hill - I use this hotel quite often , but lately the standards have gone down big time,
there is a issue with the room almost every time i come over
Sink blocked or shower flow in consistant , light switches not working ( sometimes bulb missing ) Towels have holes , bed sheets have holes , rooms smells , remote tv have battery issues, no shampoo, i can go on and on , i cant understand why the cleaners dont report these issues back to maintaince , they need a check list
- nicolawQ7417AV (10/5): Time to visit family - We visited Weymouth premier inn by Sainsbury’s had a great time. On the bus route so nice and easy, could visit family and have time on our own not cheap on the bus but still easier than try to drive into town and park the room was clean and tidy all we needed. Erin on reception was great always a smile and happy to help thank you
- samlM8869EJ (2/5): Not good - Sink was blocked, extractor fan didn't work so after 4 people having a shower the whole place inc bedroomwas like a sream room, room was also dirty
- 125ojo (4/5): Not impressed at all. Deliberate withholding of vital information necessary to make informed choice. Filthy bathroom - I booked my stay in April, I wasn't informed until a week before my arrival that the kitchen was closed bearing in mind we had kids from three families. By the time we were informed all the hotels were fully booked and we had no option but to stay there. On arrival after a 4hr drive, I was told I had to go to McDonalds to use the rest room as I was 45mins early before check in which I found appalling as all I wanted was to use the rest room, I expressed my displeasure and was offered the use of the staff rest room . When we finally checked in, my room smelt stale and mouldy, like it had not been aired properly. The bathroom had a mouldy smell with the most filthy and mouldy shower curtain I have ever come across. I expressed my displeasure once again and it was changed . The Wi-Fi did not work for more than two days. It was not a pleasant stay at all. Some of the staff would not even acknowledge us when we went by, however, some were friendly and gave a welcoming smile.
- 485chazd (10/5): Great staff lovely rooms near to all amenities - Amazing staff very clean and near all amenities and beach thank you all for your kindness very quiet had a great nights sleep 😴
- Victoria (4/5): - We booked to stay here 2 nights in June. The day we were to arrive we got a message from the hotel to say that they were undergoing renovations and they would refund us for our breakfast charges and give us a free to-go breakfast one day. Annoying as we have a very picky eater and the buffet is a main reason we booked Premier Inn. When we arrived it took the counter staff ages to check us in as apparently there was something confusing about the booking in the system. She was very nice though. So then we had to go into town to get dinner as there was no restaurant. At night the rooms get so hot as the aircon/heating is centrally controlled so there’s nothing you can do about it. Then we’ve had to chase them constantly for almost 2 months to try and get the breakfast refund, even though they said they would sort it in the message we received. We have had such good premier inn experiences, which is why we stayed there but this is by far the worst premier inn we’ve stayed in. Very disappointing but thankfully Expedia finally helped us sort out the refund for the breakfasts
- Thomas (6/5): War insgesamt ok - Gutes Bett, sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Brecki to go ist Fast Food - nichts mehr und nichts weniger…
