Guest Reviews
- Camper64069172359 (2/5): Won’t visit again - Absolutely awful in dining room not enough staff to take orders some guests had to leave because they stopped taking orders.
- Richie_Turner (4/5): Worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed in - Picked this for it's location. Worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in, and like many of us I have stayed in many across the UK.
Room as usual Ok but not particularly clean.
Bathroom unclean (see photos). Toilet not clean, Sink plus blocked with a plaster and shower glass dirty. You don't expect perfection from PM but basic cleanliness I do expect.
Left a direct poor review and to be expected I received no response.
- Misstfaye (6/5): Good night’s sleep, but some things left room for improvement. - Booked early check in, and although first in line, had to wait 20 mins to gain access to our room whereas a few guests helped after us gained access immediately.
Bathroom not as clean as I would’ve liked. Brown mark on the toilet paper dispenser looked like residual poo.
Unable to have dinner as the restaurant was overwhelmed by two big tables. Initially told to come back after half an hour. Went back, and then husband was rudely told that they had to check stock before he was able to order anything. Told to wait another half an hour, so we gave up.
WiFi was not worth the additional £5 spent.
On the plus side - the room was big and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Hotel was perfectly located for our intended purposes, and we got to do a bit of exploring in our immediate surroundings.
- F5965QJdw (6/5): Sadly not to Premier Inn’s normal standards - Staff have been very friendly but overwhelmed. Restaurant at dinner on first and second night had limited options from the menu, ran out of fish and chips and ice cream within an hour of service starting. Too few staff to cater for the number of guests, this wasn’t fair on the waiting staff, management need to review their staffing procedures. This was the same at breakfast, with tables not being cleared, no cutlery and waiting for coffee machine to be filled.
The room itself was cold, despite following guidance to use thermostat. No reception staff . Incorrect post code for Dumfries car park on Premier Inn website, sat nav takes you past the building not to the actual entrance.
The meals we did manage to have were nicely cooked and tasty. Hotel room was very clean.
Hotel is in a great location for sightseeing in Cardiff and going to events in the Utilita.
- mattcR3283PN (8/5): A reasonable stay - Me and my partner stayed here recently as she was at a gig in the city on the Friday night and we combined it with a trip to the Rugby.
I have knocked a point off purely because I had been emailing the hotel for quite a few days before arrival for information about the parking and how it works but never got a reply. I ended up paying full price for parking due to the parking machine being out of service on site.
We checked in using the screens on site and the room was quite spacious and had everything we need. The staff on site that we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. On Sunday morning the breakfast was carnage and I don't think there were enough staff to cope with the number of guests. That meant a wait for a table and quite a few plates and things ran out with some tables having to be used to pile up dirty pots in the dining room.
- queeniebudge (8/5): Good location bad smell - Good location.
Nice comfy bed and room.
But a sewage smell filled our room on return from our evening out and was still there in the morning.
- 958EmilyR (8/5): Great location, was expensive for a premier inn - Great location and easy to walk round Cardiff city centre. Found it expensive but unfortunately there was lots going on the weekend so this would have put the price up. Arrived an hour and half earlier than check in and we were told our room was ready but it would cost an extra £15! I think this was too much considering the price we paid anyway so just put our luggage in the lockers and went for a walk. Walls seemed thin and could hear tv in room next door and toilet flushing, shower running etc.
Temperature in the room was difficult to manage, could heat the room but not cool. breakfast was standard. great location and would stay again if could get it cheaper than we paid
- danyjd2025 (8/5): Good Room for One Time Stay - It is prime location and prime/spacious room with well-designed furnitures and decoration to stay. The room also provides basic needs like hair dryer and washing stuff, not often you would encounter such considerate of basics in UK hotels. The lobby also provides temporary lockers extremely useful for travellers. However, it stays inferior heating and cold water. The price is neither good for multiple days staying, so, pros and cons.
- Kings9598 (10/5): Nice place - Lovely clean room. The Bar area was really nice and had a good atmosphere and the staff were friendly. Would definitely book again when I Cardiff.
- 336clivef (10/5): Wonderful - A young man called Tom helped us when we were struggling to book in. He was very helpful. Tegan took our order and delivered our meal. She explained the process. She was pleasant, helpful and very friendly. All the staff are going above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble.
- 476nadeema (4/5): Stay at Premier Inn - The room had poor heating system and was cold at night. The breakfast should have been accessible instead of having to request it. The waitress requested order but no menu provided until requested.
- ASP14 (4/5): So, so stay but dont expect food! - Booked months ago, paid for early check in and meal deal.
Had standard email re stay a couple of weeks ago advising us to book a table. When contacting them they wouldnt allow me to book, plus when mentioning it was a match day they said randomly about NOT opening the kitchen early!
Please note, we booked for early check in to make use of daytime menu.
Arrived at 11am, checked in, popped bags into our room, then headed downstairs for lunch (after 3 hour drive) only to be told kitchen not open due to a broken dishwasher BUT another member of staff told us is was open... so into busy Cardiff for food (if lucky).
Main meal ok, bit items not available snd items missing without warning. Breakfast cold.
When checking out we told them that the extractor/AHU didn't work and all our belongings (clothes etc) were soaking wet. Please note that mould was present in the room. The reply was "the building was designed that way!" Hmmmm, have stayed countless times and it has always worked PLUS the building would NOT get thru planning.
- J9336WGwendyj (10/5): Great for Christmas shopping - Perfectly located for the middle of the city. Close to the carpark with a discounted rate if you stay at the hotel - get the code before you check out. Hotel is perfect for shopping and restaurants. Clean and staff friendly and helpful
- O1289ZTbp (2/5): Rooms disgusting. - Rooms disgusting.
Needs thorough cleaning.
Showed hotel manager photos of our room and no outcome, he was useless……!!
- S6859VKnickys (10/5): Great hotel - Great location, really clean and our waitress Abigail, was so lovely. Really attentive and very funny. Highly recommend
- nicolabF3247VY (10/5): Halloween stay - We stayed here over Halloween weekend and had a wonderful stay- everyone we met was super friendly, they really went over and above to make our kids feel special- giving them treat bags and had a find the ghost game which they loved! Great play area which we got a table right outside so we could enjoy our dinner and keep an eye on children at the same time and room was spotless! Will hopefully be back very soon!
- U9152NNsheilah (10/5): Another amazing stay! - Once again a wonderful stay at the Premier Inn Canterbury thanks to head housekeeper Sharon and her team. The breakfast was also cooked amazingly by Emma, I’ve never had fried eggs done so beautifully! We are always warmly welcomed by all the staff, Vanessa took care of us at dinner and John was the familiar friendly face at breakfast. We look forward to our next stay. Thank you all so much again! Sheila and Alannah :)
- liamdt (8/5): Cathedral view spoiled by delivery noise - Goog location friendly staff , very clean room. Deliveries at 4-6 am disturb you if you room is overlooking the delivery area
- nimadre (8/5): Definitely recommended. - The hotel was quiet despite being very busy and the room was spotless. The meal deal was great value and the restaurant staff were professional, pleasant and well trained. Special mention to Roberta in the restaurant. I had a leg injury that significantly impacted on my mobility. Roberta took me under her wing, taking my order so I didn't have to order at the bar, ensuring my food was ok and delivering and refilling my drink. She looked out for me the following evening and provided the same exemplary service. A real gem and an asset to the company. My only issue, which wouldn't normally apply, was the fact that my accessible room was as far away from reception and the restaurant as it was possible to be. Perhaps something to be considered when doing future refurbishment?
- donnamQ8533EB (2/5): Awful Service - This review is based on the bar only. The service is absolutely ridiculous. Only one person behind the bar on a Saturday night. We were waiting so long to order we left. Definitely need more staff.
- T7103BKandrewd (10/5): Family get away. - Absolutely outstanding stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and every detail exceeded my expectations from start to finish.
- P6583QLcatherinej (10/5): Ideal location for visiting Cardiff - Ideal location for shopping/restaurants/socialising and close to the train station. Hotel was extremely clean with pleasant staff.
- libertya55 (6/5): Would stay again - It was ok. Nothing fancy. However, it was clean which is important to me. The location is ideal too. Not too badly priced either. Some bad points include uncomfortable beds, breakfast wasn't included in price and the air on wasn't great- we did get cold.
- Paradise17598729011 (8/5): Fabulous location in the city centre with parking nearby. - The room was very spacious and clean and we overlooked the main high street.
There did seem a shortage of staff in the reception/bar area but those we encountered appeared pleasant and helpful.
The only reason I dropped a staff is because one of the female housekeeping staff was muttering to herself and actually swore in the lift. She was obviously annoyed about something but it really didn’t give a very good impression!
Other than that it was a great place to stay and would definitely visit again.
- stevem771 (10/5): Great for lone travellers - Here we are at The Premier Inn Cardiff city centre, only booked in all honesty because I couldn't get into my usual hotel. Now ive used loads of Premiers and they are in the main very good, you know what your going to get.
This one was my first visit here and I'm really happy with it. Checked in on the self serve and all good, 5th floor room. First impressions , pretty large, nice big TV, good view over the city and very clean indeed. Great start.
Down for dinner and no issue getting a table with a very friendly waitress. Steak and chips was in fairness as good as you would get in a higher end restaurant, large coke and a pudding all in for £30 left me feeling really rather satisfied.
Usual good sleep quality, the place was very quiet but id imagine a bit more noise on a weekend.
Breakfast starts at 0630 but I was there 0620 and they said come in and cooked me a breakfast straight away. Which was excellent. Friendly service again and I was fed and on the road to work by 0650, superb!
Im struggling to find fault if im honest. I think if your a lone traveller who doesn't want to go out to find food in the evening this place hist the mark.
Only down side I guess is no parking . They suggest an NCP at Dumfries place which they have a deal with. I used the St Davids Centre as its literally a 3 minute walk on a bust street so your safe. Also great if you did want to eat out as its by the food quarter in the shopping centre. Parking came in at £20 from 1930 the night before so cheaper than some hotel car parks. All in all a good clean, and safe stay for lone travellers and couple's etc alike. A bonus is that it is opposite Cardiff Queen street train station.
- Go31128182131 (2/5): Do not book. Disgusting attitude - Tried to book a room online, put in credit card details & pressed pay & confirm, it didn't do anything, clicked it 3 times but nothing. So I thought id ring to make sure 3 payments hadn't been taken.
There's no local premier inn numbers, just an 0330 number. After 4 minutes of pressing this, pressing that I finally got through to an Indian guy. He was talking too fast and when I asked him to repeat, he wasn't happy, as I was then trying to explain what had happened, he kept talking over me, I asked him to please stop as im trying to explain, his attitude turned really nasty so I asked to speak to his manager to which he said no and hung up. I then rang again, a further 5 minutes on hold to which I get through to another foreign person who was lovely but needed to put me through to reservations. A further 4 minutes on hold to get through to another foreign person who was lovely but by this point I was sick.of it. Thankfully no money had been taken and I will DEFINITELY be booking a different hotel!
- GoPlaces703217 (10/5): Caring - Very conscientious and caring staff. 3nd time here and I will be back again. Good value for money and a lovely room on 10th floor.
- rachelcB1226RG (10/5): Lovely stay and great breakfast the next day. - We had a really lovely stay. We didn't check in till late but had a real quick check in. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. I went down to the bar and had a really nice cocktail and brought it back to my room.
The only bad thing was the next day we noticed some stains on the top of our duvet that we definitely didn't cause ourselves.
- PeterSmithson (10/5): Nice hotel. Park at Longport - The room was very nice. The choice of food was good at the restaurant and the cooked breakfast was better than most of these kinds of hotels. Well located for walking into town.
The parking at the hotel is a bit hopeless. Only ten spaces. If you manage to get a space - don't ever go anywhere! You'll lose the space that you're still paying for! (via an app - not connected to the hotel) Had to park at longport which is close and you pay on exit.
- sbT2131HD (10/5): Staff make the hotel great - Great location, minutes walk from utilita arena, the shops and lots of (paid) parking nearby.
The staff are the best bit about this hotel though, all really helpful, welcoming and friendly. They go the extra mile.
- michaelkC8985NC (10/5): A wonderful stay - The room was spacious and very clean. Very comfortable bed and nice and clean bathroom. Wonderful breakfast as well. The AC was also perfect. In all a very good experience
- joannabax (10/5): Recommended - Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. After our appalling experience at a Travelodge (Bath Central), the Premier Inn is now our go to hotel for short inexpensive breaks in the UK.
- martynw377 (10/5): Best premier we have ever stayed in! - The best premier inn we have ever stayed in! Room was much bigger than we had ever had. Kids both had proper beds rather than one having the camp bed. View was incredible. The halloween game they had put on for the kids was so lovely. Would highly recommend the cabterbury city centre hotel.
- Ancient-trekkers (8/5): Overnight stay... - Modern, clean, spacious and comfortable room with all the usual amenities.
Ideal location for high street shopping and the theatre.
The dining area was very pleasant and for breakfast, there was a good variety of hot and cold options.
Overall, an enjoyable stay, would visit again.
- K6505JElisap (10/5): Spotless - I must say that the rooms were spotless and I seen a girl called jenny doing the corridors and she had them gleaming afterwards, you can tell the house keepers take pride in there work
- 993wilmam (10/5): Great stay - Checked in around 3.30 and was greeted by mary, She was very helpful and had us checked in within minutes which was great as my toddler was unsettled, She gave him some colouring in stuff which he loved, So thankyou for that. The staff were great always full of smiles and happy to help. The housekeeping team are fab, helped us with everything we needed, and had our room clean whenever we needed. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bath is great. Can't wait for us to return.
- 343marilenad (10/5): Birthday celebration - Stayed for my daughter 14th birthday.,Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. When they have find out the reason why we are staying they informed the restaurant staff and surprised us with decorations on table and complementary desserts for the birthday girl. We are definitely coming back soon
- A1911MLethanf (10/5): Made to feel welcomed. - Lovely location, very clean room and a great big comfy bed. Hotel could do with a revamp.
Staff are very pleasant. Mandy was so helpful when we asked for fresh towels and clean cups. The two girls on reception Naomi & Andrea were both lovely and really made us feel welcomed.
We will definitely be back soon.
- stavrose509 (10/5): Premier Inn Canterbury - I have been staying at Premier Inn in Canterbury for work for a few weeks now. The level of service I have received is really good! Special shout out to Deepak that has been exceptional in his service and he will go the extra mile to accommodate requests and make sure my stay is as comfortable and smooth as it can get !
- Mobile30038595771 (10/5): Clean hotel - Great hotel, good location & rooms very clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Big shout out to Lisa the housekeeper she was very helpful. We will definitely be back to premier inn Carrickfergus.
- Curious39236218638 (8/5): Restaurant experience - Unfortunately yesterday,it seemed that everything was overwhelming for the restaurant and kitchen.
Today's experience was a lot smoother and efficient. The food cooked for us by Luke was well presented and cooked, and the service provided by Abbie and Premier was very good and appreciated. Thankyou.
- O922UTkathleenh (8/5): Comfortable hotel good food and good value for money. - Good hotel comfortable rooms good breakfast. Almost all the staff friendly and helpful. We have stayed here a number of times and have found it good value for money and very comfortable. We were unfortunate this time in that we met the first unpleasent unfriendly rude girl working in the bar on Wednesday night 15th October. Such a pity but other that this person we had a lovely stay as usual. And I guess one poorly trained badmannered person in all the times we have stayed is not a bad result.
- alannS6018YO (10/5): Excellent receptionist! - Contacted reception late at night and Georgina really couldn’t not have been more helpful. Not often you meet friendly obliging people like that.
- iansW9570QE (10/5): Nice location with ample parking and nicely equipped rooms - Have stayed here before and like its location with some good seafront walks. The staff are brilliant and friendly which is always good.We like this Premier Inn hotel has it does have opening windows and no air conditioning unlike some other hotels which is often disliked by guests as it often attracts dust and can be quite smelly leaving you with a sore throat if not serviced regularly. Generally, this hotel is very clean which is a testament to the staff who look after it.At the moment ,the hotel has a Brewers Fayre restaurant and pub attached to it with a good choice of meals and drinks.
- 868tarajp (6/5): Great hotel apart from mrs grumps roberta in restaurant - We stayed here on a quiet friday. Because my mum took a brain bleed and was in Whiteabbey rehab. My 2 girls (good girls) were in the brewers fayre with us for dinner and after i took them to the play area. And said its so quiet just play in There for a while. But as soon as i left. ‘Roberta’ who looked like a face of thunder. Went in and told them off and told my 11 year old she was too tall (keeping in mind no one was in there or near there and they were not bothering anyone. My 11 year old being sensitive left and cried in her room. And that was her rest of the night. Now i dont mind if she explained to me. But the way it was done. Not knowing the heartache that we are going through. Ruined our stay. Not that we were here for fun. It was me that told the girls to go in the play area. I went up to roberta! And explained it was me that told them. Her reply ‘oh they can stay in there. They just have to sit!!! Not run around (it is a play area with cushioned running obstacle course). Ridiculous! Thankfully the young man behind the bar made up for mrs grumpy and he was so pleasant.
- kruti (10/5): - Good
- sydneymj (4/5): Very unprofessional visit book elsewhere - Low Standards - Premier Inn should email your guests before their arrival that the closest car park was closed for weeks. When we arrived at hotel we asked Deepak on the reception why we was not advised of this and he had no answer to our question. We had to park 15 minutes walk away my wife has walking difficulties at a cost of £30.00!!!!. We had paid for the meal deal and arrived at the hotel 5.20pm to find out the restaurant was not open until 6.00pm then Deepak advised it would be a Limited menu we asked to see the menu and he said that had not decided what they would be cooking very unprofessional indeed. We cancelled our meal deal as we had a theatre booking in the evening very disappointing for us both as we have stayed previously at this hotel before. Arrived in our premier plus room to find no water in the fridge which in your definition of a Premier Plus room. We left the hotel for our evening and saw Deepak and requested that we had some water for our room when we arrived back later, Deepak apologised for this and said he would ensure that our request would be carried out. We we arrived back at 11pm into our room there was no water still in the room, totally ridiculous how a member of your staff let us down. Due to not having the opportunity to book dinner elsewhere before the theatre we had to do with KFC. Breakfast in the morning was a bad experience the buffet had been sitting there for hours, eggs were rubbery, bacon was tough to eat, no mushrooms available, the only thing good was the Tea & Toast. My advice book elsewhere that values your business.
- HarshalaM2 (10/5): Excellent location, wonderful property and comfortable stay - Excellent location, very friendly and courteous helpful staff, rooms are very comfortable. Despite on the main road no noise at all, just 3 to 4 mins to city cebtee
- IanPLancashire (8/5): Peace & Quiet - First time here and enjoyed a quiet and peaceful stay. Good location within 5 minutes walk to the small town centre which has a few shops, restaurants and pubs. Very quiet during the night ensuring a good nights sleep. Friendly staff on reception. Will stay again.
- johnsQ7963KR (8/5): Air-Con nightmare - Great location for visiting Canterbury. The room was very clean as was the dinning area. The initial parking instructions were poor, you can park round the rear for 30 minutes but wasnt told this prior arrival.
The Air-con spoilt a protentional a good sleep. As the windows do not open you need to keep them on all night but ours didn't go below 19 degrees.
- A8828SRtracyf (6/5): Terrible parking, great location. - Terrible parking experience. Bed comfy, hot shower, great location. Clinical hotel. Public areas require an overhaul.
- joehO5925EA (8/5): Very relaxing and peaceful - The staff were excellent friendly and helpful, the food was very good and room cleaned every day. The room was comfortable and bed was very comfortable and gave us a good nights sleep. Also the hotel encouraged the guests to be as quiet as possible and this worked very well. The free parking was great.
- denisefK3773LR (8/5): All in all would recommend - Lovely room. Parking advised through booking confirmation not open so spent quite a bit of time finding alternative. Car park found only allowed up to 14 hours parking till 9pm but then you have to re-register to pay overnight at a reduced fee. Problem if you want a lay in as you have to be up for 7 to renew in the morning before the time runs out. Breakfast great. staff very friendly and hard working. We found the bed to be very soft but this is dependant on what you like but we have never had this prior. 5 minute walk away from city centre, Cathedral, museums and restaurants.
- anthonylT9611AK (8/5): Nice and relaxing will return soon , hopefully - Very good location given a lovely quiet room all looks recently refurbished . Staff helpful especially at breakfast , parking adjacent and not expensive .
- Gina (8/5): - The carpeting throughout the hotel should be replaced - it looks dirty, dingy, there are bleach and other stains. Having no telephone to reach the "front drsk" was inconvenient but we soon realized it's more of a self serve type of place. The prices for food and drink were great and the staff we did interact with were cordial and helpful.
- Robert (6/5): Marriott is cheaper - It wss clean but expensive for the level of service. Free Internet was a joke I had to switch to phone to answer survey. Could not check in with screen with us zip code. Helpful bar tender got us checked in.
- U762WSfrancescab (8/5): Very good for a short stay - The room was big enough for the three of us (2 adult and 1 kid). The room and bathroom were clean and provided with all the essentials. We had breakfast in the hotel and the buffet offered a lot of choices and kids eat free!
It is a walking distance (5 mins) for them pedestrian area in the centre with all the shops. There is tesco express just under the hotel and a big waitrose on the other side of the road.
The only downside is the parking: the hotel parking is very small and in the surrounding area the parking is not cheap.
- U8601IDnicolag (10/5): 5 ⭐️ - From the warm welcome to the comfy bed the stay with my 7 year old niece did not disappoint. Staff although busy where always near by and happy to help. The room had a beautiful view of Carrickfergus Castle and Belfast Lough. Lots of hot water and fluffy towels. We even got our drinks in fancy cocktail glasses for that little bit of extra va va voom. Special thanks to Mary and Ben who give the meaning to service with a smile. I will definitely be back.
- Seham (4/5): - the room was gloomy ; poor light; dusty ( after the first night, I asked to have it vacuumed but nobody came; the third day, I directly asked to house keeper who was cleaning the room beside mine)
- John53Heather (10/5): Great Central Lication - Not problem booking in. Room was ready and clean. Staff pleasant. Only issue is you have to request room cleaning each morning, which is a pain. Have not had this at other Premier Inns this year.
- A6824GNfionad (10/5): Enjoyable overnight stay. - Close to town, and an excellent night's sleep, in a clean, fresh and modern room. Easy check in/out (having booked early check in).
Excelente.
- donnamT8949ZW (2/5): Disappointing ,shabby and dirty - We arrived at this hotel to be greeted by rubbish on the ground outside reception, exterior is shabby and in need of painting , room was fine but so so hot , fans were provided but impossible to sleep although I will acknowledge that the beds were comfy
Bar service was poor , served drinks at 10.45 then asked to leave at 11 and take them with us , Sunday nights no bar service after 10pm in the height of summer .
Bathrooms in the bar were dirty and not cleaned and breakfast was overpriced and mediocre
I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else
- rhO7701XK (4/5): Awful and disappointing. - We arrived 40 minutes early and just wanted to enquire if our room was ready. We were greeted by a rather rude lady at reception who told us to go away and come back at 3pm as we didn't pay £15 for early check in. We were then given our key to our room where we discovered an empty crisp packet and dirty spoon under our bed which showed us our room wasn't properly cleaned. We ate in the restaurant that night and one of our party asked for a margarita pizza which cost me £13 and it was definitely store bought. My 2 year grandson was in a different room below us and he discovered something stuck to the side of the bed which turned out to be chewing gum. Staff in the bar were rude when taking orders and serving drinks. Rubbish in the bin outside was also not cleaned out regularly and rubbish piled up over a long period of time which was picked at by birds and strewn along the ground outside reception which of course was not very inviting and didnt allow anybody to sit on the benches outisde in the very warm weather. Unfortunately due to this experience we will never ever stay in this establishment again or recommend it to our friends and family.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great - During our family trip, we stayed at Premier Inns in Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Cardiff, and the one on Queen Street in Cardiff was by far the best! The room was spacious, the breakfast was prepared with great care, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that the partnered parking lot was a bit hard to find and not very close. Still, my kids and I liked this one the most!
- Alessandra (2/5): Won't be back again - They didn't clean my bedroom although we asked in reception twice. Also the breakfast was horrible: cold and tasteless.
The Spanish lady who works in the kit was very friendly and kind.
- To Chai (10/5): A wonderful stay with family - Check in staffs are nice and friendly, although we arrived late after midnight, their warm welcome and smile on their face are unbeatable. I love their service provided. My family and I appreciated for their assistance.
What an excellent stay!
- D3878FLkayb (10/5): 3 night stay just outside of Belfast - 3 nights in an accessible room with wet room. Very comfortable. Nice large room. Clean. Large free car park. We elected to have our room cleaned daily, so we had fresh towels
