• V5172YNjays (2/5): Bad ex - I had planned to host a meeting at the Premier Inn Orpington but was disappointed to find, once again, that the restaurant area was not properly lit. Given that this is winter and it gets dark early, the space was effectively pitch black, which made the environment feel unwelcoming and inappropriate for a professional meeting. Seeing someone working at a computer in near darkness, along with several children sitting in the area, raised concerns around safety and general standards. Adequate lighting should be a basic expectation, particularly in shared public spaces. Unfortunately, this experience meant I could not proceed with my plans. Based on this, I would recommend considering the Bromley location instead, which has consistently provided a more suitable and comfortable environment.

Housekeeping even wished us a merry Xmas when we left. Parking is a bit pricey per night but it was good to have it onsite.
• j3dimast3r (10/5): Excellent Location and Very Comfortable - My wife and I stayed at this Premier Inn at Paddington Station from November 19 to 27, 2025. We stayed in Room 405 on the 4th Floor, which was a Standard Double room. We initially chose this hotel due to its close proximity to Paddington Station, and we're so glad we did! We loved the fact that we could simply walk across the street from the hotel and stroll directly into Paddington Station. The room itself was just fine for my wife and I. It was very clean and well-kept, with nearly no signs of wear and tear on the furniture. The interior decor was very modern and minimalistic. One other thing about the room was the fact that the sound proofing was quite impressive. Considering the fact that our room overlooked the street that's typically busy with traffic, we could hardly hear the outside noises. The mattress was very comfortable (to me), but my wife mentioned to me she preferred it to be a tad firmer. There was plenty of space in the room for us to relax during the evening when we're done with exploring the surrounding London area. Even though we did not opt for the daily breakfast deal, the front desk staff member that checked us in (Sorry, I forgot her name) offered us a couple days of complimentary access to the breakfast so we can try it out. We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast! It was a hot breakfast buffet and they served 'English Breakfast' foods such as sausage, beans, various types of eggs, hashed brown triangle, English bacon, mushrooms, and grilled tomatoes. The quality was actually decent overall, but we opted to not continue with the breakfast meal plan since we wanted to venture out to try other places for breakfast. Overall, this hotel was superb value for use since we loved its location. If we ever visit London again in the near future, we would definitely consider staying here again!
• SatoshiY_13 (2/5): Terrible experience — no hot water and zero accountability. - I stayed at this hotel and the shower had no hot water at all from the moment I checked in. I reported the issue immediately, but nothing was fixed during my stay. Despite the hotel failing to provide a basic amenity, they refused to offer any refund or compensation and kept insisting on their policy instead of taking responsibility. Their attitude was unprofessional, and customer care was completely nonexistent. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I strongly advise others to avoid this place, as you may not get even the minimum level of service — and they will not stand behind their own failures.

• E4092ZRscotth (6/5): Mostly good, but bad experience in hotel restaurant - The hotel was easy to get to and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. However, I stayed at this hotel twice, a week apart, and on the second stay I arrived around midday, so decided to eat lunch in the hotel restaurant. But when I asked if the restaurant staff could check the ingredients of a dish, because I have an intolerance to a couple of common ingredients that aren't a major allergens, so not listed in their allergen information, I was met with a flat refusal by the staff as it was, quote, "against company policy".

Also great access to grocery shops and restaurants. Hotel was clean, quiet, and had all the amenitie as advertised. You know what you are getting with this chain hotel . Would not hesitate to stay here again.
• N7048JNsh (2/5): Parking - ****BE WARNED****** The description regarding parking on the Premier Inn website for this site is wrong and on face value is misleading. It’s not £25 per night, it’s £25 per 24hrs. Though onsite, its is run by a private parking company who Premier Inn say they have no way of contacting. If you go over 24hrs you will be charged another £25. Guest relations at Premier Inn won’t help, even though the parking description appears to me to be wrong on their website. If staying for a longer that 24hrs, find somewhere else to park. Other than that, the hotel is clean tidy and the staff were very helpful.
• 869rafav (10/5): Came for breakfast only… left absolutely blown away by the team! - Best breakfast experience ever – the kitchen & buffet team are absolute superstars! what an incredible team they have here! From the second I walked into the restaurant, the management and staff made me feel so welcome. The restaurant manager was buzzing around with the biggest smile, checking everyone was happy, while the kitchen and buffet team kept everything immaculately clean and perfectly stocked. Fresh food was coming out constantly, hot plates, endless coffee top-ups, and nothing was too much trouble. Every single member of staff I spoke to was cheerful, polite and genuinely seemed to enjoy looking after the guests. You can tell the management lead by example because the whole team is outstanding. If you’re anywhere near this Premier Inn, do yourself a favour and come for breakfast – you’ll leave smiling. Huge thank you to the entire kitchen, buffet and restaurant team – you’re all amazing! I’ll definitely be back.

The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is about a 15 to 20 minute walk from Richmond tube station I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It is now 5 days after i checked out and the spots on my skin are getting more angry and few more have appeared.

• robertoT1948WP (10/5): Weekend visit. - On arrival my son and I were met by Nish. Who was execptional, went out of his way to ensure we were settled nicely. We explained we were their for the England All Blacks game. Nothing was to much trouble for our questions. Also we must give a great shout out to the lovely Polish waitress. I apologise for not getting her name, she showed us how make use of the local buses, this was a very busy period. And again went out of her way to reassure us. Both a great credit to the Premier inn group.room was immaculate. Breakfast beutiful. Will definitely return as very impressed with the staff, a great location for both Twickenham and Richmond.

• lpwatson07 (2/5): Poor customer service! - Awful service! Told when I arrived that no table was available till 18:45 which was fine. Came down at 18:15 got a drink and waited for table. They knew I was there and two people came down who were seated before me. 18:50 I asked if a table was available so they showed me to one. Two more people then got showed to a table after me. Another customer then complained to the supposedly man in charge and pointed me out as well. They continued to take orders from the people who were seated after me. I’m here for another night, just hope tomorrow goes a bit better. Paid for the meal deal as well! You’ve let the Premier Inn name down, you should be ashamed!

Location was perfect, with easy access to buses and trains for going up to London. Heating/AC worked very efficiently. But the highlight was the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff we encountered. Everyone was very welcoming, Dorothy cooks the tastiest breakfast! It’s a budget hotel with 5* staff!

Booking in the chap on reception was really helpful and offered to help with bags etc. This premier inn needs a drop off bay as to park would mean a 2nd charge if you leave the car park! At breakfast Daniela and the team were amazing, friendly, helpful and made a lovely breakfast. This Premier Inn is let down by the Car Parking charge at £23!! Arrived late evening and left by 11am...£23!!! And....that is with a £2 premier inn discount. Ouch! We only stayed one night... We understand Premier Inn do NOT own this car park but that is not funny!! A better discount should be arrange for people staying. Room as always were brilliant, bed comfortable.....that is why we stay at Premier Inn's. You know what you are getting.

• D4352FJdavidt (2/5): Scam parking - Premier inn expectation clean and comfortable, great value, however, the parkmarven car park is a total scam which the company that owns premier inns should disassociate themselves from. Total scammers . Arrived on the 13th of October in the evening, left 14th at 2pm, car stayed parked for that time. Paid the parking fee via the automated machine in the car park on our exit. Received a parking fine today, 5th November for non payment of parking fees of £100. Can’t appeal, the email given on the letter is duff. Stay from there, don’t use this facility
• Thiago_saraujo (10/5): Great Experience at a Comfortable and Well-Located Hotel - I recently stayed at the hotel and was quite pleased with my experience. The facilities were clean, and the location is excellent, making it easy to access various attractions in the city. The check-in process was straightforward and efficient, which is always a plus. However, I did encounter an issue with the reservations team, as they cancelled my booking before resolving my concerns. This aspect of customer service could use improvement. Despite this hiccup, I would definitely recommend the hotel due to the quality of my stay and its fantastic location
• 1994AJM (2/5): Dirty beds and smelly rooms!! - Check in was easy and we were up to the room within a few minutes. On opening the door to the room we were overpowered by the smell of dirty/ stagnant water. We were so tired and my little one was falling asleep so we thought we would just try put up with it. There were also big metal bars on the window which made it feel like a prison but we were only there one night to sleep so we just got over that. The worst part came when we went to put our little one into bed and there was a huge brown crusty patch of sick/poop in the inside of the duvet and sheet. Disgusting to find and so alarming that clearly the sheets had not been changed!!! We complained and was given a new room opposite which smelled much better and seemed cleaner, plus not metal bars on the window. But unfortunately by the morning, the stagnant water smell was starting to take over that room too. Think there was an issue with the aircon or drainage. The breakfast was good but the room was one of the worst experiences at a hotel I have had, especially for the price we paid. Location was good, right outside the station.

• MEhinger (10/5): Great place for a family stay - The hotel is very close to Paddington Station, and we used both the underground and trains for our trip. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and large enough to move about. I didn't notice any noise outside the rooms and little outside the building. Breakfast is available and children eat free. The restaurant is also available for other meals. The food was tasty and there was a good variety. There are vegetarian options, other "milks" and attention to food allergies. Great value for the price.

• HelpfulAngel (6/5): Great location but leaves a lot to be desired - Our key kept malfunctioning. Every time we came back in the evening, we had to get a new key. This happened 3 times! We were only there for 4 days. A very loud smoke alarm went off in our room randomly and scared the living daylights out of us. The staff was not very forthcoming and helpful. The A/C kept turning off, and left the room, very stuffy. Wi-Fi is very weak, almost non-existent. The location is great, the beds are comfortable and the shower is nice.
• davidnF2685LY (10/5): Excellent service - I was shopping in Orpington and fancied some breakfast, thought I’d try Premier Inn breakfast, I was greeted by a very professional young lady called Ellie, who took my payment and showed me to a table and explained all I needed too know, whilst helping myself to my buffet breakfast, I asked the chef for some freshly cooked eggs, a very nice/professional Irish lady called Breda, who told me “give me a couple of minutes “ and I had my freshly cooked eggs, Brilliant. A young guy, Jay came over and asked if my food was ok. Thank you all for a brilliant breakfast/experience.
• kaysnowden (10/5): Excellent lodging for travelers and visitors - I was a little wary that this might be a budget hotel since it is so affordable, but it was anything but! Our room was well furnished, very comfortable and very clean. The location is fantastic if you are traveling to or from Heathrow, since it is literally across the street from the Paddington train and underground stations. There is a baggage room which is secure, so it's easy to store bags if you arrive early. You can check automatically, and there is also a staffed reception desk if you need any assistance or want to store bags. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

• O2811AChv (10/5): Great place to stay. - First time staying at this hotel. Couldn't fault it. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable and quiet from outside noise. We had a meal in the attached restaurant which was really convenient as they served food until 10pm and stayed open so we could stay for a drink after. The Breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had. It was hot, constantly rotated so the food was fresh and there was an excellent selection of pastries, cereals, fruits, cooked breakfast etc. The meal deal option was great value for money. The fire alarm went off on the Saturday evening which cant be helped as these things happen but the staff rushed and turned it off really quickly. Great staff, great location. Will stay again for sure!

• 466frankd (10/5): THE AMAZING CHEF DOROTHY - We had breakfast on three occasions during our stay. These were the the very best I’ve ever experienced at Premier Inn. I’ll be back. It is patently obvious that DOROTHY the chef, is extremely conscientious and proud of her work. She was smart, polite, prepared the foods professionally, displaying it invitingly. Premier Inn management should make every effort to retain her services because she is a credit to herself and the company.

• Bubblesdevere123 (8/5): It's a Premier Inn ... - I'm a fan of Premier Inns. For a reasonable cost you get a clean and comfortable room and bed. Worth getting a Premier Plus room on the third floor as you get a fridge with a couple of bottles of water plus a coffee machine. Extra pods/milk available - just ask. They're also quiet. As with all PIs there's limited wardrobe space but fine for a couple of days. Just take some extra coat hangers. The location is good for walking to Kew Gardens or Richmond (15/20 mins or so) and there are a number of restaurants just down the road off the roundabout. Staff here are very helpful and welcoming but could do with at least one extra in the evenings as there was only one guy doing check ins, bar and food service. He certainly was kept busy. Dinner was ok. Nothing outstanding but a good deal for 2 courses with drinks and breakfast included for just under £30 if you dont fancy eating out. Parking is great. There always seemed to be some spaces free. But you do have to pay.

• angelacJ5969HS (8/5): Good stay - Stayed with a group of friends for the woman’s rugby World Cup. The hotel is ideally situated for Twickers. We walked with a breakfast stop along the way. Check in was chaotic but other than that everything was perfect. Rooms are immaculate, lovely friendly staff. Would stay again when next in the area.

• Sophia (6/5): - Whilst the location is very convenient and clean inside, I was given an accessible room and the AC kept shutting off during the night which made the stay very uncomfortable. In addition, the room only had one towel upon check-in so had to ask (I booked the room and stated that there would be 2 people in the room). Recommend that rooms are checked to ensure there’s enough towels, appreciate there’s a reason for the AC to be fixed but it’s not convenient for customers who require the room to be a bit cooler. Lastly, I’d also recommend to clean the front of the hotel near the stairs which had rubbish and a bunch of dead leaves there for the two days I was there. I’ve stayed at other Premier Inn hotels and generally I’m pleased and enjoyed my stay. However, whilst this stay wasn’t ideal, it’s minor issues so the location convenience, inside cleanliness and nice staff may change my mind to book in the future if location is key.
• emmadA9330XZ (8/5): Great hotel for Twickenham events - Great location for attending events at Twickenham. About a 10 minute walk from Richmond station and there's a bus stop outside to take you to the stadium. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if I could get it at a good price.

• Rezhna (8/5): - Frukostutbudet kunde varit bättte, fanns ingen ost eller charkuterier som pålägg. Annars var allt väldigt bra.
• Laura (6/5): - It was fine, it’s crazy how little you get for your money in London but maybe that’s the norm. The air was sooo stagnant and their cost cutting around toiletries and towels is very evident. The best part by far was the location. The check in the was unnecessarily difficult.
• Henrik (6/5): Okey hotel - Okey place to stay considering location. You get what you pay for. Unfortunately last night the fire alarm went on and my kids got really worried. Someone had trigger the alarm, not the hotel fault but it was a night my family couldn’t sleep that well. Room was a little bit small for 4 persons. But it had all the convinced you could think of. Breakfast was okey, yeah all was okey nothing more.
• C6193GUstephene (10/5): One night in Orpington - Great central location. Room up to usual standard - clean and comfortable, nice and quiet considering the location. Typical Premier Inn value. Breakfast, prepared by Dorothy, the chef, very tasty and cooked properly. She also checked me in for breakfast and was extremely helpful and friendly.
• 901laylaw (10/5): Stay at Orpington Premier Inn. Excellent. - The location was amazing. Very friendly atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Definitely definitely value for money. There was no noise. The breakfast was very tasty Dorothy (chef) did a very good job. Absolutely great.
• jennabZ6820SL (10/5): Please give Sneddon a raise!!! - Exactly what you'd expect for a Premier inn, comfy beds, nice and clean, does the job! However, what made this particular stay above and beyond 5*, was Sneddon on reception! The loveliest, most helpful, funny and charming man! He is an asset to Premier Inn, and whatever you're paying him, it's not enough!! He is an absolute gem, thank you Sneddon :) Jenna & Mum
• Deborah (10/5): - The property exceeded my expectations. It had modern features, conveniently location next to Paddington Station and is clean. Luggage storage was a bonus. Brekky is reasonably priced. Bathroom spacious and has a separate. Shower. TV, good wifi with coffee/tea facilities. Nice comfy bed and pillows.
• Tobin (10/5): - Brenadette at reception made us feel so welcome after our 24 hour flight.
• Kimm (10/5): - Location, location, location! Great spot, easy access to train and underground. Lots of places to eat nearby, including their restaurant. Plus happy hour every night (limited drinks) but still a nice venue for relaxing and conversation.
• Stanislav (8/5): - Stayed for four nights while visiting London. The hotel and rooms themselves were quite basic. Definitely the sort of place just to shower and sleep. But if that’s all you need then you’ll be more than happy here. The location is excellent, right across the road from Paddington station which enables excellent access to London’s phenomenal underground network.
• Vincent (10/5): - Idéalement situé juste en face de la gare de Paddington cet hôtel vous permet d'accéder facilement au métro, train, mais aussi les navettes de bus vers l'aéroport de stansted et les bus touristiques. Il y a aussi pas mal de restaurants dans les parages et de magasins mais pour autant reste assez calme la nuit. Si vous avez des enfants n'hésitez pas à prendre le petit déjeuner vu qu'ils ne payent pas.
• Tourist34925072625 (10/5): Breakfast at Premier inn Orpington - We had breakfast at the premier inn Orpington and Dorothy was the chef. Excellent service, very friendly and professional.
• Todd (4/5): Good location, not much else. - For a relatively new hotel, it was not a pleasant stay. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Could not find our booking, card reader continued to fail throughout the stay, no iron in room, no servicing and beds didn’t seem made properly when we finally checked in. Airconditioning also kept switching off randomly. Only good thing was the location.
• Errazi (4/5): - The room smells moisture. Carpet not clean and they don’t come to clean the room.
• Scott (8/5): - Can’t get much closer to Paddington station. Very convenient for the Heathrow Express.

• John (8/5): - I was the only person in room so left one tea bag, I asked for 2 more they said if I want to have 3 bags go down to desk for them had to do it for 4 nights. The breakfast was good, but being one person I leave some on the table as I went for more toast or tea and come back and my half eaten breakfast was gone. That food I would have finished instead I had to go get more food it was frustrating diffeeent people each day did it any way. Clean tables but food wasted beacause of it

• STANLEY (2/5): - 2 PEOPLE IN MY ROOM - 1 TOWEL - NO HAND AND BODY CREAM- NO PHONE, MICROWAVE, FRIDGE OR SAFE. WINDOW BLOCKED WITH METAL SHADE AND NO VIEW OF THE OUTSIDE. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND MODERN. NO INTERNET CONNECTION AND COULD NOT USE MY DATA FOR PHONE USE.
• Luisa (8/5): - Siamo stati 4 notti, famiglia di 4 persone, due adulti e due adolescenti, la stanza non è grande, forse con due ragazzi un po’ stretta. Comodi i letti, pulito e soprattutto di fronte ai trasporti, cosa che abbiamo trovato molto utile. Abbiamo fatto colazione e cenato tre notti, si mangia discretamente senza pagare un occhio della testa ( il menù kids era gratis per i ragazzi). Un ringraziamento a Giovanni per l’assistenza nelle cene. Comunque tutti gentilissimi!

• Gregory (10/5): - Very simple hotel which is what I expected. The staff was super nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was better than expected. This hotel is a very good value and has a great location.

• Stefanie (10/5): - We zijn heel tevreden over ons verblijf. Het hotel is nieuw en in uitstekende staat. De bedden zijn zeer comfortabel! De kamer is voldoende ruim. Supergoede ligging van het hotel!! Het ontbijt is gewoon.
• Alma (10/5): - + + das Personal ist echt sehr nett und zuvorkommend gewesen :) unser Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und ruhig! Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war echt super praktisch! Ich bin mit zwei Kindern alleine gewesen und habe mich sicher gefühlt. - Im Hotel gab es nur englisches Frühstück (uns war es zu deftig), aber das ist Geschmacksache :) Wenn wir wieder kommen dann aufjedenfall wieder Premier Inn Paddington :)
• Yerkciv (10/5): Great hotel - Great hotel for a stop over to visit family nearby. We have stayed a number of times before & the staff were as always friendly and really helpful.
• Ian (8/5): - Overall fairly good stay for a family of 4. Good transportation network for getting around London. Breakfast buffet is decent spread and amazing price for kids! Only issue we had was the slow and spotty wifi connection for the hotel and mobile reception, but also could be the room we were assigned to issue. Had a room on the 2nd floor.
• Sri (4/5): - We reserved a quadruple room for 3 prople hoping we will get extra space bit they put us in a triple room and wouldn't move us to the quadruple until we raised hell

• Wanderer28497186413 (8/5): Very clean, comfortable and convenient - Very clean, spacious, comfortable room with a great central location. Reception staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Car park is very close in the nearby multi storey attached to the shopping centre.

• 583ritsp (10/5): Excellent staff - Aksana is an incredible asset to this site. Always smiling, helpful and incredibly hardworking. I'm a frequent guest at this site. Location is great transport wise and for food. Rooms are clean, smart tv is a bonus!
