The place was fantastic, and the staff was incred - I was here for a business trip, and I had such a wonderful experience. The place was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I really loved the beautiful location and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. A big thank you to the staff who made my stay so comfortable!
- kimminge (10/5): Try - Found the pillows a bit too hard for my liking. Very clean room. 3 beds in family room.. 1 double 2 singles. Plenty of tea and coffee in room. Lovely comfy bed.
Fan in bathroom very loud. Overall good clean comfy roo.
- tonibV4106HO (4/5): Cold room and restaurant that had run out of staples - When we eventually found the hotel ((not signposted at road end) and got to our room it was very cold -15o. Receptionist was so helpful. She set the room control so that the power stayed on and brought a radiator. So by bedtime it was cosy. But then it went off in the night so we got up in the cold. No heating in bathroom. At dinner we were told that the fish fryer was broken so no fish. They had run out of curry and of our chosen wine they only had one glass. Something very wrong with stock control.
Bedroom nicely refurbished but was it really necessary to squeeze a day bed in as well as a double. It was very cramped.
This is the second Premium Inn this year to have disappointed. The name is being dragged down. The staff here were kind, helpful and friendly - a contrast to Harrogate south which still seems to be unsatisfactory.
- BenR925 (10/5): Comfortable & good value. - We stayed for 2 nights in a Premier Plus room over a weekend & found it to be lovely & quiet. The room itself was very clean & comfortable & I'm guessing it was one of those recently refurbished. The complimentary water & chocs in the mini fridge were very welcome. The wi-fi was not the fastest.
Coffee was either in the form of a sachet via a kettle or a pod coffee maker. There was also tea available, as you'd expect. Plenty of extra sachets/bags available at the reception.
Plenty of free parking when we visited & the Horse & Jockey pub/restaurant next door catered for our evening meals. They are independent of the Premier Inn & weekend brunch/breakfasts don't start there until 10 am, so if you want an earlier meal, you'll have to look elsewhere - we went to the White Hart in town, which opens at 8 am.
The walk into town takes around 20 mins & is along a busy main road.
Dave at reception checked us in & was very friendly & helpful, as were all the other staff we encountered.
If staying in the area wouldn't hesitate to book in here again.
- FarAway09949470857 (10/5): Dartstournament at Aylesbury - Nice bed. Clean room. Friendly staffTell us that there was more coffee availabale at the reception, we didn't know until we got back home. Mayby a cowork with some bakery or something for breakfast. We didnt have any food. The pub nearby was to late open for us. 10 O'clock was to late becouse we had an dartstournament at that time.
- B1266KSianm (8/5): Nice place .. turn the heating up in the rooms though - Rooms are very clean , restaurant is great and the staff are very helpful. Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 as rooms were cold . 17 degrees and impossible to adjust as the thermostat is fixed . I’ve stayed here a number of times and staff are very helpful. Special mention to Michelle who is always on the go. Nice place overall
- amywT1220OQ (10/5): Comfy stay - free parking - An excellent stay, nice and quiet, lots of free parking, a comfy bed and some great staff. Kind, helpful and really keen to go the extra mile. Bernie was the best!! We ate at the horse and jockey next door for dinner which was close and good value. Room had a good coffee machine and free chocs!!
- P5544SUlindan (6/5): Ok. Not the best. Needs a refurb - Have stayed at quite a few Premier Inns and enjoyed our stay here, however I agree with some previous reviews that the hotel is pretty tired and must be due for a refurbish. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was disgustingly rusty and had not be cleaned. I was going to report this on check out but there was no sign of anyone on reception at the time and no response when the bell was rung! Not good at a time when most people would be checking out. Comfortable enough. It's saving grace were it's lovely staff both in the hotel and the Beefeater next door.
- omarfA656IP (2/5): Lovely hotel but service was poor - The hotel was lovely, but the service was poor. The receptionist on arrival was extremely unhelpful, dismissive and obnoxious about the problems we had. The service ruined the experience.
- amandabP6579JE (10/5): Stunning room Great staff - Fabulous room spotlessly clean, well equipped and quiet. Easy to use air-conditioning and stunning bathroom with fabulous shower. Great nights sleep. Reception staff on check in (Dave I believe) was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Staff member on checkout was also very friendly
Nice pub just next door served a great breakfast good fuel before our journey home.
- Muss132 (10/5): Excellent stay - 1st time here and will definitely be back - spotless throughout - lovely atmosphere in the bar and dining room - great meals and drinks and value for money - all the staff really nice and helpful nothing too much bother -
- bethanm601 (8/5): This Inn continues to improve. - We stay here rather than other Premier Inns.
The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms have walk-in showers. They have been refurbished too
The meal this evening was the best we have experienced in a Premier Inn anywhere.
It was fresh and properly cooked.
The lady who served us, Michelle, is friendly and helpful. She remembered us as soon as she saw us. Now that is exceptional. She is good at her job and does it with a smile.
We will be back.
- K8695AHjanetb (8/5): Great staff but would not eat here - Excellent helpful warm staff couldn't do enough to assist. Would not bother eating here as found the burgers dry and tasteless and looked like done in a microwave. Quite a few menu items not available including pizzas, flatbreads etc etc Noticed a few people having a food delivery and folks coming in with MacDonalds
- 639JackieS (10/5): Friendly staff and spotless room - The reception staff on arrival and departure were very professional and friendly. The room was spotless and the cleaning staff were friendly. The room was very well stocked with facilities for hot drinks and bathroom supplies.
- Y7731HSwaynek (10/5): Premier Aylesbury - Friendly service from Bernie on check in, comfortable, quiet stay.
Pub next door serves lovely meals at reasonable prices.
- X2110YEmarkp (4/5): Old and dreary hotel - Staff were polite and check in was effortless, however the entire hotel is tired looking and in dire need of modernisation and refurbishment. This seems to be symptomatic of many Premier Inn's these days with a clear lack of investment over a long period of time.
- 437lyndonl (2/5): What looked like paid workers, bought in to provide sexual services to groups of men. - Had three rooms booked out by Travellers who with the assistance of a few girls, made a lot of sexual noises and even more noises constantly moving between the rooms. I ended up leaving at 4.00 am and driving home.
The worst hotel experience I have had, anywhere.
- N3900EYdavidl (10/5): Convenient, clean and comfortable - Convenient, clean and comfortable with welcoming and friendly staff as we have come to expect from Premier Inn. The room was smaller than all other Premier Inns we have stayed in but was perfectly adequate. Breakfast was excellent. We had the ‘Meal Deal’ and dinner was very good and exceptional value.
- kevinT3154UN (10/5): Another good night stay at Premier Inn - A very quiet location on the outskirts of Ashford with a very easy link from the M20. An ideal location for an overnight stay on your way to the Ferry or Le Shuttle. Be aware that there is no food surrounding the hotel should you arrive after 10pm. The petrol station across the road appears to be 24hrs - so a convenient fill up point if you are going to Europe. Approx 20 minutes by car from the hotel to Eurotunnel.
- Dan (10/5): - Excellent location, frequent stayer at the hotel
- trev1limoges (10/5): Great experience - We used this particular Premier inn last year on a trip to France and found it to be exceptionally good and reasonably priced. Close to the tunnel made it a relaxed unhurried start to the holiday.
- X1752FPnickm (10/5): Brilliant. Megga. Best Premier Inn experience in the UK. - THE best Premier Inn experience ever. Uber clean, plenty of easy parking. And...the icing on the cake is the beautiful breakfast & the beautiful setting of the immaculately clean Woolpack. If Cloe is in the Woolpack, she just makes the whole experience grrrrreat. Happy days...
- sallym0rgan (10/5): Very helpful and friendly service!! - We were there for the Ayr races on Saturday 20th September with my family, husband and my Mum and Dad
We had breakfast there- it was lovely and very good quality, I left my umbrella by mistake, called the girl at reception- they could not be more helpful, they were keeping it for me at reception when we got back
On coming back to the hotel from the racecourse, I left my phone in the taxi and did not know which taxi service it was......
Not only did Ami and Michelle on front reception call the restaurant we had dinner at, Fox and Willow, which was amazing! Ami found out which taxi company they used, called the taxi company and found the driver who brought my phone back!!
It was unbelievable I got it back, but could not have without the amazing help of Ami and Michelle- we are so grateful for their help, they went above and beyond for us
We will definitely be back- thank you Ami and Michelle
- K6022YRhelenw (10/5): Definitely worth the money - Staff on reception were excellent, friendly, efficient and very helpful. The room was significantly better than the Travelodge we stayed in the previous night. Bright and airy, plenty of room, my dad had a disabled room which had everything he needed. The noise between floors was also very good, even the cat that frequents the hotel was lovely. Ate at the Beefeater next door for dinner & breakfast which will be reviewed separately. Would highly recommend for a nights stay.
- Brycii (8/5): Gold Cup. Gold Service. - Had dinner at the adjoining restaurant ( we weren't staying at the hotel). It was a busy weekend locally so the restaurant was full and running at full capacity. The staff were fantastic, they ran the service like clockwork and always with a smile and a joke. They were efficient and friendly without appearing flustered: very professional. They made sure they had a few minutes to chat with each customer without affecting the smooth running of the restaurant. Big shout out to Ami , Michelle & Kayla. Well done girls.
- Wizking (10/5): Perfect 3 night visit. - Another great stay at Ashford North. Very nice greeting at reception, clean room and comfy bed.
We stayed for 3 very enjoyable nights. Thank you.
- E4423HFdaveh (10/5): BRILLIANT 5 STAR HOLIDAY INN - LOCATION & SERVICE - 12 WEDDING GUESTS AND FAMILY STAY AT HOLIDAY INN AYLESBURY 5th thru 7th Sept 2025.
We all wish to extend the biggest thank you to all the staff at this Hotel. Our experience and stay in our brief time there was nothing less than exceptional. I don't normally give feed backs, much less pick out individuals! However, this time I to thank Raj at reception the afternoon we all arrived. How he managed all 12 of us, each with their own individual special requirements and all speaking at the same time at him. How he kept his cool professionalism, well hat off to you Raj, just brilliant.
Then at meal times, again not an easy task for anybody handling 12, but the staff were outstanding. Three stand outstanding commitment to great service, Sanjaya (Chef) Most of us requested a curry, but with specific individual requests for varying hot and mediums strengths. Sanjaya, not one piece of curry left for clearing up! All was perfect, thank you, Unfortunately, did not get names of the Evening and Breakfast Staff on duty that Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th. All so very helpful, again trying to handle 12 with individual needs was just simply GREAT - THANK YOU ALL.
Finally, just wish to say I thoroughly recommend this Holiday Inn to all in the Bucks area wishing to find accommodation.
Dave and Sofia Troullinos &
ALL WEDDING PARTY GUESTS
- Holly1202 (10/5): Nice hotel with excellent staff - I stayed at this hotel on Thursday 11th Sept with our car club. On arrival we were greeted at the reception by Kayla. She welcomed us and booked us in and explained the arrangements for our evening meal and breakfast. Having popped my gear to my room I returned to the reception area where the bar is located and found that Kayla also served drinks, multitasking! Having had my beer I then moved on to the restaurant with the group for our evening meal only to find that not only did Kayla work the reception and the bar but also served the evening meals! I stay at a lot of hotels and it's the staff that make the difference and Kayla deserves as a minimum a bonus if not a pay rise as she seemed to do everything except cook the food, well done.
- georgief220 (6/5): Premier inn - Well we got there no one at the front of desk press the bell no one came, a few other people joined the waiting to checking in and pressing the bell which obviously didn’t work. Lady came out probably just finished her lunch breaks and was like did you press the bell, obviously broken. Wouldn’t go over to the beefeaters in the evening it’s just shocking. Bed is comfortable, rooms are a good size nothing is bad about this premier in just the fact we wait to be checked in and the beefeaters is rubbish in the evening
- 748DanM (2/5): Hotel is ok, rooms not the best. - Lady on reception was nice and pleasant. Unfortunately Air conditioning not working, fan was in the room but worked intermittently. The TV turned on when it wanted to. Room wasn't very clean along with the bed linen.
- dawnmA1955QD (10/5): Great service - 5* to the staff at premier inn including Bernie, all the staff are very helpful and I would stay again. Thank you. Very clean and new rooms
- X5632GGpaulap (10/5): Will definitely return to this hotel - Lovely 2 night stay at Aylesbury Premier. Has recently been refurbished so all clean and fresh. Had a good nights sleep as the room was quiet. No air conditioning but not a problem as a fan was provided in the room. Breakfast is not available at this hotel but there is the pub next door which serves from 10:00 and is good value. Overall a pleasant experience which added to our trip. We will definitely be staying again on our next visit.
- 33ninap (10/5): Ayr - you did it all and more. - This stay was outstanding- everything about this inn meets your needs. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff - a place we'd come back to. Thank you Ayr Racecourse Premier Inn.
- Carriehilton (4/5): Do not stay during hot weather - Stayed on 13 August, when I checked in I was offered a sheet as an alternative to the duvet, which I accepted. When I got to the room it was very hot, 28.5 degrees, I put the fan on which was noisy. I did not sleep well, it was so hot, and put the fan on and off, but it was noisy and couldn't sleep with it on. When I got up at 6.30am it was 29 degrees. I asked for the Good Sleep Guarantee refund, and they declined under clause 12 of the T&C. They are in the middle of refurbing this hotel but without air conditioning. Strongly recommend do not book in hot weather. Part of car park closed off, outside needs TLC but the room was lovely just way too hot.
- 475kellyg (4/5): Dirty and needs to refurbished desperately - We stayed here for 1 night before getting on the shuttle. The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishing, the room was tired, carpet was terrible, the room had a fusty smell to it. The bathroom was musty and the floor was terrible. There were 3 of us in a family room but we only had 2 cups to have a drink.
Thankfully the beds were clean and comfortable, this was the only positive to this stay. This room wasn’t cheep and we always choose primer inn over travel lodge due to it normally being better but I Wouldn’t stay here again.
- Meander50843002732 (2/5): For a poor night's sleep visit here. - Horrendous noise from within the hotel in the early hours on both the nights we stayed with no attempt to address it made by the hotel, not even an apology for us losing hours of sleep.
- 471carysw (2/5): Dont bother when building work going on - Staying in a building site wasnt the best when we came away for fun and relaxation. Dust everywhere.over powering smell
- Voyage33937004874 (10/5): Staff were amazing - Arrived Sunday the 3rd of August after a couple of stressful days to the warmest of welcomes even with the renovation work that was undergoing the staff were amazing the room was spotless and a massive thank you to Bernie and karen who welcomed us and booked us in early and was full of local knowledge they were amazing even with the work going on they went above and beyond a credit to the chain..many thanks
- irob250 (4/5): Hotel in a great place great room but there was a total Karen working there we were slightly late for our meal and turned us awa - Premier inn excellent but a total Karen working there turned us away at 7pm.for being slightly late restaurant 1/4 full terrible attitude
- 342martinl (2/5): Need to be a planner - Okay so this is a Premier Inn end of the day and the standard of the accomodation is as you would expect but if your planning to eat food make sure you prepare ahead.
After working for 15 hours and coming back here mid evening the kitchen refused to feed us, the ladies are really nice and were trying but the kitchen refuse to feed. Worst PI I’ve stayed in as this is totally unacceptable.
Written whilst hungry…..thanks for nothing!!!
- Jezmalta (4/5): A low end Premier Inn - without breakfast on weekdays - I was fairly shocked to learn on arrivals there was no breakfast provided on weekdays which for a Premier Inn is poor - the sink didn't drain properly and taps had an economiser fitted so at best produce a spray not proper flow of water.
One good thing was given it was hot a fan was provided given rooms were not airconditioned. This was critical to be able to sleep.
This is a low grade Permier Inn, if I were them I'd sell it rather than have it drag down a typcially good performing brand on general standards.
- E6464LGpaulm (4/5): Overnight stay to visit friends near Aylesbury - The welcome was nice and we were presented with a refurbished room.
However, the room had no air conditioning!
The bathroom door would not shut properly.
The shower was weak.
All unremarkable comments, you might think. However, dynamic pricing or not, booking at least a week ahead at almost £150 room only in a hotel that clearly wasn't full, this stay represented very poor value for money.
The follow morning, we enjoyed breakfast at the adjacent restaurant at a fair price. Upon leaving, I noticed the men's rest room was in a disgusting state.
- B6162VGneilm (10/5): Another fantastic stay - Hotel staff are professional, kind and very friendly. Hotel is clean, tidy and bedrooms have all the facilities you need. Bedding is great with choice of firm or soft pillows, great mattress and quilt. Menu meets most dietary needs and overall great value for money. Location excellent for golf courses and two beaches, close to historical sites and beautiful countryside.
- katem984 (10/5): Thank you Bernie! - Great renovation meant I had a lovely spacious brand new room. Hotel was also extremely clean. A special thanks to staff member Bernie who really went above & beyond to help me & is a lovely warm & helpful presence to have on staff. Highly recommended
- michaelm736 (10/5): Renewed Confidence In Premier Inn - Restored our confidence In Premier Inn after disastrous stay at Manchester West Didsbury last year. Enjoyable dinner and nice staff. Rooms are smaller but have step-in shower which we like. Bathrooms have effective ventilation and rooms also have directional bedside lights that allow reading - something in both cases much more expensive hotels can fail to do. No air conditioning, which again we like, despite a very warm night, - not fans of air conditioning as in Edinburgh Park Inn. Teapots for breakfast appreciated, not fans of tea bags in mug..
- ram028 (8/5): Nice and friendly. - Ashford North is a lovely hotel in a countryside setting. The staff are friendly and attentive.
The hotel is getting a little tired and in need of a refurbishment but please don't let this put you off. Although there are fans in the rooms Air con is desperately required and also they need to add some form of lift.
I have used the hotel before and will definitely be using it again.
- Road784729 (2/5): Bed Bugs Infestation !! - My wife and I planned to stay here as an overnight stop prior to crossing to France Le Shuttle. We are frequent users of Premier Inns and never previously had any issues. On arrival we found the whole Hotel disappointing and very dated. You immediately find there is no lift in the Hotel (we were in room 42 on the 1st floor) and you have to struggle with your luggage up the stairs to your room, where you find there is no A/C only a manual floor mounted electric fan, the noise of which will impact your sleep through out the night. The water pressure in the shower is pitiful but worst of all, we were awoken about 3pm in the morning after being bitten and finding the bed and bathroom were infested with BED BUGS !!, we also found remains of food crumbs in the bottom of the bed after pulling the sheets back, we immediately had to vacate the room and Hotel, stopping off at reception to report the matter and show photo's and video's to the night porter on checking out. Needless to say were were extremely disappointed with our stay and will be contacting Premier Inn customer service on return from out Holiday.
- 101cliveb (6/5): Slightly disappointing but willing to try again! - "Premier Plus" = Paying an extra £12 (actually £7 extra because you can get the ultimate wifi for a fiver without 'plus') for 2 bottles of water and 2 tiny (and I mean tiny) squares of chocolate ain't 'plus' anything in my book!
Calling the bed "double" is a bit of a stretch of the imagination as well! During the night my wife and I had more collisions than the Large Hadron Collider :-) This hotel doesn't even offer 2 single beds - if you ask for that you get the "double" plus a sofa-bed.
As a previous reviewer mentioned, the breakfast wasn't up to much. But we had the meal-deal and the starter/main choices were good and the food was nice.
Staff were friendly, but seemed overworked - like there weren't enough of them.
- apat1a (4/5): Not your money's worth until the place has had a full refurb - It's just the type of hotel where you sleep because you are passing through/doing something in the area.
That being said, our experience was poor and we feel we totally didn't get our money worth, considering a £150 charge, we found ourselves with: not a warm welcome (ok it was during the heatwave and the reception was essentially hell on earth but still); only 1 set of towels instead of 2 as if the booking hadn't been read correctly; the air conditioning wasn't working and we are fairly sure this was known because there was an old fan in the room (there was also a refurb going on in another wing of the place so would explain why it might have been cut).
There were only x3 sockets available and none near the bed, making it inconvenient for charging or if you had to be there for work.
As mentioned, there was a refurb so also the restaurant was closed and wasn't possible to get food, pubs in the area were shutting the kitchens at 9pm (pretty surprising and we are not from inner London) so that made it a rush in the evening and nothing to look forward in the morning after the night.
- andywN6376NH (10/5): Excellent hotel especially Bernie - The staff was amazing really helpful if I was stuck with anything or needed anything especially Bernie she was a amazing and would recommend it too anyone who is around the area and is looking to stay at a hotel and I will definitely be coming to stay here highly recommend this hotel 5stars from me 👍
- 615vicm (10/5): Great Stay - My room was an accessible room, the shower room was fantastic, everything to hand, the lighting within the shower room was great.
The room was warm and clean.
The beds were comfortable.
All the staff were friendly and professional.
The food was wholesome.
- donalda18 (10/5): Great staff - Just another premier inn on the outskirts of town. The attached pup was as expected too. However the staff and especially suran made our stay so good and enjoyable.

The end
- lindsayburnett001 (10/5): Great Premier Inn - Staff are so friendly and helpful. Premier Plus room was very nice and great value. Food meal deal was great value. Quality of food was good. Location of hotel is on outskirts of Ayr, basically surrounded by Arnold Clark dealerships. Not a problem though
- T499DRsandrac (4/5): One night stay at Ashford North Premier Inn - The bedroom was clean. Only two pillows on bed the other two on top of wardrobe. Tv had very few channels.
The bathroom was totally inadequate. Only two towels and shower was over the bath with no handles. Bathroom was odd design like a triangle into bedroom. Not sure who the architect was!
- Pam467 (10/5): Definitely worth a visit. - Staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is a good example of a Premier Inn. The attached restaurant was very busy but very good. The waitress was excellent.
The hotel is well placed, being 20 minutes from the tunnel.
We will certainly be back!
- 200DAR (4/5): Disappointing and depressing experience - Where to start! This hotel has "Premier Plus" rooms and we booked a double for 2 nights, April 30th-May 2nd. I wouldn't bother with the extra expense for basically 2 bottles of water. The room was directly above a generator or AC unit working all night so the window couldn't be opened without hearing all the noise. These rooms should be in the best part of the hotel otherwise why bother having one. The shower flooded the floor because it hadn't been cleaned properly, we had to unblock the shower drain despite having told reception. We removed a complete blockage made up from masses of black hair-disgusting. To be fair reception did subsequently use some proprietary drain unblocker the next day and disposed of the hair from the bin. While on the subject of the shower why have a hand wash in the shower along with a body wash but no shampoo, there was already a hand wash at the basin? We asked for shampoo but none was forthcoming, just another body wash.
Breakfast- the first day the chef hadn't turned up so no cooked breakfast available. I had already pre-paid so was told that Premier Inn would refund £2 and I could have the "continental breakfast", I would be ashamed to present what was basically a slice of toast and a cup of coffee, the fruit and yoghurts hadn't been topped up. To add insult to injury the £2 refund has been added to my card as a debit-unbelievable!
Day 2 breakfast was also an insult to catering, pre-cooked hot items like dry scrambled eggs, solid fried eggs that were not recognisable as such, congealed baked beans etc, I needn't go on, I think you've got the picture. I wonder if any Premier Inn executives have ever eaten breakfast at this hotel, if they have and still market this product they should hang their heads in shame.
Overall a disappointing and depressing experience, I've used Premier Inn on numerous occasions but this really was a an eye opener that I will not want to repeat, and can I please have my £2 refund!!
- K7045JJchrisj (10/5): Comfortable, quiet, great night’s sleep. - Good, comfortable, great night’s sleep. Very helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant was very good, the waitress was exceptionally efficient and friendly. The hotel is 20 minutes from the Channel Tunnel and is a great place to stop over for an early start.
- Fanial (10/5): Would absolutely stay again. Clean, comfortable and great value for money - We had two rooms and both were perfect! Immaculately clean and comfortable. Everyone had a great night’s sleep. Reception really friendly and helpful and wished me happy Mother’s Day which felt really thoughtful. Plenty of space in the car park and town a short drive away. Great value for money! We also loved the little tuxedo cat that seemed to think he owned the place :)
- Kaygan09 (10/5): Sunday night stay - The staff are very friendly, the bed is amazing and the rooms clean. Was a great stay and will definitely be back. The food next door was also fast, tasty and efficient. Nice hot showers, attentive staff, friendly management, thank you to the whole team
- TheGillski (8/5): Comfy bed, great service but tired room! - There’s a saying that you always know what to expect when you stay at a Premier Inn. It’s generally true, but I felt on this visit that the facilities were sub-par.
The room seemed clean but very tired. It had obviously experienced a hard life. Rather sad curtains that didn’t quite close. Heating that couldn’t be adjusted. Old carpet and furnishings. The bathroom was tired and the colours rather grim and old. Sad to find a bath rather than a walk in shower. And the corridor outside was noisy.
On the plus side, I found the bed very comfy. The staff were lovely, very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. And the resident cat was just gorgeous!
- Curious01465036660 (10/5): Premier Inn - Excellent hotel. The staff are very friendly, and happy to help...Nice sized rooms, comfy bed , and pillows... Very clean and a great view of Arran.... Nice bar and restaurant
area, and good value meal deal.Breakfast nice and hot, in self serve basus. Plenty of parking spaces too.. I would definitely recommend a stay...
