Guest Reviews
- Guitar100 (10/5): Good stay - It was fine and a clean room and exactly what I needed for 1 night. It was Saturday and right in the middle of the town but very quiet. Great receptionist and food was standard travel lodge so no issues. Parking was about 5 minutes away but I knew this when I booked so no complaints and only £3.60 for the night. Good modern quiet room.
- EricaHC (10/5): Friendly and helpful staff - Convenient location not too far from the station, comfortable room, good value for money for dinner and breakfast and every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful, more than I would expect.
- U6725DBelizabethc (10/5): Fab modern hotel in excellent location on Trentham estate - We visited this hotel for a Christmas shopping weekend and had a fabulous time. The rooms have had a make- over since we last visited and were very modern. Ours had a fantastic bathroom with walk-in shower. The hotel is situated on the Trentham estate, and we were able to walk to the shopping village, garden centre and winter light trail within a few moments.
Buffet breakfast the next morning was great, with plenty of food options, regularly replenished, one of our better premier inn experiences.
There is also a great feee car park.
We love this hotel and look forward to our return,
- jaynes2022 (6/5): Upsetting - The premier inn was clean . The room we stayed in was on the ground floor facing the road behind the trees but it was still noisy which can’t be helped . We decided to pay for breakfast as we was stopping over night . Oh my god wish we hadn’t now . We was told the table over there by the pillar After a while I just moved as both me and hubby are tall and we was very cramped. I went to get a cooked breakfast it was baked up and most of it was slopped on the counter. The toaster kept burning the toast in the we had a cup of tea and left and had are breakfast in the shopping village . I was really upset about
- GlasgowMrsH (10/5): Outstanding Staff Member - Owen Taplin - First of all, my family and I would like to make special mention and thank (again) an outstanding member of your Waterside, Stratford Upon Avon, Premier Inn staff team - Owen Taplin. From the moment we arrived, his service was second to none. My parents disabled access room (206) was supposed to have been set up as a twin and not a double. Within 5 minutes of pointing this out to Owen, he personally rearranged the room and set it up perfectly and apologised for the inconvenience albeit the mistake wasn't his. That evening he was serving at the Bar and again he was very professional, polite and so helpful, nothing was a bother. Later that night my mum (who has been diagnosed with vascular dementia and has had a previous stroke) fell in the corridor on level 2. Owen again provided a first class service, getting a wheelchair, offering to help us to get her up, getting plasters etc for her cuts and generally ensuring her and us were alright. The following day he was so attentive and reassuring, offering any help, advising where the nearest clinic etc was if required, asking after her wellbeing etc. Honestly, as a staff member he should be recognised for the outstanding service he provides and I hope you pass on this commendation to him. From The Oliver/Harkins Family
- Janepps (6/5): Poor disabled facilities - Disabled parking bays are tiny, one is smaller than a standard parking bay. It is not possible to get in or out of the car particularly if you need to transfer from your wheelchair. There are no hatch markings to give any extra space around the car. The external doors are tough to open and there is limited space at the top of the ramp. There are no plug sockets adjacent to the bed so difficult to charge wheelchair and phone. There was an enormous dirty armchair restricting access to the bed. The net curtains were torn and too small to give privacy. The radiator wasn't working on the coldest night of the year. The skirting boards and walls in the corridor are in very poor condition. Adjacent to the exit door was a trolley of clean linen blocking access. If there had been an emergency the trolley would hamper anyone trying to leave the building. A definite health and safety issue. If you don't have to stay in Stroud consider going elsewhere.
- 457karla (6/5): Mixed feelings - The premier inn plus rooms were very nice.
No complaints here at all.
What I did find very disappointing were the staff. Customer service was very poor. Especially those taking care of the bar / restaurant. So slow , not a care in the world.
2 male staff were awful. Might as well call one KitKat as he was always on a break. The other ET as he looked like he wanted to go home.
Even when I finished breakfast in the morning no one said good bye even from reception. I understand this is a budget hotel but cmon you can do better.
- Z5697MFshaunh (8/5): One night stay - We have been to the Stroud Premiere inn before and have had a good experience when we got there the room was a bit cold and we asked if the heating was on and the person on the desk said he would check as it happened the heating came on in the middle of the night. Which was fine as it was nice and warm in the morning. We had breakfast which is extra but extremely good a great choice of full English and continental . Eat as much as you like and free tea and coffee. I would recommend this hotel as it is quite central for the town and there is a decent restaurant for evening meals and drinks.
- Daydream47333916013 (4/5): Very poor - No hot food. Which was the main reason to go. Wasn't even told. Only upon walking to the room did I learn the kitchen was closed.
Very poor.
- rolfegarton (10/5): Another great stay in Stratford upon Avon - Great location, good parking, friendly staff, great breakfast and lovely room with everything to hand that you could possibly need.
- GaryFielder (6/5): Average at best - The beds were extremely comfortable and location was good however bathroom had only one towel which we had to share for shower and the room was way to hot and couldn't be adjusted to a comfortable level.
- H9761QTsarahj (10/5): Brilliant 🙌 - Really enjoyed our stay, drove up from Kent to a nice clean, large family room, looked like a premier plus room which we didn’t book, room 14, the kids loved it, including the purple light in the bathroom, the location was perfect, free parking, shops right outside at Trentham Gardens, a huge garden centre, restaurants. We had nice breakfasts, help yourself buffet, kids ate free, staff were good, All in all we had a great stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- miken330 (10/5): Great venue - Very easy check-in , lady on reception very helpful.
Plenty of room at breakfast and buffet fresh and tasty .
Car park cheap and easy to use
Short walk to town centre
- SueJ385 (8/5): Enjoyed our visit - After a few experiences of 'tired' Premier Inns it was nice to visit this clean new one, just a short walk into Stratford-upon-Avon.
Advice would be not to pay extra for a river view, as along with the canal you get a 24 hour Macdonalds and huge car park area. Not a problem to us but some may be disappointed. Nice spacious room with lovely purple bathroom lighting...very relaxing.
Uninspiring menu for evening meal...ended up with strangely tasteless prawn cocktail , plus a very small bowl of chips costing £4.50.
Breakfast was good, relaxed on Sunday but staff were very overstretched on the Monday and although working hard were unable to keep up with table clearing, replenishing food etc. Despite being rushed they were polite, pleasant and good natured, doing their best to keep up.
Overall a good two night break and we would definitely visit again.
- andylB2586UA (10/5): Great place to stay - Stayed a few rimes now staff great , leanne and kirsty are always bery pleasant and professional and nothing is to much trouble
- Marty1448 (10/5): Visit to Stoke - Perfect location for our visit to Stoke for my son's wedding. Next the retail park and gardens at Thentham. Accommodation was comfortable and food & drink was very nice.
- C5853KZrebeccab (2/5): Awful smell and terrible roadworks - There are serious roadworks going on outside, including overnight during our stay. Owen on reception was extremely helpful and did move our room as we were right above them, but we could still hear the roadworks and didn't get any sleep for two nights. There was also an awful sewage smell coming through the vents, and all the lights went off in our room on the final morning. We were given a refund on our breakfasts as a gesture of goodwill which I've still not received. Premier Inn should have notified us of the overnight works before our stay, as we were travelling for a wedding and could have made alternative arrangements if we'd known.
- gwyn4940 (8/5): Good size family room - Good value, spacious family room. Stayed for 1 night with husband and 2 sons. Warm welcome from all staff. The room was a good size. It was clean and well equipped. It was quiet when we stayed (mid week) and we all slept well.
- B6556NRsimont (4/5): Room with a view....of a grotty canal, a McDonald's and a garage, people right outside your window... - Lukewarm breakfast.
Breakfast was never replenished when we came down just before 10am so we just had to have whatever was left.
Staff were miserable and never spoke or asked if anything was nice.
The young man on check in was lovely, approachable and smiley, very helpful too.
Had to ask for extra towel.
Not enough milk or sugar in our room.
No complimentary biscuits or bottle of water, not even a mini fridge
Room advertised as room with a view, it was literally a canal with two or three rotten old barges, a McDonald's drive thru and car tyre garage over the canal, a path that went right by the window so members of the public were right outside walking dogs, riding bicycles etc, even the local council were strimming and mowing the bit of grass right outside our room so there was always some noise, not very private.
The car park wasn't even fenced off or secure, people could literally come off the canal path and cut through the car park right next to the cars, on the first night 3 very dodgy looking down and out opportunist thieves were looking through car windows to see what they could steal...
I spooked them and they walked off....
There was no one on reception to report this to and no visible security just one CCTV camera....
- fatoldman (10/5): All round good - Good base for Royal Shakespeare Theatres, provided you can deal with a bit of a walk, or take a taxi (see google maps for the walk). Equally good for all else Shakespeare.
Good continental breakfast.
Didn't really bother us, but with our room overlooking the main road, noisy traffic was not completely excluded.
- 344neile (10/5): Best premier inn we've stayed in - Stayed for the circus and had a Lovely spacious family room. Clean and modern. Easy to park. Breakfast was good value, just need another coffee machine to avoid ques. We will definitely return if we can have the same room again. Very memorable
- suepE535PN (10/5): Best Premier Inn stay - Best Premier Inn I have stayed in. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was lovely and set my daughter and I up for the day.
Great location near outlet shops and the Trentham Monkey Forest.
- Relax16548073504 (4/5): Hotel good, food bad - Premier staff were very friendly and helpful. We are at the thyme bar and grill which was terrible. I think my wings were deep fried for 30minutes too long, salad had been kept under a hot plate so had wilted. Wont be eating at the thyme again
- 107shaned (10/5): Excellent - Always exactly what you expect of a premier inn.
Good location, can walk to the town in less than 10-15 mins.
Car park is large but it can be a struggle to find a space if you are not early.
Room spotless.
- SnowHunter2013 (6/5): Average - Fairly average Premier Inn, on the upside good shower and short walk to Stratford centre, on the downside hard to get room cool, heavy bedding so didn't sleep.
- 558jillh (10/5): 2 night birthday visit - Lovely little Premier Inn in a great location, right next to the canal and really close to the town centre. Can be on Bridge Street in 5 minutes and down to the River in 15 minutes either walking along the road or along the canal. One slight location snag at the moment is major roadworks right outside which were causing traffic chaos and making it hard to access the hotel from either direction. Think the roadworks will be on for at least the rest of October so worth checking and allowing extra time. Also on the travel front, the car parking is extremely limited at the hotel itself so I'd recommend getting there as early as possible. Other car parks are available nearby but will cost more.
The room was exactly what you'd expect from a Premier Inn, roomy, clean and comfortable although a bit on the warm side at night even with the AC on. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful but there was a bit of a wait sometimes with the same staff working the bar/restaurant and check-in
- H4737ZVmichellem (4/5): Sewage smelling room - I booked for 2 nights 2 twin rooms with friends. When we arrived had a lovely welcome at reception followed by a terrible smell in our twin room of what can only be described as rotten eggs/sewage. Or though staff tried to resolve it, we ended up requesting a room change after 11pm. No twin rooms free so had what seemed like a camp bed and a double. No compensation just sorry nothing we can do.
Beware like all Premier Inns they are short staffed and run out of breakfast.
Location is good with a short walk to town and on the canal.
At weekends you can get noise from Macdonalds and the local youths
- michaelsD2483MI (10/5): A good stay - The hotel was up to the usual Premier Inn standard. Our only issue was to do with limited accessibility parking and when full having to use a very long car park
- geoffchandler06 (10/5): Good stay - Hi stayed here again for a family get together Was really good as usual rooms very good and clean. Our stay was made even better by the manager Leanne who couldn’t do enough for us Will come again
- Toni3452 (4/5): Convenient as usual, but far from Premier Inn's good average - We chose this Premier Inn Hotel in Stroud due to its convenient location in our trip from Cornwall to the Costwolds and mainly due from our previous good experiences at Premier Inn Hotels. This has been the worst of all them. In general terms, the hotel is old, a bit dirty and careless. That was our impression. Excellent check-in as he was very kind with us. The room was not exactly as all the Premier Inn's rooms we'd been in the last years. Mainly due to a ridiculous bathroom which was extremely small. Bed was OK, but again, quiet small. Breakfast is served at the Old Nelson's Brewer's Fayre and it was simply OK. Nothing more to remark.
- 81rebeccam (8/5): Comfy, big room, nice staff. - The staff were just amazing, really friendly and super accommodating. They kept asking if we needed any help with our baby which was so kind.
The room was nice and big, the bed was comfy but there was no storage places for your clothes.
- Jeff (10/5): - Nice property with good location and facilities. Meal deal for dinner and breakfast is also good value.
- Inspiration387756 (2/5): Basement rooms are damp - Stayed in room 10. Stinks of damp. Tried to be able to stay anywhere else, but no rooms or other options available. I’d having to stay in this basement area it will be damp and disgusting smelling. Will be out of the place ASAP!
- 109razp (8/5): Good stay - A good stay, room clean bed comfy, food was good and value for money. Staff friendly, felt a bit sorry for them as busy with guests checking in, but they have to double up as bar serving too, customers kept having to ask them to come to the bar to serve. Not there fault, just how Premier Inn work it it there!
Overall a nice visit.
- clairehC3554WM (8/5): Ok. But not the best experience - Clean and tidy but very short staffed. They were all multi tasking and looked very tired. The dining room was cold and asked for heating to be turned up It didn’t make any difference. Food not worth the money as very expensive and went away hungry
- E4494CQmarting (10/5): 5 great nights. - Great hotel next to the canal great hotel room very big room amazing staff so helpful and so friendly the food was hot and cooked well and a nice bar i would recommend this hotel very highly.
- 834iainb (10/5): Quick visit to Trentham - Great location for what we wanted; to visit the wonderful Trentham Gardens. Hotel was busy without being crowded and our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed our stay. Shopping village next to the FREE car park and a Blue Diamond garden centre as well, couldn't have been better.
- jordangV5256WP (10/5): Passing through - Clean, cozy, and welcoming. It was just what I needed for a relaxing one night stay. Food was good, breakfast was hot. Bed was comfy.
- 349mandyt (2/5): Not good - Horrible experience , booked to stay after a wedding,, the room was damp , clothes we had hung up were damp when we put them on after a few hours, the bedding was damp and we couldn’t sleep in it. We had to leave as no other rooms available. On the plus side the staff were really helpful and polite. And a refund has been granted
- lindasnell (6/5): Lacking - I stayed here for two nights as was attending a wedding in the area. The room was spacious and bed comfortable as you would expect from a PI. Generally there was a lack of cleanliness and the room seemed uncared for, tired and in need of sprucing up, there were marks on the walls and decorating of a poor standard. Shower was good and powerful, hook on back of door was loose and useless as it turned upside down if anything put on it. Room was cold, heating not on. Car park poorly lit, spaces too small.
- johndX3864TW (10/5): Fantastic - As usual i really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and the Staff are amazing especially Leanne who had to prompt me to pay for my whisky after i had a few.. :)
I love staying here and the rooms are amazing and had a view over the bowling green etc this time..
Thank you to everyone of the staff and hope to see you all again soon.. maybe for the Christmas light.
- SimbaJ01 (10/5): Decent stay, Great staff - The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the accommodation was comfortable. While the building is slightly older, it has a lot of charm and character, and the location is truly beautiful
- A9920CSjennyt (2/5): Extremely Disappointing - It's 4.23 am and my husband and myself have not been to sleep yet, there is a fan that has been coming on every half hour since we came to bed around 10pm and it stays on for 20 mins each time. We have spoken to the lady on reception but she doesn't know what it is, will not be booking a Premier Inn ever again.
- X1736BCamandal (10/5): All good - special mention for Marjorie! - Decided to stay here to break up the journey back home from Dublin as I was feeling tired. Everything was good but have to give a special mention to Marjorie who is an absolute star. Breakfast was busy, but Marjorie was very friendly and super efficient - a real asset to Premier Inn
- sheilah428 (10/5): Stop over - Lovely location very friendly staff excellent atmosphere and food great location to visit trentham gardens very good with allergies
- Inspire45343422017 (2/5): Avoid here if you can - Check in was good but apart from that, the room was unclean. Dust everywhere. And the room was so hot, made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep
- Curious18991788529 (10/5): Lovely weekend away - Nice place to stay. Staff all very helpful and provided us with extra pillows + chocolate when my partner felt a bit down. V comfy and spacious in the premier plus rooms.
- Annathetraveller (4/5): Very disappointed with location of our room - We stayed at the Premier Inn at Stroud for two nights at the end of August. The hotel was easy to find on the outskirts of the town. Parking was free to residents as long as you checked your number plate in at reception. We also requested that the room be ‘made up’ the next morning. I understand that these days, they do not make up your room each day unless you specifically request for this.
We were given Room 11 on the Lower Gound Floor. We didn’t realize until the following morning that our room and all the rooms numbered 10 to 14 were at a lower level with very small windows and were extremely dark. You had to have the lights on all the time you were in your room. They looked out to the car park of the pub next door and (I suppose for privacy) they had shrubs growing against the windows. However, anyone outside could still easily see inside if you had the lights on – and you had to have the lights on during the day. I was very disappointed that we were given this dingy room. We had booked many weeks in advance and we were staying for 2 nights. I would have expected that they would give us a better room under such circumstances. It didn’t look like they were fully booked. At least, these rooms should have a warning about the location and offered at a discount.
The room itself was fine. Just what you would expect from a Premier Inn. The bathroom was clean although a bit tired and in need of a refurb. One other complaint was that the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was on the opposite wall to the toilet pan. Ridiculous, as many shorter people (like myself) could not reach the toilet paper when you are sat on the loo. Who on earth allowed it to be put there!
There was a Brewer’s Fayre next door for breakfast and dinner which was just what you would expect from this chain.
- Terenna (8/5): - I liked our room. I didn't like that breakfast was over cooked considerably.
- 971kathleenn (6/5): Okay stay, some good some bad - Pros - The location and breakfast were good, also the staff at breakfast were very nice. Rooms are good with a comfortable bed
Cons - We only had one towel between two people in the bathroom!
The self check in computer was very temperamental and the reception staff were not very helpful. Parking is a nightmare if you get there late
- S8447JSmattp (10/5): Great experience. - Clean room, hot shower and comfy bed. Exactly what you want from a Premier Inn. The premier plus rooms are well designed, the air con was strong, curtains blacked out well and they use lots of acoustic materials on the walls which makes it nice and quiet. Got a great night's sleep.
Parking is limited, I'd recommend Arden Street which is just a few minutes away. It's a very similar price , quieter and the bays are bigger, so your less likely to get your car dinged.
- B7298AXstevep (6/5): Clean, good staff, good food, very nosey traffic - Lovely hotel with usual premier Inn standard, clean, excellent staff, good food etc. the disappointing thing is location, the hotel backs onto a very busy dual carriage way. As a result the traffic noise is very loud. Adding to this being a problem there is no air conditioning so our room was a pleasant 22 degrees which over time becomes quite stiffling. In summary you have a 50/50 chance of being on the wing side of the hotel although I haven't been on the other side yet but it must be quieter than this.
- dellac458 (8/5): Very good for family stay. - Booked through website. Reasonable price. This hotel is set by the wonderful Trentham gardens and on the site of restaurants and designer shops so a lovely ‘holiday’ type/ special atmosphere around. Check in easy with Kirsty to help/made sure my room was near to my 88 yr old father who needed an accessible room (this included a lower bed/ alarm button by bed/ walk in shower with seat etc). Had the meal deal so 2 courses and a drink for £16 as we had booked breakfast. Food enjoyable with good choices ( think the Thai curry could have had more to it Eg a Naan/chutney as looked a bit sparse compared with other meals). Rooms very clean and larger than I was expecting. Bed very comfortable and choice of harder or softer pillows. Curtains shut out light effectively. We all slept very well, Breakfast good choice/ enjoyable. Member of staff who stood out is Kirsty - very good manner, explained options with food very clearly and went out of her way to meet our needs. My daughter had difficulty using the normal Internet ( can pay for better apparently- we didn’t as only there one night) All in all if we are visiting this area again we will be coming back to stay here again.
- TheMiniReviewer (10/5): Amazing! Leanne is wondeful - Out of all the Premier Inn’s me and my family have been to, this one has by far been the best.
Disclaimer : bear in mind I am 10 years old.
I am absolutely amazed at how beautiful this hotel is located and the staff are kind. Upon arrival, I felt a bit sick as I hadn’t eaten anything for lunch, my mum asked a lady called Leanne for a plain biscuit to make me feel a bit better, Leanne was so understanding and kind and gave a few biscuits, now I’m not saying I like Leanne because of the biscuits but because she was so kind and lovely and had a smile on her face. Just the attitude to have.
My favourite restaurant is premier inns own one,Thyme. This particular thyme was great, the food tasted DELICIOUS! I ordered a grilled chicken burger , beans and salad and the burger was by far, best burger I have ever had.
Breakfast was nice aswell.
The rooms are beautiful, clean and welcoming. My room had a purple light feature in the bathroom which was great for calming baths etc. I loved the LED light in the actual room.
Overall, I would definitely return, but not very likely as I live in Kent, 4 hours away from this hotel.
Note: manager, please give Leanne a mention as she is so wonderful and the nicest staff member I encountered. Please make her aware she is a STAR!!!
- stuartmH3227NE (2/5): Abysmal Customer Service - About as poor as Customer Service goes. Finally managed to check in after the receptionist could be bothered to serve me. Didn't bother to look at me and preferred to talk to her mate behind reception whilst passing the odd remark such as "Sign this","car reg" etc. My room key was thrown on the desk. I worked out where the lift and room was as she was too busy telling her mate how she had cold legs and continued her conversation. Lots of complaints from people saying it was taking an age to get a drink and most left to go elsewhere. Some days your luck is just plain out - Went to Dinner and got the same person serving me ! Ordered a drink, never arrived, mentioned it three times until it eventually appeared. No food order taken, as waitress was in the Kitchen never to be seen. Eventually appeared and said "Have you been served? Obviously I hadn't. Placed my order. Waited and just been presented with 2 printouts of orders to be asked "which one of these is yours?". Stayed in many many hotels and never been asked that before. Good news as I type ! My drink has just arrived. Wahoo, not so good news it was thrust onto the table without a word being spoken. Can't wait to see firstly if my main course arrives at all and secondly if it does how it will be served, I'm guessing I will have to catch it.
Joking aside, this really is a whole new level of abysmal Customer Service. I know Premier Inn are a large organisation and do other struggle for bookings and as such won't care about bad reviews but there will be far greater competition in the future in this price bracket and if Premier Inn think this level of Customer Service is acceptable then just maybe their Customers will have gone elsewhere in the meantime.
I would also like to point out that this is the second time I have stayed here and the first time the Customer Service was also poor. It just happened to be the only place available in the vicinity at short notice hence the booking this time. I won't make the mistake a third time. Maybe employing a competent manager who can hire suitable staff is a starting point.
Thank you
- J299YYgemmas (10/5): Great service - Charlie, Emily and Jamie, where great hosts, friendly and helpful throught my stay. Answered queries with great knowledge and advice, amazing customer service and with a smile.
- Pinwadee (8/5): - Good location to visit the city within a distance walk.
- 255tilt (10/5): Lovely Stay - Just spent 3 nights there, was a little concerned from other reviews, but cannot fault our stay, staff very pleasant and helpful, Lord Nelson breakfast staff Clare, evening staff Lauren and Arran could not do enough for you to make your stay what you wanted, a great team.
- Oamaruvian (6/5): Average at best - The rooms are typical for any Premier Inn. However it was very hot and stuffy. The fan provided didnt work properly and the one window that could open, barely did so. The reception were friendly and it did have good carparking. It was also within walking distance to the main shopping area. Ok for a night but maybe not in the hot time of the year.
- m_anderson70 (10/5): Great hotel. - I had seen bad reviews for this hotel as it is an old building so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was the usual Premier Inn experience. Very friendly check in and out staff. Very clean and comfortable room. The public areas were also very clean. I was very satisfied with my stay and will stay there again in future. It is very well situated for walking into Stroud and visiting the local area.
- OnAir55066354465 (10/5): Quirky old hotel, overall nice stay - Efficient friendly staff, quick check in. Restaurant was fast even though was busy. Had a good walk round the park and fed some swans. Solo traveller just one night whilst passing.
- O1470JAsteveb (4/5): Needs air conditioning - The hotel was fine but spoilt by the lack of air conditioning, rooms were so uncomfortable it was difficult to sleep and the supplied fan was noisy.
The excuse was the building was listed but I’ve stayed at other listed hotels that had air conditioning so it’s possible to fit it.
There was a terrible smell in the stairwell and landings leading to the rooms although the rooms were fine.
Definitely won’t be staying there again what it cost !!
- V5642TGjw (10/5): - Little bit of an outdated building compared to others I’ve stayed at but it was a pleasant stay, my room was clean and the staff were efficient and very friendly when dealing with any requests
- Kimberly (10/5): - It was very clean and well kept.
