Guest Reviews
- D755WCrebeccak (10/5): Perfect Stay - Very clean, comfy and quiet. Staff are friendly and knowledgable of the area. Food was good value in the pub/restaurant next door. Short walk to the central tube line.
- S6031NLsarahd (10/5): Another amazing weekend - Stayed here a few times staff are always lovely & the rooms are always perfect & clean the beds are always comfy plenty of tea & coffee when needed.
- clairelI1705CD (10/5): Amazing hotel and staff - Kim and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay there again. We had some lovely surprise gifts in our room and thoroughly enjoyed our time there
- K38OQalisonb (10/5): Overnight stay so we could see the seal pups at Horsey Beach - We had a very nice couple on reception who checked us in. The hotel was clean and well presented. The room was imaculate and the fittings, like the heating control easy to use.
The tea tray was well stocked with more available in reception. It is a short walk to the restaurant which was also really clean and we had a warm welcome.
The meal deal is very good value, we had the steak with red house wine which we really enjoyed. The steak was a little tough unfortunately.
The bed was comfortable and being able to stay until 12 on the departure day meant we could relax after breakfast before heading off.
- U3919GFlaurar (10/5): Chilli beef pizza is delicious - The service was fantastic. We ordered a few starters which were delicious, the calamari was a bit salty but the waitress took it off the bill without any issues so very happy with the hospitality. I ordered a very awkward pizza, beef chilli on the pizza base, which the waiter (Daniel) did for us very graciously. It’s a little weird but it was delicious! I would highly recommend adding it on to a pizza base. The kitchen had never heard of it before which was very funny and Daniel, our waiter, was a good sport! Lovely atmosphere and great service. Very friendly staff. P.S my partner added a volcano amount of spicy toppings which we had a laugh with the staff about as well. When Daniel came out he gave me spring rolls but I had initially asked for spring onions! We had a good laugh and he didn’t charge me for the mistake
- X6741PRgaryj (6/5): Clean but no shower - I’ve stayed here many times prior to 2024, so when I needed to visit again, it felt like a no-brainer to return to what I knew. Unfortunately, it now seems that was a mistake.
On my first visit back, the shower was barely functioning — extremely weak, but just about usable. It certainly couldn’t run a bath; it would have taken at least an hour.
This time, I booked a Premier Plus room, which was very nice overall. However, in the morning I woke up expecting a decent shower, and it was a huge disappointment. The water was only trickling out, barely warm, and not even enough to wash properly. The sink pressure was even worse. When I mentioned this to a staff member, she said they had been waiting on engineers for a while — not reassuring.
Sadly, based on these repeated issues, I don’t think I’ll be returning again.
- Y5078QOkareng (10/5): Very polite and happy manager - We were staying at this lovely hotel for a couple of nights as it was our 50th anniversary. We had meals and breakfast every day in the restaurant next door and every time it was lovely, staff are polite and friendly but this one night dining stood out. There were 2 staff members working that evening, young man, unfortunately couldn't see his name as did not had badge, and young lovely lady Liga. Restaurant was quite busy. Table behind us, guests were very, rude from minute they came into restaurant. They complained about service and food to manager Liga, she handled situation very well and in highly professionall manner and her smile on her face never disappeared, even straight after their complaint Liga came over to our table to ask if we are OK and apologise about situation with rude guests. Her smile never went from her face and handled it in the best manner, she's a big credit to your company, employees like Liga, who do not loose their smiles even in the hardest situation, must be praised as life is a challenge these days. Well done, hope this feedback will be helpful
- T6561FVharoldg (10/5): Helpful receptionist - I visited the hotel yesterday, Had a pleasant and helpful receptionist help me with some issues regarding my air con and tv ,she resolved these problems immediately and was very interested in helping me as I was tired and wanted to wind down after a busy day at work , she wished me a nice evening and i left very satisfied I was tired but managed to remember her name it was Liga , great asset to your company
- K1578PCsandyb (2/5): The worse ever hotel experience - We arrived early evening when it was already dark. On approaching the hotel it looked like the hotel had closed down. The lighting on the Premier Inn signage was off. The building behind the signage was cordoned off with iron railings and barriers. One or two workmen could be seen around the building which had sparse lighting in a few rooms. I drove in but there seemed no where to go so I reversed thinking the hotel must have been relocated. But there was no sign of a Premier Inn at another location further down the road. So I decided to call the hotel. No answer. I decided to drive back and perhaps ask one of the builders about the apparent disappearance of the Premier Inn. However, as I drove in the second time I spotted a car driving around the first building into a dark entrance. This road was not readily visible from the road entrance, especially in the dark.
As we drove around the building we saw the reception of the Premier Inn and some dim lighting. There was a small but adequate car park. We queued at reception. There were two people in front of us. The gentleman at the front was complaining about the fact his heating was blowing out cold. He was not very happy and the receptionist had changed his room but she did not seem very welcoming. When it came to our turn we mentioned about the dark entrance and the fact it appeared that the hotel had closed down and were told that many people mention it. No apology or care. Why has this been left?
Our room was freezing when we arrived. The heating did not work properly. We turned it up but it kept on going off every hour. I had to repeatedly reset it. Consequently as soon as we warmed up it was cold again. The cold water in the sink tap came out warm so we couldn't use it to fill the kettle. We had to buy bottled water. The hot water came out very slowly. Basically the sink tap did not work. We did not bother to complain as we felt this would fall on deaf ears. We had no energy after our long drive.
We nearly never used the shower but it made sense to shower before we left with our itinerary the following day. As expected the shower was tolerable - just. There were 2 bath towels but only 1 hand towel. I had to ask for a hand towel at reception which was fine but it was rough like sand paper. We were only staying over the 1 night - thank goodness. I do not understand how a hotel chain such as the Premier Inn are unable to address these issues but I doubt I would book with a Premier Inn again.
- deniserJ7889SF (8/5): Overnight stay - The location was a little further out than we wanted but easy to get to and not too far to walk from the train station. The reception staff were very helpful and assisted us with our rooms and provide drinks and also sweets in the room for the children. The room was clean and adequate for our one night stay, good night's sleep and very quiet. However, the restaurant next door was not so good. Thank you to Jurrell, who was very helpful, and polite. The evening meal was nice and the food was good but the service was terrible. The resdtauratnt was not full by any stretch of the imagination but we had to wait 40-45 minutes for our food, not good when you have hungry children. The staff were not particularly friendly and we had to clear our own table to enable us to have a dessert, even though I had asked for it to be cleared. This was the only downside to staying at this particular Premier Inn. The Premier Inn was perfectly fine.
- T7374IOmichaelb (2/5): Disgusting room cleanliness. - The room smells like kebab and body odour. There are pieces of food on the chair, side table and carpet. The shower curtain is hanging on for dear life and the headboard is disgusting.
- Shirley_md_memories (8/5): Had a really nice stay and the best cooked breakfast - Had a rather pleasant one night stay. The staff here are all super friendly, from reception to house keeping through to breakfast. Room was clean and temp was just right. I had overheard the receptionist talking to another about the water pressure being an issue and it was but it was manageable and they are dealing with it.
Have to give a shout out for the breakfast. Freshly cooked and Probably the best breakfast I have had in a premier Inn. Food was hot , plentiful and tasty. Thank you Charlotte.
- H748BJstephenw (10/5): Full marks - Very happy experience. Easily booked online and chose to pay at the hotel, which was also easy. Early check-in option worked well - thanks Jurrell for sorting. Room warm and cosy, comfortable, quiet and clean. My room had a bath (and shower, of course) which was a plus. Check-out consists of walking out. I’m not sure about connections to central London as I was attending a meeting close by.
Full marks.
- Charmaine (6/5): - Front desk staff was very helpful
- 281johnathans (10/5): Comfortable and Convenient stay - Amazingly located for Visiting London if you have a vehicle due to free carparking, Just off the A40 and Close to a Underground tube station.
- 882huwj (10/5): Recommend - Excellent experience at Premier Inn, Great Yarmouth West. Friendly staff, clean tidy and comfortable room. Recommend to all.
- elizabethkG3126JR (10/5): Good service, friendly staff - Stayed for 2 nights to attend a conference. Everything was clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly but just wanted to give a shout out to mattie, he was very friendly, happy to help and was always cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble. See you in Greggs Mattie!!!
- R454JImirandaw (10/5): Lovely overnight stay. - Superb from start to finish. The reception staff were friendly. Server in restaurant lovely and chef was superb. Our room was clean tidy and accessible on time. Nothing was too much for the staff here.
- Voyage50579450788 (10/5): The Premier Inn itself was clean, well presented and friendly staff at reception as one would expect. - Unfortunately this Premier Inn is not very 'pedestrian friendly' and being so close to the train station, I thought it would be which is why I booked.
The road leading up to it has no lighting, is very desolate and the only alternative is an overgrown path at the rear of the building - that is daunting to say the least, and not to be used when alone if you are of a nervous disposition and due to the discarded rubbish and even old bedding, it is not a pleasant walk. There's also no lighting so avoid after dark.
- Sherpa61294628227 (6/5): Faulty showers - Lovely staff very friendly did enjoy my stay at hotel only disappoint was showers were not working properly my self and other guest saying with yourselfs were attending a wedding and couldn't even wash our hair properly hotel were aware of the problem so feel guest should of been informed of problem before arriving or checking in
- Go02048515013 (10/5): Wow just wow what a great hotel - Well where do I start first time staying at this premier inn this part of Great Yarmouth 31/10/25 as our usual B&B was fully booked. So really wasn’t sure if we would enjoy it.. from the moment we arrived we was greeted with a warm friendly welcome from the front of house shell and Sarah who was polite friendly and welcoming. We had a few items we needed while we stayed and they shell and Sarah made sure they was delivered promptly. Nothing was to much hassle and they made our stay a home from home experience
The food service evening meal
We have stayed in many premier inns all up and down the country some good some bad we decided to go for the breakfast and dinner option at this hotel. On arrival to dinner we was greeted by Dan. And again we wasn’t disappointed Dan welcomed us with a smile he showed us a nice quiet area of the restaurant made sure we was comfortable. And made us again feel right at home. Nothing was too much trouble for Dan and made sure our meals come out hot fresh and didn’t have to wait long. Thank you Dan for a wonderful service you provided
Breakfast
Without a doubt this must off been one of the best breakfasts we have had in a long time the breakfast was absolutely amazing the sausages had colour the black pudding wasn’t soggy the eggs was cooked to perfection Kim J the cook was in that kitchen on her own and even tho she was alone the food was spot on and kept topped up and fresh and hot I have not had a decent breakfast for a long time in a premier inn until I got to this place. Well done Kim j keep up that great work
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Yarmouth
- saleems354 (10/5): Amazing and unforgettable from start to finish - What an amazing hotel ! From start to finish we were made to feel special. First Class check in and guest service from Shell throughout the stay. Myles and Amy were also amazing. We will definitely return. Thank you
- F8240VVjuliat (10/5): premier inn A47 - Room is great, staff are friendly, meal deal is worth it. Food is great and was hot.
Restaurant staff are professional. Corridors smelled funky but room is clean.
- 564mihaelak (10/5): We went just for a breakfast and I should say that our breakfast server Deni it was absolutely amazing. Nothing wasn't - We went just for a breakfast and I should say that our breakfast server Deni it was absolutely amazing. Nothing wasn't too much for her.
Breakfast was warm and tasty.
- eitak24 (10/5): Great value & great allergy awareness at breakfast - The hotel was great value. Friendly staff on check in. Comfortable beds, nice shower and free wifi.
Breakfast for £10.99 an adult and kids ate free. Nice cooked breakfast and pastries. My son has nut and sesame allergies and the server (Dina) was AMAZING - gave us the allergy folder, washed all his utensils and got food from unopened packets and cooked off the buffet. Meant he could have sausages and pancakes with his cousins and honestly made our day.
Highly recommend.
- Companion05021135817 (10/5): 5 star service - Another night at this hotel and again meeting up with the friendly staff. Tonight I had the pleasure to deal with Shell and Dan and a nice little chi chat as restuarant was empty for tea. 5 star service and banter from them both👍🏻
- jeremyc999 (10/5): Friendy, professional and welcoming staff - Excellent Premier Inn on the edge of Great Yarmouth. Friendly and professional welcome. Staff know what they are doing and were helpful. Parking is easy. Restaurant has a nice feel to it and we enjoyed breakfast there. Excellent base for visiting the Broads and the coast. Rooms were clean and everything worked well. Room temperature was good which is not always the case with Premier Inn (usually too hot).
- markmU3711TH (10/5): Warm and welcoming place to come with fantastic staff and service - We found Amy and Shell to be excellent hosts. Warm and welcoming, very friendly and the service was excellent. We would definitely eat and stay here again.
- F7742EOjanep (10/5): Two night stay - A very comfortable stay with an excellent breakfast on both mornings. Thank you Kelsa and Charlotte for a great welcome!
- FoxyBradley (6/5): Standards dropped - Stayed in this premier 4 years ago
Better experience.
Sub standard cleaning now
Mouldy shower curtain
No hand towels or bath mats left
Plenty of bath towels
No extra blanket in room
No facility to purchase water from a vending machine
Smell of cannabis in hallway.
- Inspire64494483489 (10/5): Great trip, to be done again. - We had a warm welcome by the front desk.
The room was spacious and clean
My friend loved the deep bath.
Breakfast was good, with helpful staff.
- K7612REjennyb (8/5): Pretty Good Stay - The hotel looked tired and shabby from outside, it could do with a spruce up. Parking is invaluable in this area and plenty of spaces, just make sure you register your registration at reception. The room was large, clean and spacious, bathroom was large and mostly very clean. The plughole in the sink was completely blocked with hair which is not acceptable and was actually really quite gross ( room 36 ). All in all a good stay. Would stay again if in the area. Just needs a bit more attention to the little things.
- jumokea623 (10/5): Good night sleep.. - My first impression as I a made the turn into the hotel was that I was in a wrong place due to the dilapidated building and empty car park in front of the hotel 😅
I drove round to the back and saw the hotel with loads of parking spaces.
I was welcomed by a very pleasant lady at the reception, the check in and car registration process was seamless.
The room was clean, nice and comfortable.
Breakfast was made fresh to order, and the stay was worth every penny spent
- bobvE7831PE (6/5): Not impressed by the Premier stay and paying extra - The facilities were not acceptable. The water pressure for the show was very low, and hardly any water flowed. Also, the car parking was so tight, that I could not get out of my car.
I would not connect to the ultimate wifi, so used the free wifi, which was slow and kept disconnecting.
The coffee filter machine dispensed me a cold cup of coffee
The TV was old fashioned and did not allow display from my laptop
I ordered food from the restaurant, and I got warm pizza, without any condiments.
The reception desk person didn't communicate properly or even smiled
- justturned25 (6/5): Not again - Before I start I need to say the staff here are amazing. This Premier Inn concept has lost the plot. The room make overs seem to be done on the cheap. Again no walk in showers. Heating no, air con yes! Beds not so good as they used to be. Dining? the Social. Is 2 premier inn rooms knocked together with cramped seating , repeat cramped seating. Not a social environment.. VERY LIMITED MENU. Chef amazing how she held it all together, deserves a medal… no vegetables on offer. Will defo give this location a swerve for future and any other that advertise this facility.
- _moyajackaman88 (10/5): Excellent staff - The biggest asset to this hotel is the staff who were all pleasant, welcoming helpful and very hardworking. Seemingly doing both breakfast waitressing and reception! A special mention to Kelsa thanks
- V8286BUjoannes (4/5): Didn’t sleep well - The hotel was away from the main road so it didn’t disturb us. Large car park. Sadly the lady on checkout in clearly didn’t want to be there, and was miserable. The lowest temperature the room could be set at was 19°, which was too warm for us to sleep comfortably. The bed was very firm. The rooms are in need of updating as they are looking tired.
- 809shrutip (2/5): So bad - I stayed at this hotel with my family and was very disappointed with the experience. The cleaning service was far below expectations – our room was not properly cleaned, and basic standards of hygiene were not maintained. On top of that, the lady from HR who was sitting at the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional when we raised our concerns. Hospitality should be about making guests feel welcome, but unfortunately, this was not the case here. I do not recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and respectful stay.
- Nomis1986 (6/5): DIY Hotel Experience Near Wembley! - Booked this place for its proximity to Wembley Stadium.
First impressions? The building had that charming “vintage”, the kind where you’re not sure if it’s historic or just tired. Entered our room and were immediately greeted by half a curtain rail chilling on the chair like it was waiting for room service. Clearly the room had been cleaned but this was ignored.
We pushed it back on ourselves, because apparently this was a Build-A-Room experience. Just missing the Allen key and IKEA instructions. We would have spoken to staff but they were busy due to multiple people staying for the event at Wembley stadium.
Cleanliness was okay, and the surrounding areas were fine, nothing to write home about, but also nothing that made us want to run home.
Now, the staff? Smiling, helpful, and somehow keeping it together despite the influx of people.
Would we stay again? Maybe. But we’d probably scroll past it on Booking.com a few times first.
- 282jasd (10/5): . - This was my second stay at the Premier Inn London Greenford while visiting for a Wembley concert, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The location is ideal – close enough to Wembley for an easy journey, but far enough away to escape the post-concert crowds.
As before, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth. My room was spotless, quiet, and the bed incredibly comfortable – exactly what I needed after a long night at the stadium. I felt completely at ease travelling solo, which is important to me.
Breakfast was a good start to the day, and having the restaurant and nearby shops makes everything convenient.
- Companion08046498233 (10/5): Weekend Trip - Me and my wife are very happy with our stay. Well looked after by the folk in the reception. I recommend the breakfast. Will book again!
- sukhg947 (10/5): 5 stars - I stayed at the Premier Inn London Greenford as a solo traveller for a concert at Wembley, and it was the perfect choice. The location is really convenient – just a short journey to Wembley Stadium, but far enough away to avoid the heavy crowds after the event.
The staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with everything I needed for a good night’s rest after the concert. The bed was especially comfortable, which made a big difference after a long day.
The onsite restaurant was handy, with a good range of food and drinks, and there are shops nearby if you need anything extra.
Overall, it’s a great value stay – safe, friendly, and ideal if you’re travelling alone for an event at Wembley. I’d definitely stay here again.
- 618rajes (10/5): Brilliant hotel! Would definitely stay again! - Brilliant hotel, staff were very helpful with recommendations for the local area and travel routes. Had an issue with the room that was originally assigned to myself and so went down to reception where I met Ranvir (definitely worth the extra shoutout) who was very quickly able to upgrade us! Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend to my friends and family!
- inderjitn2025 (10/5): Good customer service - Exceptional customer service from check in to check out. Highly recommend this. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 670alanr (10/5): Business trip - I have been here for 2 days in Gravesend and the staff and the food are both excellent. I am in a newly renovated premier plus room and it is superb . The waitress and the chefs that have been on both nights are very friendly and the food is very hot , not a lot of choice but something for everyone .
I would definitely recommend a stay here for whatever occasion.
Well done everyone .
- Spurs37 (10/5): Lisa great service - We had a few issues with our accomodation and spoke to the reception, Lisa was on the desk and I must say she went over and above to help our situation.
This lady is an absolute credit to the company and deserves praise for her customer service, problems all solved.👏👏
- NVDB (10/5): Warm hospitality and comfort near Cyclopark - We visited Gravesend for a cycling course at Cyclopark. Although the hotel is somewhat hidden behind a derelict or empty building, we received a warm welcome from Kate at reception upon arrival. Kate was highly professional, welcoming, and hospitable. She kindly arranged a solution to store our bike. The room was clean, recently refurbished, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, providing us with a quiet and restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and featured a powerful shower. We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, which had a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Tania took excellent care of us during our meal. The breakfast was also delicious. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and will definitely return.
- GintareN (10/5): Great hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfast - It was great experience, friendly staff , clean rooms, delicious breakfast. Thanks a lot to a gent working in the restaurant who brought toys to my toddler while we were eating. Special thanks to Kate from reception who was on shift all 4 days we were there, she was always smiling and assisting us with any queries we had.
- CarolynWashford (8/5): A47 Great Yarmouth Premier inn - On arrival area looked clean and tidy around hotel however very neglected area adjacent to hotel. Lovely clean room and no noise heard from other guests at night. The adjoining restaurant was very short staffed every night with only 2 servers for the entire evening which meant long delays in getting food. We counted only 14 people in restaurant , some had already eaten and we still had to wait an hour for food. Every dish came with chips unless you had a curry or a salad!
The kitchen door needs attention as very loud bang every time the server went back into the kitchen, got annoying if you’re in there for at least a couple of hours.
When you did get your food it was nice and hot.
Always plenty of choice at breakfast, nothing ever ran out.
Staff were nice and friendly and we didn’t experience any problems during our stay. Nice to have free parking and local attractions not too far away
- thomascA8342PU (10/5): Fantastic all round - The staff are the most friendly and efficient staff ive met in a hotel before stayed a few weeks ago with family and was so good i came back with a friend a few weeks later.
- 628elizabeth (10/5): Lovely new rooms - I booked one of the lovely Premier Plus rooms and really enjoyed the extra features.
Part of the hotel is still being renovated. New carpets look much better than the old ones.
However 'The Social' is being operated by a single member of staff at any one time (Kesla in the morning, Matt in the evening), so when several people come in at a time, there's a bit of a wait for your food. It would be better to have two members of staff there, during peak breakfast hours even if the hotel isn't fully occupied at present.
- D9889VZpaulr (10/5): Really good experience - A friendly experience with a very welcoming staff, clean and tidy room and premises. Easy to find, and this was my 3rd visit and I will be back.
- 791marvelu (10/5): Excellent service and care - Especially for kids - I had an amazing experience at Premier Inn Gravesend. I went with my kids and they absolutely enjoyed it. The environment was very clean and there were plenty of varieties to choose from. My kids really enjoyed their meals.
My son has allergies and the lovely lady who took our order, Kelsa, went above and beyond to make sure there were no issues. The food came out hot and tasted delicious. Kelsa was so attentive, she made sure the juice never ran out for the kids and that they had more than enough to eat and drink.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I truly appreciate the excellent service.
- 393sueo (2/5): Not recommended - Arrived at hotel after concert at Wembley so was after midnight. Curtains in room would not close properly as clips had previously snapped off. Did not get good sleep as daylight coming through unclosed curtains Curtains had holes in them. Don’t believe the room had received a proper clean as curtain rail was filthy. Car park was strewn with empty beer bottles and cigarette butts. Would not recommend.
- Explorer136811 (10/5): Gravesend Stay - No issues with room, parking or location, I had received an email regarding refurbishment so the building works at the approach were expected. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on this. My biggest issue is Premier charging different rates for the same room, the second night was more expensive but it was the same room and actually cost the hotel less as we didn't ask for any cleaning services, top up of coffee, clean bedding towels etc. I appreciate that the room charges were clear when we booked but still very annoying.
- shanesI9884FJ (4/5): Disappointing and below par - Very disorganized and noisy. Restaurant is extremely small and not fit for purpose. Reception staff at check in were chaotic. Guest still waiting for early check in at 3pm !
Regular guest at Premier Inns and this was way below par.
- pavendeepg2025 (10/5): Wonderful stay! - Had a lovely experience staying here! We were very exhausted and just wanted a peaceful sleep. Which is what we got! Beds were comfy and hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly.
- dawncantelo (4/5): Not the best - The girl on reception spoke very quiet and it didn’t help that she was also looking down, she wasn’t impressed when you asked her to repeat what she was saying.
When walking into our room the first thing we noticed was the smell of damp, I sat on the spare sofa bed and it felt damp. We noticed a leaf on the floor next to a freestanding bedside table, when the went to pick it I we noticed it was sitting in spiders webs wrapped around the table leg. There was still rubbish in the bathroom bin and our daughter’s bathroom ceiling had mould on it.
The hotel is in need of an update & big clean.
Good was at the pub across the car park and we went for breakfast, not your normal premier inn breakfast, no fresh fruit or mixed fruit. There was only one lady on the floor and she was very rude.
Would we stay here again, NO
- L3314GNmarkt (6/5): Location great, rooms shabby, food ok. - Stayed at this hotel every year since 2019. It hasn't been decorated in that time and it's starting to show. It just looks shabby with missing paint in the rooms and bathroom. There was mould in the bathroom and the plughole blocked by lots of hair and gunk! I moved the bed away from the wall to get the beds closer together, but there was so much hair and dust that I just put it back. The room wasn't cleaned once during our stay and I had to ask for clean towels on the 3rd day.
Breakfast is good and the lady in the restaurant so friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant all 3 nights and it's your typical microwaved, tasteless pub food. The pie is great but they stated they had run out the first night only to be told they hadn't the second night. As this is cooked in an oven , I think they just couldn't be bothered to prepare it as it was nearing the end of the serving time. Also told me they'd run out the third night.
The location for us is perfect with free parking and 15 mins walk to the tube. I'll probably look elsewhere next year unless it's been decorated, but them I guess they'll increase the price!!
- Wahida_L (10/5): Nice, easy stay - Brilliant hotel! Really comfortable as expected from a premier inn! Huge bonus to have free parking with no conditions in London. The staff were friendly and helpful.
There was an event outside on the Saturday night and we thought it may be really noisy in the hotel but as soon as you closed the door you couldn’t hear anything so that was comforting too.
- Umut Dogu (2/5): Terrible choice - Room smell so bad as damp. There is spider nets in the room. Low level clean. Sleeping bed is not comfortable it made my back pain. Price is so expensive also
