Guest Reviews
- janegF5174DX (10/5): Amazing stay - I stayed in bognor Regis ican honestly say this was a most wonderful stay I have ever experienced the hotel was clean and tidy and the atmosphere was magical staff were lovely and great value for money will definitely stay there again
- stevenmQ3138CN (2/5): Good night sleep guantee? Lieing staff guantee more like - Probably the last time I stay at a premier inn, which is sad as I have been staying with premier inn multiple times a year for years, check in staff rude, slow and would rather talk to each other than check customers in. Air conditioning unit noisy all night, 3 times I went to reception to ask for it to be turned off but what a supisre no one around all night, then I basicly called a liar for saying ive been down because they won't admit they wasn't around meaning I cant not claim this good night sleep guarentee because they are in fact actualy lieing. I am looking into private legal action as the staff are liars who will not let me chase tge correct avenues within premier inn. Do not stay at this hotel.
- Guide50383107297 (6/5): Disappointed - Me and my friends have been coming here for yrs , have noticed a drop in standards . One member of staff running the front desk in between seating people for meals , wiping down tables and dealing with our complaint of having ordered starters and mains and having it all brought out at the same time ( not acceptable ) . Toilet tissue hard so obviously cheaper brand . Please don’t drop your standards you will drive people away and also you have 5 premier inns in Bournemouth , why not run two sites with more staff and stop cutting corners .
- davefletcher12 (6/5): Ok, just. - Guy on reception was pleasant, room had extra bed made up, only 2 of us!
Only 1 coffee sachet and 1 teabag in room although plenty available in reception.
1 of lights in bathroom not working, room not hoovered properly otherwise clean.
Heating went off and room got chilly, reception said engineer had been called. (Hotels heating had broken down) It was working when we came back later.
Basically for the price paid it was ok but probably the worse Prem Inn we’ve stayed at, definitely in need of an upgrade.
- Finlays_folks (6/5): Basic hotel, terrible WiFi - Premier Inn needs to step up. There have been no real upgrades to this brand in years. Offering free WiFi at 1 Mbps is a joke in the modern world. Breakfast was good and the pub next door offered standard average food but at a reasonable price.
- E7008OPdanm (10/5): Great Weekend in Bognor Staying at the Shripney Premier Inn - A nice stay at Shripney Premier Inn and a lovely Breakfast at the Robin Hood next door. Would recommend for anyone staying in the area.
- helenalB8161CN (10/5): Excellent experience at Shripney Premier Inn - Excellent stay at Shripney (Near Bognor Regis). Very welcoming. Responsive, helpful staff. Lovely comfortable rooms. Could not fault our stay.
- P8117OVdannya (10/5): Eat, sleep... will definitely repeat!! 👍🏻 - Helpful polite staff, lush brekkie, good sleep.... Great value!! Clean comfortable room, will definitely be returning!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
- Southernengland (4/5): Much better Premier Inns nearby - Not the best Premier Inn in Bournemouth as this is one of the oldest and the rooms vary a great deal in size and spec. If you are lucky you can get a room about 30% bigger than the one next door but it is pot luck. Many of the rooms are quite dark and gloomy. It has been partially updated but is still tired feeling. Lifts feel long past their prime as do the bathrooms. Generally clean but it all feels a bit old and in need of refurbishment. HDMI port didn't work. They have finally updated the TV channel selection (after 2 years).
- Velux75 (4/5): Not the best Premier Inn in Bournemouth - Pretty run down Premier Inn there are better ones in the area I am sure. Contractors hotel. Dirty carpet, place could do with freshening up. Cooked breakfast mediocre - rubbery eggs or watery scrambled eggs, tomatoes that have not been grilled, boiled mushrooms and don't expect to be offered anything of the vegetarian menu. There are less depressing places to stay!
- R5683DZrichards (10/5): Satisfied, happy guest - This is a good premier in with a lovely pub adjoining it serving excellent food. Large free car park. Super helpful staff who even posted to my home address an item of clothing I left behind in the bar 👍🏼😃
- ssN2792KG (10/5): Relaxing stay. - Always a good stay here. Bed comfy, bathroom clean, good shower. Quiet for our stay. Car parking spaces could be wider to accommodate contemporary cars, and check-in could be easier (think QR code to phone/door). Otherwise, very satisfied.
- HypnoSax (6/5): Hotel OK but no heat in a cold room - We use the budget hotels in Bournemouth a good deal and recognise that you get what you pay for but on a cold autumn evening a little heating is a necessity not a luxury. Our heating wasn’t working - just blowing out cold air. A bit disappointing as this place is usual fit for our needs
- Roving01321304204 (6/5): Overnight stay in premier bognor regis - Stayed at hotel because I was attending my sisters funeral. Booked three twin rooms online but was given three double rooms. Took a while to sort out. Had the celebration of life in the hotel buffet food and refreshments were good . Some of the staff could do with some training in the art of dealing with the public. Breakfast was advertised as cooked freshly, waitress takes order and arrives with breakfast for six of us in less than two minutes, bacon was dry poached eggs were hard and the premier sausages were definitely not premier sausages
- sarahbG4696KL (6/5): Below average (apart from breakfast!) - Looks nice on the outside….
But that’s about it. The reception and breakfast room had been obviously decorated to a high standard but the reception staff lacked warmth and were very “professional” (almost detached). The rooms had broken sockets/usb ports. There was a lack of plugs near the bed meaning if you rely on cpaps you need a network of extension sockets (one was obtained from reception but treated as an unusual request?)
Room also had a lot of dings and shabby places (helpfully hidden by bins and things) but was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The shining star of this place was chef and his team. Breakfast was a pleasure, you were treated so well as soon as you walked in, cheerful greetings, a bit of warmth and friendly conversation and a genuinely lovely team. They were so efficient - that place ran like a dream and the food was fantastic. If all the staff were as friendly as them the hotel would be a lovelier place.
- NelsonMuntz23 (8/5): Amazing Breakfast. - This hotel is in a great position.
The staff were amazing (fella with beard especially good )
Our room 120 on the first floor was clean and tidy.
It was rather dull and dark though due to a piece of the hotel ( air conditioning unit? Kitchen ? ) right outside the window.
Bed comfy
Facilities very good.
The biggest and best surprise for us was breakfast. It was unbelievably good. As much as you wanted. Fantastic value. We’ve never eaten at a Premier Inn before, but will in future.
Only the dullness of the room stops it getting 5 stars.
- tracykY6141OH (4/5): Poor - Great location to Bournemouth town and beach. How ever our stay was not pleasant double headboard was badly stained and one pillow case was mouldy so immediately changed it. Both single beds had no single sheet only mattress protector and no duvet covers. Bathroom was mouldy in areas . And to top it all off bedroom next to us could hear there business . And ones above us had children from late at night to early morning banging constantly that it kept us awake for 3 nights and no one at desk only saw one person the whole time seems like he was dealing with everythink and everyone
- Tillyflip (10/5): Premier Inn Westbourne - always reliable - Premier Inn Westbourne is great value for money. Clean, comfortable, decent sized rooms. Room facilities good. Hairdryer near mirror. Plant of hanging/storage space. Hob water. Good towels. Extremely helpful staff. Convenient for town centre.
- Bigphil1963 (6/5): Nice break in Bournmouth - We stayed for 2 nights (room 221), ovetall the stay was pleasant and staff friendly and helpful.
Room modern and well mainrained with all the usual services and facilities.
Window could not be opened which was not good as we wanted some fresh air also is this safe?
Bathroom was clean but had some black mold ald ware damage around the cubicle.
The shower head leaked from its base and the tray drained very slow and nearly over flowed.
Parking is an issue and at £10 a day a cash cow for the hotel.
Appreciate there iare not enough parking spaces but disappointing to be chatged especialy the initial horly rate of £1 per hour.
Aircon did mot heat room and instructions to wall control not helpful.
Noisy room above us.made for a slightly broken first nigjt but had worse.
Breakfadt was good albeit some of thr hot food was cold and fried eggs no yoke.
Locatiob is good for walkingninto town centre approx 20 minutes and one option was through the "gatdens'. Lovely walk and takes you to the heart of the town centre.
- hopelucy87 (4/5): Awful nights sleep - Couldn't sleep all night due to unbearable heat, flashing lights positioned directly above the bed for some reason and all the noise. The breakfast service was very nice though, 2 lovely gents.
- tonyjC8276QV (10/5): Great stay - Really enjoyed our stay here at Bognor Regis. Very friendly staff and really clean rooms. Place needs a refurbishment but it’s still very clean.
- tattyjules (10/5): Relaxing visit friendly staff, ample to eat for breakfast and restaurant good too . Comfy bed , big room , hot shower. - A great hotel , comfy bed and quiet area. Staff friendly and really helpful at breakfast and in the restaurant. Plenty of parking , be aware no lift but only one flight of stairs.
- sirtonty (2/5): Not a great hotel - When I arrived early to check in, I was informed that there would be an £15 early check-in fee. I was not told that when I booked the hotel. There is also a parking fee to park at the hotel. I stayed one night and was charged £20.00 to park. There was also a rat running around the car park. The heat in my room did not work, and the windows had been left open to air the room out, according to the person at the check-in counter. The room was freezing cold. The WiFi was very bad in the room. I could not watch anything on the computer as it continually buffered. There was only one person working the reception desk, and he also covered the bar. We waited over 20 minutes just to order a drink. The wait for food was even longer. We ordered beef nachos with cheese, and they ran out of beef, so only one out of the three ordered had beef on them. Breakfast was below average. The bacon had no taste to it and looked old and the eggs were overdone. The person checking our names at breakfast was not the least bit friendly. Overall the hotel is old and dirty looks in desperate need of refurbishment. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
- Poppy_white286 (8/5): Fab stay... - Stayed here for the night as a family of four, just while visiting some local Blackpool attractions.
The room was clean and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The only things that we could criticise with our room was the shower- the rainfall shower head was very loose, but wasn't a huge issue. Also, the heating/cooling system in our room was broken, so we woke up in the night feeling very hot. It would be nice if that was fixed. (Room Six)
The breakfast room was fabulous- the staff were attentive, the food was great, and the room itself was very clean.
Overall, a great stay, and somewhere we'd definitely stay again.
Thank you!
- Steven (8/5): - Job well done by staff.
- O6792QKlinaa (2/5): Not happy at all. - The bathroom needs a major renovation, the carpet and air conditioning are disgusting.
It definitely needs a good management!
- tommymT5667OT (6/5): Disappointed of attitude of reception staff or one in particular, the young lady was very polite couldn’t book me in. - After a 10 drive and arriving at 1.15pm.i was told there was a £15
early check-in fee ,im 73yrs of age and thought it was a bit much to pay for 1hr45mins.
A little bit of leeway?
Not happy.
- L4614ESmichaelh (8/5): Great Hotel - We have been staying in this hotel for the last 3 years for a overnight stay before going to Butlin's to break up the journey, We have always found the room to be lovely, clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful should you need anything.
We also always have breakfast the following morning and again no complaints whatsoever, my kids can be a bit fussy when ordering but the staff are so patient with everyone and the food is lovely.
- mikeferris55 (8/5): Good value for money. Comfortable and welcoming. - We found this Premier Inn to be perfectly acceptable, considering the location, price and how busy it was. We realise other reviewers mentioned it was tired, which is true. However, that could describe almost any hotel in the country now, not just Premier Inns.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a useful 10-minute drop-off zone for loading and unloading luggage.
- fionnualas700 (10/5): Home away from home with a little bit of luxury. - Felt so at home at arrival. The receptionist on duty was so kind and helpful as well as being accommodating in finding me a room to suit my needs. She really looked like she loved her job. Throughout my stay she was friendly as I walked past the desk. The room was spacious and quiet and inviting.
- HalfwaytoheavenCafe (4/5): Had to leave early - Room not very clean - dust on furniture and hair in bathroom.
Room above mine had noisy floorboards and every step from the occupier kept me awake - Tuesday night resulted in the girls in the next room playing music and screaming at each other. I left the hotel a night earlier than planned - I asked customer services for a refund for the last night and this was refused as I had failed to make a complaint at 3am rather than 7.30am so their good nights sleep guarantee is not to be believed
- beckyprp (6/5): Tired building in need of love! - A tired and unloved building held together only by the friendliness and super service of the lovely staff. We stayed for the weekend of the Goodwood Revival Festival and so prices were higher than the usual budget options. First impressions are extremely poor - Premier Inns need to inject some serious love & attention into this tired and dilapidated structure; unloved and unkempt outdoor area, tired décor, out of service toilets and cold, dark, damp dining room for breakfast. The rooms are as you would expect - basic, well filled with the essentials but in need of a simple over haul - housekeeping can’t be expected to keep rooms clean that require refurbishment - it’s impossible when the silicone seals and paintwork need a redo!! But they work hard and deliver the best possible experience in spite of the crumbling structure!
A good sleep was achieved for our 2 night stay, but come on Premier Inns - pull your finger out and upgrade this site!!
- themrssayer (8/5): Fine if you ignore the deep cleaning needs - We stayed in room 410. This faces the back of the the building which was not an issue as I was pleased to be away from the front which is on a main road. When we entered, it wasn't warm outside at all and found the window open and Aircon on full. Queue half an hour of waiting for the room to be warm.
The bathroom needs a deep clean, tile grouting gross. Home Bargains does an excellent tile grouting cleaner at a good price. Oh and don't forget to do around the taps. The toilet needs a good overnight soak in white vinegar to remove the limescale. It's gross and so easy to fix.
The vanity unit is shared with the kettle on a little shelf. Why can't a mirror be underneath the TV? More room and you can sit and use it.
Additional tea/coffee/sugar/milk is available in reception. If you plan on having more than two cups between guests grab some extra when you check in. We didn't like the public toilet tissue dispenser. There was only one USB socket. I did expect there to be at least USB A if not USB C sockets next to the bed
On a plus. The cups weren't egg cup sized. Bonus. Very good sized bath, nice and deep. We did have hot water. WiFi was fine, managed to stream a film on my iPad with no issues.
For the one night we were there. It was fine. It just needs a deep clean and electrical update.
- 276florencer (10/5): Wy go anywhere else when you could go to Premier Inn - We use Premier Inn exclusively. We love the security of knowing we are going to have spacious clean accommodation, which is needed as my husband isa wheelchair user. The breakfasts are amazing especially the continental choice. The evening meals are equal in quality. And then there are the staff, in all the Premier Inns we've visited the staff are second to non.
This stay has been in Blackpool East, it's a short distance from the motorway. But be careful Google SatNav gets lost at the last roundabout look for the B&Q sign head towards that and you'll see the hotel. There is a 15 min drive into Blackpool but it's strait forward and there's lots of car parks. I'd recommend the Central multi story it's a short walk to the tower. I'd recommend it to all,
it is a secure car park, they have a dedicated floor for blue badge holders but you will have to pay
- Lee_Andrews (4/5): Tired and dirty - Check in lady was great. Hotel was very tired and dirty. Not all premier inns are equal. Car park full of broken glass from car break ins and best avoided I think. I won’t stay there again.
Try other premier inns s in the local area as this one is really below the standard.
- marktO5850ER (2/5): The worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed at! - This is my complaint that I communicated and I got £33 refunded from a potential £380.00
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a deeply disappointing stay at your
Bournemouth Westbourne location under Booking Reference AWA3695289. As a frequent guest
of Premier Inn for both business and leisure, I have come to expect a consistent standard of
comfort and service. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations and was, without
question, the worst I’ve encountered.
From the outset, the bar and restaurant area was uncomfortably cold due to excessive air
conditioning, which was particularly unpleasant given the heat outside. Members of our group
had to wear tracksuits and jumpers just to stay warm indoors. While the barman was courteous
and clearly doing his best, he was left to manage multiple roles, taking orders, seating guests,
and serving, resulting in a 55-minute wait for food.
The rooms were excessively hot, forcing us to keep windows open overnight. This led to a
sleepless night due to loud music playing nearby. Our group had to be up at 5 a.m. to catch a
ferry, and the lack of rest significantly impacted our journey.
To make matters worse, three out of our four rooms had cold showers in the morning, which was
unacceptable. I have also taken photographs of various issues including dirt, wall damage, and
general poor maintenance, which I have shared below.
I rarely submit complaints, but this experience was unacceptable. I am requesting full
compensation for our group’s stay, which included four rooms. The discomfort, lack of sleep,
poor facilities, and inadequate service were not in line with the standards Premier Inn promotes.
- 587mattyc (8/5): Not good - Nice hotel reception really good the two rooms I had booked we very very dirty hairs in the bath mirrors has marks on the tv very very dusty headboard was vile i had to clean the room my self I feel the house keepers need a lot more training on how to clean very disappointed with premier inn blackpool
- X5603RLtimothyw (10/5): Pleasant staff and a breakfast that kept me going all day. - The front of the hotel does not correlate to the photographs online, it’s no longer a cream colour but now an oppressive grey colour but don’t let the outside appearance put you off from staying as the inside has been fully updated and refurbished to a high standard especially the bar and restaurant area with tasteful decor.
The car parking is £10 per 24 hours and the customer pays on exit, it can get full up quite early in the day ,as a warning ,and I was told if you leave the car park for a day trip it’s best to pay on exit and the driver may not be guaranteed a car parking space on returning.
There’s free parking on Clarendon Road and a few side streets from there, that’s right out of the hotel then turn left at the traffic lights.
If you turn right on foot from the hotel there are several shops , a Co-Op with a Costa takeaway coffee machine and a Premier convenience shop for takeaway coffee.
There is also a pizza takeaway and a restaurant with a real wood fire to cook the pizza on the same street.
In Westbourne ,there are two very good Thai restaurants, Nusara and the White Elephant, and plenty of pubs that offer meals, a steak house, and plenty of Indian restaurants.
The food at Nusara was delicious with English waitresses who made me feel very welcome, they have an impressive wine list, and whoever the chef is , they are doing a great job with all the dishes and flavours of the food.
It took me 25 minutes to walk to the beach by heading towards the Travelodge then down the slope by the Bournemouth swimming pool and concert venue or down the zig zag path down to the beach with plenty of public toilets and cafes.
There is a Harvester restaurant with roof top dining at Alum Chime beach, 25 minutes walking away from the hotel or further afield there’s another Harvester by Boscombe Pier, about a 30 minutes walk.
Opposite the Travelodge hotel be sure to dine at the highly recommended Tien Thai restaurant, booking is essential at peak times for Friday and Saturday nights.
The Premier Inn evening meal was very good and the breakfast was excellent and regularly topped up.
The food was to a very high standard.
The room was satisfactory, the air conditioning worked normally and it was very quiet at night.
For the open top bus to Swanage via the chain ferry from Sandbanks I recommend getting the number 50 bus from the railway station in Bournemouth and not in Bournemouth town centre as you will never get a seat upstairs to enjoy the views and the downstairs can be full up too.
The number 40 bus for a day out in Swanage is not an open top bus but a normal double decker bus that travels via Corfe Castle and Wareham and not via the chain ferry.
At Swanage, try the vintage railway journey on a steam train or a classic diesel engine train.
For a day out ,the modern buses run regularly to Christchurch, from there you can rent a boat or catch the ferry to Mudeford beach for £10, then for about £3 another ferry to the cafe and restaurant in Mudeford.
From Mudeford it’s about a two and half hour walk back to Bournemouth via Hengistbury Head along the beach.
The bus to Poole to admire the views of the marina and the big super yachts being constructed at the Sunseeker factory.
There’s a big shopping centre in Poole.
For an all you can eat set price buffet the Cosmo restaurant in Bournemouth is very popular and excellent value for money to try food from around the world.
- TimC585 (4/5): Not a good experience - We chose this hotel as we had an early morning flight from Bournemouth airport. On arrival the car park was rammed, eventually someone left so we had their spot. I had checked in via the app the day before but the member of staff on receiption said that this hadn't been processed so had to do that again. We dumped our bags & went downstairs for dinner, this was veruy good, the food was lovelky & staff great. On returning to our room it stunk of cigarettes but we had an early start so just went to bed. In the morning the shower was only luke warm. We complained when checking our bu the member of staff just said to email the hotel with the complaint. I did that after regturning from holiday but haven't had a response...
- Flyer166549 (10/5): Great hotel and location - Lovely receptionist checked us in very quickly and explained where our room was and also told us about the breakfast available from 6.30am in the morning. Nice quiet hotel with lots of parking available and the vast choice of breakfast available was amazing as per usual. Comfy beds and great shower with the added bonus of a fan in the room as it was extremely warm. Will definitely stay again
- ABailey1973 (10/5): Back hoilday break - Excellent location very reasonably price comfortable room good service from staff especially Jack the manager
Excellent breakfast
- Fearless802266 (4/5): Expensive and very uninspiring - Expensive and very uninspiring.
Rooms and corridors dusty and room not cleaned and no new fresh towels. Very dissatisfied and disappointed
- Go48072196119 (10/5): Excellent stay - Great location, 15 minutes from the city centre. Plenty of car parking available. Staff friendly. Room clean and more than big enough for the 2 adults that stayed, could have also got a child/teenager in the room and the single bed was a proper bed rather than a sofa bed. Great shower as well which is rare in a hotel! Body wash provided.
- grantsQ4006AQ (10/5): Very good stay - I stayed with my son and was very happy with all aspects of our stay. The breakfast was very good value for money especially with their policy of kids eating for free. Would definitely stay again.
- JMBlondie (2/5): Not The Best! - Room far too hot even with the fans on, they just blew hot air around!
We went to the connecting pub next door for brekkie, big mistake! Awful cold food, just cooked bits, nothing else to choose from. Not even jug of water available for non tea/coffee drinkers!
Turns out that it wasn’t a part of the Premier Inn set up. Usually it is and there even was a connecting door between the two properties. Receptionist never told us this when we checked in.
Later we were told there is a breakfast room in the Premier Inn building. We had a quick look - it’s 2 bedrooms knocked together to make the room, so very small for a hotel that size plus it was boiling hot in there.
Even the staff member (lovely lady) told us there should be better signage throughout the hotel.
As a regular Premier Inn customer we were disappointed with this one.
- T1226MJvanessaj (2/5): Needs improvement - Dirty rooms, the bins overflowing no one cared to empty. Could not sit at the bar and eat although we bought the food from hotel
- 673beverleyc (10/5): excellent stay - Excellent stay. All the staff were very helpful from reception to breakfast staff and cleaners. All the staff were friendly polite and seemed very happy in their work. The food was very fresh, good quality, excellent selection. The room was clean and comfortable. I will be definitely staying again.
- aaronk800 (2/5): Family Stay - When we arrived at the hotel we were concerned by how hot the rooms were and this was a real concern considering all we had was a basic fan in the room and the fact that we could barely open the windows meant that our group barely got any sleep due to the unbearable heat in the rooms. Also we were very disappointed in the lack of options at breakfast considering the price and the quality of breakfast was nowhere near the standard of other premier inns we have stayed in previously. Despite having one member of staff very helpful at breakfast, the other wasn’t very welcoming and came across rude.
- JonP1970 (6/5): A tired looking hotel with hot rooms and little ventilation - The hotel itself is very tired looking and could do with a refresh and update. The rooms were very warm but the window could only be opened a small way (for security) and the fan provided in the room did not work.
The beds were comfortable and clean.
The staff member on duty when we arrived during the middle of the night (due to a delay in our travel plans), was very friendly, polite and helpful. He was a credit to hotel.
We didn't get to try the breakfast or eat at the hotel during our stay as the restaurant next door only served breakfast for a short period (until 8:45 am)
Car park was busy and difficult to manoeuvre in, due to the way the cars are parked along one side of the car park opposite the normal car parking bays.
- Daydream59411790523 (4/5): Satan's arm pit - The staff r friendly and kind but if like boiling alive in ur room then its the perfect place to stay the whole family had an awful sleep
- S83FKdebbieh (2/5): - Room was like an oven, resulted in next to no sleep. Pillows smelt horrible too. First time I’ve been disappointed by premier inn
- P50MErogerr (10/5): Hidden Gem - Such comfy bed, clean room and the breakfast was served promptly. The Robin Hood next door was a nice little bar and restaurant.
I found Natasha very helpful on the reception desk, always smiling.
I Would stay here again.
- gracewest1996 (10/5): Sharon - I can’t praise Sharon enough. She was working on the late shift of 20th July
My mother-in-law and sister in law were booked in for 1 night and at around 22:00 ish my mother in law got stuck and Sharon didn’t hesitate in helping her and moved her to a standard room which worked out to be better!
Me and my in laws are forever grateful to her and she deserves recognition and management if she isn’t already she’s a credit to the company!
Sharon THANKYOU
- 526gs526 (8/5): Exactly what you expect from a premier inn - Ideal positioning for a trip to Blackpool. Got a room on the ground floor which is ideal for kids. Comfy beds and a quiet night. Exactly what you need after a long drive.
- craigdH4691KL (10/5): Great Sleep - Upon on arrival greeted with a friendly smile and booking in was straightforward.,After a great night sleep breakfast was fresh and hot. Fantastic poached eggs nice and runny yolks.
Just what was needed to start my day
- carolecook01 (10/5): Excellent stay - Pillows were lush and the bed comfy, room clean and spaceous. The restaurant attached had really good tasty food. 7 of us ate there and we all really enjoyed it. I would stay here again.
- lisahainsworth (10/5): Friendly staff - We visited Blackpool for a conference at the Winter Gardens. We wanted to be close to travel in each day but not right in the centre.
This was a great location, breakfast was nice, staff were friendly.
I used the pub on the checkout day to do some work, they were happy for me to sit in the corner and plug my laptop in..
premier inn reception did say I was more than welcome to use the breakfast room if the pub couldn’t accommodate me.
Thank you
- pattykane1958 (10/5): Great nights sleep - Bed very comfortable and great to have a choice of pillows. Spotlessly clean and the room was spacious. We will definitely stay here again
- CocoaBerkshire (8/5): Comfortable, reliable accommodation - You know what to expect from a Premium Inn. Basic but comfortable. Good bathroom (bath and shower in our room). There was a floor standing fan but we didn't need it on overnight when it had been a very hot day. Plenty of parking with restaurant next door. My only beef is that had I not booked via the app, I would have got a free breakfast. Why, when they want everyone to download the app, would they penalise you for using the app????
- lousiel486 (10/5): Great little hotel - Stayed here with my family and had such a lovely experience. The receptionist was really welcoming and friendly on check in, Room was lovely and clean and bed was really comfy. Breakfast was served at the pub next door, the staff were also really welcoming.
- 887deliaa (6/5): Hotel lovely breakfast not good - Premier inn itself was up to its usual good standard.
breakfast however was not good at all. Sloppy frozen fruit. Staff were talking amongst themselves and not really interested in us.
wrong order given to us. Felt very uncomfortable there.
